This is really very poor service.

We have taken new sim from vodafone of no. [protected]. Also we have paid the charged rs 350/- i submitted the documents and the sim which should have got activated in two days took weeks to get activated.

And most miserable part was it got deactivated without any information from vodafone customer services. We have visited to store also but still the sim deactivated no any action done by the concern team...

Its very poor service which vodafone providing.. Still we are facing the problem as my sim not activated.

    I am using vodafone sim (Same number) for more than 7 years. I got very good services from them.
    3-4 months back i have upgraded my vodafone sim from 3g to 4g as suggested by the vodafone. But i never get 4g signal on my mobile (Redmi note 4). I called vodafone customer care (198) number for around 4-5 times and never get proper solution for this.

    Please take necessary action on it.

    Hi VODAFONE, I think u r not concerned about ur customers. even after 2 months no one tried to connect me for this problem. i think it time to portout from vodafone n join jio network.
    Vodafone 4G should launch 1800, 2300 and 2500 for 4G. to allow Mi Note 4 to use 4G network.

      I am using vodafone postpaid service from last 2 years and now am facing data network issue on my number! And its still not resolved from vodafone it's creating past 5 months and vodafone dsnt care about it!! And evry month they charged total bill of my plan and extra charges!! Why should i pay?? If i dsnt get a good service then why i will pay for it!! Pleaseresolve my problm as soon as possible!!

        I had activated international roaming charges for a few days and was charged a bomb for just 3 days.. Though i was mostly on wifi and my mobile data was switched off.. The bill was ard 8k.. Then i deactivated international roaming and switched off the mobile data but i am still being charged.. As on today the bill is at 19k approx.. What kind of money making scam is this?

          This is really very frustrating..
          Didn't expect vodafone services to be so low.
          I got a call from vodafone customer care from ms. Jhanvi asking for if i need a new vodafone sim on which i replied yes and a person was sent to office to collect documents.

          I was charged rs 300/- for a sim which is free of cost, i submitted the documents and the sim which should have got activated in two days took two weeks to get activated.

          And most miserable part was it got activated late and with wrong plan which i was not even informed of.

          Worst part - data usage by me for that sim was of 122.27 mb for couple of seconds and the bill that was generated was of 499.71 rupees, i mean wow really

          Since then i am calling vodafone services and ms. Jhanvi who is disconnecting the call seing my number, and theres been no response since a month.
          Its really very very very frustrating to waste my time and just sit and resolve such issues

            There has been wrong billing to my vodafone number i. E., i am registered under corporate plan cug. But still i have been charged. The number with whom my calls were made was also under same cug. Further vodafone system has worked sometime and failed to work, as they have levied charge on few days leading to bill amount of 1331.

            I raised the issue, kindly resolve..."service registration number[protected]"

            I have spoke almost 3 times to customer executive and several emails, and it's really shame from vodafone side that they are not able to provide me solution... Even vodafone is shameless that they even didn't bother to call me back and provide solution. If i am not going to get solution, then i will have to drag this matter to cusomer court and publish it to various social media twitter facebook and others.

              First of all the person who called from vodafone was not ready to listen to the problems. Moreover he was asking me to give my debit card number in which he can refund the amount.

              Why the heck should i give my card number when i recharged my mobile through paytm, and incase if you can't transfer to my paytm account, why can't you refund the entire amount to my mobile number, or else if you are the same network provider atleast you can update my data balance for which i did the recharge.

              The person who called was so rude that when i said i can't give my card details, he replied saying when you get your debit card call in the same no. From which he called & disconnected the call.

              Vodafone should either refund my entire amount in my vodafone number or else vodafone can recharge the same for which my primary complaint was.

                I am regular customer of vodafone since 6 years as a post paid, vodafone since 6 months chiting with me, as per vodafone exucative given me 699/- plan with all incoming outing and roaning free, no any other charge need to pay for calling, however now they has been charged more then 699/- plus tax, like may around1400, june 1750 july 1086, why i pay extra amount, they charged for roaming services, but when they offering me plan, i calearly asked them i need for roaming purpose, because i have outstation office visit.

                Vodafone doing fake commitments with customer during the giving the new plan after that they charged high cost without confirmed with customer, i am try to 100 times with vodafone customer care people, but they never try to resolved it.
                Now they are losing there valuable customers, i am victim of vodafone fake commitments my advise that dont use vodafone service.

                  I have heard from many of vodafone user vodafone have blocked the number 1900 for porting. User can't send the sms to 1900. I also google it today i got the same reviews from other user.
                  I am trying to send the sms to 1900 for portability but i am not able send the sms
                  Getting an error unable to send the sms.
                  And one more thing i thought might i have network or other issue. So i tried sending sms to another number it got delivered at the same time.

                  Shameful act from vodafone.

                  Kindly unblock my number. My number is [protected].

                  Got a call from representative he is saying you have to recharge your number with ₹30 then you can port your number
                  I said i don't want to use your service then why do i recharge my number & this does not make any sense to recharge my number

                  Then he said you block you number. I replied him i want to port not block.
                  And that guy disconnected the call from his end

                        I have recharged my vodafone number [protected] with amount of ₹343 from official vodafone app on 19 august 2017 at 9:17 am. The required amount got deducted from my idbi bank account but i havent got any recharge on my vodafone number. I was about to call urgent for my business issues. I got harassed. Kindly return my money or i am going to sue you. I am unable recharge again untill i get my money back.

                          Hi sir,

                          I have been charged extra 886 rupees as internet usage bill. Since i opted for monthly postpaid plan which is having monthly free usage of 2 gb as promised by customer care agent. But i have received an bill amount of 1600 rupees for extra internet. I have got messages from vodaphone that i have used 1.335 gb for my bill cycle and upon calling the customer care i have told that the internet usage is nearly 4 gb. Please help me in this regard.

                            Wwe pack zone is activated without permission of customer and unaurthorised charges 90 rs deducted which is illigal and vodafone service is known for trust. But this tm vodafone disappoint me and it happens while doing work on my mobile. Directly message has arrived with said service nd rs 90 rs dedecucted at same time. I have using vodafone service in my family for last 10 years but such service never ben activated in my entire 10 year of vodafone use. I have been using vodafone as it said for last 10 years coz of trust vodafone service is nown for trust

                              We have raised complaints on 15august 2017 that we are not getting internet range in sihagad area and they informed it will be resolved with 48hrs again on 18 august 2017 call customer care informing still no range and asked them to way off bill as they have not provided service as when we don't pay bill you charge penalty to us in same way if you are not provided service you should way of some amount from bill as we are not able to perform any official work from home due to vodafone internet not provideing service propadly

                              My range is not showing me the data symbol .. I had called the customer service but they did not help me with what my issue was and the last person I spoke was so bad that he cut the phone without listening to my issue and then I couldn't contact them ..

                                  Dear team,
                                  I inform you that, i have visited to the t nagar vodafone store room in chennai and submitted the documents for convert the my sim (Mobile no [protected]) from postpaid to prepaid on 14th august 17. I have paid outstanding amount of rs 940 and 170 for new sim charges. Post settlement the payment they told me that you sim will be activated by wednesday. However my request was not processed till now.
                                  On 16th august 17 (Wednesday), i called to customer care and inquired about status of the request. During the conversation a customer service officer told me your sim will be activated in next 1 hour though which was not processed.
                                  Then, i called to customer care on 18th august 17, a customer care officer (Mr. Vishnu) told me that, sorry sir erroneously your request has been closed at our end, we will give the priority to close the issue. As assured it was not completed. Then i called to customer on 18th august 17, again a customer care officer told me that, we unable to activate your request you have to visit our nearest vodafone store room.
                                  Whenever i call to customer care, they are saying different different issue. Due to this i could not able to do my banking transaction and communicate with others, because of this i am mentally distrub on this. My humble request please take necessary action on the same.

                                    I am the customer of vodafone with [protected]. On may 2017 i came to uk from then i am not using my number but recharging for every 2 months. I have last recharge on june 10th od this month. As per the regulation, it was not completed 90 days even though my number was deactivated. When my brother visited to near by stores the executives are asking to convert to postpaid to allot the same number. I tried to write to vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.in but the people are not responding properly. Please look into the issue.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I have ported my mobile number [protected] from airtel to vodafone and on 08 aug 17 my number got activated.
                                      And out going of my mobile number is barred from 10 aug 17 so i am not able to make any calls due to verification not completed.
                                      On 9 aug 17 i have got an sms from vodafone saying that unable to verify my no. Due to entry restricted in gate so i contact vodafone care for booking appointment for verification and booked appointment for 11 aug 17 and i already informed that entry to my place is restricted so whoever is coming for verification they have to call me then only i can come down for verification but on 11 aug 17 no call received from anybody for verification and in the evening i again received the same sms saying that verification failed due to restricted area. Again on 16 aug 17 i have requested for verification with registration no.[protected] and also mentioned in my complaint that "whoever will come for verification they will call me when they reach to my entry gate as entry is not allowed with out me" and already talked to senior officer mr firoze regardig this on tel no. [protected] on 16 aug 17 and he promised me that your verification will be complete before 19 aug 17. Today 18 aug 17 i have called vodafone customer care (199) and talked to custumer care agent and asked about verification status and she told me that on 17 aug 17 verification team reached your home and they have not allowed to come inside as the guards restricted in gate, in my complaint i have already mentioned that whoever is coming they should call me when reaching in my gate but no one have called me.
                                      So since last 9 days out going of my number is barred due to fault of vodafone so i request you to act againt this.

                                        Why i have to pay excess payment against some people get all benifit in rs. 397 (1gb 4g/day up to 84days + free call and sms).
                                        I am paying you rs.999/- (27gb/3month + free call and sms) month against [protected]. Rs. 499/- (15gb/3month + free call and sms) per month against [protected].
                                        May be above facilities will be less against my payments.
                                        Please explain.
