I have asked customer care to unblock my mobile number which has been blocked by call center employee by collecting my personal details. Your executives refused to unblock my number and didnt give me any complaint number.

1st of all your executives cannot solve our problems and when complaints are lodged against their behaviour they call from personal number collecting details of customers to block the number again and again. What kind of professionalism is this and what kind of harassment is this?

    Dear sir, from last 2 years on the above subject i have complained to customer care, nodal officer and appellate authority. I have received email with certain timeline but nobody is doing anything on it. Even the appellate authority is not answering to my email. 2
    Engineers have visited my home but the result is still zero. Please help me.[protected]..

      I got a call from vodafone executive saying that they have a plan change offer for their regular customer. I liked the plan which was 349 plan where 10 gb internet is free along with free std and local calls.
      They send an executive for some paper collection. They took our document and money from us. We have given around 1500 to change plan in 3 numbers.
      Now their mobile phones are coming switched off. They said that u will receive verification call, but we did not receive any.

        Sir we are corporate coustomer named sai cement sales. Of vodafone from many years. On 11th august 2017 we requested to convert our numbers to prepaid. Afted 2 days on 14 august our number stopped working n till now on 16th august our prepaid sims are not activated due to this we are suffering a lot '
        As this all number belong from our business. Worst service of vodafone in this digital world. Other companies doing a lot effort to take coustomers. And this bad company not giving service to its excisting coustomers

              My prepaid number is blocked without any notice.

              Customer care says i should go to vodafone store and re-submit the documents but i am out of india so no way i can do that.

              Vodafone pune should just unblock my number so i can recharge it and use it.

              I got the sms that number is blocked, recharege within 15 days, but i was not allowed to recharge. "number is not registered with vodafone" was the error i was getting.

                I am vodafone customer from last 8 years. I am using right now rs.346 plan of vodafone for unlimited call and internet. Last moth my plan got expired and i never git any message of renewal of plan. Instead of giving me reminder vodafone deducted rs.450 approx from my account as net charges.

                As now my account is left with the nil balance they are giving me reminder of renewal of plan this month as my balance is nil.

                They are just cheating customers.

                Thee company does not care about customer any more.. recommend to move to some other company.
                10.00 pm to 12.30 am trying coustmer center call but not ans any call & not connect coustmer center call very very very bed respons me vodafone company is failed...
                4G sim upgrade costumer care not 4gb are send please send 4gb

                  I was using vodafone postpaid connection number [protected] due to some personal problems i was not able to pay the bill from last 4 months which i had communicated to vodafone telecalling executives today some person called me from this number [protected] informing me that he is calling from vodafone and scoulding me in bad words and asking me to come to police station immediately i informed him that i am out of town and would make the payment tommorow but still he is using some bad language and informing me that he will make me sit in police station by today afternoon, please look into this vodafone team as some third party person is harassing me.

                  Tying to deactivate my number for 3 months now. Have called 4 times now. Vodafone calls and says yes, but then doesnt. I am sent aa bill every month now. Please get in touch and look to resolve the case

                    I am using vodafone india sim in usa. I want to use international roaming facility.

                    But i am not able to get network available. Cc of vodafone says select t-mobile in manual network search but i am getting error 'could not connect to network now. Please try again later'.
                    I am not getting proper response from vodafone team.

                    I have tried 3 cell phones still no luck. As per vodafone team, problem is with my cell phone. How can all three cell phones have problem.

                      They have undertaken the you broadband. I have enquired about the installation at my home. And vodafone useless team without technical feasibility agreed to install net at my home. They have collected cheque also and after three days at the time of installing they said that there is some technical fault so net could not be installed. And refused to install connection. When i asked to send my cheque back to me they wasted my time in stop payment process and finally when they got the payment and my account was debited they said we will issue new cheque after week.
                      So such a low-level third class and useless company. Vodafone had drowned their so called image by undertaking you broadband company.
                      Split to vodafone.
                      They fools have wasted my 2 weeks, my energy anad time. Never ever trust vodafone and its affiliates.

                      The low level useless team is from Ahmedabad Satellite Branch.Name of persons are Pinal and Omprakash.This two useless fellows should be trained before hiring and should be trained how to talk with customers.

                        This is the worst connection ever. I recharged for 49rs for which i should get 1gb data as i am eligible by recharging for 1500rs data pack. Instead i got 38rs talktime & for calling customer care they charged additional 11rs.

                        This is how vodafone is surviving on others money.
                        Last month i was having problem of the vas services getting activated automatically & my money was getting deducted.

                        After several complaints i got 80rs back out of 700rs deducted in total

                        This case is never resolved.
                        Again I recharged for 49rs for 1gb data & I got 38rs talktime instead.

                        Is Vodafone expecting me to call them every time & spend 10-20rs each time in calling customer care?

                        Cant Vodafone just resolve the issue

                          Dear sir,
                          I have a vodafone postpaid connection having number [protected]. I have choose the scheme 499 per month for my number. But voda company fraudulently activated so many vas without my concern on this number and send me the bill approx 3000/-. After that i have raised my complaint to cyber crime branch, due to this voda wavered me back and billed only 910 rs. Then i called to customer care and told that i don't want any vas and any other services on my number. They promised me not to activate. Just after 10 days from this, this fraud company again activated 150 rs. Vas on my number named shemaroo m movies, which was not activated by me. Hence, it is requested to you that please help me in this matter. This is a company which is fraudulently gaining money from customers.

                              Vodafone has taken around 1000 rupees from me lately first i came as a college student from Maharashtra to chennai and requested for porting my sim and my sim never got ported and they took 250 rupees from me then i bought a new sim card worth 500rs and it worked fine for 20 days then suddenly it got deactivated they didn't halp a bit when i tried contacting them then they asked me to go to Vodafone store which is 17 kms from my college then i submitted my documents again and then again it got deactivated after a day

                                A phone no. [protected] ...call me ..and abused..kindly take rigid action against such type of caller ..that they could not make it again with anybody..
                                On trucaller its named kinnu voda from bihar..if it could help to locate the culprit...they are used to do it..and then put ur call busy ...

                                  My vodafone postpaid connection no..[protected], i had requested to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid in vodafone store in nov 2016., they said you have to pat the current bill then only we can convert and i paid the same. But the number was not changed to prepaid, and next month the same story and i paid the bill, again the number was not converted to prepaid and at last the keep sending bills and disconnected my number. Customer care executive calls once in a month or two and say will resolve the issue, but end up asking us to pay the bill again

                                      The offer is shown in phn by using *121# of 399 but after rechargingwe didn't get the benefit shown as per the offer. Highly disappointed being a customer. Phn no [protected]. The offer was on recharging 399 u will get unlimited call and 1gb/ day net for 84 days. But after recharging 335 in main balance came. Hope to resolve the problem soon or else we will compel to take the necessary action that is suitable to us. Hope for a better and quick response

                                        I have Vodafone prepaid, and subscribed to their 496 pack (1000 mins monthly plus 1GB daily).

                                        When I make an outgoing call, I get a Vodafone advertisement that starts in Hindi - press 0 to skip this message - and get advertisements about some new offer or plan.

                                        This is very irritating - most of my calls are work related, and to postpone an important call to listen to advertising is very frustrating. And this after I'm paying them for service. I have to again turn on my screen and get the keypad to press 0, and waste another 10 seconds.

                                        I have emailed him, but got no response. Tried calling complaints number (198), but it automatically hangs up. I don't get any of this nonsense on my Jio number (so far), so will start using that more now.

                                        Please stop this otherwise I'll have to consider changing my number...
