My balance is deducted every day almost unknowingly,
but the customer care have no answer for this thing they say its for this for that, , ,
just no reason they have, i have ported my number to vodafone, please voda refund that money or justify the deductions, i suggest that voda is the worst company, ,

    I subscribed to iroam free pack for 7 days plan after falling for luctritive advertisiment on apps. They asked for how long stay which i clicked for 7 to 8 days. After activation on 7th day i got message that plan will expire and i can opt for daily plan of rs 500 for iroam free which i did. Now vidafone has charged me rs 62000 for data usage and stating that the daily pack was activated 4 hrs late after 7 day pack was expired. How come vodafone charges such erroneous data for intl roaming. I had only opted for iroam free pack so why charge me or even start intl roaming with unexplainable rate without my consent. Also what is the logic to charge rs 62000 for approx 10 mb data. I see a total unethical way to rip of consumers by luring them to false advertisement.

    The Vodafone Representatives have called several times and stating its an unbilled amount. still no co conclusion on how come such a erroneous charges can appear if my credit limit is rs 8000 and when I dint consent for activation of Intl roaming after pack is over.
    In last 4-5day my vodafone number [protected] balance deduct automatically without any reason nd I have data balance also so plz refund my amount asap. Xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
    I just visited vodafone store gurdaspur nd asked them to replace my sim card nd they have given me new sim card nd promised me that it will be activated in 2 hrs but it's abt 2 days now and it's not activated yet... Do help me or I will switch to some other telecom company

      I finally have to write this mail as a complaint that i had forwarded a port request on 16/8/17 & submitted the documents & upc to airtel for porting purpose. But till date its being more than 15 days my no. Is not ported yet. I have made a lot of call to vodafone customer care for expediting my port request but they are misbehaving by ignoring my request & don't even worried about the customer issues. This is how they deal with people which is really ridiculous.

      I request you to kindly look into the matter & get it resolved. I don't want to continue with vodafone services any more. Please let my request go ahead for porting. I am struggling with vodafone network issues from last 3 month. On each & every call i had requested not to put my mobile no. Porting request on hold. So please escalate this matter further & provide me the resolution.

        I've recharged to [protected] for rs.300/- on 18th august 2017. My recharge seemed unsuccessful but amount got debited from my karur vysya bank account through mobile banking. I didn't get either the refund amount or the recharge yet. Please process the request as soon as possible and help me refund my amount. I'm not having any screenshot or the transaction id

        I can't make any call from my vodafone no:[protected] and no call is not able to receive.I am paying money for meeting my own needs and the basic function of a network is not working here.I am going to file a case in consumer forum i need compensation.This is not at all tolerable
        My vodafone number [protected] was blocked for sending sms and calling from one week. When i asked customer care they asked me to register in TRAI. I havnt sent any sms since last 3-4 months. But without giving any alerts they blocked my number. how to unblock?

          On 28 aug 2017 at 13.50 pm. The paytm has paid you rs 32 and 32 double for one recharge of my mobil number [protected] vide payment order no [protected] and [protected] dates 28 aug 2015. First i tried the same through payrm but there was no internet at rohtak due to court of baba of dera sachha sauda sirsa, thereafter tried again and both the recharge successfuly occured

              I got a recharge done of rs.195 i paid rs.2 9.57 on gst. I paid the access fee of rs.1 62.36. I recieved the talk time of 2.36 and i got new balance 1.35. Is this what we expect after recharge. What is the sense of taking access fee when you are already a customer of vodafone since years. Is this what we get after putting our trust on vodafone? I hope strict actions to be taken over it.

                Hi i am getting terrible services with vodafone in my area where in i have opted for 4g plan and and on my phone also it shows 4g but i am getting speed less then 1 mbps and that's i have checked by doing speed test and which is annoying me everyday i have tried of writing mails and speaking with advisors on the phone i have

                All i am getting just waiver on my bill
                Which is not am looking for and

                  Sir.. I registered my cell phone number for portability.. And vodafone company in first call say stay in vodafone they give me much offers.. But can't give.. Then secondly they told me to covert to 4gsim then i converted my sim to 4g but can't give me offers and miss guide me and also bared my cell number... And not giving me proper help... As i visited their vodafone store..

                  After porting my number from Docomo to Vodafone i am unable to do recharge my number online .everytime it is showing this "plan is not available for your connection please try other denomination". Please resolve this issue.otherwise i will have to discontinue the service.

Every time i found call failed n also very poor 4g service. It shows only 0.6 mbps speed. No one here my complain. Pls give me solution. Always they told me it will be complete after two month.                       I just received an email, a bill for the month of august which is amounted to rupees 1200 approx. I have activated 499 in which calls are free for me. Just that and maybe a few message in which 100 sms are free every month.
                      But in this i have rupees 475 charged as a value added service and when i contacted vodafone customer care they told me that it is dotbot which i have activated from my end. I have no idea what this is i have not activated it from my end. This was the case last month also but i let it go because the amount was not very high.
                      I will not pay the bill of this month unless and until you resolve my issue. Please do the needful as soon as possible and waive off 475 from my bill and issue me a new bill which i will be happy to pay.
                      Please consider this issue as at most urgent.

                      I hope you would take this issue into your consideration and solve it as soon as possible as i have been with vodafone since a very long time.

                        I am writing this email out of frustration and anger. I had enough of you guys. From last 6 months i have been wrongly charged, evertime i step in to the vodafone shop they tell me to make the payment and the request which i have given long back to change from postapiad to prepaid will be done in few hours which was never done.

                        Customercare and people sitting in the vodafone shop are so pathetic they dont even know how to talk forget about resolving customer issue.

                        I only used my vodafone number for incoming call with the rental of 99, how can my bill be 1200.

                        I have been paying bill from last 6 smonths without even using your serivce. (Sometime you all charged me for internet usage).

                        I want you to resolve this issue now i am not going to make any payment now, dnt even call and say please make the payment you will really have a terrible day.

                          My vodafone mobile no. Is [protected]. As i was to go out to us for 6 months from 2/02/17 to 3/08/17, i had requested for discontinuation of services for the said period of 6 months. Accordingly the mobile was not under use and there was no communication with 'vodafone' during the said period of 6 months. Prior to leaving for us, i requested you vodafone center at bodakdev for ensure that all dues from my side be recovered. I was then asked to pay rs.570.00 towards the dues till 2/02/17. I paid the same on 2/02/17. Now, on my returning to india to my surprise i find bill showing previous amount rs.539.27. I fail to understand how can there be any previous amount when the service was under suspension. All these facts are given to your center at bodakdev about 1 week ago. But with deep regret i have to submit that the service is still not restored.

                            I have requested to block the postpaid sim card, from the last 2 months, team is not cancelling the sim card. You are really good in generating the bill on time.
                            Over the phone. You are saying as sim will be canceled in the next 3-4 working days. Without intimating me sim is activated in the next day.
                            This is not fair at all.

                              I'm using Vodafone postpaid plan @299 rs with 2G unlimited internet. But Vodafone suddenly stopped 2G Plan without any confirmation.
                              Vodafone said that you will get unlimited 2G internat plan when I was switching to vodafone postpaid.

                                I am frequent travel to australia & singapore & activated the international roaming in august 17 to keep my mobile phone active.

                                I got a message on 22-08 that i have crossed my limit of rs 4800.00. Thereafter another message indicated from vodafone that amount is rs 7100.00. Thereafter i have removed the sim & did not use this no after 22.08.17.

                                Now my phone is barred for calling & it was informed that unbilled amount is rs 44000.00.

                                My credit limit is just rs 4800.00 hence even i have used the mobile phone, that why services were not stopped after crossing the credit limits. It is clear case of cheating on behalf of vodafone.
                                It is very strange this time. It seems that vodafone's system has billed me wrong.

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  It is with very disappointment and agonies that i am drafting this complain and hopes for complete and swift resolution.

                                  Sir, i have been offered exquisite corporate calling plan since four months by airtel & idea (Broacher attached). I have been requesting with vodafone services for more than four months to provide me the similar rs 299/-plan (Please find attached) for my vodafone numbers [protected], [protected] & [protected].

                                  In the month of july, mr. Nadeem pamidi (A relation manager) initially offered two months rental waiver and forced to change the plan to rs.499 because rs 299 tariff plan offered by other network is included with rs.499 also promised me that rs 499 rental plan will be deviated to rs 299 else again a waiver will be given.

                                  After one month to my surprise i was billed as per rs 499 rental + taxes with no plan deviation. I again raised a request with mr. Nadeem pamidi (Relation manager) and again he assured me of bill waveoff and offered me to choose anyone of the below two options until new tariff plan or 4g network is launched in andhra pradesh.

                                  1. 499*6 deviated to 299 for next 6 months (You have to pay 299+tax 18% = 353/-)

                                  2. 499 deviated to 199 for next 4 months (You have to pay 199+tax 18% = 235/-)

                                  I confirmed him with option 2 (I. E., rs 199+tax 18% = 235/-) later he called me and to my surprise he requested me to open a port request with other network (Idea or airtel) to activate the deviated rs 199 plan. Because of my busy schedule i was unable to submit the documents but he was daily following up to submit the documents to other network. On 22nd august i raised port request with vodafone and submitted documents to idea. When i confirmed the submission of documents to idea with mr. Nadeem pamidi on 23rd august he said, the option 2 i. E., rs 199 for 4 month was valid only for one week and again offered me new option i. E., pay bill amount of rs 560.25 of [protected] and later he will give 3 (Three) months rental free for all 3 (Three numbers) i. E., till november. Yesterday when i called him again to confirm that iam ready to pay billed amount of rs 560.25 and requested to activate three (3) months rental waiver to all my three (3) numbers but instead of providing solution again he was forcing for new plan and when i denied to accept it he hang up the call and told happily switch the network. (Pfa communication emails)

                                  It is clearly understood that, mr. Nadeem pamidi is misusing the position and deceiving/cheating customers with false promises and moreover he warned me saying that it is my waste of time and energy if i raise complaint/sent email to anyone in vodafone because that email will be finally routed to him and he is the only point of contact to provide me the solution. This is total harassment with customers leaving with no option. Later, i called 198 complaint service and briefed the fact and they advised me to drop an email and the concerned team will take appropriate action (Service registration number[protected]

                                  When vodafone is not in a position to provide better or similar plan like other network then why you people are deceiving/cheating/lieing customers??

                                  And why should i pay more than rs 299 when better services are available??

                                  I need a clear explanation on this and a swift resolution lest i will be forced to disconnect all my three connections with your company and would surely express my views to all of my friends.

                                  I wish to continue my relationship with vodafone for which i need an immediate resolution.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  Today I was expecting resolution call from higher authorities/nodal team.

                                  But it's my unfortunate that today I recieved a call from Mr. Nadeem Pamidi(Relation Manager) I answered his call by thinking that he realised his mistake and called me with the resolution which he promised.

                                  Instead, he started call with rude, harsh, unprofessional way and indirectly threatening by telling "Even if you sent any number of emails to any one including Mr Sunil(MD & CEO) the final point of contact and resolution will be provided by me only, also he said I'm calling because "Nodal officer" is sitting beside me and requested me to call.

                                  At the end of the conversation after 22mts When I told him to transfer my call to the nodal officer who was sitting beside you and listening the conversation. He said, Just now nodal officer left. I immediately called 198 complaint service and it is learnt that Nodal officer never visit any office and neither listen call but rather he directly speaks to the customer if required.

                                  At the end of the call he reaches the heights of atrocities & directly telling me to leave Vodafone services and don't expect any resolution.

                                  Being a customer, satisfactory service is my right.

                                    I need to report overcharged billing issue for my vodafone postpaid number [protected]. I was travelling to beijing and for that purpose requested vodafone customer care to activate 149 and 1499 roaming packs on my number. Once i received the confirmation via sms that roaming packs are activated on my number, i started using mobile data which should have been charged at 39/mb. However on 2 instances i have been charged over 500/mb. Total overcharge is around 2200 for month of july. I have called customer care 6-7 times and chat as well. Everytime am given a complaint number and assurance that my billing issue would be resolved, yet it is still open. Don't know where to escalate and get it resolved.

                                      When I am trying to send outgoing sms for all mobiles I am unable to send from this number[protected]. However I had check with customer care they told me to register Trai web. I registered but my issue is not Can you please resolve my issue or advise me. Thanks!
                                      U have charge INTERNET bill amount of rs499 it unfair and illegal not a singal company charge like that pls reduce bill as soon as possible

                                        With reference to the above mention i am writing this mail in connection with complaint of my newly bought services of vodafone for mob no.[protected] (Post paid) which is registered in the name of mr. Ishwar mandhare.

                                        After one month of long discussion with vodafone care and customer care representative i have this only option to connect with you regarding the difficulties m facing in your services, though i have been using vodafone services since from long back for mob no. [protected] (Prepaid), i was having a strong believe in vodafone services.

                                        But the services offered on my post paid number i. E. [protected] is absolutely disappointing. Even vodafone representative forcing me to switch the services to any other service provider.

                                        Though this simcard is registered in my personal name, we are using this services for corporate purpose.

                                        I hope you can understand the difficulties whichever i m facing in your services. Request you to help me out for this poor services provided by vodafone.

                                        Very urgent
                                        I paid 95 Rs. for Vodafone recharge through Paytm. It was written as successful on Paytm notification bar. But when I checked Vodafone balance, it still showing as low balance. This recharge is also got debited from my bank account. Is there any solution for this?
                                        How to get refund in this situation?
