My name is vismay oza and my phone no. Is [protected]. I have not activated any value added service on my vodafone postpaid no, but some how a vas was activated in my phone many times and i have deactivated also. After few days again the same has activated without my indiaction. I didn't use the service. So please don't put that extra amount on the bill otherwise i have to complain in consumer forum in trai.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Respective sir,

    I have been a vodafone postpaid customer since last 07 yeasr, but its services are very bad as compared to other network. I have submitted an application at 08.09.2017 changing from post-paid to pre-paid at vodafone ministore, but till now the pre-paiid has not been done.

    Very abnoraml high billing are coming in post-paid plan as they activate any plan with your approval. My no is [protected]

    My cell no is [protected]. The vodafone ministore response is very bad,
    I have submitted my document at "vodafone ministore", shop at, opp. Nagarpalika bhavan, una - 362560.

    *at 08.09.2017 issue me new prepaid sim. Complain no.[protected]
    *i call to customer care at 16.09.2017 told me dead line 18.09.2017
    *recall back at 19.09.2017 get me complain number[protected]
    *other complain number[protected]

    After three time complain raise to vodafone prime-am help desk but after so many time still no any response like phone call or sms regarding my complain.

    Last call to 198 i got this mail id. I hope my complain wills solve in 12 hours. If not then i leave vodafone. Port to jio.

      Dear all,
      This month billing also i need to pay 100 rs late payment charges because of your mistake. I called customer care "they are saying like that we don’t have any update".
      And also visited to nearest vodafone service center (Kalidasa road mysuru) they are saying like that"there is no communication between service center and online customer care" and also i got a replay from like that why you did late payment you have to pay fine. Finally on 19th my bill is about 1600rs & it is reduced to 600 on 28th. This problem is reported from last month 5th you peoples are taken 20 days to solve your problem for that why i need to pay 1600 an 19th... Please confirm then why vodafone service center is there if that persons are not able to communicate with customer in good way. Yesterday am showing mail copy to service center person and also am requesting to make prepaid because i am facing this problem an monthly basis every month am not able to spend my time because billing mistake... On that time they are replaying like until unless you did not pay the fine we will not do prepaid... And finally i spent my valuable time with vodafone service center because of your mistake and i told them to give a feedback form then they are replayed here there is no feedback procedure. Finally i got a this mail id from online appelate. [protected]@vodafone.com :please solve my issue.

      Now as per vodafone service instruction am ready to pay fine of 100rs because i am not pay the bill on 19th (Last month)... And please clarify why my bill is reduced to 600 on 28th (Last month)..
      If it is because of you mistake or process issue. Please compensate all my expenses if it is a mistake from your side.

      Noe: am requesting please guide or please provide training to vodafone service center persons to improve their behaver with customers.. Finally i got a replay from them like that there is no communication between online service and us... If you want to clarify your issue please go to their office is this is the way to give an answer to a customer if he/she is a vodafone employee.

      Am given request to prepaid my number yesterday and also i cleared my this month and last month bill (Excluding late payment)... And i got a new sim card please activate my sim card (Prepaid) as soon as possible otherwise i will make this one as a big issue in my nearest vodafone service center...

      Please tell me where i have to even am not getting a good response from all of you people..

      And explain me why i have to visit to service center form each and every issue (As per vodafone service center input)... Then what is the job of online why am getting a mail and messages for my mobile to use online services.

      Note: please provide feedback form for every customer one who visited to service center regarding their response. Am feeling like they don’t have any limit to how they are speaking with customer...
      Yesterday same problem is happened for three persons including me (In 1hour). I don’t know the working timing of your service center let us consider it about 10 hours for 10 hour (30 persons).. Consider monthly working day is about 20 days.
      20*3*10=600...
      Monthly you will loose 600 customers form one service ceneter (Like kalidasa road)... Please not yesterday in front of me only all persons are requested to port their number.

      Am working in a industry i am not able to come to vodafone office in my working time … my company working time is 9 to 7… yesterday i came at 7.48 pm. Your company working will be close at 8. Pm finally i lost my time along with petrol…

      2) yesterday i visited to vodafone service center there also same thing happened (Kalidasa road myuru karnataka).. Mail id is shruthi. [protected]@vodafone.com.
      3) i called this number mr. Sachin on [protected] first he replaied like your problem will solver in 30 min after that this person is not receiving the call at all by my another number: 4.39 he cut the call twice and 5.55 also same thing is happened twice.

      I got a reply from you like you have to pay 499 rental charge + 49 rs sms pack activation +tax…. It’s around 580 rs.

      I paid 500 rs after your reply…

      I think you people are there to identify the problem and solve the problem but here i explained my problem on 5th to customer care (198) they simply refund some amount without identifying actual problem. And once again i called to customer care on 18th while communicating with him i am find out the problem (Vodafone app is showing wrong data) and i sent mail with data. I think i got a response from your side an 26th but i got a written mail like we will respond you within one working day on 18th.
      From 27th once again i called to customer care they said like that you are telling lie there is no update to us.
      Form 27th i am facing service based problem like call restriction sms and data restriction.
      Then i went to service center which i have already mentioned, there also i got a same response (Token no 180) i am last person.
      They are i am requesting them to provide the wifi because i service has blocked i cannot open the mail in mobile. Please provide me the system or wifi connection to shown a written mail what i got from your side.
      They have replayed like here wifi is available for only speed check not for the service or some other things. They have said like that go outside take print out somewhere else then come i will take a complaint.
      Tell me where i have to go?? At 8.15 pm your shop will close at 8. They are replayed in the way like better you come tomorrow along with mail copy then we will take a complaint… i asked the question like when i will get solved they said we don’t know. At 8.30 they given wifi connection with his/her personal mobile at the same time unfortunately data communication speed is become less which i can’t show the mail to them.

      Please tell me where i have to solve your service problemonline or mail or service center.

      I spent more then two days to identify the problem and from 28th am not getting any service to my mobile.

      I am requesting to compensate my billing amount along with my time and my petrol expense and also 27th am not getting service from your side this is also have to compensate.

      Finally am asking same service is available for 349 rs in your service center why you people are billing 499 for me (Sim plan).

      Please explain!!!

      And also i am asking the question where i have to go to get the answer for this issue!!! I tried in all the ways. Which is no use.. Today evening am going to transfer this mail to news channel and i will take screen shot and i will put this in all website.

      Mr. Sachin on [protected]; monday to saturday between 9.30 am to 6.30 pm this person informed me at 2. Pm like your problem will solve in 0.30 minutes.. At 4.15 i tried twice he is not receiving call instead of receiving he is cut the call twice.

      We are also having some responsibility in our company and we not treating the like this in my carrier.

      He has to inform me the exact time or he has to tell his constraints.

      This is not the way to communicate with the customer…

      Yesturday paid 500 rs… my outgoing call is restricted because this issue!

      If it is contionues once agoin i will raise this issue in consumer court and social media.

      Think it is first waring if you peoples are not ready to accept your fault.. It will cause you a more.

      I[censored] people are not capable to communicate with your department how you people will check the people with different religions.

      My outgoing calls are banned for two days please remove these days billing from my monthly charge…’

        Hi,
        This is avdhoot malokar i am using vodafone corporate plan since 2014. I have selected 175 rs rental plan but after using this plan within few days the rental was suddenly increased by 25 rs (200 rs). Till date my plan is reflecting as 175 rs but you are charging me 200 rs rental per month. Kindly do the corrections or else i need to stop using vodafone. Also see to it you return my extra rental back to me.

          Hi all,

          My vodafone postpaid no [protected] (Corporate number), since last 6-7 yrs continues using this number and doing prompt payment before due date.

          I was changed plan rs.99 to rs.349.

          On 24/07/2017 first i've sent mail to corpcare. [protected]@vodafone.com for changing the plan and activate my old plan rs99, then i've got below reply mail on 28/07/2017.

          • scanned copy of company id
          • company address mention in mail
          • reference number of vodafone subscriber (Any co-employee vodafone mobile number which is already under cug benefit of respected company)

          Please note your interaction number[protected] for your future correspondence.

          Sent all required docs via mail. But after that nothing happened.

          Then again i personally visited to vodafone baner road, pune and requested to vodafone to change my plan and activate old plan rs.99.
          Vodafone baner store was assured me the plan will change with 24hrs.

          And it was changed but again after some days rs.349 plan activated why and how don't know.

          After that aug'17 bill generated with rs 349. (Which is not yet paid by me. Why should i pay unnecessary extra payment)

          Then called vodafone customer care they told me they escalated, but till date nothing happened.

          Then again 16/09/2017 personally visited to same vodafone store and again requested for changing the plan, they again assured it will change within 24hrs.

          But again history repeated, and today on 20/09/2017 sep'17 bill generated and got the call from vodafone to pay the august bill today itself. I asked them what about my changed plan request? Same answer we have your requested which is in close status but still plan not changed (Which is big surprise).

          Now i decided to knock the other door to send consumer court notice.
          Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Continued same problem of lower data speed at anywhere

            Sir i have by vodafone plane of rs 398 for daily 1gb 4g net and unlimited colling for 85 days
            On date 16.08.2017
            But today 19.09.2017 plane is not working msg is plane expired this is not good for customer reletion
            Please clear why the offer is surrender.
            We have also problem of networking some time network is disconnect autometicly
            Please look in that matter replay arjently

              Dear sir,

              I had a vodafone connection for my postpaid mobile. I pay all the bill on time every-time.

              I went to south africa for some official work & i activated the international roaming on my mobile no with credit limit of rs 2500.
              Now vodafone is claiming the international value as rs 38687 for use of 68 mb data which is totally incorrect/wrong.

              If my credit limit was only 2500 rs, then its totally vodafone software problem that your server didn't disconnect my mobile while going my bill aboveup 2500 rs.

              Now vodafone agents are using abusive language and giving threats to my family member and relatives.

              I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me to solve the issue.

              Also the bill vodafone has send me for the cycle 01.06.2017 to 30.06.2017, they are claiming gst for this cycle, which is also wrong (Photographs is attached herewith). This is also an example of the software issue of vodafone.
              These companies do the wrong practices and threat the common people like me.

I am sad to inform you that vodafone mobile networks not work properly in bara, block - kaushambi, district - kaushambi, uttar pradesh. It fluctuate and disappear regularly. So please maintain mobile network otherwise i will be compelled to port in another mobile service provider. Your representative, with mobile number [protected] called back me on 19th september 2017, time approx 6.55 pm, his intention was not cooperative, unsatisfactory!!!                   I have been complained some days ago, but problem remains constant. I request to again please maintain worst mobile network of vodafone in bara, kaushambi. We can't talk properly because network fluctuate and disappear regularly. So we missed all important calls. Now if you are unable to solve our problem related to poor, worst mobile network in bara, kaushambi, pin - 212216, we compelled to port in another mobile service provider.

                    I placed a request to close my vodafone postpaid connection ([protected]) on 9th jun 2017 at vodafone store, vodafone belvedere tower rapid metro station gurgaon. After 3 months on 9th sep, they guys sent me a bill of 1474 inr to be deposited and their call centre collection agents keep calling me 3-4 times everyday and threaten me that you will not get any mobile connections in future from any company. They also threat to take legal actions against me. Unbilled amt of 688 rs. Cleared on 9th jun by visiting the same vodafone store (Receipt attached).

                    I have another postpaid number of vodafone [protected] (Outstanding bill of this number is clear till date), however, they have put a call barring on this number as well and asking to clear the unutilized bill of [protected] first to avail uninterrupted services.

                        I have applied to vodafone to discontinue my number [protected] since june. I had put up the request over customer care. Still my request is not executed and i have been billed for july august and now september as well. I paid bill of august and i was promised that my phone number will be disconnected. But now i have been billed for rs 800 for the month of september.

                          Vodafone number [protected]
                          Post paid number [protected] was used on international roaming. Credit limit of the number was 3000 rs, bill generated is 80000. There was no notification of the credit limit exceeded or bill usage.
                          Getting calls again and again from recovery team.
                          Credit limit of my mobile number [protected] is rs 3000 so why i have not received any notification immediately when my usage has exceeded credit limit. Vodafone team has first waited that huge amount of bill is generated and then they will inform about the bill to me.
                          You should have send notification informing that my credit limit has exceeded or should barred my services immediately when my usage exceeded credit limit.
                          But neither i have received any notification nor any call regarding that my usage has exceeded rs 3000.

                          After 3 days when my usage exceeded more that 25 times of my credit limit i have been informed to pay an amount of rs 80000.
                          It is clear sign of negligence on part of vodafone team.

                            There is no mobile network range of 3G/4G and 2G range is very slow.pls make it fast, solve the problem, grow the speed 3G.there is huge problem of 3G network of vodafone, because of very bad speed of 2G, and without 3G the vodafone customers are porting their vodafone numbers in to airtel and other companies.its your problem, but you have to solve my problem immediately.i m facing many problems without 3G network.so pls do it immediately.otherwise i have to change my number in to other Mobile company.

                              Happy to help!!! But you are equipped to help your customers then what am i going to do with a smile on your face. It has been a week now that i recharged with 349, even got a message that its successful and will get 1gb daily and unlimited calls. All i got was the unlimited calls and 50 mb data for the whole month. This was tuesday 12th of september, i called the customer care and it was promised to be resolved by thursday. But it wasn't and when i called they were happy to help but cudnt do anything and asked me to wait till friday. Still happy to help they again asked me to wait till friday evening. When i didn't get any help, i gave up on the abilities of the happy service givers of vodafone and recharged with 349 again and vodafone was happy to help with the same plan again, unlimited calls with 50 mb data. To be fair to vodafone, there were the ones who tried 3 happy service givers called me and said this will be resolved in the next 24 hours, even the happy faces at the vodafone store which i went twice to said it will be resolved in 24 hours. Guess what it has been a week, i am without internet in my phone. So vodafone i don't care about your happy faces if they are not equipped to help me. Not to forget the two emails that i hv sent which promised a revert in 24 hours but none was received. Now you have till this day to give me the benefits that i deserve and which i have paid for twice. Else there will be an open letter to vodafone with the screenshots of the messages, the offers on vodafone app, and the service request numbers. A complaint to the telecom authority and cancellation of several of my vodafone numbers along with a letter to my company willis towers watson that you have a corporate tie up with. I am going to now wait for 24 hours for you to help me, i don't care now if you are or aren't happy to help me.

                                But i don't know what is this and what kind of service this sms i am receive my main balance is debited for the reason of sms sending but i cannot send sms only receive that type sms.

                                The vodafone customer service officer ms. Shyamala and mr. Santhosh and so on can't resolve my problem.
                                So vodafone is a very bad customer service and it's a fraud network

                                  Subsequent to several discussions with your competent authorities (Mr anirban dasgupta, [protected], mr sourav, [protected], mr s roy chowdhury, sambit. [protected]@vodafone.com) to settle my billing issue, they have not acted enough to resolve the impasse, while they kept me assured that the matter has been taken up at the highest level for resolution. This has been going on for about 2 years now. On the other side, they have kept incoming and outgoing facilities on the number open and uninterrupted for couple of months now so that i don't make a noise. Such an attitude on your part is escalating my exposure/ risk in further usage, leading to an inflated and irrational bill that i am unlikely to pay and so i propose to terminate the service permanently. Please note that mr sourav came forward in april'17 to finalize the pending payment but discontinued his efforts soon.

                                    Dear vodafone team,
                                    I would like to tell you that i have been using this number [protected] (As a corporate postpaid number) from more than last three years. But if we consider it in present (After converting it to prepaid), the service is very poor and unsatisfactory. I would like to brief you that firstly your vodafone store executives (In batala store) simply refused to convert this number from postpaid to prepaid. But somehow it was finally converted into prepaid after so many arguments and discussions through e-mails. But the harassment has not stopped there.
                                    After that, it was not so easy to activate the number. I have visited three times (Vodafone store, batala) and submitted the documents three times required for activation of the number. After my third visit, my number was successfully activated and i thought my struggle has been finished. I have recharged my number with frc recharge of rs. 375.00 (Transaction id - pbh[protected]) and a talk-time recharge of rs. 10.00 (Transaction id - pbh[protected]) from one retailer (Shopkeeper) on 9th september, 2017. It worked only for two days and on the third day, all the services have been barred on this number by your company. The reason mentioned (In sms received on phone) was non-submission of documents. Please note down that i have submitted the documents thrice in your batala store whenever they demanded after which my number was activated.
                                    The harassment still not ended as i came to know that the number needs the reactivation from the very first step when i visited the vodafone store batala on 14th september, 2017. For this activation i have to wait for 2-3 days.
                                    Finally my number got activated by your executives in batala store on 18th september, 2017. But now i came to know that i have to get my number again recharge as frc after which i will be able to make any outgoing calls or use mobile data services. I have told them that i have recharged my number with rs. 375 and rs. 10 recharge earlier. They simply replied that the previous recharge will not work and i have to recharge again firstly with a frc and then other recharges as per requirement. I have requested them a lot but it was all in vain.
                                    My question is that is it fair whatever you are doing with me?? I am also a job employed person and my job suffers a lot whenever i have to visit your store. I have visited your store almost five times due to inconvenience provided by you and every time i have to take a leave from my senior for half day for which my salary will be deducted. One time half-day deduction is approximately rs. 300.00.
                                    So overall my loss is rs. 1500 (Half day leave deductions five times) + rs. 385 (Recharge done when the number was activated first) which is equal to rs. 1885.00. Also it completely wasted my time, money and this overall process completely harassed me. I completely feel that i have done my biggest mistake of my life by using services of your company by paying it in advance. I will never prefer anybody in my life to use the vodafone connection.

                                        I had taken a vodafone sim from my local vodafone shop on 14/06/17. I had received a bill in the month of july 2017 which was paid by me on 21/07/17. I had surrendered my sim to the said vodafone shop on 03/06/17. After that i have not received any bill for payment by post or by e-mail. But today there was a call to the alternate number asking money for due bill/s. I am surprised to receive such call to the alternate number as the sim stand...
