    I have activated 2 step verification method with google services (Gmail account). Whenever i try to access my gmail account, google will send the otp and i have to enter to verify my identify. But for some reason, i am not getting codes this code to my vodafone number.

    Why vodafone :

    It was working with airtel before i ported out to vodafone. So it's definitely vodafone which is not able to identify and fix the issue.

    There are 100's o[censored]sers who are facing the issue.

      I made a wrong recharge on [protected] of 196 rs. I want to recharge on [protected]. Transaction id is JHDF[protected]. after getting bill only i came to know that after that i done recharge for correct number because i was in urgent position so plz refund that amount into my Bank Account

          I am interested to file fraud case against vodafone for cheating customers and billing by fraud means. I have also planned to file a case in the consumer forum.

          The mobile service provider has charged excessively very high on my international roaming data usage. i have been using this number for the last 20 years and travel extensively with my number.

          On my recent trip, accidentally my mobile internet download was activated for less than 40 minutes and vodafone has charged approximately inr 27, 000/- only for data usage for 40 mb download. This is a data leakage by accident, the service for international data roam was not requested by me for activation. The total bill amount is rupees 22000.00 plus the applicable taxes which is much over and above my credit limit assigned to my mobile number.

          After this i activated international data for 2nd part of my trip but vodafone deactivated my data due to credit limit being surpassed. This caused me great problem during my travel.

          I have sent screenshots from data usage on my phone which shows i have used none during the trip, while vodafone shows usage 40mb.

          I have requested vodafone to waive-off the charges incurred against international data usage. However vodafone is not helping. I would like to file a case against vodafone for this fraud tricks to charge the customers. Kindly assist with necessary details and steps.

          I am willing to share additional information if someone can provide some guide

            Migrated from postpaid to prepaid and paid 45 RS as Vodafone told it would take 6 days but it took 1 day. I want my money back.they told it would come by 26th August but not yet comes by cheque. Mobile no [protected]. Please give my money in form of recharge or cheque otherwise I am likely to shift to another operator who don't steal money from their customers

            In my vodafone sim [protected] sms not working . when ever i send a sms it prompts "message not sent saved to outbox"
            Hello I m try out port out from Vodafone but I am unable to send message at 1900

              I sharayu karwade there are 4 no registered on my father's name. As citizen of nagpur we used to go service center of mount road nagpur. At very 1st they didn't activated internet for 7 days because their employees was absent. Then they registered my wrong email address when we went there for correction they told us 1st clear ur bill my father already cleared it. For the 2nd no they my father paid 110rs they charged 52rs for what reason they didn't told him. Then today they charged 110rs again because their employees forgot to clear the bill, even on my no they didn't give us the correct information every time they just passed our time. We are shocked that weather they took proper tarining or not because this is not the 1st time no of times they done that kind of mistakes. They are so rude we felt like we are not customers we are beggars. We were shocked as tgey took proper traning for the job or not tgis is not from last 3 days my father continuously went there but they dint care they are half of my father's age but they continuously misbehaved. We are tired now. I request u please take my complaint into consideration. The service center is worst of all and the people are disgusting.

                Highly disappointed. With vodafone services, i had a talk with customer executives atleast 10 times since saturday but still my issue is not resolved.
                Fraud.. Bogus company.. Complete nonsense.. Incompetent..
                Vodafones customer care executives are completely filled with lies they n giving me #t assurance which is not acceptable.
                Till now my plans are not being activated.
                This is how these people treat customers than i have nothing more to say.

                  Please note self has submitted required docs on 17th august at airtel office for portability of my vodafone no. [protected] to airtel but they have cancel my portability request without giving any reason. Now today again i visited airtel office and airtel is asking for rs. 25 again for new sim card as old sim which i purchased on 17th august has expired. There is no value for rs. 25/-. Please look into the matter.

                        Vodafone is not providing proper service for which i had paid, i had paid 398 inr for 84 days unlimited calling & 4g internet subscription but there is slower internet speed, i submitted lots of complaints on twitter for last 2-3 weeks & also by email but no one responding. What about money i had paid & time waisted for better service. Pls ask for penalty for not providing service & straying there customer by making promises.

                                I wanted to port my number from vodafone to airtel due to multiple reason (Overcharged bills, poor customer service) i went to vodafone store in mumbai central after waiting for long 30 mins i was answered by executive mustafa to whom i address my query without asking a reason for mnp he issued a complaint and said that in 24hrs you will get a sms from system and u can port your number but no response from the system i contacted 5 times the customer care as soon as i raise a question for portability, the representatives use to disconnect calls and hence no replies recieved what do i do and whom do i approach.. If i dont recieve a reply as my bill cycle starts from 5th of every month i am going to file rti with all the evidence that i have against vodafone.

Last week i visited koparkhairne (Navi mumbai) vodafone store for transferring my number from postpaid to prepaid. Store person give me wrong information about first recharge. Her name revati force me to pay rs.381 of first recharge. After so long fight & confirmed from vodafone customer care she take rs.84 for first recharge. She answered rudely to me & customer care person & till last not accepted her fault.

Out of 35, 12 number are fake. (Enclose the scan copy of bill yellow mark are original and other are fake) and for that i am getting bill from your end, this is also inform you that my husband recently go to singapore and he made his number international roaming number is [protected].. But i am very sorry to say this number is not working in singapore. You also send a bill on amount of 3800/- in this month. Please verify it if possible. And other than this i have also a number in my cug group[protected] which was stop by me in the month of june-2017, but you also send the bill of that. I think the company like vodafone we didn't expect so. So please look into the matter and close all the number in my group expect the [protected]. Please do the needful. I will pay all the outstanding bill on dated 04/10/2017 by cash.

                                      Amount 1260+gst is charged in aug bill cycle for calling a special number 51717 and spoke 90:10min which is not true as i checked my call log and didn't find outgoing call to 51717. Blocked outgoing as unbilled amount crossed credit limit. They say called to 51717 around 2pm and i spoke to incoming call at 3:pm with my family member, if 2pm outgoing call is 90min how can at 3pm incoming call can be possible. The unrealistic and illogical charges. When i spoke to them they said it's valid charge and amount can not be reversed. Cheating to postpaid customers by charging this way should be stopped.
                                      I have received 2 bills one without charging 1260+gst and latest by charge including 1260+ gst+monthly charged bill amount +gst= final bill.
                                      Too smart act to earn 1260 from every customer.

                                        My husband was travelling by train from Ahmedabad to Mumbai last night when he lost his bag containing his 2 vodafone Gujarat based numbers.
                                        We want to block both the numbers. As my number is prepaid, on dialing [protected], it gets transfered to prepaid and they keep transferring my call to post paid dept. which is taking forever.

                                        Iss bhosri site pe believe mat karna saala chutiya banata hai, iss ne koshish ki thi mere Airtel money se payment karne ki saala complain register hote hi 2 min baad call kar diya woh bhi Subeh 8am par saala kon sa government office Sunday ko open rehta saala chutiya.. Mujhe call kiya [protected] aur bolta hai tumhara Airtel money block kar diya hai iss maa ki Chut saale kar ke dikha
