Dear sir,

I would like to bring to your notice that i am not satisfied with the kind of service i am receiving from vodafone company executive named vinod who distribute the load balance to me. He is denying me to give the load coupons and saying me that unless i give him new activation cases he is not going to give me the load balance. I told him that as and when i get cases of activation i will definately give it to him but i think it is unjustfiable to stop giving the load balance because of it. I find this utterly ridiculous. I have never this kind of service from vodafone being a retailer. Also there is no visit by asm level person on our area so that we can discuss our issues with him. Please help us so that it will help me to server vodafone customer better.

    I am holding a vodafone prepaid account migrated from idea through mnp, bearing number [protected]. My sms outgoing gets barred, without any valid reason, though i have contacted the customer care about this issue couple of times but no action has been taken yet. They are saying that you have not submitted caf. But at the time of porting from idea to voda i have provided aadhar no and submited ekyc (Through bio metric) at retail shop. Now they are asking to come to vodafone mini store in varanasi 100 km away from my place.

      Hi,

      I'm jasmi fernandes using vodafone since a decade with number [protected]. I spoke to your customer care for change in plan.
      I have a corporate plan and needed a change in plan as per my colleague received from you guys as she was porting to airtel. Her 349 rental plan was changed to 299 and that's the same i required as we both were under same corporate plan.

      I spoke to raj the call operator and he told me the above that my friend has a discount provided by your company and for your plan change i will transfer the call to billing and plan team (I believe that team which tells you various rentals.)

      I spoke to this guy junaid who'm i explained the issue, but he was not ready to believe me and either your systems and stuck stating my friend is using the 349 plan only. I was not satisfied with his reply and wanted to speak to senior he was not ready to transfer the phone and stated seniors are unavailable, that was at about 5:10 p. M. The cal went uptill 5:35 p. M. And i insisted to speak to the senior. He was trying to frustrate me and finally when i had a bad word spoken he dropped the call.

      I want to as why the hell do you'll do this way?

      I have had a very bad experience and will definitely port my number to airtel.

          They r promising 20gb data to get users port from other networks. They give 5gb + 10gb as welcome gift from application u have to download which is nowhere mentioned while porting & 5gb wi fi data for which u have to be nearby vodafone hotspot which is mentioned when called to activate separate pack. Plus they started charging once 15gb data is exhausted. No clearity while offering & surprise conditions when u use it. What is the point of offering 5 gb wifi data when u r not able to use it. Attaching the offer they sent when newly ported.

              I am using vodafone postpaid from last 6 years but now i want to change postpaid to prepaid.
              I have visited many vodafone store in pune but every time i received message that "manager is not available, please visit next week". I am continuously taking follow-up from last 2 weeks but no luck. I have below concern.

              Are you sure that you manager is not available from last 2 weeks in city like pune and you have no options when your manager in on leave?
              You are giving new sim or doing prepaid to postpaid in real time but for doing postpaid to prepaid you have lots of reasons. This is worst experience i have ever had.

              Please update me on this or i have other options also.
              Hope you will take some action on this, waiting for your replay

              Vodafone offered me unlimited calls and 1GB data per day on 22nd August 2017 for 84 days paying 398 Rs. So I recharged my cell phone for given offer. But after recharge the banned the call offer 300 min per day and 1200 min per week. I called them and asked about the controversy. But the refused.

                I never ever face this kind of intolerable and hectic services. I am logging a network complaints against vodafone services since last six months. But what a pleased services this is. Neither they resolve it nor they gave me a fix time for resolving this. Over hundred of times i has been visited vodafone store and called to customer care but i didnt get any solution.
                You say yourself a world wide brand. I think, you even dont deserve the last place in telecom industry in whole world. You are just making customers fool. 4g 4g 4g where is 4g working. Here we are not able to calls. 4g and 3g is so far. You and your management are the wrost thing i have ever seen in whole life.

                  I have received a very high bill for my mobile no. [protected] from vodafone, on further inspection, the executive told me that there were some internet services running on my mobile browser. I have checked all the setting and did not find anything, i called vodafone regarding this many time but they did not provide any help. Finally when i see that bill was coming high i have asked them to discontinue my services, but they keep on adding bills for 2-3 months simply and asked me to pay entire amount. Though i have paid entire amount they still sending me notices and asking me to appear in court. They do not stop here, there recovery agent called my wife and used very abusive languages (F* and other stuff like this, cant even mention those). If vodafone cant correct the errors in the billing, they are not supposed to charge and recover this wrong amount. Vodafone has tortured my family like anything and i will strongly take action on this. Strongly recommend people not to avail vodafone services

                        My vodafone number is [protected]. Very bad service. You people charge high on postpaid billing and activating value added service without our permission. I mostly look for internet service, but whereas it shows high data consumption when i use it. Just for a whatsapp 204mb cannot be consumed. And looking a video will not consume 124 mb in fb. I use to call this complaint for the past 6 months, still the issue has not been resolved. Today when i call to customer care. These ppl explaining about offers. We don't need any # offers from your side. First try to resolve the problem what we are coming to say. For just rs.299 plan am receiving a bill amount of rs.454, this incudes some value added services which i didn't activate.
                        Got frustrated calling you ppl every time n explaining every time.

                            I have to change my plan postpaid to prepaid because i have already another network with postpaid, so i went to the gallery for changing my plan (Mahatma gandhi road, ambika nagar, dombivli west, 421202) on dt. 23.08.2018. I talk with vodafone person that "i wanna change my plan postpaid to prepaid" so she said why you wanna changed. I told her that i have another network so i wanna change to prepaid, after she said very weird thing that,

                            "if you go prepaid then you have to recharge rs. 300 every month and this is mandatory"

                            I shocked that if we not talk over phone too much and we have recharge only rs. 50 or rs. 100 so why we pay rs. 300 for mandatory. This is very bad thing happening with the customer.

                            So pls. Request you to that don't do this & don't play with the customer.

                              I have upgraded my 2g sim into 3g/4g. I have received 14gb data (4gb (3g) and10gb (4g). I am not able to connect 4g network and i am also not able to connect customer care as well. I have call 4-5 time through some other number but still my problem not solved. Whenever i try to activate my internet service my balance is deducted. Please look into this matter.

                                Hi team - i want to highlight the malpractices that vodafone is using by charging monthly for vas where the users are not aware what services are active on his phone. The vas services are not activated willing they are activated either accidentally (Trapped) clicking on pop up when surfing or through bulk flash messages.

                                My only concern is if we want to stop any vas services, we have to either
                                A) call customer care
                                B) send stop sms or
                                C) login to vodafone my account.

                                Same should be applied to activate these services. This regulation should be directed and implemented by trai as huge number of cell phone users are been exploited under the vas service.

                                I have recently been charge vas of rs 443.00 in my bill for olympiagames, tiny tv, look @ it service via wap_d2c. I have not use these services and not sure how they got activated.

                                When contacted vodafone via email, they says these charges are genuine which i am not agreeing on and feels like there might be several other users who are been charge with these type of charges and want to take this issue under consumer forum. Below is my email communication

                                We would like to inform you that, as a subscriber you are active on vodafone internet (Data usage) and surfing to any open market website cannot be restricted by vodafone. Hence vodafone as a service provider cannot alter redirecting if the said is the site specific function.
                                I have closely looked into the issue and i assure you that all charges that are reflecting under the section downloads on your bill dated 07/08/17 are as per your consumption.
                                Further we have checked and found that, we do take double consent for any subscription which are charged weekly or monthly. Downloads that we are referring here are the event base charging and hence the same happens once the subscriber opt for the same. Hence, as a subscriber, we request you to be more careful while surfing any sites and check for the applicable charges prior to download to avoid any charging dispute at a later stage.
                                Please note that vodafone is not responsible for any information or advertisement reflecting on third party application that you have received. Further, in our experience, we have also come across certain handsets that have applications which auto refresh/update by connecting through the wap gateway (Wireless application protocol) i. E. Vl/vmc, you will be charged accordingly. Here again, the settings for these applications are pre-defined on the handset by the manufacturer.
                                We request you to kindly remove the application or modify the settings in your handset to disable auto updation of applications should you wish to avoid such instance o[censored]nwanted charges. Please refer to your handset manual or check with the service centre of the handset manufacturer to change the settings.
                                Turning “off” data services blocks emails, browsing and downloads, but it will not block normal voice calls, text or picture/video message/video calling.

                                Team - i am escalating this issue and would like to debate the charges applied are not genuine and challenge that vodafone is using wrong practices of making money by activating value added services without user concern and i am going to make it loud to public and trai.
                                I would take this matter further and would like to have a system where cell users would only activate the value added services willingly by sending an sms or by calling customer service just like the process to deactivate any services.
                                This has been seen often that users mistakenly click or select and value added services get active and money is deducted every month and the users are just not aware of the same and how to deactivate the same. Few months ago my mother sunanda age 67 had love guru activated on her number and she was all the way thinking why the money is getting deducted every month when she refills her number.
                                This malpractice needs to be highlighted to trai and have a system where vas are not activated accidentally without willingly.
                                Though it is not a big amount but i feel cheated and would not like to pay for anything which i haven't ordered or used.

                                I am writing this email out of frustration as my mobile bill for my cell number 99207xxxxx for the month of july 2017 has been inflated to rs 1220.92, which generally comes under rs 700. My voice and data usage for the month of july 2017 is average as compare to my previous month bills.
                                When i reviewed the july i found that there is an additional usage charges of rs 450.20 and value added service charges of rs 443.00. I have never placed any request for the same and which has been added to my account without my knowledge and acceptance. When i called up customer care last week i was not been provided with the answer.
                                I have been using vodafone for more than a decade and never faced such issue but this instance is making me nervous and frustrated.
                                I want both the charges to be reversed (Rs 450.20 & rs 443.00) as i am not aware of this charges and same are not billed in my previous bills, also ensure all value added services are deactivated.
                                If this issue is not resolve i will have to port out to other service provider as i feel cheated by vodafone.

                                  On 13th aug 2017, I made a recharge of rs-347 which was on my offer that i'll get 56 gb data for 56 days. but after the recharge the amount get transfer to my main balance & I did't get the recharge, after that I called customer care and they said it was a technical fault, there is no such offer for u, and than after i talked to them, again checked my offer which still shows, that offer. now I want to know why that happen, how can I get my money back ?...coz I was forced to use data from my balance which cost me aprx 300 for 50-60 mb data.

                                      Hi, i am sathiyamoorthy when i am trying to send outgoing sms for all mobiles. I am unable to send the sms from this number[protected]. However i had check with customer care many times they told me. You had send bulk sms but i didnt send any commercial sms and also i dont like that (My mobile fault not my mistake) i told but they said you had send so that your outgoing sms had blocked can you please gohade and registe your mobile number in trai website. I had registered but my issue is not resolved can you please resolve my issue or advise me. Thanks!

                                        It happened to me as a shock, my number which am been using from the days when vodafone was erstwhile orange and later which became hutch too.

                                        So have been using this particular number since 2004, have moved abroad and kept this number as my base number for all the communications back in india, all the bank statements, otp, insurance policies, investments, kyc was having my that number.

                                        Was using the same number on international roaming so as to receive important messages. However due to my error, i didn't use the phone from there being in international roaming, my phone got deactivated. I thought it is due to recharge or nonusage and would activate the same once in india for holidays.

                                        However the number though disconnected have been re-allotted to someone else and was told by the customer care because it was inactive for more than 90 days vodafone decided to hand over this number to someone else,
                                        The problem is here how can the number be transferred to a third person which is in use for more than 12 years by me. This came as a real surprise to me.

                                        This created a great problem for me because in my short stay in india have to run poll and pillars to update new number for all my banks, investments, loans, insurances etc. Because that third person was receiving intimation of my personal transaction for no fault of mine.

                                        I hereby want to bring to notice that deactivation was my fault, however, the way the number was allotted to some other person is a real wrong practice and have to face great hassles because of it.

                                        And above all, it was suggested by vodafone customer care team that i can request the person to whom re-allotment is done if he wants to give away the number. This is so impractical suggestion by them

                                        Mistake, first of all, is handing over of the number to the third person without sending any official communication to the previous user.
