And when someone asked from him to give the complete adderss of your company then these persons not give complete adderss to the people.

    I got recharge of 396 as plan o[censored]nlimited call and 4G data for 84 days... Its been about 2 week cant even make call and data services are similer to 2G serves ..i tried to call every sigle costumer care and they are not listning at all..

      Hello sir,

      I had given request to vodafone store kharghar on 05th august to deactivate the sim [protected] and paid all my dues.
      The guy told me that sim will get deactivated after 24 hours by 07th august. I had not done any call from the sim, but got bill on 11th august that i need to pay 413 rs by 29th august.
      I don't know what should be done. It is more harassment when i don't need something which i don't like.
      Is there anyone responsible in the this company?
      Just called customer care and they will take my request now to deactivate.
      Please help me

        Company has deducted about rs 172/- for internet data usagage charges on 11.08.2017. Since i have not requested for any internet pack company should not deduct such amounts. Sim card is only used from incomeing & outgoing calls purpose only. No other any service like sms, caller tune etc are interested by me. The company has denied me to revert my balance to my account.

          My name is yuva sekhar and my mobile number is :[protected] (Network name is vodafone) from this number main balance was deducted on[protected] at 1.11pm when that time my balance was 22.20 but i was not called to any other person and i am not surfing browse internet on my mobile but my money was deducted when this time call vodafone customer care (Karnataka) they are not response to my call until 00:08:48 sec and putting hold my call

          It is happening frequently since morning 4.30 am

            I am trying to port my number to chennai circle from delhi but it seems the company has blocked the messages to 1900, i can send a message to all the numbers but 1900. Even spoke to the customer care center and they have been giving all rubbish answers like restart your phone, don't port just recharge with a different plan.               I had purchased 445 welcome offer for new vodafone sim. Instead of providing 1gb data/day, i am getting only 2gb data.

              Customer care people say that as i inserted sim in 3g handset i will get only 2gb data now. Even if i use 4g handset now i will not get any data.

              I was not communicated such condition when i purchased the sim and now they are saying this

              I feel cheated since no information was given by the company about this beforehand.

              Request you to correct this mistake and provide me the original plan 1gb/day plan for 4g handset. For which company takes money from customers

                For billing address change on june and sent the rent agreement but the verification team took landlord address from the second page instead of my new rent address from the first page which clearly shows the incompetency of the verification team.

                It is not updated till july end and called so many times, chatted and supervisor sherin and daha on chat promised me that it will be resolved within next 48 hours and it's not done. I have the screenshot of those.

                Then again i sent the rent agreement on august 2nd, 2017. Someone from the team called on 6th or 7th and confirmed by email that it will be processed and done by august 10th and it's not done.

                So i called again on 14th august and first spoke to a rep who was very rude and then spoke to sahil the supervisor and confirmed that he has escalated it, also requested for a callback from his manager and he confirmed that i will get by 15th and i have not received.

                Then yesterday i spoke to a rep called shyam kumar singh who don't know how to serve and acknowledge customer query and spoke to a supervisor​ salman. He first of all denied three times to escalate the call to his manager and then confirmed that i will receive the call from the manager by 11 am yesterday but i have not received till now.

                And there is no communication from the verification team either and it's over two months i am simply running for a "billing address change" which is not done. I have done the same way with capital first and they have changed it. Also to add i have not received a call to cancel my another number. I am about to finish all my minutes calling this worst customer service.

                Can u guys please tell what's going on. A simple billing address change from the rent agreement and proper verification would take max 2-3 weeks.

                Please listen to all the calls and would like to see the billing address change soon else i have to go to consumer forum and email to trai and also to the head of vodafone.

                  I have requested to change my post paid no to pre paid no. But for 1 or the other reason it was not do e for 6 months. When some how i got it changed to pre paid, pre paid no is not activated. I paid for the pre paid connection, sim and activation. Inspite of that they have not activated my no. Now atleast i requeat you to activate my prepaid no. [protected]. Again asking me to go for post paid which i am not interested. It is the fault of vodaphone of not activating to prepaid. Plz do the needful at the earliest.

                    The service provided is pathetic. I was on hold for one hour with customer care service centre number. I can send the screenshot. Since 15 days i am calling everyday for activation of my new plan but i am seriously disgusted by the service. I want to leave vodafone. Help in porting my number otherwise i will have to email the screenshot to the vodafone authorities. I have been told that i will get additinal benefit 15 days back and there is nothing and no one seriously takes the complaint.

                        I used number [protected] and i deactivated the number on august 3rd of 2016. I paid all my balance and closed my connection. Then now in these past three months people from vodafone called me and told me to pay rupees 234. I asked them for bill. I told them them if they provide me the usage bill i will pay the amount and i visited vodafone service center and told them the same. They told they dont have the bill details but they need the money. Also they clarified me that, the money was billed for the bill cycle for the deactivation period. Then i got a mail from kandan2, mani, vodafone india (External) stating as below.

                        Hence i paid the money and i called that person and told him that i paid the money, showed the proof and told him please dont call me or send mail again.

                        But the next day i received the same mail. Also i am got a call from mr. Abhishek from vodafone on 08/17/2017 at 5.30 pm stating that i need to pay money of rupees 104.

                        I am getting irritated with this. I dont want this to happen again. What people are trying make fool of me or what? Everything has a limit. I paid the money, but there is no response for that. I have attached all relevant screenshots. My family uses around 6 vodafone postpaid connection. I will deactivate all the numbers and i am going to shift to airtel or any other networks.

                          Before also three four times you have helped me. On 30 july 2017, i recharged rs 75 vodafone talktime from sbi account by netbanking. The money was debited but sim was not recharged due to network problem. Till today 17aug2017, i did not get the money back. Please help me to get the amount back.

                            I was charged unnecessarily higher rental and upon reaching the customer care, i didn't receive any assistance, so i opted out from the network. But before i could port to another network, i was told to clear the pending due so i cleared the due and chose a new network, now all of sudden, they are harassing me to pay another bill of 524 which i have no idea what that is all about.

                            They keep calling me for this and have emailed me also for this.

                              Vodafone porting member do 420 with me, they port my no while my saying that i want to live stay with my currant operator

                              They do not make any address verification, they are not update me at my no they port my no.

                              They also not provided the committed plan they stop my no has been stopped and they are not deliver ported sim card.

                              Here they called me and explain the vodafone plan they offered me 349

                              In that they offer me unlimited local+std+ unlimited call in roaming +incomming is free in roaming +26 gb data

                              I aggre with that i provided my doc and porting code also ask for mail please mail me my plan what u r giving but do not mail me, i said no please dont port my no as well as i update the sales person

                              Wounder is that my no is ported...

                                Whenever i tried to send message to 1900. It shows undelivered. I tried about 12-13 times. Now vodafone is not giving option go talk to cc to my number. I dont know what to do. As this is my registered number everywhere. This is not expected from vodafone. Their customer care agent kept telling that your problem will be resolved in next 24 hours but nothing happened

                                    Respected Sir/Madam, I was working with Vodafone india ltd ( Through Zeus marcom services)Address: Swami Vivekanand Road, Goregaon West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400062, Phone:[protected].After resignation I have submitted all documents for PF formalities on 30 June 2015. I visited 4times for the same process but they always ask for some different different documents and PF form. But I submitted all Documents as per requirement. But as I checked on website there is no data found for pf status. My pf no is MH/211181/000/953.Even they are not replying on email. so kindly help with the same as I am very upset with your service. If i put any complain on Vodafone social site then it will effect on company reputation and Vodafone is very nice company i enjoyed very much in same company so i don't want to do this. so kindly help me.                                       I had recharge my number on 8-8-2017 of rs. 348 with a plan of one month unlimited calls and 1 gp per day data network
                                      But on[protected] they have stop my services with out any intimation. With talk on services center they said that you have no credit for services. I did not understand when i have taken one month plan then which type of credit they asking.
                                      On second call they said that your credit is used in mms and negative you recharge your services start. I did not understand when i have no credit then why they give me mms services and after stop my regular services which i had already paid.
                                      Also on asking credit rules they give rough answer to visit nearest vodafone store.

                                        Unlimited calll and unlined internet but coast would be rs-499/- but which they sending bill on every month rs-2500 and rs-1400/- i am ready to pay which they given me rs-499/- monthly and now every telli comma giving unlined call and internet in the market, many times i told them and complained but still they are sending same think my bill am requesting you to take action and do the needful thanks
