No proper network

We are fedup with vodafone network, very week network, cant make calls, if atall we get thru within seconds no signal and cant talk, its called call drop.With this my business is suffering who will compensate for the same?

Incoming and Outgoing calls/messages barring

I got my incoming and outgoing calls/messages barred on ([protected]) for an unknown reason since 28th Oct 2021. I did complain to customer care executive but my complain didn't resolved. Deducted 25 RS.

Hello Support Team,

VI has been deducted 25 RS of game from my account.

It happens 2 times deducted.

It's a wrong charge because I have no access any type of VAS services on my number.

I have attached the screenshot of deducted amount.

Minus Balance for my Prepaid Sim

Vodafone net service

There's no tower to catch network and even if you do it's not more than 2G. No complaint solved. They lie to us about everything. Not a single truth. The biggest one is about postpaid plans they manipulate us to take postpaid plans. No internet connection available after 7 pm. in the 84 days plan they will only provide net for 70 days .Vodafone is just a big scam....

Activating Number

Recently after my father’s death in mid Jan 2021 my mother submitted an application to transfer my father number to her name. Call drop / network/ extra bill

They are charging extra billings, no network facility, lots of call drop issues...

Horrible service

Hello,
Since the last month I am receive no service at all.
everytime I have to move myself to wifi or else restart my handset all the time.
I be attending my busy calls and meeting and there is no service
what is the use of recharging for the services when I am not receiving any.
The vodafone CUSTOMER team are totally useless and not at all helpful. Absolute ##.

I need the refund of my services......

Cannot Transfer Sim Card to my name

I have been using my vodafone number [protected] from 2016. But I received a message on 23rd Oct 2021 (Sat) at 9:48 PM that my number will be deactivated. After that on Monday morning my number got deactivated without giving me chance to transfer the sim to my name.

By mistake the sim was registered on my brothers name. But without informing me to get it on my name, Vodafone just deactivated it. This was my primary number and...

Complaint for no-service and high charges

Vodafone - Pathetic service and misguiding scheme

Mobile number portability process pending after 4 days

I had opted to port my jio number [protected] and the sim card was delivered to me on 23rd post completion of kyc, till now the sim card had not been activated. Moreover whichever customer care number of Vodafone I dial it says, please complete your tele verification. Whereas each and every number that I dial from sim card says the number you have dialled is wrong.

At least they should divert me to a customer care executive...

Balance deducted many times more than RS. 200

Company deduts balance by rs. 49 4 time and sends massage of vas activation. when we call for refund in 48 hours the refuse to pay deducted money....
