Money has been deducted from my Vi account charging for games world which i have not even subscribed….this is happening many a times in a span of month…kindly look into it and react asap
Also Vi activates the services all by itself without the knowledge of customer!!!

    I had ported from Vodafone to Airtel postpaid two month back.
    i had paid outstanding will porting my number to airtel.

    now since Oct end my current service provider is ending me messages mentioning an outstanding of Rs 273.88 is still due for my number with previous operator Idea, MH and my service will be stopped if not paid till12 nov.

    today my out going service is stopped by Airtel.

    1. i have not received any bill for above amount from my current or previous service provider.

    2. if there is outstanding why Vodafone has approved my porting

          A message from VZ-vi CMS is being received in every 2-3 day from last 2 months and each time amount is being deducted for some sona jeeto contest and many like these. I have not subscribed to any of the services. Please deactivate this service and stop the deduction of the amount. my phone number is [protected]

            I have been charged Rs.15 for some Bcafe protal access without my permission.
            This is shame on vodafone to use someone's else's money for own benefits and deceive them.

            I kindly request the team to refund my amount as soon as possible.

              Address: 10 &11 Thoppil John's Villa, 1st Main, 7th Cross Road, Vignan Nagar,

              Cannot receive or make phone calls to BSNL network. What a pathetic thing to happen. This is nothing but harassment of consumers for personal gains. I request the government of India to bring in stringent regulations against such practices.

                i am recently mobile portability from Airtel to Vodafone network after one year before i am also using idea India sim card and one year age i was change sim network due to network issue but recently mobile portability in same network Vodafone 15 day age but issue was same me not using 4g network is show always 2g network in my area indoor and outdoor both. i was complaint so many time but no one response me
                so sir kindly request of you take my complaint and solve my problem please provide 4g network or change my network to again other network.

                  As i have ported out from airtel to vodafone their was outgoing balance payment which was paid by me on 23rd October, 2021 and was mailed with attached screenshot of the payment details on [protected]@vodafoneidea.com as suggested by customer care of VI

                  Even after payment is done the call and message being sent by VI for balance payment and now my outgoing service as well data service is suspended from VI since few days

                  As this is incapability of the Vi service providers for not updating the information in their system

                      Hi Team,

                      I have been trying to PORT my Vodafone number to another Service Provider from past 2 days and i have been unsuccessful. When i try to send message It says "Not Delivered", but i was able to send messages to my other local numbers.

                      PORT [protected] to 1900

                      Could you please help to resolve this issue ASAP?

                              I didn't activate the juiceup service.But on 5th Nov I got a message that the Juiceup service is activated by you charging me Rs150.I deactivated the service as soon as the message popped up.But still it's charging me Rs150 on top of my Rs399 plan

                              Well the problem got solve under 24hrs only and the extra charges were removed by them. Such a great service. You just have to dial 198 and then dial 10 in it the call will be redirected to the complaint department and you can discuss your problem there

                                  My name is Jay my 6 number are in airtel, 15 day before your (vi) salse man call me & reqesting me for porting my all numer ([protected]-[protected]-[protected]-[protected]-[protected]-[protected]) in vodafone idea.my airtel monthly bill is1530.they gave all thing data, outgoing call, sms free in this.your salesman(+[protected] say in1250 monthly billing I will provides same facilities.now she is not attending my phone.i feel so cheated, please take action against her, & solved my problem.

                                        I live in Abu Dhabi and have a Vodafone postpaid number since a lot of years. This is kept for any banking transactions etc. I received a bill for October, 2021 for 4500 INR plus bill for ongoing month of 1950 INR and showing calls that were never made from my phone. All I have on my phone are missed calls from these automated telesales call. I have tried contacted Vodafone multiple times through Twitter ( as I don’t want to spend a fortune on customer care call from abroad) but all I am receiving is just a complaint number every time they reply. Also, they ended up changing my plan saying that this is the solution. I provided by Abu Dhabi number and no one from Vodafone tried to even call me but on the response on Twitter, they would write that they called and was not responded which is pure lie. Now they barred my phone number as it exceeded the credit limit and I am left out of country with non-working number and unable to make any banking transactions from my India Savings account to my parents and they are suffering from the last few weeks with shortage of funds at their end. This is very harassing for me and my parents as my parents live in a hometown in Uttarakhand and they can’t access Vodafone customer care to sort out this issue face to face. I can’t travel to India for this issue as my job is ongoing. Requesting your help here as the bill is baseless and I know that Vodafone is just ignoring this as they do a for a lot of other customers trying to wait till my bill payment due date reaches and then they will start pushing to pay the bills. Please help me in this issue.
