They have discrepancy in bill and when asked about it, they purposefully delay and provide contact numbers which wont work or no one picks... Like ms. Ashwini & contact no [protected]. Dragged it to demand notice without hearing my side of the argument. I have raised more than 5 requests to customer care, replied to every mails they sent, still no help. Directly sent demand notice knowingly.

Took post pain connection and since plan changed in 2 months, representative asked me to change my sim, since i cannot retain the sim. Took new different vodafone connection and disconnected old connection as per executive suggestion, but they said it will not be disconnected within 3 month period and left it till next billing at the background which im not aware. They started piling up bills for both, disconnected service but charged for 2 months plus the fine it and got the bill to 2500 for a 900 plan.

    I am really pissed off from your service. If you people can't provide good services than don't commit it and stop making people fool by charging extra money and zero quality service. I have registered two complaints regarding this issue but still i haven't got any resolution till now. The customer care people are so shameless they know you have raised a complaint but still they keep on calling you regarding the payment of your bill. I have never seen such a shameless company ever before. Will never suggest anyone to use vodafone. Because it sucks..!!

    Highly unsatisfied from the services provided by you. Fake people and fake company. Worst service provider in india!!!

    Lol. Pathetic Internet service. Dear Vodafone, Instead of installing 1 tower in every hour, make your existing tower to work properly. Shameless people. Only marketing gimmick strategy.

      Dear sir/madam,

      I am a regular user of vodafone services since last 6 years. I had taken a plan of 149. My monthly bill never exceeded 350 rs. Last month i had taken a new phone. Vodafone executive informed me to upgrade to 4g sim to get best speed. It was assured that i will get some data pack free on activation. They even assured me that the activation will be done in 30 mins time.

      After one day i checked with the speed and it was still 2g speed. I visited the store again to raise my complaint. They said that the activation failed due to technical problems and again assured that the activation will be done on the same day. However the loop continued. I then raised the complaint over customer care number 3 times. I asked them to share the complain id.. But they assured they will sms after the call and they didnt.in the last call they assured that the 4g sim data pack is activated and i am eligible for the free data pack for one month as per the offer.

      Finally one day my outgoing was disconnected without any intimation. On calling the customer care they said that the bill amont is 2000 plus and i am supposed to pay it first to get the outgoing activated. On questioning the reason for such a high amount of billing.. They said they are not sure and would have to wait till the bill is generated. Till then they asked me to pay the bill.

      I visited the store from where i had taken the sim. I raised the issue to the branch manager. To my surpirse the branch manager was very rude and she denied the fact that the sim was taken form the same store. Also there were no records of my complaints raised till now in their system. I did not receive any support from the manager. Also she was very unprofessional while dealing with the customer.

      My outgoing are still blocked. It is impacting my business, majorly. Kindly help me with this fraud.

        I am living in a ahmadabad. I am facing some strange issue.. Purchased 3g data pack twice in a day and both got exhausted within a few minutes. How that possible when i have not used data that much.. I am using mobile data with my laptop so i know how much data is consumed with every applications. When called customer care they don't have any idea about this issue.

            I traveled to uk for work and got my international roaming activated 20/07. On arrival in uk on 22nd july i connected to vodafone uk and checked for data allowance in the vodafone app. It showed 23gb which was not present earlier as i had gotten my postpaid plan changed from 499 to 149rs. So i kept data pack on and consumed 270mb of 2g data by mistake.

            Now my credit limit is 2500 and i have been given a bill of 181797 rs and being threatened by vodafone officials to pay it. I also did not receive any confirmation about me credit limit being increased neither did i get any calls from them.

            But i did get a message which said some package of 500rs/day has been activated without my concern and i will be charged 500rs a day if i used this number.

            I started using uk number as soon as i arrived here. So officially i have used the vodafone india number only for 2days.

            I have told the officials i will not pay anything beyond my credit limit or double to limit since the cost of 270mb in both the countries is 100rs in india and 2-4£ in uk respectively hence i will not be paying anything more than that.

But no proper customer service...not even take calls or respond to our mails...worst network and worst service...anyone who are planning to join Vodafone.. Better change ur decision...

                I have first visited vodafone store at kithi char rasta, vadodara on 29/08/2017 and cleared my pending bill suggested by customer care officer, customer care officer strongly reused to take my application by giving reson that as month ending is going on so that he cant accept form on that same day and suggested me to come after 1/09/2017, so i called in customer care there it self and asked about such excuse given to me regarding not accepting application. After so much argument customer care officer had taken my form and given new sim card and told me that it will be activated within two days. Till 06/09/2017 new sim did't activated.

                Suddenly on 7/09/2017 i got new offer to retain in post paid, after argument i agreed for offer and i got rejection sms for my application. (Why it took 8 days to process my application)

                Now again on 09/09/2017 given fresh application to change from postpaid to prepaid with fresh documents and paid my bill as suggested by executive. Its almost 5 days, yet my new sim is not activated.

                I have registered complain in vodafone customer care (Complain number:[protected] for my problem yet no any solution.

                As i have wrote on this website, I got call from some number ([protected]) and asked me about above complain and started abusing me on phone and cut the phone. This is not expected from Vodafone.
                Vodafone frequent call that disturbs and kill executive time from different numbers .
                although I block some numbers but it looks they are doing intentionally to disturbed

                  In last 6 months i have requested 3 times to disconnect my postpaid no [protected]. But every time they start the connection & send me the bill. Moreover this time they have sent me the bill without any service. After lodging a complaint (No-413518), on 9th september i received a call (Call details screenshot attached) that my number will be disconnected till monday, but till now it is showing signal without service. Simply i am being charged without any service. Every time they give excuse we didn't receive a consent to close. I don't understand even after repeated requests for disconnection, they are no closing the account.

                    Hi,

                    In the current bill of september as well as in august month,
                    I can see there are additional 20 rs & 35 rs for value added service which were i never activated.

                    Service are as below :-
                    1. Juno tele
                    2. Rozgar_seva_ppu_10
                    3. Rozgar_seva_ppu_10
                    It is unfair.

                    I have to pay for this deductions.

                    Please find the proof of it, i have attached with this complaint
                    Please reply on this why they have added this vas to mobile bills without asking user about it.

                      [protected],. I recently ported from vodafone postpaid to prepaid. When i was in postpaid the service was very nice, but when i changed, i was behind them for 2-3 weeks but nothing happened. I am not able to customer care. Went to the nearest vodafone store told the problem, they told it will be rectified but no response. Contacted custcomer care from a friends number a said the problem, and was told will get back to me. No mail, no message, nothing from their end. Waiting for sim to become 3 months old so that i can port to some airtel or something. Enough of this.

                        My card was prepaid and i converted to postpaid.. I got a call from vodafone and msg that convert it to post and i did recharge in prepaid of 347 before 2 days only so she said that it would be reversed in first bill so yet it is not reversed... And customer care ones are helpless just saying that be on hold for 2 min and keeping on hold for half and hr... Had a word with akshay and rozina floor supervisor but they are just carless for all customers... Hope my problem will resolve soon..

                            I made a request at vodafone store for migration from postpaid to prepaid and they told me that it will take 4 days and come after 4 days for migration and got cleared all my dues. Also they told me that not to use this number for outgoing as charges will be charged for 4 days and now i am stuck and not able to make any call in case of necessary. What the hell is this. For the same thing i confirmed from vodafone customer care they told me it take only 8 hrs, not able to understand who is misguiding me either vodafone store or customer care. I need resolution for this problem. They keep on calling to their store instead of providing full time solution at once. Not able to understand what will you gain for misguiding the public and the user who has been using your service from last so many users. This is the one most reason why user opt for other service provider as he/she loose trust

                              Dear sir,

                              I taken vodafone connection with following number 91+[protected], and have monthly internet pack activated of 95/- per month for 650 mb. Which deactivation request i made to customer care in every month from last three to deactivate the internet pack of rs 95/- but not yet deactivate & i got the every month bill with the same amount of charge of internet without using any mb data.

                              I made complaint on mail on 10/09/2017 and after four reminder they are not responding on any mail.

                                I had ported my number to vodafone after hearing lot of positive feedback from my friends some days back. I had gone to vodafone center in basveshwarnagar branch here in bangalore. Near pavitra paradise.
                                I had clearly told the executives that this would be my secondary phone, i need the basic plan. When activating, i was promised bill plan of 245 rental/monthly.
                                Following month, bill got generated for 499 rental. Not sure how this plan was activated. When i talk to customer care, they are blaming me and convincing me that i approved this plan which is absolute false.
                                My number is [protected]. I have raised complaint, waiting for proper resolution of this

Im soing the verification on line valid docs but no. Response the vodafone store excutive... She vodafone excutive say that ur id is in vailid. But komal say that u mak the payment till dated 19 sept than chanse the plan post pai to prepaid i have make payment withi 2minuts but no responce the vodafone store

But i got one call from vodafone they given me a commitment 398plan will be available on ur no in next 48hours still nothing offered right now. After 3-4day i am continuously calling to customer service centre but they giving in appropriate answers forthe same.. I am irritating for the given i unable to found any solution

                                        I have received a call from one of your executive on 12/09/2017. He told me that yesterday was the last day for linking my number with aadhar card which is wrong information. Then he told me that he will send an executive at my house so that i can link my aadhar card if i take one of the plans. When i refused to take a plan he suddenly became uncooperative. I got a call from this numbre -[protected]. Please dont give wrong information to your customers to sell your plans.
