Dear sir, madam,

I have been writing to vodafone office to disconnect my sim from the month of january 2017, but no action has been taken yet. I also called the customer care number for the same, but i still continue to get the bill.

All the outstanding bill has been paid and please stop sending me the bills as the number is not in use for past 4+ months.

Kindly take this complain on priority.

    I Shaikh Shahnawaz, has been using Vodafone postpaid connection more than a year now. Recently I have updated my mobile plan to 549/- per month. As per the representative the bill will come around 620 max including taxes. Initially it was ok but since two months the billing amount kept rising to which I didn't bothered but this month it has come 2500. When I checked with the app it is showing that my previous Bal of 1634/- is also there which was paid. When I called the customer care they are saying that I had activated some game pack which costed my Rs 953/-.
    From my end there is no such msg to activate any of this kind service. I had only activated 3gb 4 data as per which my bill should be approx Rs 950/- .
    I had faced such issue before as well on my other no.
    This is really not done, I had been using this Vodafone since 10 yrs approx & now not happy at all with the service & bill they are charging me.
    I am Assnt Manager of Puma store & I made my whole team to switch to Vodafone however such dissatisfaction we all are now switching to Airtel.
    Kindly help atleast on this fraud billing.

      I'm signing this complain in regards to my security amount that i didn't received yet. As per the company rules it will take maximum 60days but now it has been gone to more than 150days. I complained everywhere through mails and 100times on call but there is no feedback from vodafone. Even they said they don't know about anything in regards to my problem. Can anyone suggests me this is how you people treat customers who using your services and you people not listening to their problems. I'm very disappointed with the services of vodafone. Seriously damn poor. If anyone can see this msg than please let me know otherwise i'm about to take legal action against vodafone.

        My vodafone [protected] number was blocked for sms. I asked to customer care they said that i need to register with trai. Actually i did not do any kind of marketing. Every i will send messages to my friends, collegies and relatives only. Without my knowledge they blocked. How to un block? I face lot of problem, i fact i plan to change my network provider but that porting message also can't sent... If it continues i just thorough this sim...

          It has been 15 days since my outgoing is blocked despite my bill not being due, as dicussed over the email i dont agree with data usage

          I cant even sms to port out from vodafone to airtel which at least has an option whereby they would auto change the plan to the cheapest so i cant be cheated

                Hi.
                I cannot send port message to 1900 from my vodafone haryana mobile number. Everytime i try to send it, it says message sending faild. I can send and recieve messages from other numbers. But i cannot send sms to 1900. I called up customer care, but they were not able to solve this issue and say its a technical issue. Sir i want to join jio from vodafone haryana.

                  Vodafone company is deducting amount from my acount whenever i am recharging my number without my knowledge. And i have complained many time in vodafone customer care many time still they are continuing the same process. Pls stop this illegal way of process. A vas service was started re store and rs 99 is deducted from my number. And in same many time vas service was started an deducted in same way. Pleas refund my amount of rs 99 fastly. And customercare exicutive is available in the toll free number 198. Whenever iam chosing the option number 9 in the tollfree number its not conecting

                    My mobile number [protected] was prepaid, the co representative offer me to convert it to postpaid connection against rs. 99.00 per month with 600 minutes​ free calls. After a few months they demanded an abnormal bill of rs.912.47 for a month. Bill period 17.06.17 to 16.07.17. Latter on l request the krishnanagar, nadia service center to rectify it. But they refused my request and blocked the connection of my mobile. I am now facing trouble as i am unable to make important calls, results huge losses and problems. Please arrange to redress my abnormal bill with immediate prepaid mobile connection as before. A part of the bill for 60:10 minutes charge was rs.540.00. That is my objection.

                      When i recharged through my kotak bank app for vodafone prepaid on 8-8-2017 it showed a rs. 348 recharge for unlimited calling plus 1gb data everyday but when i recharged i received message from vodafone that i have only received 1228.8 mb data so i called kotak bank to complain they said all the plans are updated at the site by vodafone and you have to complain there then i called vodafone care and i gave my complaint i was first told to talk to kotak bank and when i told him kotak bank directed me to them i was told to hold the line while i was being transferred to a senior after a long hold of about 42 minutes the call got disconnected this particular call was made today[protected] and lasted from 18:43 hours to 20:15 hours. I would like to know how can you put the customer on hold for such a long time and since i have no complaint number and dont know who was on the other side what should i do.
                      Also what about the kotak bank mobile app i would like to have my money reversed as i did not get the desired plan with due compensation

                        I have ported one aircel sim of kolkata region to vodafone gujrat. My sim is now activated since yesterday evening after completing verification successfully. At same time my existing sim of previous operator was de-registered. But till now i am facing with no outgoing call with message "no facility on your mobile". I have visited vodafone mini store of sector 22 in gandhinagar gujrat. He told to wait for one day. I dialled 198 no to resolve fault three times but all the time he did not satisfy. Even i talk to floor in charge mr vivek. He also give nonsense and irritating answer. He told me to again visit vodafone store. I do the same but still facing problem.
                        I am not satisfied with vodafone service and illiterate employee.
                        I want proper reply and compensation for inconvenience during this period and further un-expected period because my previous sim has already been deregister ed and i m unable to place call any where and give me advise to switch to other reliable service provider with compensation.

                          I was using a number [protected] at mumbai which i had ported into idea
                          And then airtel because of service issue. At the time of porting i had paid all dues. But after more than 2 years of portability getting sms for pending dues of rs.183.05.

                          1) how my number was ported to another if the bill was not paid?
                          2) why there was no communication sent via email or sms these years?
                          3) where to file the harassment case against them?

                            Hi team,

                            I have purchased two phones from amazon i. E. "moto g4 plus 32 black & moto g4 plus 32 white" in which i got offer of 45gb free internet on vodafone connection.
                            The issue is that i got offer only in one sim which was inserted in white color phone but in second vodafone sim which was inserted in black i got only message that "congratulation you are eligible for free 45gb internet" but its not added in my plan or not activated.
                            I contacted to vodafone several time always they says that wait for 48 hours it will get activated but still it is not activated or added, now vodafone is refusing and giving various diffrent diffrent reason.
                            Please help me asap

                              I had taken a new vodafone sim (Ph no [protected]) everything was fine until two days ago when sms and calling stopped working. Neithet incoming nor outgoing is working. I don't even receive the service messages. But the funny thing is that the 4g data plan works perfectly. I have enough balance to call/ send sms. I have tried the usual hacks like turning flight mode on and off, restarting the phone, changing sim slot etc. When anyone tried to call me it says that my number is temporarily out of service. Please fix the issue as soon as possible

                                  This is in regard to deactivation of my vodafone postpaid number [protected]. The request for deactivation was put up in following series:
                                  1. May 10, being service request number :[protected]: this request was on call to customer care service and i was assured the number shall get deactivated in a week. But, to my disappointment the request was not processed and billing cycle continued. After my inquiry i was told that i will have to go to vodafone store for deactivation. Why was i not told the same in the first place??? I was forced to pay a sum of rs. 380 instead given the fact i was unaware that my request was processed.

                                  2. August 2, 2017 being service request number:[protected], this request was put up by visiting vodafone store. I was told i will get a confirmation call within a week. I got a call from vodafone being number : [protected] on 9th of august at 4.57 pm and i clearly confirmed that i want to deactivate this number, to this i was told i will get another confirmation call. But i could not pick the call which was made to me on 10th of august at 6.21 pm. Post that i received a message giving a service registration number[protected]. On an enquiry i was told that my deactivation request has been cancelled and previous postpaid plan has been activated.

                                  How is this possible?? When on 9th of august i have confirmed my request for deactivation made on 2nd of august 2017 how can vodafone just cancel my deactivation request just because i was unable to pick their call.

                                  This is highly disappointing. I want my number to get deactivated right away. I will not pay a single penny if any unjustifiable bill is raised against my number.

                                    frc not recharged for my number

                                    I have converted my vodafone number to prepaid from postpaid, the service desk executive at vodafone store, belvedere tower station, phase2 gurgaon took the amount of 103 rupees for the frc and they told the recharge will be credited to your account once the sim get activated (Within half an hour). It's been 2 days after activation but the recharge didn't get credited. Also i am unable to recharge the number by my own....

I recharged from my vodafone app so this number [protected] was coming there, i forgot to edit this number and wrongly recharged this instead of [protected].                                     I cannot send port message to 1900. Everytime I try to send it, it says message cannot be sent. I can send and recieve messages from other numbers.                                       Fab zone videos charged me 35 rupees on 31st july 2017. I followed the procedure to deactivate it. Didint get the refund. I repeatedly called the customer care but didnt get a refund. This is a vodafone scam. This should be taken to the court. Wort service ever by vodafone. A lot of customers have faced the sae issue. Do something vodafone. Stop stealing our hard earned money. [protected]
