    90 rs deducted from my account for wwe zone on my vodafone number [protected] without any confirmation on 07.09.2017 at 6:49 pm. I called immediately to the no.155223 but no response came. Hence sent sms to stop it. The so called subscription is deactivated but no refund is given. When i called customer care no.199 at 8.04 pm, he (Mr. Balaji) said i have clicked one of the ads, but i clearly closed the ad with the x button.

    No wap consent gateway confirmation was asked, amount just got deducted just like that.
    The customer service said they will not refund full amount, when asked to connect to senior officer, answer came as not available.

    How come money can get deducted just by clicking on ads by mistake that come from spam sites.

      I have been using vodafone 4g sim and have been experiencing call drop and network issues since past 50 days. I raised a service request[protected] on august 17th. The issue was supposed to be resolved within 5 working days but no action has been taken from their side.

      Our calls are not going, there is call drop issue, we can’t here other’s voice, poor data connection and what not.
      Me, my husband and my mother in law have been using vodafone connections and we all are facing the same issue.

      I called up vodafone customer care number which was not getting connected.
      Finally after a lot of trying i could reach the customer care who said they’ll send an engineer to check the issue.
      The so called engineer came after many days and took some signal ratings and went away. Nobody has called us after that.
      This is worst of the service from an international company.

      I also sent mails vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com and nodal. [protected]@vodafone.com but did not get any reply. I posted on their facebook page and they said they'll look into it but haven't done anything as of now.

        I am dr. H. Amarnath from tirupati and i am a retired. Asst. Director of animal husbandry, andhra pradesh. I am bringing to your kind notice that, i am using the vodafone services as my personal number [protected] from past 10 years. Last two days back i went to the vodafone customer care center at tirupati to attach my adhar card. The representative initiated me to change the prepaid connection to the post paid services. I agreed for their interaction and accepted my services to change. Previously that number is used by my son and i noticed that the number was in his name. I would like to change that number to my name by giving the valid address proof like adhar card which is given by government of india.
        I had given all the details and photos to that concern person name siva in vodafone store. Suddenly my services had stopped without proper intimation that your proof is not given. Again i went to vodafone store and resubmitted my proof which i attached below to the person name siva. He said me that it will generate automatically within 24hours but still my outgoing call not been generated till now. Again i went to vodafone customer care and asked him again that person siva he is showing very negligence to my complaint and he shouting like anything. The not only concern to my problem i observed his behavior with customers in a very harsh way.
        This is very unfortunate that the vodafone executives behaving with customers working in vodafone customer care.
        I am the age of 67 years old and i am a senior citizen and retired doctor this is how my experience with the service of vodafone.
        I am expecting this email brings you a clear information and to help consumers.

          I want to migrate my number from postpaid to prepaid but they are not converting it as they are playing with me like when i go to the storeand submit all the necessary documents but still it is getting. Rejected as the store people saying due to billing amount pending but i paid the next month amount also in adavance and again when i called to the customer care they are saying it is due to documents pending

              Third class service as i have port in to vodafone my incoming call have been started but outgoing call is still not working i tried to call to customer care they are saying they don't have any record of my number i just got fed up i visited to vodafone store they also don't have any solutions of my issue now some how i need to manage for three month aftet that i will port out from this company and use some other service.

My sim was disposed on 23 aug but i have paid the bill your were asking but i am again getting the message to pay the bill of sept. How come you are asking for money as i haven't used your service. I have taken red plan 499 but you company is asking for rs1256 i don't know. Please look after it.

                  I used vodaphone postpaid service. My number used[protected] but at july 2016 i was paid all my pending bill at vodaphone recovery agent that time please port or convert my sim and after one year automatically bill is generated 2500 rupees so it's mently tension for me n corporate vodaphone a. But i was clear my dues. So my complaint again vodafone service. And they have to pay all my intanse pressure along me. Thank you

                    I had port the sim bsnl to vodafone after two week ago and i have given 100 rupees.
                    On that time they told me we will get the 100 rupees balance along with terrif (30 paisa/min local and std calls, internet pack).
                    But till now i did not get 100 rupees balance and the terrif plan. So when i called him (Vodafone mini store) which is allocated @ nahariya chauraha lucknow.
                    Pin code 226005.
                    After a long conversation, he was giving only 36 rupees balance without terrif plan.
                    At last he intimidated me, go and do the complain wherever you want.
                    I need a strong action against him.

                      I paid rs 600 towards my bill due for payment on 9 sep and received a vodafone message dt 7 sep for rs 570 and my outtstanding is shown as as rs 5.37 when i paid rs 600 to your ministore at morwadi to mr parshuram the balance rs 30 should be kept as advance amount and position indicated to me. A reputed company representative should not commit such mistakes which tarnishes image of company. Please do verify and reply by putting correct amount in question..

                        Dear sir/mam,

                        I have post paid connection of vodafone mumbai, maharashtra.

                        Right now iam coming in raipur chhatisgarh where network is very poor.

                        I have many times complain, call infact after frustrating i have request for port out. But no executive has been call. Its very poor service and iam very disappointed.

                        Please solve the issue asap.

I don't know why they people don't understand.Previously also I told vodafone that i was not using any of you VAS services . Still they are generating in my bill. This is seriously pathetic.                             Hi team,

                            I am using when it was "hutch". Previously vodafone was considered to be the best in the telecom industry and the most renowned one. But now i am tired of from its worst network.

                            My contact number - [protected].

                            I have raised complaint against the poor network connection in my area and in office where i am staying. But no solution it had provided to me yet.

                            Issue list -
                            1. 4g icon it shows but in reality speed in lower than "e" network
                            2. Some one signal stick and most of the time "no signal" it shows
                            3. Call drops. Getting complain from colleagues and other they are not able to reach me etc.

                            Now tell me how many i need to raise complain against it. Can we get a resolution on the same.

                              I have been using Vodafone's 4G form past few months now, the connectivity speed is pathetically poor even worse then yesteryear's GPRS. Stop fooling consumers by boasting it of being " data strong network". Max 4G speed noted was 0.52 Mbps. Same was reported to customer care still the issue is unresolved.

                                  Because of the pathetic customer service i wanted to port out from vodafone. I have generated port out code and sent to airtel. Vodafone is not allowing me to do it. They are keep on rejecting my request whenever airtel contacting them for port out by saying i have outstanding amount. Whenever i called this stupid vodafone cc guys they used to say they will take care. But nothing happened. This rejection happens twice. Useless network and poor service. Even i have got a mail from vodafone saying port out will happen this time, but they rejected my request. Users pls never ever goto vodafone network, such a pathetic service provider

                                  I gave my aadhar card & pan card to the vodafone distributor babul sekh from last 2 month . He didnot give me cashcard rapu & aadhar finger print device.I call him but he donot talk clearly.
                                  Sir I have recharged 398 rs for unlimited call and daily 1 GB net for 84 days is not activated Internet is active but I can't call anyone pls notice that.

                                    I have taken v top 356 on vodafone number [protected].in which i got unlimited call all over india and 1gb/day for 56 day. But after that i got that internet speed is going bad day by day over the 3g. Now the internet speed is only 10-20kbps. That is very bad for a user. And i have claimed for bad services in vodafone and said to improve their service but after that sevice gone worst. So, i request that to take strict action against vodafone india for their bad services and order to improve their internet services.

                                    I have the same problem with internet speed very very slow 10 kB to 15 kb/s .I have recharged 4g data pack for 91 days everyday 1.4 gb data get wasted

                                      I have been using vodafone for almost 3 years now but never saw charges for itemised bill and now i have been charged 25rs for this.

                                      Can you please let me know what is this itemised bill and why i am charged. If you cannot revert this back then please let me know how to get rid of this. Because i am not paying single rupee if it is added without my concern

                                        Sir i am using vodafone postpaid last many years. My number is [protected]. I have today came to know that miniplex vas is activated n my number since 24 jan 2017. Last 2 month before we changed the plan so today my father told me that every thing is unlimted in this plan and price if fixed, i think bill is 200 rs more i thing they are imposing more tax. So i check the bil and talk to their customer care number and came to know about this 150 rs miniplex vas. 8 months they charge us this so total 1200 rs. They are saying that it been activated from your side and you are complaing after 8 months but we havent know about this thing. This people should use otp for activating any service. So they and we have history that otp has been used to activate service means only consumer fault is there. But i need my money back and i am their preium customer with 3 numbers in house already changed 2 in other company. This also i have to change if they doesnt provide detail.
