Dear team,
I inform you that, i have visited to the t nagar vodafone store room in chennai and submitted the documents for convert the my sim (Mobile no [protected]) from postpaid to prepaid on 14th august 17. I have paid outstanding amount of rs 940 and 170 for new sim charges. Post settlement the payment they told me that you sim will be activated by wednesday. However my request was not processed till now.
On 16th august 17 (Wednesday), i called to customer care and inquired about status of the request. During the conversation a customer service officer told me your sim will be activated in next 1 hour though which was not processed.
Then, i called to customer care on 18th august 17, a customer care officer (Mr. Vishnu) told me that, sorry sir erroneously your request has been closed at our end, we will give the priority to close the issue. As assured it was not completed. Then i called to customer on 18th august 17, again a customer care officer told me that, we unable to activate your request you have to visit our nearest vodafone store room.
Whenever i call to customer care, they are saying different different issue. Due to this i could not able to do my banking transaction and communicate with others, because of this i am mentally distrub on this. My humble request please take necessary action on the same.
