I had a vodafone mobile no. [protected]. I had use this no. From 2005 to 2012 but after that company provide this no to other customer. The above mentioned phone no was linked with gmail id ghosh. [protected]@gmail.com and my ubi a/c.
I pray to company to back my mobile no. To me. My address mobile no. [protected] / [protected] gmail; ghosh. [protected]@gmail.com.

    I am using this number for the last 2 years.in the mid of this, i have ported this number to airtel then again came back to vodafone. From the day 1, i am getting sms and calls from different banks regarding some credit card issues which is registered under the name of subhroto ghosh. I don't know who the hell he is but the question is why i am getting such calls and sms. I hv also shared the same with you, Â respective banks and other caller to update the number. But no one has turn up. You know what even i am getting some otp password as well. Is this the security that we are looking for. Today, i got 3 calls from kotak and finally after this harassment, i hv contacted ur customer care. Again i have shared my concern and request him to kindly share any alternate number of subroto ghosh. But he has denied by showing me some company norms. So, i hv requested him to transfer the call to any senior executives. But he has denied for the same.

    I want a permanent resolution. Kindly update.

    I am customer of Vodafone 2004 and post paid customer...I have charged for 438 R's call on 51717 on 3/August for 31seconds .shown in the monthly bill of August 2017 .highly unacceptable from the company.kindly correct the bill
    I never called on this number and they are saying my call was around 68 minutes long..
    I have seen more complaints like this in the main page.. please look in to this...
    This issue was happen on July 2017

    I bought a Top up Scratch card of rs10 in a very emergency situation.But unfortunately the code was damaged.

      As per government rule it is mandatory to link our aadhaar card to mobile number, and also i was keep getting reminders from vodafone for same stating to visit yash communication, india gate, sitapura, jaipur (Image attached) for same but as per my personal experience they are charging us rs.10/- per head as processing fees. Vodafone should have mentioned about fee if they are suggesting about store.
      I went to same store, thursday that is 07/09/17 at about 07.00 pm for getting my phone account linked with aadhar. The person (Babu lal meena image attached) on duty asked me rs 10/- (Ten), for linking and rs 20/- for 4g sim exchange. He demanded money after linking and exchange process, when i demanded a receipt he replied rudely that “no receipt will be given, you will have to pay for it”. After too much argument, of course i had to pay, but so many innocent people are going there. They are all at risk. Why should i pay money for this? Is it legitimate? If i should pay then why did not i get any message for this from vodafone.
      Though it is free of charge how can they charge fees to us. Kindly look into this matter asap.

        The complaint is regarding the fact that some amounts are assigned for some offers which people may or may not know. And a person looking just for balance gets an offer which is completely useless to them.
        I already had free full talktime for a month and wanted to recharge my phone for important msgs that i needed to send but instead the amount i typed was in sync with an offer so i get full talk time for 14 days which i already had. So my whole money was wasted and even the customer care response was not good, and not helpful at all.

        I deactivated my Vodafone number last month and I paid full amount.. But now 800 rupees debited from my credit card.. How its possible kindly accept my request nd refund my amount to my card...

          Bill for october 2015 (21.09.15-20.10.15) for mobile number [protected], relationship number[protected] not received either by email or by post. Request for copy bill or a certificate mentioning details of bill - date and number, amount, payment details etc. Rejected. Bill already paid by user through credit card on 02.11.15. No refund claimed by user

            I activated international roaming pack of Rs.575 on the day of travelling. When I reached italy, there was no service. I tried all the option to connect to a network. i tried to connect with Vodafone IT and still there was no service. Then why the hell that pack is available. I have suffered a lot after landing. Vodafone has to bear all the expenses.

              My mobile number is [protected], name registered as Union Bank of India, postpaid connection. My connection bill during 15.07.2017 to 14.08.2017 is Rs. 860.22 which includes Rs. 310 for Value Added Service Charges, which I've not been activated by myself. Even I don't know how it was added to my bill. Simply adding value added services without my concern and then charging in bill amount is not expected from such a reputed company like Vodafone. So, please refund back Rs. 310 along with service tax whichever applicable to my account as early as possible and please don't add such type of value added services without my concern in future. Please refer the attached bill as reference. Thank you.

                Tried to connect to Vodafone care executive, but post request they put on hold to infinite time.
                It's been 2 working days, since my request for sim activation has been denied and also lack of response on attempt to make personal enquiry, from Vodafone Anna nagar branch in madurai.
                I hv confirmed by Vodafone that I hv 3G balance of 800MB + and balance has been deducted from main voice balance account .. I suffered 2 hours in the stree.. this not first time they r cheating to o me ... kindly treat as priority..

                      I ajay zarbade from nagpur, i used vodafone services from last 4 months bt a big issues with me is that when i port my last tatadocomo network into vodafone.. At that time vodafone services committee me at my 399 plan u get benefit o[censored]l calls on all network +. 21 gb data for lifetime bt when activating network i got only 11 gb data / month n no giving idea me that offer only for 3mnth or anything so it's totally wrong with me... Now i get only 1gb data nd it's not sufficient for me.. That's why i want to switch vodafone services.. Pls take actions on further issues for not occurs with other one...

                        My no. Was switched off from past 15 days but now when I'am turning my sim networks on to the voda 2G networks, then the networks are shown forbidden. So please reply me the solution as soon as possible on emergency basis. As most of my online works are connected with this no. Only.

                            My number is [protected]. I received a call from [protected] at 6.57 p. M. The man who was calling identified himself as satnam and claimed to be a agent of vodafone company. He said that he was standing outside my house and wanted money. I told him that i will do the payment online. He said he wants money started using abusive language. He threatened me and my mother. When i asked how could he tell my bill to anyone and who gave him the authority to go to my home in my absence. He said that he has authority from vodafone. He threatened me of share my private details. He defamed my reputation in the society. I apprehend further threat reputation. This is not something expected from you as company. Hoe can you hire such # and give them address details so they reach our homes. Or now vodafone will take all the laws on their own hand and will to send hired goons to collects bills.

                              A service called "tv all channel pack" was activated on my phone number [protected] at 11:04 am on[protected] without my consent and rs. 150 were deducted for it.

                              After noticing the activation sms, i called the customer support and told them that i had not requested the activation of this service, but they still did not revert the service activation. They kept on saying that i must have requested the activation of the service, although i did not.

                                I have not got any resolution despite multiple reminders via email and chat and calling the customer care. Hope i will get some resolution atleast through this channel.
                                Problem is as below,
                                I have visited to the vodafone store in hsr layout, bangalore, to get an international roaming activated on the below numbers.

                                [protected] and
                                [protected].

                                The country i was visiting was uae, and the customer care rep at the store told me about a plan called iroam-daily 500 for 7 days.
                                As per this plan, if i use the phone (Calling or data) only then i will be charged 500 rupees, and this will be unlimited for the next 24 hours.

                                But i see all the three numbers have been charged a one time fee of 2500 rupees which is not what the rep explained to me.
                                Strange enough is that they also charged on the number which i never patched onto any service provider in uae.
                                Its highly frustrating to do follow up after follow up but no help at sight.

Now I am mentally tortured by vodafone and I will be filing a suit against Vodafone in consumer court about the services that they provide.

(Post paid) i will receive a tele cal from u r vodafone care, her given. I received & activated the sim[protected]. I will share all documents, but unexpected the number was deactivated on[protected]. I will call customer care those inform u visit nearest vodafone store forward to zonal office one mail. I visited vodafone store (Warangal mulugu road store) but not responding the store staff. Please activate my number [protected]

                                    Note: still 40 days iam suffer this issue. So kindly activate my vodafone connection
