I am using vodafone india sim in usa. I want to use international roaming facility.

But i am not able to get network available. Cc of vodafone says select t-mobile in manual network search but i am getting error 'could not connect to network now. Please try again later'.
I am not getting proper response from vodafone team.

I have tried 3 cell phones still no luck. As per vodafone team, problem is with my cell phone. How can all three cell phones have problem.

    They have undertaken the you broadband. I have enquired about the installation at my home. And vodafone useless team without technical feasibility agreed to install net at my home. They have collected cheque also and after three days at the time of installing they said that there is some technical fault so net could not be installed. And refused to install connection. When i asked to send my cheque back to me they wasted my time in stop payment process and finally when they got the payment and my account was debited they said we will issue new cheque after week.
    So such a low-level third class and useless company. Vodafone had drowned their so called image by undertaking you broadband company.
    Split to vodafone.
    They fools have wasted my 2 weeks, my energy anad time. Never ever trust vodafone and its affiliates.

    The low level useless team is from Ahmedabad Satellite Branch.Name of persons are Pinal and Omprakash.This two useless fellows should be trained before hiring and should be trained how to talk with customers.

      This is the worst connection ever. I recharged for 49rs for which i should get 1gb data as i am eligible by recharging for 1500rs data pack. Instead i got 38rs talktime & for calling customer care they charged additional 11rs.

      This is how vodafone is surviving on others money.
      Last month i was having problem of the vas services getting activated automatically & my money was getting deducted.

      After several complaints i got 80rs back out of 700rs deducted in total

      This case is never resolved.
      Again I recharged for 49rs for 1gb data & I got 38rs talktime instead.

      Is Vodafone expecting me to call them every time & spend 10-20rs each time in calling customer care?

      Cant Vodafone just resolve the issue

        Dear sir,
        I have a vodafone postpaid connection having number [protected]. I have choose the scheme 499 per month for my number. But voda company fraudulently activated so many vas without my concern on this number and send me the bill approx 3000/-. After that i have raised my complaint to cyber crime branch, due to this voda wavered me back and billed only 910 rs. Then i called to customer care and told that i don't want any vas and any other services on my number. They promised me not to activate. Just after 10 days from this, this fraud company again activated 150 rs. Vas on my number named shemaroo m movies, which was not activated by me. Hence, it is requested to you that please help me in this matter. This is a company which is fraudulently gaining money from customers.

            Vodafone has taken around 1000 rupees from me lately first i came as a college student from Maharashtra to chennai and requested for porting my sim and my sim never got ported and they took 250 rupees from me then i bought a new sim card worth 500rs and it worked fine for 20 days then suddenly it got deactivated they didn't halp a bit when i tried contacting them then they asked me to go to Vodafone store which is 17 kms from my college then i submitted my documents again and then again it got deactivated after a day

              On trucaller its named kinnu voda from bihar..if it could help to locate the culprit...they are used to do it..and then put ur call busy ...

                My vodafone postpaid connection no..[protected], i had requested to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid in vodafone store in nov 2016., they said you have to pat the current bill then only we can convert and i paid the same. But the number was not changed to prepaid, and next month the same story and i paid the bill, again the number was not converted to prepaid and at last the keep sending bills and disconnected my number. Customer care executive calls once in a month or two and say will resolve the issue, but end up asking us to pay the bill again

                    The offer is shown in phn by using *121# of 399 but after rechargingwe didn't get the benefit shown as per the offer. Highly disappointed being a customer. Phn no [protected]. The offer was on recharging 399 u will get unlimited call and 1gb/ day net for 84 days. But after recharging 335 in main balance came. Hope to resolve the problem soon or else we will compel to take the necessary action that is suitable to us. Hope for a better and quick response

                      I have Vodafone prepaid, and subscribed to their 496 pack (1000 mins monthly plus 1GB daily).

                      When I make an outgoing call, I get a Vodafone advertisement that starts in Hindi - press 0 to skip this message - and get advertisements about some new offer or plan.

                      This is very irritating - most of my calls are work related, and to postpone an important call to listen to advertising is very frustrating. And this after I'm paying them for service. I have to again turn on my screen and get the keypad to press 0, and waste another 10 seconds.

                      I have emailed him, but got no response. Tried calling complaints number (198), but it automatically hangs up. I don't get any of this nonsense on my Jio number (so far), so will start using that more now.

                      Please stop this otherwise I'll have to consider changing my number...

I 've converted my postpaid no to prepaid nos the Customer care executive have not informed me about the first recharge policy of the company. I have been calling the call center since last two days but not a single executive is responding properly. one executive is saying this policy is when you want to recharge within 24 hrs of the card activation while other is informing that it is for 7 days. I am guided by the proper information the company has cheated me with providing wrong information. all the executives are disconnecting the calls supervisors are also not giving correct information. I am not able to recharge my phone. I hae registered complain about the same at Vodafone complaint id is: [protected]. I want to list out the names of the executives who have given me wrong information & not resolved the issue all the below executives are from Gujarat Vodafone house

                          I was using Vodafone (Gujarat) postpaid number +91 [protected]. I requested to deactivate due to my transfer to Hyderabad.

                          The request was accepted and refund also processed. However, now new bill is generated and Vodafone is pressuring me to payout. I have done several emails every time new customer representative responds; and every time I am responding the same thing as follows:

                          1. The number [protected] has been deactivated by Vodafone two months back, so theoretically, practically and logically you cannot contact me on it. I gave physical request for deactivation on your Gurukul Road outlet, Ahmedabad on 5th April, 2017; your representative also acknowledge during this refund notification.
                          2. The refund is also processed by Vodafone, please refer attached file (Which I had attached in my earlier mails too). [Please think if you can, that why Vodafone issued refund, is there practice to give refund every month to every customer for remaining amount?].
                          3. I am currently in USA; and will return on 27th August. I am planning to go to consumer forum or court of law based on my adviser’s guidance for this incident as this is not only mental harassment being caused.

                            I received from vodafone service executive to change the plan because I want to do portability.
                            I refused their request and said I dont want to change the any plan because I already requested for portabilty.
                            But they changed my plan from 349 to 399 P.M.
                            Without my permission.
                            Now I called so many times in customer care they says only that without you permission no one can do.
                            I said I have call recording of that I refused you proposal still They are not changing my Plan.
                            Even after Clear payment they rejected my Portability request with reason that Payment due.
                            Vodafone is very bad company.
                            I attached some pics of bill payment and porting request.
                            I got message about bill on 06/08 of 401 rs and on 07/08 I paid bill of 410 rs it means I added 8.57 rs more and nxt day again pain 59 rs more In short I paid 67 rs extra in my account.
                            I requested for portability on 09/08.
                            And on 12/08 I got message that you request is rejected due to payment due. I called to customer care I got such type of message then he said dnt wry there is no issue no any problems for you request You will get portability on 14th august but still I didnt get it.
                            Today I called and they are Saying on 9th august your 120 rs payment is due but I already paid then how can Such type of mistake can be happen?
                            After this on 12 th august My plan was also changed without m permission.
                            I can attach audio file but there is no option for that.

                              Got a threat sms from mpesa in my vodafone number. Which mentioned 'reactive your mpesa account within 30 days, otherwise mpesa will penalise me per month Rs. 50 plus service charge. Here I have a question why you guys open this type of ######## account with any new vodafone connection?                                 It's regarding the irresponsible behaviour shown by Vodafone store staff. Actually i visited Vodafone store located in Sec 21 S.C.O 150, Ground floor, Shopping Centre, Sector 21C, Faridabad, Haryana 121001 on 08/08/17 regarding conversion of my postpaid number [protected] to prepaid for which i have provided my Driving licence as an identity proof, during the further process they lost my DL somewhere. When i asked for it they(Ravi kumar[protected]) told me that they will post my DL by courier because that have been stuck behind some almera so i returned to home and waited for that to came but nothing i got even after a week. So i again visited Vodafone store on 14/08/17 and ask them about the matter and they are saying, that 'we are unable to get your DL out of that almera.
                                This is so irresponsible behaviour, how can they lost something that much important thing of their costumers.

                                I want you to look into the matter as i have to claim for my car insurance and i can't drive without it as well.

                                  I bought a postpaid Vodafone sim on 13/08/2017, I was assured by the sales person that the sim will be activated on the same day as I needed it urgently.
                                  It didn't get activated so I decided to wait till tomorrow i.e 14/08/2017.
                                  I called the Vodafone complaint number(198) 5 times .Each time the customer care executive told me that the sim doesn't belong to Vodafone and belongs to some other carrier.One even accused me of playing a 'prank' with them!
                                  I am disappointed being a loyal customer of Vodafone.My whole family uses Voda but after this I have made up my mind to never buy a vodafone connection.

This type of service provided by him is too bad. My phone call had been cut from his/her side within conversation. And after that call me again and again. And again cut call within conversation. So please i want to port my number in other operator and i am getting call again and again for service issues but after given this type of service i will definitely go with other operator.

                                        I have switched vodafone postpaid to prepaid and amount paid which is settled while changing this, still I got bill in next month even i paid whole payment and now they sent me legal notice by advocate, why I pay that because i haven't used those services ? I am calling them who mentioned in mail, they are saying you have used these services, you have to pay this amount or come to court. they are cheating with me
                                        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I lost my mobile, so I don't have any contacts, so please give me last 2 months incoming & outgoing calls statement...

                                        I am using Vodafone - [protected] Haryana
                                        I am not satisfy with their Internet data pack.
                                        I am unable to send PORT message to 1900, message not sent, an alert is coming. I tried this many times. All other text messages are going fine.
                                        Please help me to resolve this issue.

                                        I submitted the request for transfer my postpaid connection to prepaid. I have deposited the due amount Rs.1150.00 as per customer assistant advise of Vodafone. Now I have received the bill of July 2017 please resolve the problem.

                                        I was writing complaint on vodafgone from last two month about low internet speed but cant get any feedback or solution from them i wrote the mail to them but they cannot give any response so iwant immediate action on that
