I, mrs vanita dixit, a senior citizen, travel very frequently out of india. This is to bring to your notice that i am a customer of vodafone having 4 mobile phone connections in my name. Secondly, i have always been paying the monthly bills of all the 4 connections generally in advance and also little more than the due amount every month.
During the month may, 2017 i had travelled abroad and returned to india on 30th may. On my return, to my utter dismay, i found that the outgoing calls facility on my phone [protected] was suspended. On making enquiries at the nearby vodafone gallery i was informed that i have an outstanding bill of rs. 59530/- and hence the outgoing calls facility have been suspended. On making further inquiries, i discovered that i was charged for using gprs facility while abroad, which i had never used. I dispute this and hence i making this complaint. I would like proper investigation of this and a satisfactory resolution.
Since then i have approached multiple officials of vodafone through emails and calls, but to no avail. I am attaching copies of all such correspondence with this complaint.
