Dear appellate office,

I am receiving unanimous calls from vodafone on my number [protected] very frequently at-least 3-4 calls on daily basis regarding mnp (Porting) of my number to vodafone since long (More than 6 months). Every time i deny the request very politely stating that i am happy with my current service provider and do not wants to port my number to vodafone and if in future i feels any requirement of so, i myself will contact vodafone in this regards. Also, every time i mentioned vodafone cc executive to not to call me back in this regards and to update the same in their records. But again and again i am receiving calls from vodafone even after i have blocked many of their numbers through truecaller app.

Now, it feels very irritating and i am not sure if i may loose my temper on such unnecessary calls from vodafone and could misbehave to vodafone cc executives regardless of their gender. It feels very disgusting that when you are busy and occupied, driving and receives a call just for this purpose, also there is no time management even sometimes call is at early morning by 7 am, in noon and even at night after 10 pm also.

I am a central govt employee and am occupied to carry out important official work during working hours and such unnecessary calls disrupts concentration and delays my work and work efficiency.

I request you to kindly take strict action in this case and stop such calls from vodafone.

I will be very thankful to you and will be very relaxed if this stops.

I can not make an outgoing call from this no. [protected] but incoming is on.so i called costomer care, they said this no. Is dead but incoming calls are on to this very much no. So please make on outgoing calls to this very much number
My mobile phone was stolen yesterday please block my sim no. [protected]

    Dear sir on 22aug 2017, i have recharged rs 398 for benefits 84gb 3g data+all local calls free for 84 days. No doubt i am using the service. But it is between 10am to 6pm. I can't use 3g service in night and in early morning that fodafon never explaind. I solved all technical issue if there is any problem. I made call to vodafone and it advices me to visit its vodafone store and exchange sim with a charge of rs 25/ but it why it did not mention the issue before it pro missed me to give service?. Although i went vodafone store at balotra and he asked me rs 100 to update sim and rs 150 to replace the sim.
    Totally vodafone makes the consumer dull and gumraah. I further want to carry the message to all indian consumer to avoid vodafone service. It always cheats and make the money.
    Kindly help me sir.

      In my vodafone mobile phone, outgoing sms is barring. Please help me and activate the outgoing sms.
      I have purchased a new mobile phone in the last week, i inserrtefd vodafone sim in my new mobile, it when i checked​ sms, outgoing sms not activated.
      My name is devadayan, mobile number is...[protected]. My address is 2/48d1, bhagavathinagar. Natham kovilpatti, dindigul. Please help me and activate outgoing sms.

      I want to change my postpaid to prepaid migration but not done till after 14 day of submitted request...
      so very disappointed from Vodafone...
      I am paid necessary fees and postpaid bill...Advance Rental of month sept...still not complted my request...

      Please consider my complaint against Vodafone and refund my money in next 5 working days...

        I Had Vodafone Postpaid Number([protected]) Port To IDEA Now Outstanding Amount Payable In Vodafone is 334Rs And Deposit Credit to Vodafone is 300Rs I Had Requested Vodafone to Adjust Outstanding Amount Against My Deposit Credited at Vodafone store, Motibaug, Junagadh, Gujarat But They Deny And Temporary Deactivate My All Services By Requesting Idea To Do So.

        Now I Request Vodafone to Either Release my Deposit As Soon As Possible or Restore My Service .

        I Have Mailed Above Complaint to IDEA And Nodal Head of Vodafone But Till Now there is no reply from both companies, so it has proven that there are no values of customer.

            I am a customer of Vodafone (migrated from Hutch). But whereas we are receiving frequently unsolicited calls disturbing us very much. The timing is such that when I am in Hospital, we receive the call. When we are in meeting with the Bank Manager, we receive the call. When we are discussing with the Doctor, we receive the call. Once I lifted the phone to find out what is the content of the call, to my surprise it is a call related to the selection of caller tunes from among Ten tunes. Should we have to bear this nuisance for ever.
            I found even my neighbours too receiving such calls. They are aged about 80 years.
            The phone call list I enclosed herewith. Kindly advise. The phone no is [protected] etc.etc.

              I have been a Vodafone customer since long and even so, I am facing a very hard time getting my phone migrated from Postpaid to Prepaid.

              Inspite of paying more than the monthly bill, visiting the Vodafone store multiple times, logging numerous complaints at Vodafone Customer Care (see below email for complaint numbers) and emailing complaints to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com, my number is not getting migrated to Prepaid. Even after getting the request processed personally in front of me at the Vodafone store, when I call the customer care to get the status, I get the feedback that there is no request logged for migration to Prepaid by the Vodafone store. following up with Vodafone guys from 6th Sept 2017.

              I have been a faithful customer of Vodafone since years and I get a feeling that Vodafone is playing with me and I am seriously annoyed with Vodafone.

                Mera vodafone number [protected]. Maine 4/1/2017 se complain kor kor ke thak gaya. Baad me trai complain kiya. Problem tha mere number pe koi reacharge nehi ho raya hai show reacharge failed my problemsolve nehi kiya sim ko deactivate ko diya. Contact vodafone care bola aap vodafone store se 54 day ke under sim lesakte ho maine vodafone store me gaya mera sim nehi diya.

                  Dear Vodafone, I believe I am a true fans of your service as I am continuing your services from last 7-8 years. During this years I never used any other operators for my daily communication and for internet. During this long period I never satisfied with your Internet service. I always feels pain when I use your internet service. I am sorry to say that, like a brand so called Vodafone and having so pathetic network services makes me disheartened. During this Reliance Jio period, I haven't also switched to to it rather than stick to your network services. I complained numerous time with your customer support team but ends with nothing. Now I have decided enough is enough, its time for switch to other operators. I don't have problem to pay money for good services. I take this pain to write such email because I want to let you know how much you tortured me with your bad service.

                      I have been a vodafone user for more than 8 years. When the new offer o[censored]nlimited calls and 1 gb data for 348 rs came into existence, i recharged it on august 19, 2017, but the privilege o[censored]nlimited calls for 28 days got over by september 6, 2017 that is after 19 days o[censored]sage. I did not notice the date i recharged, so i recharged it again on september 6, 2017 with the same offer, but today on september 14, 2017, privilege o[censored]nlimited calls got over that is after 8 days. This is nothing but cheating. Please kindly revert back to me as soon as possible.

                          My vodafone number is not working since last 3 days. When i went to vodafone store they told me that someone filed a complain regarding my no. As they were using dnd service and they got a call from my number regarding job. As per the information they informed me that my number got blocked through ur platform. Kindly provide a detail regarding this issue and a solution as well.

                              I am unable to send port message to 1900.

                              I have called to vodafone customer care and they have informed that i need to pay my bill amount and then only i can send port message to 1900.

                              And i have paid my complete postpaid bill and still not able to send message.

                              I tried after some time but still not able to send message to 1900.

                              Please look into this issue and resolve asap.

                                My vodafone no is [protected] post paid

                                I am using this no. For very long time and also paying my bill regularly on time.

                                I have made the payment of rs 2310/- through vijaya bank cheque no. 62031474 on 27/07/2017 for july month bill

                                Amount 2310/- got debited from account on 01/08/2017

                                Till date the amount is not credited in my vodafone no.

                                I have clarified from my bank they said the amount is already been debited from my account.

                                I am receiving lot of phone calls every day for payment of the same.

                                In this regard i have written an email to vodafone customer service center and attached my bank statement also.

                                Despite providing all the details and repeated request to resolve this issues they keep calling me for the payments.

                                These phone calls are very annoying and disturbing.

                                Please resolve this issue on priority.

                                  They have discrepancy in bill and when asked about it, they purposefully delay and provide contact numbers which wont work or no one picks... Like ms. Ashwini & contact no [protected]. Dragged it to demand notice without hearing my side of the argument. I have raised more than 5 requests to customer care, replied to every mails they sent, still no help. Directly sent demand notice knowingly.

                                  Took post pain connection and since plan changed in 2 months, representative asked me to change my sim, since i cannot retain the sim. Took new different vodafone connection and disconnected old connection as per executive suggestion, but they said it will not be disconnected within 3 month period and left it till next billing at the background which im not aware. They started piling up bills for both, disconnected service but charged for 2 months plus the fine it and got the bill to 2500 for a 900 plan.

                                    I am really pissed off from your service. If you people can't provide good services than don't commit it and stop making people fool by charging extra money and zero quality service. I have registered two complaints regarding this issue but still i haven't got any resolution till now. The customer care people are so shameless they know you have raised a complaint but still they keep on calling you regarding the payment of your bill. I have never seen such a shameless company ever before. Will never suggest anyone to use vodafone. Because it sucks..!!

                                    Highly unsatisfied from the services provided by you. Fake people and fake company. Worst service provider in india!!!

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      I am a regular user of vodafone services since last 6 years. I had taken a plan of 149. My monthly bill never exceeded 350 rs. Last month i had taken a new phone. Vodafone executive informed me to upgrade to 4g sim to get best speed. It was assured that i will get some data pack free on activation. They even assured me that the activation will be done in 30 mins time.

                                      After one day i checked with the speed and it was still 2g speed. I visited the store again to raise my complaint. They said that the activation failed due to technical problems and again assured that the activation will be done on the same day. However the loop continued. I then raised the complaint over customer care number 3 times. I asked them to share the complain id.. But they assured they will sms after the call and they didnt.in the last call they assured that the 4g sim data pack is activated and i am eligible for the free data pack for one month as per the offer.

                                      Finally one day my outgoing was disconnected without any intimation. On calling the customer care they said that the bill amont is 2000 plus and i am supposed to pay it first to get the outgoing activated. On questioning the reason for such a high amount of billing.. They said they are not sure and would have to wait till the bill is generated. Till then they asked me to pay the bill.

                                      I visited the store from where i had taken the sim. I raised the issue to the branch manager. To my surpirse the branch manager was very rude and she denied the fact that the sim was taken form the same store. Also there were no records of my complaints raised till now in their system. I did not receive any support from the manager. Also she was very unprofessional while dealing with the customer.

                                      My outgoing are still blocked. It is impacting my business, majorly. Kindly help me with this fraud.

                                        I am living in a ahmadabad. I am facing some strange issue.. Purchased 3g data pack twice in a day and both got exhausted within a few minutes. How that possible when i have not used data that much.. I am using mobile data with my laptop so i know how much data is consumed with every applications. When called customer care they don't have any idea about this issue.
