I had Vodafone numbers [protected] Gujarat location. I 've converted my postpaid no to prepaid nos the Customer care executive have not informed me about the first recharge policy of the company. I have been calling the call center since last two days but not a single executive is responding properly. one executive is saying this policy is when you want to recharge within 24 hrs of the card activation while other is informing that it is for 7 days. I am guided by the proper information the company has cheated me with providing wrong information. all the executives are disconnecting the calls supervisors are also not giving correct information. I am not able to recharge my phone. I hae registered complain about the same at Vodafone complaint id is: [protected]. I want to list out the names of the executives who have given me wrong information & not resolved the issue all the below executives are from Gujarat Vodafone house
1. mr. Juned chakrawala
2. supervisor: Mr. Nilesh Dhobi
3. Yash Patel
4. Ishwar chaodhary

and apart from this many all are there whose name I don't remember
please register a complain against all these vodafone executives.

    I was using Vodafone (Gujarat) postpaid number +91 [protected]. I requested to deactivate due to my transfer to Hyderabad.

    The request was accepted and refund also processed. However, now new bill is generated and Vodafone is pressuring me to payout. I have done several emails every time new customer representative responds; and every time I am responding the same thing as follows:

    1. The number [protected] has been deactivated by Vodafone two months back, so theoretically, practically and logically you cannot contact me on it. I gave physical request for deactivation on your Gurukul Road outlet, Ahmedabad on 5th April, 2017; your representative also acknowledge during this refund notification.
    2. The refund is also processed by Vodafone, please refer attached file (Which I had attached in my earlier mails too). [Please think if you can, that why Vodafone issued refund, is there practice to give refund every month to every customer for remaining amount?].
    3. I am currently in USA; and will return on 27th August. I am planning to go to consumer forum or court of law based on my adviser’s guidance for this incident as this is not only mental harassment being caused.

      I received from vodafone service executive to change the plan because I want to do portability.
      I refused their request and said I dont want to change the any plan because I already requested for portabilty.
      But they changed my plan from 349 to 399 P.M.
      Without my permission.
      Now I called so many times in customer care they says only that without you permission no one can do.
      I said I have call recording of that I refused you proposal still They are not changing my Plan.
      Even after Clear payment they rejected my Portability request with reason that Payment due.
      Vodafone is very bad company.
      I attached some pics of bill payment and porting request.
      I got message about bill on 06/08 of 401 rs and on 07/08 I paid bill of 410 rs it means I added 8.57 rs more and nxt day again pain 59 rs more In short I paid 67 rs extra in my account.
      I requested for portability on 09/08.
      And on 12/08 I got message that you request is rejected due to payment due. I called to customer care I got such type of message then he said dnt wry there is no issue no any problems for you request You will get portability on 14th august but still I didnt get it.
      Today I called and they are Saying on 9th august your 120 rs payment is due but I already paid then how can Such type of mistake can be happen?
      After this on 12 th august My plan was also changed without m permission.
      I can attach audio file but there is no option for that.
      Can mail you if you want more proof for that

      मैंने कल अपना वोडाफोन नम्बर ([protected]) 4 G अपग्रेड कराया था। जिसमें मुझे 4G डाटा पैक मिलना चाहिए था जो कि अभी तक कोई भी डाटा पैक प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है। जिसकी मैने कल शिकायत भी दर्ज कराई थी जिस पर अभी तक कोई भी कार्यवाही नहीं की गई है। मेरा निवेदन है कि मेरा नम्बर पर 4G डाटा पैक दिया जाए।

        Got a threat sms from mpesa in my vodafone number. Which mentioned 'reactive your mpesa account within 30 days, otherwise mpesa will penalise me per month Rs. 50 plus service charge. Here I have a question why you guys open this type of ######## account with any new vodafone connection? Here i'm requesting vodafone guys please remove mpesa account from my vodafone connection otherwise I will disconnect my vodafone connection with proper manner.

          Sir,
          It's regarding the irresponsible behaviour shown by Vodafone store staff. Actually i visited Vodafone store located in Sec 21 S.C.O 150, Ground floor, Shopping Centre, Sector 21C, Faridabad, Haryana 121001 on 08/08/17 regarding conversion of my postpaid number [protected] to prepaid for which i have provided my Driving licence as an identity proof, during the further process they lost my DL somewhere. When i asked for it they(Ravi kumar[protected]) told me that they will post my DL by courier because that have been stuck behind some almera so i returned to home and waited for that to came but nothing i got even after a week. So i again visited Vodafone store on 14/08/17 and ask them about the matter and they are saying, that 'we are unable to get your DL out of that almera.
          This is so irresponsible behaviour, how can they lost something that much important thing of their costumers.

          I want you to look into the matter as i have to claim for my car insurance and i can't drive without it as well.

            I bought a postpaid Vodafone sim on 13/08/2017, I was assured by the sales person that the sim will be activated on the same day as I needed it urgently.
            It didn't get activated so I decided to wait till tomorrow i.e 14/08/2017.
            I called the Vodafone complaint number(198) 5 times .Each time the customer care executive told me that the sim doesn't belong to Vodafone and belongs to some other carrier.One even accused me of playing a 'prank' with them!
            I am disappointed being a loyal customer of Vodafone.My whole family uses Voda but after this I have made up my mind to never buy a vodafone connection.

              I inform to you that your customer executive Mr. Sanjeev kumar and Miss ekta who called me on Monday and Sunday respectively. This type of service provided by him is too bad. My phone call had been cut from his/her side within conversation. And after that call me again and again. And again cut call within conversation. So please i want to port my number in other operator and i am getting call again and again for service issues but after given this type of service i will definitely go with other operator.

                    This mail is in regards to the bill for the current month cycle 25/06/2017 to 24/07/2017, of Rs.963/-, in which apart from the line rental of Rs.549, i have been charged for the VAS activated without consent an amount of Rs.298/-

                    Initially after receiving text message informing me about VAS being started and i had been charged Rs.35/- for that, I immediately called the customer service and asked them to cancel that and also make sure that i don't get charged for it. I was informed that i won't be charged and i should be rest assured about it.

                    After that again i received a similar message of Rs.63/- again i called to deactivate the same, and i was assured i won't be charged anything.
                    I thought it was due to Touchpal keyboard which was giving lots of pop up msgs, so I uninstalled the app and also formatted my handset, but inspite of doing so i received another msg of VAS for Rs.150/-, i called again the customer service and they cancelled the service. But also i kept a track o[censored]nbilled usage on My Vodafone app, which was showing Rs.200 + usage, and i then waited for the bill to be generated.
                    When the bill was generated i found that i was charged extra for the VAS only, and none of the charges were reversed.
                    I called up the customer service on 28/07/2017 and i told that i won't pay the Rs.298/- for the VAS and i want it to be reversed. I was informed that a ticket[protected] is raised and within 48 hours i will get a revert about the reversal.
                    Today on 30/07/2017 in the morning when i called up the customer service advisor, the lady on the other side informed me that the back end team informed that the charges are correct, and they won't reverse it. When i requested for talking to the manager there, she put me on hold for 10mins + and then disconnected my call. Then i made another call, and i was informed the same by adviser Mitesh, and when i wanted to talk to manager he said that the manager is busy on other call and he cannot let me talk to him. In turn he asked me to send a written complaint.

                    I sent an email to Vodafone requesting for the reversal of this amount as I have not used it all, but they responded that the charges are all correct and i have to pay it. I refuse to pay the charges as I have not used them at all.

                        I am having a postpaid Vodafone number [protected] which was earlier ported to Air Tel but later on I again switched on to Vodafone being not satisfactory results of Air Tel bit since the day I have switched over to Vodafone, but the same number was suspended due to change of address I again submitted my proof of residence for restitution of services of Vodafone co. but surprisingly even after providing necessary document my above said no. has not bee restored till date. I time and again making contacts with the officials of Vodafone Store Lawrence Road Amritsar requesting to restore my cell phone no. but unfortunately nothing has been done by the concerned authority in this matter. I have been facing disconnection of my cell no. since last three weeks, I'm facing great hardship due to non availability of my cell I cannot change my phone no. because this no. is circulated in my relations so I cannot choose to get services of any other company on any other number which may create more trouble for me so you are here by requested to restore the facility of my above said cell number

After 15 days they didnt convert my sim from postpaid to prepaid

                              Vodafone deducted rs 21 for activation of wwe zone pack today at 9.30pm. They deducted as rental charges for 7 days. I didn't requested for this pack i even didn't clicked on any their add.

                              I use this no only for calling not for internet use..

                                  349 recharge done vide order no - [protected] benefits not received and balance has been deducted on mobile no.[protected] .
                                  The recharge was done on Vodafone no. And is showing that it was done on idea number
                                  My Paytm balance is wrongly deducted as recharge benefits have not been received
                                  I want a refund of 349 in my Paytm account as that amount has been deducted but benefits not received

                                      Below is the sequence of events. Being harassed by vodafone
                                      Date:12 june - user requested deactivation
                                      Date:13 june-response from vodafone with confirmation that there is no outstanding amount for the connection ([protected])
                                      Date:08 aug - vodafne payment remiinder, user responded with clarification (About not outstanding)
                                      Date:11 aug-reminder from user.
                                      Date:12 aug - threat mail from vodafone, legal action

                                      Please assist.

                                        I have not used int roaming. But also they are sending bill. Force me to paying bill. Unless use the net work, why should i have to pay? Past two months i am not using net work. But they are sending bill. I don't pay. I don't use vodafone in my future. Pls disconnect my net work. And again don't send the bill. Again if you are send the bill, i am not responsible. Several times i am telling you. But you are not listening.
