And customer care ones are helpless just saying that be on hold for 2 min and keeping on hold for half and hr... I made a request at vodafone store for migration from postpaid to prepaid and they told me that it will take 4 days and come after 4 days for migration and got cleared all my dues. Also they told me that not to use this number for outgoing as charges will be charged for 4 days and now i am stuck and not able to make any call in case of necessary. What the hell is this. I taken vodafone connection with following number 91+[protected], and have monthly internet pack activated of 95/- per month for 650 mb. Which deactivation request i made to customer care in every month from last three to deactivate the internet pack of rs 95/- but not yet deactivate & i got the every month bill with the same amount of charge of internet without using any mb data.

I had ported my number to vodafone after hearing lot of positive feedback from my friends some days back. I had gone to vodafone center in basveshwarnagar branch here in bangalore. Near pavitra paradise.
I had clearly told the executives that this would be my secondary phone, i need the basic plan. When activating, i was promised bill plan of 245 rental/monthly.
Following month, bill got generated for 499 rental. Not sure how...

I am a vodafone india postpaid customer. Never missed my bill payments.
Last month (August, 2017) my bill due date was 23rd but i paid the amount on 14th itself.
The issue began, since i made my bill payment through central governments digital seva, csc. And this payment didn't reflect in the vodafone account.
I explained this to vodafone customer care thrice and just received almost similar to an auto response.
Then...

I activated a one time internet recharge pack last year, i. E; 2016. I do not recharge the number often. Whenever i recharge the network is making no exception and auto renewing the pack again and again for the last 6-8 months.

If this is not unethical, i do not know what is. I called up customer care on 7th september when i noticed vodafone is looting the whatever the balance i had, to deactivate the auto renewing 'internet...

I called the customer care 4-5 times in week regarding, not getting offer of 398 unlimited net and calls pack on my vodafone number.
Take action on it as rather as possible...
The main problem. Is about that the 398 offer is not offering me even after talking to the customer care person..
The customer care person is telling that u will get the offer soon soon sir... But it total 1 week completed till now also i not get...

I have registerd my complaint on 14th august regarding rs. 105 rs charged against vas service in the bill dated 12th august 2017. For which i waived off for the charges rs 105 on a last day before the due date.in the same complaint i have said that in the next bill cycle it is showing me unbilled amount against vas services of rs. 37, which is just continuation to previously activated service. My number was given to another user even when i m regularly using my number on daily basis. How can you deactivate my sim when my sim is inservice. How irresponsible and mistake was done by vodafone executives. How can they give anybody my number when i m using it. Because of this i face alot of problems. Even when i m trying to call on customer care executives they are not attending my call....

M unable to send sms from my vodafone number [protected]. Called at 198 many times to resolve the issue but didn't get it resolved.. infact they blocked my number and now m unable to complain on 198 again.. please help me out as I need to send sms to upgrade my sim otherwise it will be deactivated from 15-09-20!7....

My number is [protected]. Please deactivate automatically added vas "celltick myth busters pack" which i cannot unsubscribe thru sms. Moreover your call center executives are useless to help and support as they also dont know how to stop these unwanted service. The mentioned vas has appeared on my monthly bill for past 2 months continuously and every time call center guys confirm us it is deactivated and will not appear on the monthly bill....
