Have got my vodafone no. [protected] ported from solapur, maharashtra to ncr region delhi. Last month i made a payment of rs. 675.35 against the outstanding amount for my mobile no [protected]. Transaction details are given here under: transaction id - jcmp [protected] transaction dt. :[protected] time : 23.35.20. Payment has been made through debit card for which a message as well as transaction slip has also been received.

Now in the current month bill (For which the last date is[protected] rs. 675.35 has again been added over and above my this month bill amount. I registered a compliant on 15th aug'17, again on 18th aug'17 a well as today itself. But the problem has not been resolved yet.

I am facing lots of problem (Which you can confirm from my complaint log) since my last porting of my mobile number [protected] from airetel to vodafone and now i am really repenting on my decision. Would you please convince me why should i continue with vodafone.

No action has been taken so far to correct and rectify the bill and close the registered complaint. No one, till date, has tried to contact me for any quarry in this regard for an early disposal of the issue.

Further I am being harassed by Vodafone Customer Care executives with continuous phone calls as reminder for payment of wrongly calculated billed amount. Incoming calls service has already been stopped on my phone. Latest way to harass me which Vodafone has adopted is to install a recoded message of a minimum of two minutes which will be played as reminder before each out going calls.

On account of the reasons cited above, I don’t want to continue taking Vodafone services. I am, therefore, requesting the Customer Care/Corporate Care/Nodal officer discoonect my number. I am willing to pay the corrected Bill amount.

Please take action at your end latest by Friday. After that I will not pay a single rupee for Vodafone services continued beyond Friday.

After consuming 07 days you are sending a message that mentioned mobile No. regarding which complaint was registered is wrong. Please read complete message and you will yourself find the actual number which is [protected]. At one place, by mistake, I have written [protected]. However, if you would have read the whole message, you would have easily got the correct no. [protected] Witten in bold letter in at least two places. But your intention, at this moment, is not to resolve the issue but to buy time so that you can extract extra money from customer’s pocket by harrassing day & night.

Further, till date, I have dropped at least four mails. Have you tried to find out the correct number from those messages. I know, you people are so busy in other things that you don’t have any time to listen to customer grievances. CC of this mail has also gone to your CEO Mr. Sunil Sood. But it also remained unheard. Now, I know, everyone in India just talks about customer’s satisfaction but no one really cares.

Moreover, your Vodafone representatives is constantly wringing me day and night for the payment of Bill on my number. Complaint, written to you in my mail, has also been registered at your Vodafone customer care centre.I am really surprised to note that, till date, you people is unable to trace my real number. At last, I come to realise that Vodafone company is great and the people working there is too genius to believe. I really salute Vodafone people.

At last, I just don’t want to avail Vodafone services any more. Disconnect my number by Friday night and take the bill amount which is actually due. I don’t want any more harassment.
There are always charging too much amount for the postpaid bill.. I activate on some plan. But they always send the bill amount as double the actual plan. And they didn't properly respond for that bill amount. So many times this issue came. Please take nescessary action for that traffic bill amount
My Moto g phone with sim card number [protected] got stolen in DTC bus,
please help.

    I received the message from Vodafone in which nowhere was mentioned that the calls were free between Vodafone to vodafone. I reconfirmed the scheme via customer care and then recharged my no [protected]. They did not tell me Vodafoneto vodafome clause except that max 1200 minutes are free per week. But now they are giving me calls free only from voda to voda.
    And when i called customer care they are doing away with sir we are sorry that a wrong message has been sent to you.
    And due to their mistake i got my numbers recharged which they are not reversing nor are they are providing the benefit as per the message sent by them.
    Is it so easy to send a fraudulent message and then do away with a sorry. In such a case i am only at a loss and the company got Rs 251. Its not a matter of Rs 251 only, its about the shamelessness of the company. Inspite of knowing the mistake they are not giving me the benefit.

      I cancelled my number ([protected]) due to poor customer care service on 27-july-2017.

      * i requested for my bill from 3-aug-2017 and i send nearly 10 emails, but i didn't received my bill till 22-aug-2017.

      *suddenly i received a call from vodafone on 19-aug-2017, stating that i have to pay rs.386/-, i asked for the bill but the agent on the phone was rude to me and cut the call. I received the bill on 22-aug-2017, but the last date to pay the bill was mentioned as 19-aug-2017 and now they are telling that i have to pay the last fee, which is completely ridiculous. I even mailed to nodal and appellate, but the same poor customer service. Worst network... Worst service...

      I requested to close my postpaid number.There was no response .again I reminded thrice.later a person said formalities over.and now they sending bill for last 2 months.No proper action s taken.

        Regarding my vodafone pospaid outstanding amount i received call from customer care due to some network issue not able to talk properly for that customer care lady is responding with bad and irrespective words, and already i mentioned to send mail the details of amount but they didnt provide and very worst behaviour while talking, seriously it makes bad impression on vodafone service, since am using this service for past 7years.

          Where do i start?!
          I have been using vodafone since the past 6 years and this has been one of the worst experiences of my life as a consumer.
          The network connection is pathetic. Earlier i was getting average phone reception at my home, but in the past 4 months it has dropped down to almost no signal. This has cost me immensely. I was not able to attend urgent calls, because everyone complained that my phone was not reachable. The last 4 months have been terrible.

          And coming to the mobile data, just simply amazing (I hope your egotistical company gets the sarcasm in this). The mobile data is simply non-existent. It seems as if i have been paying vodafone and the money is just draining away from my pockets. I am so disgruntled, disappointed and dissatisfied with vodafone's amazing services, that i have decided to change my service provider.
          I'd also suggest anyone else i meet, never to switch or purchase a vodafone connection. As these guys are just going to make a mockery out of your trust and faith in their company.

            Hello there,
            This is anand tripathi i am a vodafone postpaid customer sincce very long today i went to vodafone store at 3a, sayaji path, alkapuri, vadodara, gujarat 390023, india,
            Just to link my adhar card with my phone (As i received a call from vodafone today for the same)
            The manager "viswajeet" is dont know how to talk to customers he abused us (All customer there) and said i m not going to do ur work do whatever u can do.
            He also ruined and waste our service tickets.
            Please take any hard action against him. Such things are not at all acceptable and pissed customers off.

              I am using postpaid plan for my mobile number [protected] from vodafone. Company sent me bill for the month of july 2017, which contained rs 105 for the use of vas services, which i never used, nor i have sent my consent for the activation of the same. Then i called customer care, which couldn't resolve my complaint & didnt even sent me the details of launched complaint over sms or email even after requesting for the same. (I have the recordings for the same) i talked to cse named pratima, and on a phone call she gave me launched complaint number as[protected]. She said my complaint will be resolved in 24 hours. But further no response from company.

              So after 48 hours i launched my complaint via email. Which is not yet solved even after 12 days. I could see that email is viewed 83 times (While launching complaint here.) but cse's are hesitant to give me any sort of proofs.

              Also on 12th August, after talking to CSE. I received SMS saying 35 Rs are deducted for the use of VAS services and it gave me link to deactivate, which I follwed and deactivated still after this I could see the RS 37 as Unbilled Amount.

                Very much dissapointed with vodafone service.. Simply stealing money in the name of value added services. Purposefully dont confirm with cutomers before activating any service
                I am using vodafone sim card since 4 years. From few months my bill is above 1000 even though i am on 499 postpaid pack all because of your stupid value added service and when i try to deactivate it, there is always a problem msg pops up... The worst connection ever...

                    Dear sir, myself Seema dubey. i am usibg vodafone postpaid services from very long time. last month bill was charged to me around 14k. however in so many year my bill never crossed even 2k. last month I had given a call to customerservice to change my plan since i received a message that my 3GB data plan will get exhausted. the customerservice misguided me n told me activate 450plan with 15GB free for 3 months and she deactivated my active plan. thereafter to my shock i was reciving messages that my unbilled amount is14k. so i again called up customerservice that time i came to know that my earlier plan is deactivated n new plan was not activated since that plan is not applicable for my number. then he guided for 499 plan whetein 10GB data is applicable. Also i said him about the message he said me he cannot see the same rightnow n he informed me not to pay the bill n raise the complaint after bill is raised. He noted my complaint on the misguidance. After bill generation whn i recived the message for bill payment i raised the complaint that bill is excessely charged. however till date i have not received anu revert from vodafone. Fraudulanty they have charged the bill during those period whn my earlier plan was deactivated n new plan was not activated due to misguidance.

                      This complaint is against a vodafone mobile number [protected] and this person calls himself deepak sinha.
                      He calls people and asks if they use some debit card/credit card and then tries to take out the details of the card by luring customers into various schemes or sometimes says that he needs to verify atm pin etc.
                      He tries to get this info for illegal illegitimate transaction. He tried to take out this info from me but i understood his intentions and when i tried to probe, he started abusing. I smart enough to disconnect the call.
                      This is a fraudulent person so please avoid calls from this number in future and if possible, pls let me know if any action can be taken against this person.

                          I don't know what is the problem with vodafone network, do they always go through technical problems or is it a new way of looting their customers.

                          Till last week i had issues regarding the recharge of data pack that i was in need of, i was recharging for 1gb data which i was eligible for but the data pack was not getting updated instead i was getting 38rs talktime which i was in no need of. Before that vas service was getting activated of its own, i think after repeated complaints that issue got resolved now but a new problem has emerged.

                          Today morning i recharged for 27rs bonus pack i. E. 56days std calling @25 paise, but vodafone has deducted money twice for the same recharge.

                          Can you please refund the additional money that has been deducted? & please take care of these type of technical issues so that for every recharge your customers shouldn't face these issues.

                            Hi,

                            My another number 99xxxxxxxx which is vodafone postpaid, i raised mnp to docomo prepaid on 19/08/17 (Mnp applied as well as acknowledged by tata docomo). My vodafone bill date is 201/08/17, i paid my outstanding rs.303 on 21/08/17. And on 23/08/17 sudendly got rs.25 as outstanding that also i paid on the same day.
                            I got message from tatadoco as well as vodafone that my mnp has rejected i checked with vodafone they asked to contact docomo to re-initimate.
                            But my question first of all how vodafone can reject my mnp which is absolutely wrong towards trai guideline and your website information regarding mnp.

                            Here, is the line why my request should not rejected.
                            "vodafone can reject your request on following grounds:
                            A) there are outstanding payments due from you by way of pending bill or bills, as the case may be, issued as per the normal billing cycle but before the date of application for porting;"

                            Additional info my billing cycle is bill will be generated on 20th every month. due date is next month on 8th. So, As per trai guideline i have no outstanding bill issued as per the normal billing cycle but before the date of application for porting.

                              Same number provided to another customer by Vodafone. old number active in idea network and am gone everyday to Vodafone store and no one take serious about this.. please do needful.this is very serious matter. because now a days phone number is not a number.our ban details. social sites all are connected with number..so please solve my problem.

                                Vodapone as disconnected my tel no [protected] inspite if aving credit balance and validiaty upto 31.05.217.

                                In spite of contacting vodapone on mail and in vodapone sop and submitting all requested documents voter card, adar card, photos, forms. The number is not re-activated.

                                In stead i am being told to try wit bsnl. Bsnl says it is vodapone responsibility.

                                Please take immediate action to solve and re-activate my number whic is important

                                      This is utterly disgusting, i am writing you about the false promises and poor incompetent service received from your vodafone store located at
                                      Coles road, frazer town - no 321 ward no 91, cleveland town, pulikeshi nagar, bengaluru, karnataka 560005.

                                      I am a vodafone customer since 5years and being good customer never failed to miss payments and never had complaints about the services i received, though i had bad times.

                                      The issue started from 7 feb 2017 i requested to transfer my number ([protected]) from postpaid to prepaid, i have been cheated by changing my plan from 299 to 499 plan and by not moving my number to prepaid, this was done without my consent and this a fraudulent activity. I visited the store and asked the store rep who failed to transfer my number to prepaid. The rep not even apologise, however than processed the request and said number will transfer to prepaid in 24 hours which was again a fail promise, i revisited store after 48hours and activated my number. Mean while my bill was generated for rs 257.52 based on new plan 499 in advance and i rushed again to store the store rep by name "mohammed azharuddin" agreed to waive of the charges based on new plan and calculate the bill according to my old plan. After calculation i was asked to pay rs 130 and rs 100 will be waived off.

                                      After couple of days again i receive email asking for due of 140 or 150 approximately. I went to store again and spoke to "mohan" who is complete dumb who don't even bother to listen the customer just talk like robot and repeat same thing again and again. I asked him to call azharuddin and as he promised previously, so azharuddin came and he agreed and confirmed that the charges will be waived completely and i need to pay around rs 70 again for previous usage. So i paid. However i paid back all the charges rs 70 plus rs 130 total rs 200.

                                      Hence again failed promise, due to which now i am receiving emails asking for outstanding of 198, i lost trust with store reps and called the help centre they refuse to help as there is no account details and visited store again met "mohan" who clearly denies that there is no service number or notes stating my complains. Which is a clear proof of poor appalling service and fraudulent activity done by vodafone store representatives.

                                      I have already replied to the first email reminder received from gunashekar. [protected]@vodafone.com for outstanding balance of 198, i never received any reply back to my email.

                                      I request you to look into this matter and respond back with resolution and actions taken on poor service and fake promises made to me.

                                      If this case is not dealt with priority and not resolved in next 30 days i would take legal actions with the help of consumer court and regulatory bodies.
                                      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        From morning my vodafone [protected] number was blocked for sms and calling, when i asked to customer care they said that i need to register with trai. Actually i did not do any kind of marketing. I never send any kind of marketing msg to anyone sine 3 to 4 months. Without my knowledge they blocked my number for calls and msg. How to un block it... Plz help i am helpless.
