Dear sir,
I have purchase new vodafone sim, connection no.[protected] at that scheme as 1gb net daily + unlimited call for 84 days, but my net not working i have goes to rajkot vodafone store his executive told me that due to new sim verification you insert sim card in 3g phone therefor above scheme was cut off

    My number was given to another user even when i m regularly using my number on daily basis. How can you deactivate my sim when my sim is inservice. How irresponsible and mistake was done by vodafone executives. How can they give anybody my number when i m using it. Because of this i face alot of problems. Even when i m trying to call on customer care executives they are not attending my call.

Called at 198 many times to resolve the issue but didn't get it resolved.. infact they blocked my number and now m unable to complain on 198 again.. please help me out as I need to send sms to upgrade my sim otherwise it will be deactivated from 15-09-20!7.

          My number is [protected]. Please deactivate automatically added vas "celltick myth busters pack" which i cannot unsubscribe thru sms. Moreover your call center executives are useless to help and support as they also dont know how to stop these unwanted service. The mentioned vas has appeared on my monthly bill for past 2 months continuously and every time call center guys confirm us it is deactivated and will not appear on the monthly bill. Hopeless service.

            But, the office staff member of the vodafone mobile has failed to link my vodafone mobile number with aadhar no.

              I am very sorry to say that twice wrong deductions have been maid from newly ported in Vodafone mobile no [protected] for SMS & service activation at 1940 hrs on 12 Sep 17. Also there was no response from customer care.
              Such unreasonable deduction from reputed company is embracing. Please look into the matter.

                My wife mrs. Chitra subramanian has been using a vodafone prepaid number. This number is obtained using the id proof by my daughter smt. Madhumithaa

                On 5h sep 2017 i and my wife, mrs. Chitra subramanian (Actual user of the prepaid number) went to vodafone store, nanganallur, chennai 600061 with her (Wife chitra subramanian) original aadhaar card, copy of the same. Upon checking by vodafone, nanganallur, they informed us that since it is in the name of my daughter smt s madhumithaa her aadhaar proof has to be provided. Which is correct. I do not dispute that.

                We asked him since the number is being used by my wife chitra subramanian since the mobile was bought, asked vodafone nanganallur, to change it in the name of chitra subramanian in their system and update chitra subramanian's name and aadhaar card. To this, vodafone nanganallur said "as it is in pre-paid number name and address cannot be changed. However it is possible to do that if we agree to convert the prepaid into post-paid account with same number". When vodafone insisted on this, we agreed reluctantly. And vodafone ran their system with changed details. However, vodafone nanganallur said, some kind of approval is awaited which they will get through their system or as an sms to them. And asked us to wait. Since that day vodafone has disabled the above pre-paid number and it remains so till the date of this complaint

                After about one hour vodafone nanganallur informed us since it is getting delayed, if we could come the next day i. E. 6.9.2017, it will be through. We agreed to this and went our way. However from 6.9.2017 my wife fell in high fever. I tried contacting vodafone nanganallur over phone and unable to do so. After about 2 days of local treatment by our family doctor and checking the blood count, on 8.9.2017 the doctor suspected dengue fever and advised us to admit her in dr kamakshi memorial hospital, pallikaranai, chennai. We did so and she was hospitalized since then and finally discharged only on 11.9.20017.

                Since 11.9.2017 i could not take chitra subramanian (The actual user of the vodafone number). It will take another week for her to fully recover fully), nor i could not contact vodafone, nanganallur overphone.

                In the mean while i request vodafone to update the aadhaar details of my
                Wife mrs chitra subramanian

                Presently we two have come over to chromepet in my daughter's home as a temporary measure.

                My request is that vodafone, nanganallur do the necessary changes with aadhaar copy of chitra subramanian and activate the pre-paid connection, as pre-paid connection only. If chitra subramanian's personal appearance is unavoidable l assure that i will do so and bring her over to their store once she fully recover.

                  I want to disconnect my vodafone number [protected].
                  As i am not using the internet then also i have made full payment with charges rs.806/- and requested for disconnection your people are still contacting for payment. This time i m not going to pay any amount. As the person already assured me that after making this payment they will disconnect the no. Instead the person from vodafone still keeps on calling. No body asked me to go to vodafone gallery for the disconnection process & now they are harrasing me. Please do something

                    I had purchased oneplus 5 from amazon where u have offer on vodafone which is eligible on my oneplus 5 device refer the screenshot.
                    However when i recharged my vodafone no. According to the offer i did not received the extra 9 gb they offered.
                    When i contacted the vodafone customer care a representative told me the offer is not valid which is a lie as u can see the screenshot on my phone.
                    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    Still no reply from Vodafone.

                    Very poor customer service.

                      Good day sir, i have done my portability of mobile no [protected] from airtel to vodafone. When i register my vodafone no to vodafone care they were said me to recharge with 445 (First time recharge). And did not said about how much time you can recharge for this offer. Now after 12 days i want to recharge for 445, and now they said me to this offer is not vallid. Then i called vodafone care from that they told me this offer is vallid for you, after i went at vodafone store for recharge. They told me it is not vallid. And than after i was called vodafone care they told me it is vallid for 30 days after portability. After some time i was told by vodafone care this offer is not vallid. I west my time for a 1 hour. So i want to complaint against vodafone service.

                        This is with reference to vodafone no [protected] which belongs to my son kabeer bhartiya. I would like to bring to your kind attention that vodafone had made an offer for red_1999_individual_new bill plan @ rs. 4900/- on the 12th of january 2017 for upcoming 6 months from the date of activation. (Mail enclosed as under) to my son kabeer bhatiya for mobile no [protected]. He opted for the plan, made the payment upfront and utilized the services for six months without any problem.

                        This is with reference to your current service request number [protected], it is quite shocking to read that as per your records “red. [protected]@vodafone.com ” is not a valid e-mail id of vodafone. Please read carefully in my mails enclosed, that the offer was made by your vodafone retention team at the renewal of the offer which was made to my son at the expiry of his plan dt 12 jan 2017.


                        However at the time of renewal of the same plan, my son was offered another red _ bill plan 1999 @ rs 4999 for 12 months (Including tax) from date of activation by your vodafone retention team dt 19 th june 2017. This included unlimited l + n + roaming (Ic + og), 4 dgb, 4g/3g data plus 1000 sms per month. (Mail enclosed)

                        He was asked to scan the vodafone bar code and remit the amount through paytm which he did the very same day. The transaction id is [protected]. The payment was made to idea cellular no [protected] on 23 june 02.31 pm. We were assured by the vodafone staff that his plan has got activated and payment has been processed and received at their end.

                        When after two weeks later we get a message that a bill has been generated for rs 4000 which my son had to pay immediately. We approached the vodafone office in sector 50 first and then after 3 days at sector 18 vodafone noida office to get this issue resolved as we had already paid for 12 month plan. The complaint was made and complaint inquiry no is [protected].

                        Then i get a mail from mr rajesh from your department dt 26th august in response to my complaint made at sector 18 noida. (Service request no [protected]). Without reading my mail carefully that this offer was made by your retention team at renewal of the first plan, he replied that since your plan was over you were charged the normal tariff.

                        I shall appreciate if your department attends to customer complaints with correct information and resolve the case rather shifting the matter to another executive to revert without understanding the issue.

                        Hope i have made my case clear now. You are requested to kindly resolve my issue and activate the plan as we have already made the payment.

                        Request for an immediate intervention to resolve this issue for vodafone no [protected]. Now my sons mobile no is barred evan after payment of rs 5000 in advance to vodafone. This is how the privilege customers are treated. No one is ready to come back with a solution but mails a template answer which is applicable to all complaints. Awaiting your speedy revert

                          The best part is that vodafone customer care doesn't have a quality team or a good management to take action those customer care reps who doesn't value their customers. Porting out is the only option and suggestion to all those unhappy customers.
                          Reason being have already many times raised the vodafone complaint marked to vodafone nodal & appellate under network but without any satisfaction provided by vodafone end.
                          Moreover i have completed 4 to 5 month regarding the same but still we getting same problem as of now.
                          At least every month i raised the complaint (Kabhi kuch problem ke liye, kabhi kuch problem keep lie) why such error coming specially for my number.
                          Last five month network team giving new eta for the resolution and on that eta date new eta date announces…its totally pathetic service please intervene.

                            I had gone to get one of my mobile number ported into vodafone and pay the dues but the guard dint allow to even get in the store even though i had the token as they said that there are sufficient people waiting inside for the executives. This happened not once but thrice in the evenings whenever i left the office early to pay the bill. The executives joined the rude security guard to not allow us to enter as the time was 7:15 pm and they had sufficient number of people to be attended. They dint even respond to us...

                                    I am using this number for the last 2 years.in the mid of this, i have ported this number to airtel then again came back to vodafone. From the day 1, i am getting sms and calls from different banks regarding some credit card issues which is registered under the name of subhroto ghosh. I don't know who the hell he is but the question is why i am getting such calls and sms. I hv also shared the same with you, respective banks and other caller to update the number. But no one has turn up. You know what even i am getting some otp password as well. Is this the security that we are looking for. Today, i got 3 calls from kotak and finally after this harassment, i hv contacted ur customer care. Again i have shared my concern and request him to kindly share any alternate number of subroto ghosh. But he has denied by showing me some company norms. So, i hv requested him to transfer the call to any senior executives. But he has denied for the same.

                                    I want a permanent resolution. Kindly update.

                                    I am customer of Vodafone 2004 and post paid customer...I have charged for 438 R's call on 51717 on 3/August for 31seconds .shown in the monthly bill of August 2017 .highly unacceptable from the company.kindly correct the bill
                                    I never called on this number and they are saying my call was around 68 minutes long..
                                    I have seen more complaints like this in the main page.. please look in to this...

                                      As per government rule it is mandatory to link our aadhaar card to mobile number, and also i was keep getting reminders from vodafone for same stating to visit yash communication, india gate, sitapura, jaipur (Image attached) for same but as per my personal experience they are charging us rs.10/- per head as processing fees. Vodafone should have mentioned about fee if they are suggesting about store.
                                      I went to same store, thursday that is 07/09/17 at about 07.00 pm for getting my phone account linked with aadhar. The person (Babu lal meena image attached) on duty asked me rs 10/- (Ten), for linking and rs 20/- for 4g sim exchange. He demanded money after linking and exchange process, when i demanded a receipt he replied rudely that “no receipt will be given, you will have to pay for it”. After too much argument, of course i had to pay, but so many innocent people are going there. They are all at risk. Why should i pay money for this? Is it legitimate? If i should pay then why did not i get any message for this from vodafone.
                                      Though it is free of charge how can they charge fees to us. Kindly look into this matter asap.

                                        The complaint is regarding the fact that some amounts are assigned for some offers which people may or may not know. And a person looking just for balance gets an offer which is completely useless to them.
                                        I already had free full talktime for a month and wanted to recharge my phone for important msgs that i needed to send but instead the amount i typed was in sync with an offer so i get full talk time for 14 days which i already had. So my whole money was wasted and even the customer care response was not good, and not helpful at all.

                                        I deactivated my Vodafone number last month and I paid full amount.. But now 800 rupees debited from my credit card.. How its possible kindly accept my request nd refund my amount to my card...
