Vodafone is not providing proper service for which i had paid, i had paid 398 inr for 84 days unlimited calling & 4g internet subscription but there is slower internet speed, i submitted lots of complaints on twitter for last 2-3 weeks & also by email but no one responding. What about money i had paid & time waisted for better service. Pls ask for penalty for not providing service & straying there customer by making promises.

    Dear customercare,
    I am not able to send sms to 1900 for my porting request. This only to1900. The message i see as reply is "message could not be sent". I tried reaching customer care 10 or more times for solution... They keep giving non sense / irrilavent solutions.

        Sir/madam, i have postpaid vodafone connection no. [protected], in which having unlimited internet plan but thy charged 499&181 for two months. Hv complained many times but thy not listened to my complaints. I have really got disturbed by so poor n costly service by vodafone. Thy r not gd service provider.
        Pls look into this.

          I wanted to port my number from vodafone to airtel due to multiple reason (Overcharged bills, poor customer service) i went to vodafone store in mumbai central after waiting for long 30 mins i was answered by executive mustafa to whom i address my query without asking a reason for mnp he issued a complaint and said that in 24hrs you will get a sms from system and u can port your number but no response from the system i contacted 5 times the customer care as soon as i raise a question for portability, the representatives use to disconnect calls and hence no replies recieved what do i do and whom do i approach.. If i dont recieve a reply as my bill cycle starts from 5th of every month i am going to file rti with all the evidence that i have against vodafone.

            Hii my name is dhiren bhanushali. My contact no [protected]. Last week i visited koparkhairne (Navi mumbai) vodafone store for transferring my number from postpaid to prepaid. Store person give me wrong information about first recharge. Her name revati force me to pay rs.381 of first recharge. After so long fight & confirmed from vodafone customer care she take rs.84 for first recharge. She answered rudely to me & customer care person & till last not accepted her fault.

              This is only to inform you that i have 35 connection by name chatterjee & son's of dangalpara, p. O :-suri, dist :- birbhum, of wast bengal, pin :- 731101. Out of 35, 12 number are fake. (Enclose the scan copy of bill yellow mark are original and other are fake) and for that i am getting bill from your end, this is also inform you that my husband recently go to singapore and he made his number international roaming number is [protected].. But i am very sorry to say this number is not working in singapore. You also send a bill on amount of 3800/- in this month. Please verify it if possible. And other than this i have also a number in my cug group[protected] which was stop by me in the month of june-2017, but you also send the bill of that. I think the company like vodafone we didn't expect so. So please look into the matter and close all the number in my group expect the [protected]. Please do the needful. I will pay all the outstanding bill on dated 04/10/2017 by cash.

                Amount 1260+gst is charged in aug bill cycle for calling a special number 51717 and spoke 90:10min which is not true as i checked my call log and didn't find outgoing call to 51717. Blocked outgoing as unbilled amount crossed credit limit. They say called to 51717 around 2pm and i spoke to incoming call at 3:pm with my family member, if 2pm outgoing call is 90min how can at 3pm incoming call can be possible. The unrealistic and illogical charges. When i spoke to them they said it's valid charge and amount can not be reversed. Cheating to postpaid customers by charging this way should be stopped.
                I have received 2 bills one without charging 1260+gst and latest by charge including 1260+ gst+monthly charged bill amount +gst= final bill.
                Too smart act to earn 1260 from every customer.

                  My husband was travelling by train from Ahmedabad to Mumbai last night when he lost his bag containing his 2 vodafone Gujarat based numbers.
                  We want to block both the numbers. As my number is prepaid, on dialing [protected], it gets transfered to prepaid and they keep transferring my call to post paid dept. which is taking forever.

                  Iss bhosri site pe believe mat karna saala chutiya banata hai, iss ne koshish ki thi mere Airtel money se payment karne ki saala complain register hote hi 2 min baad call kar diya woh bhi Subeh 8am par saala kon sa government office Sunday ko open rehta saala chutiya..                     Dear sir/ madam, i am a vodafone customer with number [protected].Actually i want to change my vodafone plan from post paid to prepaid.For that i submitted NON OBJECTION CERTIFICATE on 16TH JULY 2017 in CITY CENTRE, DURGAPUR, NEAR JUNCTION MAAL, WEST BENGAL Vodafone service centre.But my request is not yet solved as they are being careless and not looking after my request.Till today i visited that service centre for 10 times.their treatment against customer also is not good in manner.
                    I am requesting you to please consider my complaint and take proper action against that vodafone service centre and make my request be solved.

                        I port my no to vodafone with frc 449. But i didn't get 1gb data daily as per plan, only got 2 gb data. I talked to customer care, they said data of 2gb only will provide you as your mobile is 3g set. But in 4g set also i couldn't get the data. Pl do the needful. Also, network is so poor at the place i residing. Resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                          Here i am facing the big network issue. We can't make call also and internet problem is the big issue we can't do browse also. If the problem will be like this than we have to port our number in other sim. It's worst network. Vodafone will provide this type of bad network we never expect.

                            I did recharge through my vodafone app dated on 19th aug for twice for amount rs 143. both times failed but amount rs 143 debited from my bank account for times.10 days over but refund not done. i have all records like screenshots, account statements. i contacted vodafone too many times regarding this issue through phone and mail but nothing happen.they provide different information on different time and from different person. some of they saying recharge is done and some of they saying refund is done. but nothing happen. i want to go to take legal action against vodafone. please guide me.

                              I was call 198 free customer care number on 1 Sept 2017, 3 time between 23:00 to 23:30 and Vodafone company deducted 1.50 rs and today executive officer told me I called 199 chargeable call but I have record when I was call 198.
                              So please action against cheating

                                Vodafone is the most pathetic connection from all. I had a postpaid connection a year ago. They charged me with a bill of more than my bill cycle by putting international call charges. I had complaint more than once but no one listens. They generated a bill of rs. 1500 which i had fully paid them. I requested them to close this number. I even had gone to the vodafone store karol bagh and the customer care person had sent the request to close the connection. Their executive called me even to finally stop the services. But now again they are harassing me to pay the bill. I asked them about for what. They said that your number is still active and we are giving you the monthly bill. I am stuck with vodafone. I am a student and it's not possible for me to pay their demands. I being threatened all the time. They haven't provided me with any confirmation mail. I never doubted them for this. Please give suggestion how to get out of this.

                                  I have submitted a disconnection request on 19july2017 for my postpaid vodafone number in vodafone showroom... After 2 months now bill generated for the same number. When i approached vodafone showroom again they simply said some one from vodafone team has activated. I don't know without my confirmation how they activated the same number. Now the bill has been generated and they requested me to pay the bill..

                                  I didn't ask them to reactivate the number so i won't pay the bill...

                                  Note: for closing the post paid connection they are asking us to visit the showroom and write the letter for closing reason but for reactivating the same sim no again why they are not asking any confirmation from the customer end?

                                    45 rs deducted from my account for wwe zone on my vodafone number without any confirmation. Deducted in august rs. 45/- in one time, and rs. 21 on 28.08.2017. Same as 45/- against deducted for star struck pack on 02.09.2017 without any confirmation. I am not use there zone or pack in my number. Need refund immediatly.

                                      Sir, without my concern on 1st september 2017, rs 10 and rs 90 have been deducted from my number [protected] from wwe zone vodafone pack, i never have any interest on any vas service and don't have time also in any vas, i am very disappoint from such kind of vas service is still deducting the amount from vodafone. Very bad service from vodafone. I want my money refund or i have to replace with other network. Thank you, surja khawas.

                                        July 3rd called ur customer care number and told deactive my num.. Still not deactivated. Bill is generated every month. Y should i pay money. June month paid extra 400rs pls return my extra amount. When ever i called customer care they told we solve the prob after two days our excutive member call back. Last two months i didnt get call from customer care ppl.

Still my number is not deactivated. june month i paid extra 350rs.I want 350rs.Whenever i called ur customer care they told within 24hrs we call back. but still i didnt get any call from ur executive members.y should pay august month bill.I have all proof.i want my extra amount.very disappointed.
