My vodafone number [protected]. This is my postaid number and i want to convert it to prepaid from postpaid. I was going to vodafone store on 18 aug, friday for that and they processed and said that request for change in 48 hours but nothing happend since today. I was going to customer care but they weren't answer me properly. I want to know my status of my request. Was it processed or not.

      As promised by you I constantly get offer of 10gb on recharge of 495 but instead I get only 5gb data on my letv le2 phone. On complaint to your costumer care they say that I am using some 2g phone further there is no response on this matter.Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

        My issue is that the employee of vodafone store is not entertaining my request. I have visited at store 5 times but every time she is ignoring me and my complain name that employee is swati mate and she is works at vodafone store telephone exchange square, nagpur, maharashtra. She is behave with me very rudely and just because of ignoring my request i loss 500 rupees. So you please tell her that she receive my request and until my request is not full fill. I will not pay vodafone bill

          Dear sir,
          Iam not satisfy with your low network
          Coverage... Hence, i thought to move to airtel... Then i have started
          To send sms to 1900 for porting...
          But, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message could not sent" is showing... Tried 50 time...
          By speking to custmer care for solution... They keep giving non sense / irrilavent solutions: -

          1. I did not recharged my mobile, as for as company rules so outgoing sms barred... But monthly iam recharging
          My mobile not less than 100rs.
          2. I suppose to change message centre no.- did the same but no result...
          3. I have to change the handset - tried but no result...

          Moreover the custmoer care representatives not available for 3 days, n they are are not giving a chance to spk...
          Plz help me...

            My no. Is [protected], i recharged my phone with 445 fr.
            Which they said is for 84 days unlimited calling. 1 month data for 3g phone and 1 gb per day for 4g phone for 84 days.
            I am using a 3g handset. And now after 35 days they have stopped my unlimited calling tariff. Now when i call its cutting from my balance. They are fooling people.
            I want my money back.

            My wife continuously getting missed call from [protected]. When I ring back he is not answering and if he answer the call then he is using all BAD words. Please i request you Please check this no. and block it.

              I have purchased a vodafone dongle device including 3 months plan in that, which costs 2500/- rs. The bill states that the cgst and sgst is 0.0. I am attaching the copy of bill with this, please tell me the exact amount of gst charged to me. As far as i know there is 18% gst on cellular connections and if it is, then please provide me a new bill of 18% gst. Our company does not accept 0 gst amounts from gst registered vendors. This is 3rd or 4th time i am following up. Let me know if this issue can at all be resolved by vodafone or not. If not, let me know accordingly to proceed with further escalations.

                Sir, I am not being able to send messages from today morning from my Vodafone number .I donot have balance but I have message balance (400 messages for 38/- for 4 weeks).it was all fine till last night buy this problem had occurred from today morning and I am constantly trying to send messages. It's urgent . please help

                  I am post paid customer of vodafone and my phone no is [protected]. The vodafone representative explained me about new plan calling + data in rs 349.
                  Plan name is red4business_349_2017. He said one gb data in month will provide you.

                  Regularly i am using jio for data and i no need to use vodafone data, so i not notice my bills and pay regularly.

                  Now i talk to customer care and they says that you not listen carefully about plan its 100 mb in a month.

                  Company cheating me regard this plan from when i changed my plan.
                  And charged extra money from me in every bill.

                  Please intervention and resolve the issue asap.

                    My vodafone mobile number is [protected] i am misguided with vodafone customer care to tkae 399 plan saying my bill will be less on the contrary i received huge amount of rs. 1500 this month which is wrong.

                    First of all i have not used coz i am using jio past 3 months now, then vodafone deactived for 10 days then howcome so much amount bill i recevived. Upon calling they are not listening every month they charge so much please help me and get the reversal of my bill.

                      I am a good coustmer of vodafone and i am using this services for the past 5 years;
                      Recently i have taken a new sim on 12 aug but on that day they did not activated sim, so on next day when we went to that store and said about that sim not activated at that time activated, but did not recive any balance on that day but paid 444 amount to the agent of vodafone, on taking new sim we have asked him about the plan he replaid that daily 1gb with unlimited calls gor 84 days, more than that he did not given any information regarding this; next when i a go to store and asked to the same agent that i did not recive balance that time he had done the recharge and i recived only 2gb date and unlimted calling for 35 days only, regarding this i have complained to the coustmer care they intially asked the store details on the time of giving complaint i don't have the store details, after two days i recived a call that only store agent can solve this issue like that he said to me, but when i gone to store and asked about that he is just replying that the sim must be in 4g device only then you will recive the offer but on the time of taking new sim he did not given any information about it, when i asked him about why you did not given this information before that time he is liying that he had said, if he had said that information we could have kept the sim in 4g device only, regarding this i have called to the vodafone coustmer care nearly 20 times but they are saying that they will the issue and asked the store details but today when i tried to call to the vodafone coustmer care call is going in loop the coustmer care has just blocked my calls not connecting to them, please help me regarding this and get me 1gb/day with 84 days validate

                      From 5 days we r getting network problem in our area ..
                      If this problem is going on people have to suffer a lot about communication..
                      So I kindly request you to solve this problem as soon as possible.
                      After id verification and sim allotment its been 8 days my postpaid sim has not been activated despite several reminders to the concerned persons.
                      They are least bothered to attained the issue and just do fake promises. Vodafone service is very poor am very disappointed. when can i get updation about the same.

                        Hi,
                        I went to vodafone store nagawara on 29th july for postpaid to prepaid migration. They took cash of 476 from me. Also auto pay of 242 (Bill) was deducted from my debit card, so totally 718 i have paid.

                        Since the stupid vodafone people delayed to migrate my sim, i had called them so many times, but as usual received a careless response.

                        After 15 days my sim got migrated from postpaid to prepaid and in this period i have not made a single call. And these have charged 357. And i dint receive 242 plus extra charges still.

                        They are telling that it is procedure to be followed.
                        I we don't pay bill on time, they charge extra fine. What bull # procedure they follow i don't know. They delay for all the requests. And this is the 3rd time am writing here and no action taken still.

                        I want whatever i have paid extra to my account.

                          There is no 4g network coverege at my location. My mobile number is [protected], west bengal circle. There is a vodafone 2g tower beside of my house. I can't access 4g internet. All the vodafone customers are facing same problem at my location. My location is a market place. I complained customer care and vodafone store many times but vodafone customer care did not take any steps against my problem.

                            I have personally gone to the vodafone gallery on sv road, andheri west and have requested them to deactivate on 3rd june'17, these shameless beggars have sent me a bill for rs. 766 payable on 29 august'17.

                                  I had recharge of rs 399 for vodafone internet 4g internet with offer of 84 days. I had complain regarding this and they replied me that we know that we had internet speed issue and in near future we look into this. But that's not right thing as i get my 399 rs. You should give me internet speed and good service if not than kindly give me my 399 rs. Back.

                                    I was traveling to usa in july and had called vodafone customer care to activate international roaming and simultaneously deactivate any data plan.

                                    I did this because i only wanted to receive otp messages from my bank. I was not using my vodafone number to make any calls or use internet. I was told i have to pay inr 150 per month for such services, to which i agreed.

                                    One day when i was in usa, i got a message saying that i have consumed 14mb for which i will be charged inr 8500. It was weird because i did not use my vodafone number for any data and also i had opted only for call facility in usa and not data plan.

                                    When i called customer care, i was told they will look into waiving off the inr 8500 but was told to wait for 24 hours and in the meantime i can pay my outstanding bill of inr 1000. I waited but even before their call, my number was barred for any outgoing calls.

                                    I called customer care from a different number and was told to wait for next billing cycle to get the waiver which was 20 days ahead of the call. I told them how can i wait for 20 days without any number, they said this is how system works and after a day, my incoming/sms facility was also barred.

                                    I had no option but to switch to a different operator. After a week of this, my friends are now getting calls that they will initiate legal proceedings against me (For inr 1000 + 8500) even while i was waiting for their call.

                                    My phone no. +91-[protected]

                                    Vodafone should waive off the entire inr 8500 from my bill, whenever it is generated and issue a formal apology for my harassment. Otherwise, i will have no option but to take legal recourse.

                                      I have multiple vodafone numbers in mumbai, one which i have given to my mom is [protected].
                                      3 months back somehow the plan got changed from a basic 126/- to a higher plan of 400/-. And since i did not make the payment it was deactivated last month. Now i had to make a payment of 1700/- for 3 months and reactivate it. When asked to change the plan, the vodafone store guy is saying that since this is a corporate account i would have to send an email from my office email address to make the changes. And since our office emails dont have the access to send emails to enternal domains, i would never be able to send a mail. I wonder how did they change the plan to a higher value without a email. Try calling on customer care number, but thats a never ending story on ivr without any results.
                                      Need to know if anything can be done about it, because now i will not make any payments.
