I used number [protected] and i deactivated the number on august 3rd of 2016. I paid all my balance and closed my connection. Then now in these past three months people from vodafone called me and told me to pay rupees 234. I asked them for bill. I told them them if they provide me the usage bill i will pay the amount and i visited vodafone service center and told them the same. They told they dont have the bill details but they need the money. Also they clarified me that, the money was billed for the bill cycle for the deactivation period. Then i got a mail from kandan2, mani, vodafone india (External) stating as below.

Hence i paid the money and i called that person and told him that i paid the money, showed the proof and told him please dont call me or send mail again.

But the next day i received the same mail. Also i am got a call from mr. Abhishek from vodafone on 08/17/2017 at 5.30 pm stating that i need to pay money of rupees 104.

I am getting irritated with this. I dont want this to happen again. What people are trying make fool of me or what? Everything has a limit. I paid the money, but there is no response for that. I have attached all relevant screenshots. My family uses around 6 vodafone postpaid connection. I will deactivate all the numbers and i am going to shift to airtel or any other networks.

    Dear sir,
    Before also three four times you have helped me. On 30 july 2017, i recharged rs 75 vodafone talktime from sbi account by netbanking. The money was debited but sim was not recharged due to network problem. Till today 17aug2017, i did not get the money back. Please help me to get the amount back.

      I was charged unnecessarily higher rental and upon reaching the customer care, i didn't receive any assistance, so i opted out from the network. But before i could port to another network, i was told to clear the pending due so i cleared the due and chose a new network, now all of sudden, they are harassing me to pay another bill of 524 which i have no idea what that is all about.

      They keep calling me for this and have emailed me also for this.

        Vodafone porting member do 420 with me, they port my no while my saying that i want to live stay with my currant operator

        They do not make any address verification, they are not update me at my no they port my no.

        They also not provided the committed plan they stop my no has been stopped and they are not deliver ported sim card.

        Here they called me and explain the vodafone plan they offered me 349

        In that they offer me unlimited local+std+ unlimited call in roaming +incomming is free in roaming +26 gb data

        I aggre with that i provided my doc and porting code also ask for mail please mail me my plan what u r giving but do not mail me, i said no please dont port my no as well as i update the sales person

        Wounder is that my no is ported...

        Without sim card delivery

        Without address verification... And other formality

          Whenever i tried to send message to 1900. It shows undelivered. I tried about 12-13 times. Now vodafone is not giving option go talk to cc to my number. I dont know what to do. As this is my registered number everywhere. This is not expected from vodafone. Their customer care agent kept telling that your problem will be resolved in next 24 hours but nothing happened

              Respected Sir/Madam, I was working with Vodafone india ltd ( Through Zeus marcom services)Address: Swami Vivekanand Road, Goregaon West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400062, Phone:[protected].After resignation I have submitted all documents for PF formalities on 30 June 2015. I visited 4times for the same process but they always ask for some different different documents and PF form. But I submitted all Documents as per requirement. But as I checked on website there is no data found for pf status. My pf no is MH/211181/000/953.Even they are not replying on email. so kindly help with the same as I am very upset with your service. If i put any complain on Vodafone social site then it will effect on company reputation and Vodafone is very nice company i enjoyed very much in same company so i don't want to do this. so kindly help me.                 I had recharge my number on 8-8-2017 of rs. 348 with a plan of one month unlimited calls and 1 gp per day data network
                But on[protected] they have stop my services with out any intimation. With talk on services center they said that you have no credit for services. I did not understand when i have taken one month plan then which type of credit they asking.
                On second call they said that your credit is used in mms and negative you recharge your services start. I did not understand when i have no credit then why they give me mms services and after stop my regular services which i had already paid.
                Also on asking credit rules they give rough answer to visit nearest vodafone store.

                  My self swamy ngm i took post paid from vodafone, they told me begging
                  Unlimited calll and unlined internet but coast would be rs-499/- but which they sending bill on every month rs-2500 and rs-1400/- i am ready to pay which they given me rs-499/- monthly and now every telli comma giving unlined call and internet in the market, many times i told them and complained but still they are sending same think my bill am requesting you to take action and do the needful thanks

                      I am a vodafone customer since last 9 years, 3 months back i opted a
                      Plan for rs 499 by porting my number from prepaid to postpaid, as per this
                      Rs 499 i am getting free local calls and 8 gb internet plan +10 gb internet plan for first 3 months. I have availed this plan in mid of may i. E valid up to mid of august, but now the made a bill of rs 1103, stating that you have used extra internet, but as per billing cycle i was still having 10 gb approx unused data which clearly states i have not used any extra internet data. And if i consider there scenario that your data cycles is ended on 12th august as per there information, still than new cycle has started 13 on wards which again have 8 gb plan, so i am not supposed to pay any extra charges. I have a very clean coustmer record and have paid all my previous bills on time but they are simply fooling customers by implementing unauthorized charges and secondly once you try to call there customer care numbers they put call on hold. I need this issue to be resolved as i am not supposed to pay any extra charges other than my plan.

                        I've done a recharge for rs 401 for unlimited local and std calling and daily 1 gb 4g/3g for 84 days on 3rd august 2017. It was mentioned that there is a daily cap of 300 minutes. I've strictly followed the condition. But since 3 days balance is being deducted for each and every call i'm making. So since yesterday i'm sitting idle without making any calls as instructed by vodafone customer care operatives till my issue is resolved.

                          My no. [protected] vodafone postpaid connection. I m the prime customer of vodafone and my monthly bills raised to 2k-3k. I have cleared my all dues but then also my outgoings are blocked since 14.08.2017.
                          I constantly regularly call on 198 but executive didnt respond to me n didnt solve my issue.
                          I went to bandra west vodafone gallery but they treat me in a very bad manner. There is a girl name pooja in gallery they treat me very bad and it feels like i have taken loan or credit from her. I m suffering this issue from past 6 days. I havfe been to gallery 10 times and call 198 100 times but didnt get any positive response.
                          I have remember the name of executive : pooja jitendra kiran gufran sangeeta satish payal pallavi shefali.. N many more.

                          Its realy a very bad experience for me i didnt expect this.

                          My red plan is prime plan and its mentioned in the plan that i will get special assistance but there is no such scene...

                          I have decided to go for port but the last option is this.. So i have write to u..

                              I have a vodafone postpaid connection having number[protected]. I have choose the scheme 399 per month for my number, but every month my bill amount is increase. Some plain is automatically activated so i send massage stop this plain but can't stop every month this amount included in my bill. Kindly checked. This is very poor service by vodafone.

                                I have been using vodafone mobile service for last 10 years and i have never used data service, in jan 2017 vodafone activated data service without asking my permission, in august i get a bill of rs 596, since i had used the data service which i dont know whether i have use this service, please tell vodafone to give me adjustment, and not to activate any service without asking, specially senior citizen

                                  I am having network issues for the past few months, so i have decided to switch to airtel, but i'm unable to send port message to 1900, every time i try to send message, it's showing not delivered. Even the customer care executive are giving absurd and non-sensible replies, further they are not answering any call from my number. I had earlier also mailed the same problem twice but of no use as i'm getting non-satisfactory replies.

                                    Hi.. This is regarding portability from idea to vodafone postpaid. The documents was submitted on 4th august 2017. Idea sim got deactivated on 14th evening but the vodafone sim is still not activated. Called them n number of times. Every customer care executive either transfers the call or says it'll get activated by evening. Mailed them twice but got no response. Mobile network shows no service from the last two days. Had it not been an issue of mobile number, i would have deactivated vodafone sim and got another sim by this time. Needless to say, vodafone has the worst service.

                                      This vodafone number is being a headache for me. Irrelevant curtail of balance. Inability to call at 198. Kindly solve it, otherwise at-least make me able to send a message to port my number from vodafone. I am fed up with all these non sense.
                                      The balance deduction is not new, but recent incident of balance deduction is on 16 aug, 2017 as i recharge my number on 14 aug, 2017. Recharge of 55 /rs. Was done and rs 27 rs was for cheaper call rates. I had called trice to my contacts for approx 2-3 minutes and initially they deduct approx 35 rs and later 4 rs was deducted on 16 aug, 2017 when there was no outgoing is made by me. Even upon calling it said low balance even when there was 4 rs in balance. And deducted that too. Even calling to 198 it said low balance as there was 4 rs as balance.
