Hi! Vodafone India, I am much regreteful to mentioned that the WWE ZONE pack has been activated without confirmation of the customer and allegedly deducted RS. 90 from the mobile main balance. I have no intention to subscribe this pack at all. Therefore, I want that my main balance should be refunded as much as possible.

    I have a vodaphone haryana postpaid connection. For change my plan i visited their vodaphone store, call their respective employees but all in vain. Now from last 8 days i contact their customer care executives sevral times about changing my post paid plan.
    I call them on 29 august, 31 august, 02 september, 3 september, 4 september, 5 september but they are misguiding me, giving wrong information. Their unprofessional act wasting my time and money. I have this postpaid no. From last 5 years and i regularly paid all the bills but now i want to change my service provider.
    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Vodafone is cheating on customer as the 4g speed provided by vodafone in imphal, manipur is so slow that it is unable to load facebook or any other educational website.
    So i am requesting you to look after the issue as soon as possible
    I ma facing internet speed problem on my vodafone sim mob no [protected]. i raised 5-6 times complaint. but i am not getting any proper resolution.

      Hello there,

      Please find below details of my vodafone number

      Plan: vodafone red 399

      I had recently port my number to vodafone and at time of porting i was told that i will get 21 gb internet data, but now what i got is 2 gb

      I had called 3 times in customer care and also visited vodafone store, every time i will get a different answer from company representative

      1st time: your number is just activated and remaining data will be credited to your account after 24 hrs
      2nd time: you are using 3g phone once you add sim in 4g phone it will automatically credit
      3rd time: please visit vodafone store they will reset your plan and you will get that benefit

      Currently, i visited vodafone store @ shivranjni, ahmedabad. After waiting for 1 hr they will not even check in the system for any resolution and just told me that you will not get this benefit now

      Now i am stuck with vodafone and there is no option for me to paying vodafone 399 rs every month and i will get nothing out of it

      If you can look into this and help me to solve the issue

        Dear sir,
        Iam not satisfy with your internet network
        Coverage n data packs... Hence, i thought to move to airtel... Then i have started
        To send sms to 1900 for porting...
        But, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message could not sent" is showing... Tried 10 time...
        By speking to custmer care for solution... They keep giving non sense / irrilavent solutions

          Hi team,

          Friday night i requested to block my sim as i lost my phone, and on saturday i submitted all required docs and get duplicate sim. But it's not activated yet.
          Since saturday i am chasing vodafone store and customer care but still didn't get any solution from vodafone.
          Every time i got only one response that in next 2 to 4 hours your sim will be activated.
          And when i called again and again than customer care advise to go to vodafone store. When i went vodafone store they said we already sent mail for activation please connect with customer care.
          I fed with this #.

            I have a nokia n79 with a vodafone sim card. It was working fine. But i was not using this phone for some personal reasons for quite some time. To-day when i tried to use it after charging, it shows "sim card registration failed". My detailed registration address etc. Remains the same. Shall be grateful if you can advise how to resolve it.

              Hi,
              I tried porting out my vodafone prepaid connection ([protected]) last week but was unable to send port sms to 1900. It shows message cannot be sent. When i trying sending sms at different numbers the service works fine. I tried calling hotline number and got various excuses. After trying for numerous time one of the executive registered the complaint and said that they have blocked my number for mnp as i was a old consumer for the. He requested to wait for four days to resolve the issue. Now after four days the company has blocked my number from contacting the service executives. I tried calling from another vodafone number and now they have asked me to wait for another 24 hrs.
              Please help me escape from the trap of vodafone asap. Thankyou

                Everyday i am getting calls from vodafone to get my connection port into it i. E. (+91 [protected]) but everytime i ask them to not call me all the time as i am not interested but then also they use to call me everyday and whenever i ask them to delete my number from their data then they say such a foolish thing (That why don't i put my number on dnd), i mean seriously how someone can be such a foolish person and such a foolish network who use to call me everyday and that to when i use to say such words in such a bad manner.
                I request you to kindly take some serious action against this network as they are making someone irritates a lot

                  I wanted to convert vodafone postpaid to prepaid. On saturday i went to bhosari, pune vodafone store. They said they don't do postpaid to prepaid. My question is why are they their?
                  Today i chatted with customer care, they said visit to store nearby me at baner and it's opened inspite of ganesh virarjan. They don't have any contact numbers of any shop. I was not able to find the provided address for an hour. Then i found that store is closed. Then i went to other shop at khadki the address provided by customer care. Store was not their on the provided address., which itself was frustrating. Then i went to wakdevadi store, they said store is closed now and we cannot take any other customer's request. I said i cannot come there as i do have office, but the lady manager at wakadewadi was behaving very rudely and it was like i'm begging but she is not listening. Vodafone is supposed to help customers and not to ignore them. That lady was busy talking with her friend and busy laughing with her. She was like no i cannot help. I had lost 3 hours in heavy sun, which was itself was frustrating. I request you to please take strict action against them.

                    I'm writing to bring to your attention a serious issue i have faced. I've been cheated and charged unduly for a data plan that i had never subscribed to.

                    I had also called to ensure such plans do not get activated on my phone, but to my horror and thanks to your inattentive staff, i've been charged this since may, and i'm now rightly seeking compensation for the same.

                    It is evident from my past bills that i had asked them to remove any data plan as i had received another sim, that met with my data and calling needs. However, being a loyal customer and not having any past dues has resulted in exploitation of my account and this downright fraudulent behavior towards me.

                    I'm hoping that this gets resolved at the earliest and i don't have to post this online.

                    I look forward to hear back from you about this incident at the earliest. I can be reached by phone or by email.

                      Hi,
                      I have changed my network provider from vodafone to idea through mnp.
                      Rs.104 was the balance amount to be paid. After the clarification from vodafone customer care. Rs.112 was refunded afterwards till june20th billing.

                      Vodafone has been charging from june 20 th 2017 till aug 2017.
                      Since my number has been ported to idea on june 23rd.
                      And they have send me a notice to pay the bill amount of rs.1147 now.

                        As per my discussion with you, i am activated on red4business_499 plan in that case why am i charged this much on vodafone bill this month???

                        Is there something highly wrong with vodafone that i am charged inappropriately every month.

                        Each month i have to follow up with vodafone for charging my account incorrectly.

                        I am highly unsatisfied with your service now.

                        When i log into my vodafone app my bill shows rs. 934.56 due on 19.09.2017 (Which is again incorrect as my plan is 499 and the monthly charges charged by vodafone is 529+ (Some usage charge of 163)

                        Earlier vodafone activated some useless services on my number without my knowledge for which i was charged.

                        I had requested to stop all value added services on my number, which was stopped as per vodafone information.

                        Then why am i still charged for other usages services.

                        Vodafone india - its high time you take complains seriously and work on them to resolve it completely.

                        I am facing this issue every single month and when i complain, they tell me that "i'm the only one who complains"

                        Is that what you call customer service???

                        When vodafone fails to provide error free services, how do you expect your customers to co-operate??

                        I want this issue to get resolved asap

                        Also make sure that your customers are not troubled each month running after vodafone people to get their complains solved.

                        If you fail to do so
                        Then i would be very happy to quit your below standard service and opt for other services in market.

                          I came for a sim change to your vodafone store in pondicherry - reddiarpalayam, as per your protocol got my token and the token no is 129. I was waiting there for more than half an hour and found your customer care executives roaming around and chatting with each other. None was found to be working and even if they were in their seats, they were just starting at their computers. Above all there was no proper seating arrangement for people waiting in the store. I expect a proper action will be taken in this issue. Thank you.

                            I want to close my m-pesa account. I didn't made the account. Someone used or hacked my mobile to create the account. He is using the account. I don't know who is using the account. Am getting texts about all the transactions. If my account will not be deactivated vodafone will be responsible for everything. As i mailed you request to close this account immediately. I can provide you my identification proofs if needed. I just want to deactivate this account immediately. [protected]@gmail.com

                              On 14 August I fill the form to deactivate my sim. Till now there is no response from service center. Mobile no. [protected]. Plzzzzzzz deactivate the sim as soon.i call in customer care and go to service center more than 15 times. Your staff do not do their work properly. And plzzzzz take action to deactivate my no.

                                  My phone sim got last on 26/7/2017 based on which i approached vodafone care center in delhi at d 27 inner circle connaught place, new delhi for reissue of lost sim.

                                  I was advised after waiting for my queu for one and a half hour by the vodafone officials to submit id proof and fir report, which i submitted (Online fir dt:31/7/17) based on which i was told to come 4-5days later as that center needs to order outstation sim.

                                  After 4-5 days i visited the said center with all my docs including aadhar card duly submitted.. I was issued sim and it got activated within few hours. Now suddenly i observe that since 4-5 days my sim is not working and when called customer care they told that number is active though outgoing and incoming is blocked and visit customer care to enable the sim. I visited the same center today i. E. 04/09/2017 again wherein first i waited for 1 hrs 45mins for my queue no. And then the official told to call customer care. On telling that i have already called thats why i have come here, they told that they are sending mail as they are unable to find out the reason... Without providing any further assistance.. No solution was provided to me and my number is still not working.. Iam one of the old customers where i purchased the said number from ahmedabad took it to bhavnagar then to bahadurgarh (Haryana) amd further planning to keep for my present posting in delhi as my job os transferrable. But if i will be provided such service.. I will be left wid no option to switch to other telecom operators.

                                  I was having vodafone app where there was this option for help and support and I submitted feedback supprt response in the app and reported the issue of my sim there also other thencallimg vodafone care and visiting Vodafone centre at cannaught place. But no where the solution was provided and they were unable to find the reason for my problem until today the mail came from Tayabba Ali who responded to my feedback submitted in the Vodafone App tyhe following: "Hello Charan, Thank you for contacting us. My name is Tayyaba Ali and I will be assisting you today. I sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you. I would like to inform you that as per feedback received to our Vodafone specialized care team your Vodafone number 7567223448 services has been reactivated on dated 6/9/2017. I hope I was able to assist you today with your query. Should you have any additional questions, please reply to this email and I will be happy to assist you. Thank you! Tayyaba Ali" And my number is active now. Thank You Tayyaba Ali for working on my problem and providing me the solution

                                  I further went again to the same center at 6:30pm wherein they checked the complaint in their mail box and said that they have not received any revert from vodafone roaming support cell and said they will see by tomorrow. Thats it no firther solution provided. They didnt even follow up whole day for my complaint and they are not able to find put the reason for the same. Thats really unprofessional. I have no hope further

They have activated wwe service (I am yet unaware what this service is about) and deducted my money rs.90 and these thieves are asking me to deactivate the service which i have never activated.                                       My vodafone number is[protected] and i got message from vodafone to activate 392 plan which provides me 84 days free calls (300mins per day) and 1 gb per day. For the same reason i had recharged my mobile for rs 400 on 2nd sep. After that when i tried to activate it from ivr it says please visit store. I didn't understand the logic behind this.

                                      Even i called customer care multiple times and they are telling i should recharge exactly for rs392 to activate this offer. Why it was available in ivr to activate this offer from balance. This is pure cheating and even customer care executive have denied to provide the call recordings. They are not even ready to provide me call back and not ready to resolve this.

                                      My Vodafone number is 97423 XXXXX and I got message from Vodafone to activate 392 plan which provides me 84 days free calls (300mins per day) and 1 GB per day. For the same reason I had recharged my mobile for Rs 400 on 2nd Sep. After that when I tried to activate it from IVR it says please visit store. I didn't understand the logic behind this.

                                        While going through my bill for the month of jul'17 (Ph no. [protected]) i came across mobile data charges of rs. 3657.50 charged for international data usage. although i was travelling during the billing period to an international location but i have not used any data services.

                                        I would like to also confirm that i had switched off mobile data on my phone before leaving kolkata and switched it on only upon arrival in kolkata.

                                        I would sincerely request the company to review the charges levied.
