am writing to you on behalf of Retcomm Solutions and we are in possession of the following numbers:
1. [protected] : Plan request change made to 199 Plan (for past two months not changed)
2. [protected] : Number requested for pre paid, Not done yet.
3. [protected] : Number requested for Closure, Number closed as per your service center, but entire month charged for unbilled amount.
4. [protected] : Number requested for pre paid (but still not changed for past two months)
5. [protected] : Bill paid not reflecting on Vodafone system
We have constant and continous issues of our secalation not being resolved in time leading to unnessasary billing to our company.
We are requesting you to kindly do the needfull, else we may be left with no alternative but to surrender and stop vodafone services.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
