TWO BILLS SENT AGAINST MY NUMBER
CHARGED INCORRECTLY EVEN AFTER REPEATED MAIL EXCHANGE TO UPDATE MY PLAN.
AS PER MY PLAN I AM ACTIVE ON "UNLIMITED 499" PLAN.
BUT CHARGED EXCESS EVEN AFTER MY CALLS ARE FREE & UNLIMITED ALSO I USE WIFI
AND HAVE STOPPED ALL VALUE ADDED SERVICES, HOWEVER STILL CHARGED FOR SOME UNEXPLAINED SERVICES WHICH VODAFONE CANNOT TAP.
