I am interested to port my existing mobile number [protected]. But unable to port my number [protected] as when I am trying to send SMS "PORT [protected]" to 1900, it is getting bounced. As the SMS is not being sent unable to get PORT number due to which it is not possible to port the number. Even I have contacted vodafone customer care but no solution.

    The data network here in Kohima is very slow and most of our works get delayed and disturbed. It has been for months and months by now.The public are really tired and frustrated by this poor network. Please provide proper network before Vodafone lose many valuable customers . Thank you

      I am sorry to say that, we received only massage from VM-VFCARE
      your Daily 1GB Internet Pack has been renewed. Balance 1024 MB, Next Renewal Date 31.08.17 00:00:00.
      being a 4G Network plan but not a single page open some time browsing speed 15.00b/s and the speed of vodafone network is worst then 2G network

        Dear sir... This is inform you that my number [protected] is deactivated. Prior to this i am using number [protected] and made payment of rupee 2660.40 on 12 th august now there is no due is pending. Your service operator saying the mony is refund on your account but there is no such mony is return and i sent my bank statement also but there is no response from vodafone..
        Every they called me threatening me but they are not revolving my problem.

        All the bank otp and details come on [protected] that is not received.

        Vodafone providing me different number for contacting for resolving the problem but both number are fake..

        I also putted complain in trai and telecommunication ministry for this...

          I'm user of vodafone. I got bill for the month of august. My monthly plan is 499. Company show 592 previous balance but i already paid in last month. When i call company employeek told that this extra net uses charges. I surprised because at the time when i accept plan they insure me this is unlimited monthly plan. They cheat to me second time.
          Please do the needful regarding waiver and instruct him about call barring.

          I have done MNP from Airtel to Vodafone. Yesterday my number get ported in vodafone. But FRC not done yet. I facing huge problem. The Shop from which I had done portability he is not doing FRC.
          Please help

            I have redmi 4g phone with vodafone 4g sim and a red 499 plan that includes 5 gb 4g data.

            In my area in pune even if i have set lte mode the network simply falls to 3g only. The data connection runs at 3g rather than 4g. I complaint to vodafone but they have no clue why it happens this way. If i run ussd code and push lte only then no network is available. Also i have pushed roaming just in case needed as well.

            I expect vodafone to fix this issue at the earliest.

              I visit vodafone store nursery circle Vaishali nagar jaipur for port related enquiry there is machine for token i have got token no.137 i am waiting for my turn but there is nobody to call for your turn and no token display screen then i go to counter there is a men sitting named suraj he is really rude don't know how to talk to customer having too much attitude and he is not looking that anyone has token r not r i am standing there for last 15 minutes having token no.137 So i dont no what machine is doing there plz see ur service and staf[censored]r staff is really untrained, no knowledge and #### way of speaking to customer.

                My name is sandeep sharma, vodafone number [protected]. i'm facing network problem since last 4 months. i'm not getting even single tower at my registered address.regarding this i have complaints multiple time with vodafone, but no solution from their end. i think vodafone is the cheater service provider, who is generating bills to the customers without and network service. i'm the the best example of the same.

                Since no vodafone service at my home, i'm not paying the bill. now they barred my outgoing calls. if they are unable to provide the services, how it come possible, customer will pay.

                  My phone number is [protected]. I forwarded porting request vide id number vd259835 on 18th august 2017. On that day i had no outstanding amount and i paid rs.750 in advance to avoid any rejection due to any outstanding payment issue.in spite of that my porting request was rejected. That day i had a credit balance of rs.750. When i contacted vodafone customer care, they told me that, my payment was not updated in time, hence the original request was rejected. They also requested me to file fresh porting request. Once i filed a fresh request of porting, on 24th august which was surprisingly rejected once again while i still had a credit balance of rs.144.18.

                  This is very disgusting and unprofessional on the part of vodafone. I request you to take appropriate stern action against vodafone for their deficiency of service and give me relief from this continued pain.

                    I activated internet add on plan for one month but they charged me for another month. Moreover, the speed provided by them on 4G/3.G is useless please have a look at the attached pic.
                    It's hard to understand your policies, i tried contacting Vodafone support, i had word with 4 customer executives but no one was able to help me. Vodafone rocks!! Go get some etiquettes And teach your employees.

                      Vodafone is the most fraud company. My number is [protected]. My balance is showing -26 rs, I haven't taken any loan or either got any message . Vodafone cheats their consumers. They can't give good service. Are you a begger ? Without taking any loan, the bal is -26 rs .. I have to complain against this to Trai. Vodafone should be banned in India. Cheater. Fraud. They have automatically gave loan without my permission.

                          I got the stupid response from vodafone call center and appellate office as of this month (August 2017). I've recharged rs 401 for 84 days, with this pack vodafone offer me 1 gb data and 300 local & national calls per day. But vodafone has frequently taken the main balance after consuming 1gb data on everyday main balance. The data doesn't stop after the 100% consumed of 1gb until the subscriber's main balance is over. This is cheating offer for recharge separately to make outgoing calls. I have got the worst experience with vodafone appellate office. Soon i'll migrate another network.

                            I wanted to do the recharge for unlimited calls and data which costs 347 in rajasthan for the validity of 56 days. By mistake whie doing the recharge i entered 349 instead of 347. For this mistake of mine vodafone kept the balance uncleared for around 20 hours and then they gifted me with 3 gb data for 28 days. Does this data has 10g speed.? So i had to pay rs.349 for that also the validity is only 28 days. Is ot fair..? My vodafone no. Is [protected]. Other companies just cancel the recharge if its not a registered plan in their list. I requested to customer care to cancel this recharge or to convert it to 347 plan but they denied. Thank you vodafone for giving me such precious gift.

                                I've been calling the customer care since a month now. Whenever i call 198 and then reach the customer support agent connectivity option, it re connects me to the main menu. I've getting worst network experience in my area. It was good before. But since these 2 months the vodafone service is been the worst one. The net speed never increased from 500 kbps. I still didn't mind that but the networks are disappearing between my important chats and calls. I've missed my very important seminar because of that. When i try to call other service numbers referred on this site it says i've dialled a wrong number. Every one of the vodafone number is wrong i guess. I've switched over to this network by beleiving the network and all bt it's not satisfactory. I'm feeling like i've wasted my money investing here. I'll switch to other network soon. I[censored]ntill then the service get bettr then i may think not to. Just try to solve my problem or else i'll solve it myself my switching it to other network.

                                    Vodafone after upgrading to 4g starting dec 2016 there has been various issues and very poor network. However upon complaining they told me it will take sometime for 4g network issues to be resolved. Now its almost been more than 8 months and it getting worse. Very bad coverage in internal signals outside is ok but in home or in office and you have no network at all.
                                    Service no is[protected]. Issue not resolved.

                                      After soo many complaints to the customer care center about my network issues, i have not yet received any call from anyone and no one is even least bothered about my issue. I am becoming fool by paying my bills on regular basis even though i am not receiving good and satisfactory service. Can anyone help me with my issues or else i should go for portability. On 4g i am getting worst data speed. Check the screen shot.

                                        My credit limit for the number [protected] is rs.9200. Yet i have gotten a bill of above rs.80, 000. The whole point of a credit limit is to stop all charges and block the phone once the amount crossed it. It is making a fool of consumers by charging me so much. The charges relate to international data. But no matter what, the bill should not cross the credit limit. If it does it is the fault of the company. They should have shut all services immediately. I request them to make the changes to showcase the new bill in accordance with the credit limit. Multiple mails and calls have gotten few replies and last 7 days they have stopped responding too. Each reply has been generic and ignored my problem.
