Dear sir/ madam, i am a vodafone customer with number [protected].Actually i want to change my vodafone plan from post paid to prepaid.For that i submitted NON OBJECTION CERTIFICATE on 16TH JULY 2017 in CITY CENTRE, DURGAPUR, NEAR JUNCTION MAAL, WEST BENGAL Vodafone service centre.But my request is not yet solved as they are being careless and not looking after my request.Till today i visited that service centre for 10 times.their treatment against customer also is not good in manner.
I am requesting you to please consider my complaint and take proper action against that vodafone service centre and make my request be solved.

      I port my no to vodafone with frc 449. But i didn't get 1gb data daily as per plan, only got 2 gb data. I talked to customer care, they said data of 2gb only will provide you as your mobile is 3g set. But in 4g set also i couldn't get the data. Pl do the needful. Also, network is so poor at the place i residing. Resolve the issue as soon as possible.

        Dear vodafone team,
        Here i am facing the big network issue. We can't make call also and internet problem is the big issue we can't do browse also. If the problem will be like this than we have to port our number in other sim. It's worst network. Vodafone will provide this type of bad network we never expect.

        Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

          I did recharge through my vodafone app dated on 19th aug for twice for amount rs 143. both times failed but amount rs 143 debited from my bank account for times.10 days over but refund not done. i have all records like screenshots, account statements. i contacted vodafone too many times regarding this issue through phone and mail but nothing happen.they provide different information on different time and from different person. some of they saying recharge is done and some of they saying refund is done. but nothing happen. i want to go to take legal action against vodafone. please guide me.

            I was call 198 free customer care number on 1 Sept 2017, 3 time between 23:00 to 23:30 and Vodafone company deducted 1.50 rs and today executive officer told me I called 199 chargeable call but I have record when I was call 198.
            So please action against cheating

              Vodafone is the most pathetic connection from all. I had a postpaid connection a year ago. They charged me with a bill of more than my bill cycle by putting international call charges. I had complaint more than once but no one listens. They generated a bill of rs. 1500 which i had fully paid them. I requested them to close this number. I even had gone to the vodafone store karol bagh and the customer care person had sent the request to close the connection. Their executive called me even to finally stop the services. But now again they are harassing me to pay the bill. I asked them about for what. They said that your number is still active and we are giving you the monthly bill. I am stuck with vodafone. I am a student and it's not possible for me to pay their demands. I being threatened all the time. They haven't provided me with any confirmation mail. I never doubted them for this. Please give suggestion how to get out of this.

                I have submitted a disconnection request on 19july2017 for my postpaid vodafone number in vodafone showroom... After 2 months now bill generated for the same number. When i approached vodafone showroom again they simply said some one from vodafone team has activated. I don't know without my confirmation how they activated the same number. Now the bill has been generated and they requested me to pay the bill..

                I didn't ask them to reactivate the number so i won't pay the bill...

                Note: for closing the post paid connection they are asking us to visit the showroom and write the letter for closing reason but for reactivating the same sim no again why they are not asking any confirmation from the customer end?

                  45 rs deducted from my account for wwe zone on my vodafone number without any confirmation. Deducted in august rs. 45/- in one time, and rs. 21 on 28.08.2017. Same as 45/- against deducted for star struck pack on 02.09.2017 without any confirmation. I am not use there zone or pack in my number. Need refund immediatly.

                    Sir, without my concern on 1st september 2017, rs 10 and rs 90 have been deducted from my number [protected] from wwe zone vodafone pack, i never have any interest on any vas service and don't have time also in any vas, i am very disappoint from such kind of vas service is still deducting the amount from vodafone. Very bad service from vodafone. I want my money refund or i have to replace with other network. Thank you, surja khawas.

                      July 3rd called ur customer care number and told deactive my num.. Still not deactivated. Bill is generated every month. Y should i pay money. June month paid extra 400rs pls return my extra amount. When ever i called customer care they told we solve the prob after two days our excutive member call back. Last two months i didnt get call from customer care ppl.

                      July 3rd I called ur customer care number regarding sim deactivation. Still my number is not deactivated. june month i paid extra 350rs.I want 350rs.Whenever i called ur customer care they told within 24hrs we call back. but still i didnt get any call from ur executive members.y should pay august month bill.I have all proof.i want my extra amount.very disappointed.

                      now i will change port req for remaining two postpaid number.i m willing to moving to airtel network.

                        I am using vodafone postpaid service no. [protected] from last so many years. On 12th august 2017 i visited vodafone gallery at thane west naupada to change my postpaid connection to prepaid. On suggestion on their customer care person ms savita i agreed to keep postpaid with new plan of - rs. 399/- (299 + 99) with 5gb data per month. However after a week i received message saying they have charged me bill for data usage more than rs. 1000/- on checking i get to know that no data pack was applied on my number.
                        On 23rd of august i visited same gallary again to resolve the issue and get to know from their customer care agent mr dipak that this was due there manual error. And the charges will be reverse after billing cycle. He registered my complaint with ref no.[protected].
                        But after billing cycle also neither my data plan was changed nor the excess amount was reversed. All time these gallary people keep all waited for more than couple of hours but do not resolve the issues. Please take the necessary actin on urgent basis

                          I am writing this here as i have been harassed by vodafone since past 7 months with this pathetic service that they provide. When i use the term "service", it does not relate to call dropouts or distortions. This is purely related to their billing. Every single month they tend to activate tons of vas on your phone and you get a message of being charged for the same when you have not requested for the same. You can either call up 155223 / send "stop" to the same number and get this vas deactivated. However you will be charged for the same during the month.

                          Then comes the worse thing, though its a mistake from vodafone servers, they will not call you to get your reversal done. Its you who have to call them every month post bill generation to get those charges reversed. You have to deal with their extremely terrible, senseless, robotic, pathetic, useless, clueless customer service agents and their extra pathetic thrash bag supervisors. One has to go through a mental torture every month wherein you do not even want to look at your phone for any other services when you have your normal rental covering all the basic things that you need.

                          Guess what? They will not even know why you are being charged during the month as they claim there systems are so incompetent.

                          I have been doing this for 7 months now but this month it took such a torture to be dealing with a bunch of fools who pretend to work in a telecom industry without even knowing why they are actually being hired.

                          To top it, their customer service do not even take complaints and they will never arrange a callback for you no matter how much ever they screw your happiness. Plus if you dare to register a complaint somehow against your bill, you get a call in about 3 days asking you how they can help you in getting additional vas services installed? Simply awesome!!!

                          I mean i have been a customer of vodafone for almost 6 to 7 years now but this kind of issues is been faced since last 7 months post the launch of the many better products in the market.

                          I don't know if me posting my complaint here will reach their corporate, but if it does reach i would expect some kind of reply from those brains who actually are worried about competing with jio instead of resolving the in-house problems in the first place.

                            My Mobile No. [protected] has got an add on number [protected] which has been charged Rs. 602 for a call of 43 minutes mentioning special number 51717.

                            How can a special number be charged such high amount and when I have visited complaints raised many resemble my complaint .

                            I hence request to act on my complaint and that necessary action to get me a refund for the excess charged.

                                When i am want go in vodafone store in pratap plaja sanganer jaipur
                                I am change to my vodafone registration no. From another person (My bro mr. Rajendra meena) to my name (Suresh meena)
                                Than vodafone agent suggest to me with wrong information
                                He suggest me if you want to change registration name than you will change to first is nessery to change preapaid to pospaid your sim card

                                But vodafone customer care said that its not nessary
                                Name change is preapaid to preapaid possible

                                He said that is not possible
                                He suggest to me wrong information that
                                You change your vodafone no in preapaid to pospaid is nessary with very costly plan
                                He charge me security charge 250 for only one month
                                And extra charge is also applied...

                                  I have recharged net pack of 147 on my new vodafone sim number which gives 2 gb net for 28 days. I have recharged on 28 aug 2017. I cannot access net as it gives me alert that net service has been stopped as per regulatory norms. I have contacted customer care and after repeated pleas i have been blocked to access customer support.. This is the most disgusting company. Please starr my internet facility asap

                                    I was fed up with network problems im facing with vodafone. I raised a port out request on 23 august. I called vodafone customer care many times to check status of my port out request. Till it was rejected they told me it was accepted and the port out date is august 30. After it got rejected, they asked me to pay bill of 179 rupees just for 8 days o[censored]sage (Not sure how they calculated and my billing period ends by aug 22). To retain customers, this is a cheap trick played by them. Why did not they say if i have some outstanding? Anyhow that is not outstanding, that could be unbilled amount.
                                    I asked them to escalate the issue and they did not do anything. They are still saying same story that i heard earlier that i can get port out on sept 6th.
