Dear puneet,

As per my discussion with you, i am activated on red4business_499 plan in that case why am i charged this much on vodafone bill this month???

Is there something highly wrong with vodafone that i am charged inappropriately every month.

Each month i have to follow up with vodafone for charging my account incorrectly.

I am highly unsatisfied with your service now.

When i log into my vodafone app my bill shows rs. 934.56 due on 19.09.2017 (Which is again incorrect as my plan is 499 and the monthly charges charged by vodafone is 529+ (Some usage charge of 163)

Earlier vodafone activated some useless services on my number without my knowledge for which i was charged.

I had requested to stop all value added services on my number, which was stopped as per vodafone information.

Then why am i still charged for other usages services.

Vodafone india - its high time you take complains seriously and work on them to resolve it completely.

I am facing this issue every single month and when i complain, they tell me that "i'm the only one who complains"

Is that what you call customer service???

When vodafone fails to provide error free services, how do you expect your customers to co-operate??

I want this issue to get resolved asap

Also make sure that your customers are not troubled each month running after vodafone people to get their complains solved.

If you fail to do so
Then i would be very happy to quit your below standard service and opt for other services in market.

AS PER MY PLAN I AM ACTIVE ON "UNLIMITED 499" PLAN.
BUT CHARGED EXCESS EVEN AFTER MY CALLS ARE FREE & UNLIMITED ALSO I USE WIFI
AND HAVE STOPPED ALL VALUE ADDED SERVICES, HOWEVER STILL CHARGED FOR SOME UNEXPLAINED SERVICES WHICH VODAFONE CANNOT TAP.

Deducted Rs200 amt from my account. I had call customer care but they don't have any reason for this deduction. I want my money back. Other wise I will change my sim. Your customer person are not good they can't give any type of helping information to me. Please refund my amt. Urgently.

    I came for a sim change to your vodafone store in pondicherry - reddiarpalayam, as per your protocol got my token and the token no is 129. I was waiting there for more than half an hour and found your customer care executives roaming around and chatting with each other. None was found to be working and even if they were in their seats, they were just starting at their computers. Above all there was no proper seating arrangement for people waiting in the store. I expect a proper action will be taken in this issue. Thank you.

      I want to close my m-pesa account. I didn't made the account. Someone used or hacked my mobile to create the account. He is using the account. I don't know who is using the account. Am getting texts about all the transactions. If my account will not be deactivated vodafone will be responsible for everything. As i mailed you request to close this account immediately. I can provide you my identification proofs if needed. I just want to deactivate this account immediately. [protected]@gmail.com

        On 14 August I fill the form to deactivate my sim. Till now there is no response from service center. Mobile no. [protected]. Plzzzzzzz deactivate the sim as soon.i call in customer care and go to service center more than 15 times. Your staff do not do their work properly. And plzzzzz take action to deactivate my no.

            My phone sim got last on 26/7/2017 based on which i approached vodafone care center in delhi at d 27 inner circle connaught place, new delhi for reissue of lost sim.

            I was advised after waiting for my queu for one and a half hour by the vodafone officials to submit id proof and fir report, which i submitted (Online fir dt:31/7/17) based on which i was told to come 4-5days later as that center needs to order outstation sim.

            After 4-5 days i visited the said center with all my docs including aadhar card duly submitted.. I was issued sim and it got activated within few hours. Now suddenly i observe that since 4-5 days my sim is not working and when called customer care they told that number is active though outgoing and incoming is blocked and visit customer care to enable the sim. I visited the same center today i. E. 04/09/2017 again wherein first i waited for 1 hrs 45mins for my queue no. And then the official told to call customer care. On telling that i have already called thats why i have come here, they told that they are sending mail as they are unable to find out the reason... Without providing any further assistance.. No solution was provided to me and my number is still not working.. Iam one of the old customers where i purchased the said number from ahmedabad took it to bhavnagar then to bahadurgarh (Haryana) amd further planning to keep for my present posting in delhi as my job os transferrable. But if i will be provided such service.. I will be left wid no option to switch to other telecom operators.

            I was having vodafone app where there was this option for help and support and I submitted feedback supprt response in the app and reported the issue of my sim there also other thencallimg vodafone care and visiting Vodafone centre at cannaught place. But no where the solution was provided and they were unable to find the reason for my problem until today the mail came from Tayabba Ali who responded to my feedback submitted in the Vodafone App tyhe following: "Hello Charan, Thank you for contacting us. My name is Tayyaba Ali and I will be assisting you today. I sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you. I would like to inform you that as per feedback received to our Vodafone specialized care team your Vodafone number 7567223448 services has been reactivated on dated 6/9/2017. I hope I was able to assist you today with your query. Should you have any additional questions, please reply to this email and I will be happy to assist you. Thank you! Tayyaba Ali" And my number is active now. Thank You Tayyaba Ali for working on my problem and providing me the solution

            I further went again to the same center at 6:30pm wherein they checked the complaint in their mail box and said that they have not received any revert from vodafone roaming support cell and said they will see by tomorrow. Thats it no firther solution provided. They didnt even follow up whole day for my complaint and they are not able to find put the reason for the same. Thats really unprofessional. I have no hope further

              The vodafone is a cheat... They have activated wwe service (I am yet unaware what this service is about) and deducted my money rs.90 and these thieves are asking me to deactivate the service which i have never activated. Only after coming here i understood there are lot of victims. I want justice. Can anyone advice what can we do to curb them? Thanks in advance

                My vodafone number is[protected] and i got message from vodafone to activate 392 plan which provides me 84 days free calls (300mins per day) and 1 gb per day. For the same reason i had recharged my mobile for rs 400 on 2nd sep. After that when i tried to activate it from ivr it says please visit store. I didn't understand the logic behind this.

                Even i called customer care multiple times and they are telling i should recharge exactly for rs392 to activate this offer. Why it was available in ivr to activate this offer from balance. This is pure cheating and even customer care executive have denied to provide the call recordings. They are not even ready to provide me call back and not ready to resolve this.

                  While going through my bill for the month of jul'17 (Ph no. [protected]) i came across mobile data charges of rs. 3657.50 charged for international data usage. although i was travelling during the billing period to an international location but i have not used any data services.

                  I would like to also confirm that i had switched off mobile data on my phone before leaving kolkata and switched it on only upon arrival in kolkata.Â

                  I would sincerely request the company to review the charges levied.

                      I have activated 2 step verification method with google services (Gmail account). Whenever i try to access my gmail account, google will send the otp and i have to enter to verify my identify. But for some reason, i am not getting codes this code to my vodafone number.

                      Why vodafone :

                      It was working with airtel before i ported out to vodafone. So it's definitely vodafone which is not able to identify and fix the issue.

                      There are 100's o[censored]sers who are facing the issue.

                            I am interested to file fraud case against vodafone for cheating customers and billing by fraud means. I have also planned to file a case in the consumer forum.

                            The mobile service provider has charged excessively very high on my international roaming data usage. i have been using this number for the last 20 years and travel extensively with my number.

                            On my recent trip, accidentally my mobile internet download was activated for less than 40 minutes and vodafone has charged approximately inr 27, 000/- only for data usage for 40 mb download. This is a data leakage by accident, the service for international data roam was not requested by me for activation. The total bill amount is rupees 22000.00 plus the applicable taxes which is much over and above my credit limit assigned to my mobile number.

                            After this i activated international data for 2nd part of my trip but vodafone deactivated my data due to credit limit being surpassed. This caused me great problem during my travel.

                            I have sent screenshots from data usage on my phone which shows i have used none during the trip, while vodafone shows usage 40mb.

                            I have requested vodafone to waive-off the charges incurred against international data usage. However vodafone is not helping. I would like to file a case against vodafone for this fraud tricks to charge the customers. Kindly assist with necessary details and steps.

                            I am willing to share additional information if someone can provide some guide

                              Migrated from postpaid to prepaid and paid 45 RS as Vodafone told it would take 6 days but it took 1 day. I want my money back.they told it would come by 26th August but not yet comes by cheque. Mobile no [protected]. Please give my money in form of recharge or cheque otherwise I am likely to shift to another operator who don't steal money from their customers

                              In my vodafone sim [protected] sms not working . when ever i send a sms it prompts "message not sent saved to outbox"

                                I sharayu karwade there are 4 no registered on my father's name. As citizen of nagpur we used to go service center of mount road nagpur. At very 1st they didn't activated internet for 7 days because their employees was absent. Then they registered my wrong email address when we went there for correction they told us 1st clear ur bill my father already cleared it. For the 2nd no they my father paid 110rs they charged 52rs for what reason they didn't told him. Then today they charged 110rs again because their employees forgot to clear the bill, even on my no they didn't give us the correct information every time they just passed our time. We are shocked that weather they took proper tarining or not because this is not the 1st time no of times they done that kind of mistakes. They are so rude we felt like we are not customers we are beggars. We were shocked as tgey took proper traning for the job or not tgis is not from last 3 days my father continuously went there but they dint care they are half of my father's age but they continuously misbehaved. We are tired now. I request u please take my complaint into consideration. The service center is worst of all and the people are disgusting.

                                  Fraud.. Bogus company.. Complete nonsense.. Incompetent..

                                    Please note self has submitted required docs on 17th august at airtel office for portability of my vodafone no. [protected] to airtel but they have cancel my portability request without giving any reason. Now today again i visited airtel office and airtel is asking for rs. 25 again for new sim card as old sim which i purchased on 17th august has expired. There is no value for rs. 25/-. Please look into the matter.

For last 5 days everyone in your costumer care is telling it will be activated in 24hours. I am extremely disappointed with your service and will opt another network if nothing is done immediately.
