I took new service from you broadband - a part of vodafone co. I have complained several times. But, to no avail. Till today, they keep on either disconnecting my calls or give me a run around. They are giving me all sort of excuses. At the time of signing me up for new service, they gave me all kind of promises. Every time, i call, they ask me the same question - why are you calling? Trying to waste my time. When you ask them, why am i getting disconnected all the time, the answer i am given is - sir, i am trying to connect you to the relevant dept. If they keep on disconnecting, what can i do? These are the kind of excuses/ answers i am getting.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
An unknow nuber has called me but after receiving the phone i said it got to wrong person and cut the call. But after that Phone no [protected] is calling continiously and talking very vulgar. Please take a legal action against this.

        I am tired of writing the same complaint over & over again.

        Again i recharged for 49rs for 1gb data in the number +91-[protected] & i got 38rs talktime instead.

        I had complained about the same problem several times since last 2 weeks also but till now it didn't get resolved.

        Last time i had called vodafone customer care regarding the problem for which they told they 'll fix the issue which i am facing while recharging my internet data pack.

        Ever time you call their customer care, vodafone will charge you between 10-20rs from the customers. So is vodafone expecting me to call them every time & spend 10-20rs each time in calling customer care?

        Still i didn't get any net pack updated in my number, cant vodafone just resolve the issue..

          Prepaid to postpaid connection is still not activated after 24 hours. Customer care rejecting the call. All the agents are rejecting the call nomatter what. Will you at least respond or should i switch to other networks? I have been working in it sector and this is how you treat your most income generating members.? Do something and activate the # out of it.

          Sir iam vodafone customer and i ha ve recharged rs 392 for 84days daily 1gb and. 300min/day offer. As on vodafone msg.came to my no. But i got only for 35days offer.. I questioned to customer care but they have no giving satisfied answers..

            You can't provide 2g 3g net speed, if you have charged rs.444 4g plan.
            It is out of law of merchantability under contract act 1872.
            Otherwise i will move to the court of law, and consumer forum.
            As you are reprenting the brand of vodafone. Its a serious voilation.

            My self kunal from mandvi kutch, i m fully unsatisfied with your network connection at night 10 p.m to 6.00 a.m morning.my mobile number [protected] skim start 26/07/2017 and end 22/08/2017 and customer care 198 lady say your skim over. can you give me reason for that ?
            I have 1GB data internet extra and the company charge 499 rs.pls reduce my mobile bill .it is unfair and illegal
            349 offer does not works
            I vodafone no - [protected] recharged for 349 a 2 day before. The offer clearly states that it provides unlimited call and 1 gb/day. This is mentioned in their website for online recharge.

              I am purchasing a new vodafone sim and recharge for 1gb data per day for 84 days but after 5 days i have no data left. On complaint to customer care they first commit that i have plan for 1 gb / day data for 84 days but when i told that i am unable to use internet, they told me that your 2 gb data finished. When i have 1gb data daily then how can 2gb data finished.
              Please help me.

                There is no network in sec 137 .. worst connection .it is frustrating to have Vodafone number. All other connections are working except Vodafone. Guys do something about your network otherwise you will loose remaining customers. Call drop was still manageable but no network is not ok. There is network issues at Exotica Fresco Sector 137 Noida

                  My vodafone postpaid number is [protected] in which i was using 199 plan.
                  After using for 2-3 month i wanted to convert it to prepaid so i went to vodafone outlet and they offered me 50% discount on plan and requested me to continue with postpaid for which i agreed.
                  Next month my bill was for 199 without any discount which i paid.
                  Later after 1 month again i went to vodafone outlet at btm 2nd stage and requested them to convert to prepaid they too offered me 50% discount on plan but i rejected that offered and asked them to convert to prepaid.
                  They asked me to pay my outstanding bill which i paid on the spot and they gave me a prepaid sim.
                  But that prepaid sim was never activated.
                  After that i left bangalore due to personal reason and now i am kolkata.
                  I did not pay the bill because it was vodafone fault not to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid.
                  After 2 month my connection was disconnected.
                  Few days back i received a mail with threatening to clear my bill or court notice will be issued against me.
                  I replied to that mail with my concern but they never replied back my mail.
                  Again i am getting similar mail and threatening for legal action against me.
                  Why should i pay the bill when i asked them to convert my postpaid to prepaid twice.
                  They even issued me a sim but never activated that sim card.
                  I want my connection back because that number is linked to my bank account and other things.
                  I request this forum to help me out.

                    I had a post paid connection with vodafone & the billing was always on the higher side. I was being charged data charges though there was no usage at all. I got fed up with them & since ported to bsnl. Vodafone has now raised a bill of 1206.00 and i have paid the same. This bill too contains a charge of rs. 699/- being some package activation which has never been asked for. I went to the nearest vodafone store & asked for details. They said that the charges were wrongly charged but can't do anything about it as my account is deactivated. I wish to submit that i have been unnecessarily harassed & penalized. Telecom operators like vodafone need to be pulled up. I request you to look into the matter and ensure that the amount wrongly charged is refunded along with damages. The service level at vodafone store basaveshwarnagar bangalore was also hopeless.

                      I am debasis halder, i am facing a serious problem with my vodafone sim, i have recharge "344" (@ 344 i. E 28 days local/ std all call free + 1gb/day inet on dated 08.08.2017. But, on 22.08.2017 i found that call charges are deducting from main account balance. I informed to customer care, they assured me problem will be solved. But at next day i found the same thing, i. E. Call charges are deducting from main account balance. Then i have registered complain at vodafone customer care over 198, i received a sms service registration number [protected] is registered on 23.08.17, 11:39 am. We shall respond to your query by friday 25/08/17 11:38 am. But, unfortunately no call received from vodafone care on or before that mentioned time. So, i called again at customer care after 12 pm on 25/08/17 and cce asked me to wait till 6 pm. After 6 pm i tried to call at customer care but didn't get. Now today, 26/08/2017 i received a call from [protected] at 10:59 am and she told me that all the problem has been solved and you will get all benefit along with your deducted balance refund. I told her that still balance is deducting from my main account balance, but she advised me please check it, that was call summary not balance deduction. But, it is very unfortunate that problem has not been solved yet. Now at evening, i called at customer care and spoke with kiranmoy pal and asked me that he needs 48 hours to solve this problem gave me a registration number - "[protected]". So, here is my question to vodafone, "why?"

                      The Problem has partially been solved, getting free call benefit @344, but the deducted main account balance for voice call from 22/08/2017 to 26/08/2017 in not reimbursed yet. As per your RC 344 scheme, Voice call charges should not be deducted from main account balance. So, Please check all my voice call expenses during that above mentioned period and reimburse me asap.

                        I wanted to migrate my sim, from postpaid to prepaid
                        But was told that as per the trai norms you can do it after 90 days of service but now at the local store at mohammad ali road they are denying it and forcing me to continue postpaid for another one more billing cycle.
                        There at store they also behave rude behavior.
                        I have been on postpaid from 26 may 2017 till 26 august 2017 and have completed 90 days.
                        Please register my complaint and give me a docket no.
                        I want the migration to be done asap i dont want one more billing cycle

                          Sir/ ma'am i did my phone no [protected] recharge today at 11:44 with 398 as it was a special offer which offers unlimited call on any network std or local with 84 gb data for 84 days. But they activated only data service not calling service, everytime i call someone it automatically cut in 2 seconds without saying anything. I tried to call customer care but now they are not connecting me to them don't know why. Kindly resolve my problem..

                            I have visited to vodafone pimple saudagar pune for submitting verification documents during submitting documents vodafone representative mr. Arun kharat pad 10 provided wrong information to shift over to prepare plan to postpaid plan & vodafone is provide you 3 month free service... No bill for any usage... Then after again shift over to prepared plan. I accepted his offer then after i have received 1130/_ bill from vodafone & continuous follow up for bill payment. Which surprising to me & chatted by vodafone representative to complete his target. Please take action against vodafone representative mr. Arun kharat pqs10 for chitting & provision of wrong information to customers.

                              Visited to pimple saudagar vodafone gallery to submit verification documents during submitting document vodafone representative mr. Arun kharat - pqs 10, provided wrong information about postpaid plan for complete his target. He is chitting the customer to purchase the postpaid plan i. E. If you shift over to postpaid plan vodafone will provide 3 month free services... No bill for 3 month then after you will again shift over to prepared plan. As per his information i have taken postpaid plan... I have received bill rs.1130/- & then contineous call from vodafone to pay this amount. Which is surprise to me. Which is ridiculous & chitting to customer. Please don, t provide wrong information & taken strict action against vodafone representative mr. Arun kharat pqs 10.

                                I have been a vodafone customer for more than a decade but i am being mentally harrassed by the customer services i have been receiving now. It was a small complaint about high bills and less data plans which has now become out of my hand. I have been e-mailing the corporate vodafone people for sorting it out and giving me correct bill from past 3 months.in between i have paid rs 1500 so that i dont receive high bill. But everytime i have been shown incorrect bills. I am sick and tired of all this and now forced to move to a different provider

                                  I am very much upset that i have paid rs.2030/- and now have to paid rs.450/- to the above connection without using and kept the device in locker.
                                  I don't know how they can raise the bill.
                                  I am very sorry to say that i have no strength to fight with them.
                                  So please help to deactivate my above service and sure that no more bills again.
                                  Please note that past two months that device is in my locker only.
                                  What type of business is this.. I don't know.
                                  Kindly deactivate my service please.

                                      Dear sir

                                      U have an tower installed in sikkal, nagapattinam dist, tamilnadu. Agreement with mr chellapa before 6years or before. The place where it is installed is common (Private shares of 5 pepols not divided leagally). The agreement person has shown a place which does not belong to him. We have noticed this just before couple of months and consulted a lawyer. Kindly help us to resolve this issue smoothly
