29/09/2017 ko mne apne number [protected] (Vodafone) me 399 ka recharge karaya tha. Jisme mujhe 84 din k liye unlimeted calls or 1gb per day data mila hai. 30/09/2017 ko mne vodafone customer care 198 pe call ki to unko btaya k sir mera net slow chal raha h 4g data or 2g ki speed de raha hai. To unhone meri complaint ragester kar li or 5-7 din ka time de diya. Lekin 7 din baad bhi koi improvement nhi hua. Mne fir call ki unko btaya k sir koi improvmemt nhi hua. Unhone fir complaint register kar li or fir se 7 din ka tym de diya. Iss baar bhi koi improvement nhi hua. Mne fir call ki unhone fir se complaint regester ki or 7 din ka tym de diya. Iss bar vodafone ki taraf se ek call aya or unhone mujhe manually setting krai or approx 1 ghnte k liye net me improvement aya lekin fir se slow ho gya.. Jis seva k liye mne jitne paise diye the mujhe vo labh nhi mil pa raha hai. To m apne pure paise vapas chahta hu...

On 29/08/2017 i recharged of 399 rupees in my vodafone number ([protected]). I got unlimeted all calls and 1gb per day 4g data for 84 day. On 30/08/2017 i was register complaint for network issue. The internet is running very slow, giving 2g speed. I registered complaint many times every time they told it will take 6 to 7 days for the solution. But the speed is as it is. Now they take 24 days. Speed remains same. Now i want all my money back please help me to withdraw my money.

I reacharged my no. [protected] with 398Rs. plan for 84 days but I did not use yet 1 gb net totally.

    I have recharged my no. On 19th of sept2017 on 4g handset for rs.445 through vodafone store which includes 84 days unlimited calling and 1 gb data for 84 days.
    But when i checked it with costumer care executive on next day it was only for 35 days with only 2 gb internet facility.

    When i recharged my no. On 19 sept2017, my sim card was inserted in nokia 6 which is 4g handset, but costumer care executive is saying that it was inserted in 3g phone & therefore you can not avail the benefit.

    I told him that it was inserted into 4g handset while recharging & there could be problem with your machine which is showing wrong information to you.
    But he was not accepting this fact and was telling me that vodafone cannot help you.

    This is mistake done by vodafone which they are not accepting.

    I can provide more information if needed.

    I have a Vodafone connection.I have been asking for permanent caller tune connection.but first the caller tune gets cancelled.then it is automatically re connected without my request.this process has been going on for years.mine is not a corporate connection.my number is [protected].vijayalakshmi.india
    We live in Jalna city, JPC bank colony, Maharashtra
    we are facing problem with network signal 4G or 3G getting very poor signal,
    if we want to call some people, we must go to out for home.

    so please improve network signal our area.

      I have a vodafone connection.in my august 2017 and september 2017 vodafone has charged me wrong.

      I have not taken the internet data plan when i have taken the connection.
      Ever since i have taken the connection i get the bill around 250 rs only.

      Suddenly on august 2017 i was very surprise to see that my bill was of 1050 rupees.
      When i called vodafone customer service they told me you have the internet data plan which has 1 gb of free data you have exceeded the data usage so you have charged
      This is really wrong first i have never ask to enable the internet data plan.
      And second i have not use the mobile internet. This is like fooling the customer.

      I asked them to rectify the bill. They said we will check. After not receiving the call after few days i called them again they said they will check. Till date i have not got any call from them.

      September 2017 bill: for these month also vodafone have charged me wrong 425 rs. When i call vodafone customer support the executive said. You have 150 min local free call which you have exceeded.
      This is also totally wrong i hardly do the local call through mobile. These is like cheating.
      I asked her to forward the call to the supervisor.

      When i explained my issue for both the month bill it was surprise to me that supervisor told me that she can not do anything and the bill can not be rectify.
      I asked for the escalation email id she said she does not have any after repeated asking she gave me. She was totally non supportive and not helpful

      This is total bad service from vodafone for not attending the customer complaint for 1.5 month and also charging wrongly.

      I have received the call today first time from Vodafone after 2 month.
      There was again big shok,
      The person was telling me that Internet data plan was never been enabled in your connection and you have use 125 Mb data without any internet plan hence yo got 1000+ Rs. for August bill
      First when I have called Vodafone seeing 1000 + rs bill the executive told me that You have enabled Internet data plan which has 1 GB free data and you exceeded 1 GB hence you are been charged.

      I have informed her to log the complain that How the Internet data plan was enabled for me when I have never asked for it.And I asked her to disable the Internet plan immediately. This is what one of my main complain along with wrong billing

      She said the Internet plan has been disabled now, After that I have done 2 follow up call in 1month for the status of my complain and every-time I was been informed by the Vodafone executive that Internet plan has been disable when I complain.

      Now after 2 month this gentleman from Vodafone saying me Internet data plan was never enabled for me. This is fooling the customer.
      They know that no way they can explain, that the person never use the Mobile Data any time from the date he has taken connection, then how can we justify 1 GB + 125 MB has been used by him so now they have change there stand that there was no Data Plan enabled. These is too bad for a big company like Vodafone to lie to the customer and fool the customer.

      The person who has called also very tricky and arrogant. He never reply to what problem I said and manipulate the problem and start giving the justification. He was deliberately provoking to me to get angry, . This really very bad.
      He then disconnect the call after telling what he has already planed to say. This is very bad service by Vodafone.

      One more Critical Update.

      When I Have taken connection I have strictly told that I do not want Internet on my Mobile.

      Till date without Wifi I am not able to access the Internet on my mobile

      So How could I access the Internet? and I am been charged for that
      Vodafone deducted my account balance without my prior information for WWE pack.. Evn I don't know what is this. This is cheaper way to cheat customers by making them stupid.
      Plz give me a details of this no.[protected]. name and address
      I have paid my bill but it is mistakenly considered as data pack recharge so please cancel that data pack and consider the same amount for the bill payment of my vodafone postpaid no. [protected]
      I lost for RS90forwwe zone activation, but I have not activated any such service kindly refund at an earliest

            I am a retailer on vodafone from chandigarh my demo number [protected] last month have a simex sceme 150rs extra for 5 simex i complete and i do extra 2 or 3 simex and 5 ekyc but i recieved only 45rs from payout and also in may 100rs simex claim not recived i have all number of which i upgrade in simex sceme please help and resolved my problem my distributer is sai communication from chandigarg manimajra

              I was a very happy prepaid customer however vodafone ruined my happiness by lieing to me. Postpaid sales calls and says you need to pay 399rs and we will give unlimited calls plus 20gb 4g data per month. I said ok ill convert which appears to be a big mistake. One day i call customer care and as usual the associates do not reply my call, they hung up on me. On the third try a lady answered and said sir the plan you have, you will get 5gb of 4g data. I said to raise a complaint. After 3 days i get a call from complaints team and the lady says sir we can offer you 15gb 4g data for 6 months. Thereafter it will be 5gb. I said since its your mistake i do not wish to continue. She says you will have to use it for a month. Vodafone my suggestion to you is"stop lieing", you have lost your loyal customer. I will carry this burden and then close it after a month. Dissatisfied i am. Nobody will use voda in my family.
              Not just that i was told the amount would always be 399 whereas its 499. Vodafone you are a lier.

                Sir/madam.

                This is to inform you that, the sim i had been using for the past several years is now currently at denmark as if i am working there now. I had activated the international roaming facility but until now i am not able to use the sim, as the network is not being detected.

                In order to use this facility a minimum balance of rs 99 should be maintained in my mobile number, and this condition is also met.

                But then too, am not bale to use the sim.. Kindly consider this request and hopefully waiting to solve this complaint as soon as possible.

                  I am switching from vodafone to airtel. My dues are completely paid and they have an excess of more than rs.200 of mine. I have applied multiple times to port but each time i get message that your porting request is rejected due to outstanding dues. When i call or visit vodafone they say, "everything is clear from our side, please apply again." but same thing repeats. They are doing this deliberately and i request you take action immediately against this scam and inform trai as well.

                      I am facing this issue everytime with vodafone service, for no reason they deduct amount from my balance, when ever i check my balance it will be zero, and that too i m using a offer in which i recharge 342 rs and get 28gb free data and unlimited call all over india for 28 days but still they deduct my balance even today my 80rs is deducted for no reason.

                        For last couple of days the facebook application is not working properly in my gionee a1 handset. The news feed is not at all loading and the pages are totally blank. Per my understanding the amount of internet speed which is required to access fb isn't sufficient enough to load the pages. When i am accessing fb through wifi it is working perfectly. Please look into this issue at earliest

                            I had requested vodafone to change my postpaid no to prepaid and cleared my bill but the company did not change and continued to send me bill for lást 3 months also i got calls from them and i told them the situation they said they will look into will call me back however i didnt receive any feedback and now they are asking to pay it only then they will convert my no to prepaid please help

                              I have recharged my vodafone no with rs 398 through sbi anywhere app on 9/9/17... Balance deducted from my account but i haven't get any recharge... I complained about this to sbi and they told that balance has been transferred to the merchant and contact to the merchant... Then i contact to vodafone care but they didn't solve my problem till now...

                                Am trying to connect vodafone customer helpline number 59059 since half an hour for my verification of new prepaid sim. However no calls have been picked.

                                As i have to make for urgent calls and yet verification is not complete due to which my sim is not yet ready for calls.

                                Such a pathetic customer care service.
                                Very disappointed.

                                      I have purchased 3g data card in last year after launching 4g - why the vodafone team cheated and gave me 3g data card???

                                      I am not able to use 4g with obsolete data card of vodafone – who will be reimbursed cost of my data card???

                                      As per vodafone team commitment, that for one year bill will come rs. 650 only – why they have changed the plan to rs.750 after 4-5 month???

                                      After a lot of communications by mail and verbal to vodafone local team, customer care team/ payment team - why they did not correct my bill? Why they did not responded? Why did they force/helpless to me for stop the payments???

                                      I have used your data card for [protected]@650/month and total cost should be rs.5850 and i have already paid to vodafone approx. 7000.00- who will reimburse the difference amount to me???

                                      Why the vodafone doing my harassment by issuing demand letter???
                                      Why the vodafone is not replacing 3g data card with new 4g data card???

                                        Dear sir, i don't have any account with vodafone services. But i am getting mails from vodafone (Mani. [protected]@vodafone.com) with subject "non-payment of outstanding dues-initiating appropriate legal action". This is not the first mail and i am getting continuous mails. When contacting customer support, they are saying email would have wrongly updated, but still i am getting mails saying legal action.

                                        Please take required actions on this. The mail is as follows

                                        Sub: out of court settlement before lawsuit - your vodafone mobile no:

                                        I hereby call upon you for out of court settlement before litigation. We are willing to give you the 60% discount & request you to pay only rs269 /- (1) days from the date of receipt of this notice failing which we shall be constrained to initiate legal proceedings against you for realization of legitimate dues.

                                        Further, you shall be liable for all the costs and expenses, which may have to be incurred for legal action to be taken against you under civil (Including attachment of your movable and immovable property) and criminal laws.in case you have already made the payment. Pls ignore this mail & kindly share the payment details.
