Dear Vodafone Corproate Custome Care,

am writing to you on behalf of Retcomm Solutions and we are in possession of the following numbers:

1. [protected] : Plan request change made to 199 Plan (for past two months not changed)
2. [protected] : Number requested for pre paid, Not done yet.
3. [protected] : Number requested for Closure, Number closed as per your service center, but entire month charged for unbilled amount.
4. [protected] : Number requested for pre paid (but still not changed for past two months)
5. [protected] : Bill paid not reflecting on Vodafone system

We have constant and continous issues of our secalation not being resolved in time leading to unnessasary billing to our company.

We are requesting you to kindly do the needfull, else we may be left with no alternative but to surrender and stop vodafone services.

    Hi,

    I had 2 postpaid connection ([protected] & [protected]). I submitted the port request but it dint get ported and both of my numbers stopped working. I havent used these numbers since April. In month of June i got calls from many persons regarding the bill payment for the month of may and June. That time we cleared this issue and i asked them to discontinue the service of both the numbers. And they closed that case.

    But again yesterday i received a bill for the month of August for one number and a legal notice for the other number with the bill for the month of July and august( Usage is zero in all the bills).

    I can send you the screenshots of the mail's I sent to Vodafone executives regarding this issue.

    I have alot of problems because of this in past, please discontinue the services for both the numbers and end this for once and for all.

      I, nitin bhandari, am using my existing vodafone number [protected] and paying my monthly bill on time. Recently, when i used my account on vodafone app there were many new postpaid plans available. By mistakely red 399 plan was activated by me on my vodafone postpaid number. My current plan was turbo 249 but now it has been changed to red 399. I don't want new plan (Red 399) as it was mistakely activated by me. I would like to prefer to continue with my previous plan (Turbo 249). Hence i request you to change my plan (From current to previous) i. E. From red 399 to turbo 249 plan. I hope you would understand my issue and resolve it as soon as possible. My additional personal details are as follows :-

        Respected sir/mam,
        I had deactivated my vodafone postpaid account 4 months ago for number [protected] and i received an email saying that i have not paid bill and need to be present in lok adalat for the case. I already had paid my bill for that usage and it has generated bill after deactivating my service.
        Please help me and deactivate my service as soon as possible...

        I have recharged with a pack of rs 396 but I have nort received the said benefits of the pack I got a notification about this offer whicH I m attaching hereby..They not even call at customer care.. my mail is also answers for 5. Days.. I guess tey are doing fraud and ignoring.. very poor service from Vodafone.. I m also not able to send the port sms

          Hello, i called up the customer care from pune at 7:45 am today to ask a few details about my recently generated bill and unfortunately had to deal with an extremely rude lady named priyanka. She put me on hold for 4 long minutes just to open my bill and on questioning her about why i was made to hold the line for so long she rudely said "system kholne mein time to lagega na, aapki kya problem hai?" every month i have to call the customer care to deactivate a value added service that costs me around 106 rs. Extra. I'm sick of calling again and again. I have never dealt with such a mannerless employee before and it is sad and unfortunate that we loyal customers have to first undergo problems with the bill every month and then deal with such people on a sunday morning who instead of solving a problem, ask their customers to behave and later disconnect the call.
          She did not give me her full name, but i demand a strict action is taken against her. Highly disappointed with such servicing. Kindly check call records.

            Name jyotirmoy gharami my mobile number is [protected] service provider is vodafone india. Yesterday[protected] around 1.35am i have recharged rs.29 pack o[censored]nlimited night 3g/4g data 1am to 6 am. But after some time i revived a sms that 1am to 6am night pack is activated on my mobile number. When i turned on data it shows a page that i have no data balance and no data pack is active on my number. I tried turn of mobile or change sim to another mobile but still its shows same problem that i have no data pack activated. I tried to cal their customer care through 198 many times. But cal is not connected with their customer care executive. Txn# jt[protected]. Please help me with this.

                Its been 2 days that ive been trying to send a port request from my vodafone number to 1900! Everytime i try to send this request, the message does not get delivered! While messages to all the other numbers are allowed! This is extremely frustrating as ive been trying to send this request for two days now! This is very unprofessional on vodafone's part and i really need a solution to this asap!

                  Dear sir, madam,

                  I have been writing to vodafone office to disconnect my sim from the month of january 2017, but no action has been taken yet. I also called the customer care number for the same, but i still continue to get the bill.

                  All the outstanding bill has been paid and please stop sending me the bills as the number is not in use for past 4+ months.

                  Kindly take this complain on priority.

                    I Shaikh Shahnawaz, has been using Vodafone postpaid connection more than a year now. Recently I have updated my mobile plan to 549/- per month. As per the representative the bill will come around 620 max including taxes. Initially it was ok but since two months the billing amount kept rising to which I didn't bothered but this month it has come 2500. When I checked with the app it is showing that my previous Bal of 1634/- is also there which was paid. When I called the customer care they are saying that I had activated some game pack which costed my Rs 953/-.
                    From my end there is no such msg to activate any of this kind service. I had only activated 3gb 4 data as per which my bill should be approx Rs 950/- .
                    I had faced such issue before as well on my other no.
                    This is really not done, I had been using this Vodafone since 10 yrs approx & now not happy at all with the service & bill they are charging me.
                    I am Assnt Manager of Puma store & I made my whole team to switch to Vodafone however such dissatisfaction we all are now switching to Airtel.
                    Kindly help atleast on this fraud billing.

                      I'm signing this complain in regards to my security amount that i didn't received yet. As per the company rules it will take maximum 60days but now it has been gone to more than 150days. I complained everywhere through mails and 100times on call but there is no feedback from vodafone. Even they said they don't know about anything in regards to my problem. Can anyone suggests me this is how you people treat customers who using your services and you people not listening to their problems. I'm very disappointed with the services of vodafone. Seriously damn poor. If anyone can see this msg than please let me know otherwise i'm about to take legal action against vodafone.

                        My vodafone [protected] number was blocked for sms. I asked to customer care they said that i need to register with trai. Actually i did not do any kind of marketing. Every i will send messages to my friends, collegies and relatives only. Without my knowledge they blocked. How to un block? I face lot of problem, i fact i plan to change my network provider but that porting message also can't sent... If it continues i just thorough this sim...

                          It has been 15 days since my outgoing is blocked despite my bill not being due, as dicussed over the email i dont agree with data usage

                          I cant even sms to port out from vodafone to airtel which at least has an option whereby they would auto change the plan to the cheapest so i cant be cheated

                                Hi.
                                I cannot send port message to 1900 from my vodafone haryana mobile number. Everytime i try to send it, it says message sending faild. I can send and recieve messages from other numbers. But i cannot send sms to 1900. I called up customer care, but they were not able to solve this issue and say its a technical issue. Sir i want to join jio from vodafone haryana.

                                  Vodafone company is deducting amount from my acount whenever i am recharging my number without my knowledge. And i have complained many time in vodafone customer care many time still they are continuing the same process. Pls stop this illegal way of process. A vas service was started re store and rs 99 is deducted from my number. And in same many time vas service was started an deducted in same way. Pleas refund my amount of rs 99 fastly. And customercare exicutive is available in the toll free number 198. Whenever iam chosing the option number 9 in the tollfree number its not conecting

                                    My mobile number [protected] was prepaid, the co representative offer me to convert it to postpaid connection against rs. 99.00 per month with 600 minutes​ free calls. After a few months they demanded an abnormal bill of rs.912.47 for a month. Bill period 17.06.17 to 16.07.17. Latter on l request the krishnanagar, nadia service center to rectify it. But they refused my request and blocked the connection of my mobile. I am now facing trouble as i am unable to make important calls, results huge losses and problems. Please arrange to redress my abnormal bill with immediate prepaid mobile connection as before. A part of the bill for 60:10 minutes charge was rs.540.00. That is my objection.

                                      When i recharged through my kotak bank app for vodafone prepaid on 8-8-2017 it showed a rs. 348 recharge for unlimited calling plus 1gb data everyday but when i recharged i received message from vodafone that i have only received 1228.8 mb data so i called kotak bank to complain they said all the plans are updated at the site by vodafone and you have to complain there then i called vodafone care and i gave my complaint i was first told to talk to kotak bank and when i told him kotak bank directed me to them i was told to hold the line while i was being transferred to a senior after a long hold of about 42 minutes the call got disconnected this particular call was made today[protected] and lasted from 18:43 hours to 20:15 hours. I would like to know how can you put the customer on hold for such a long time and since i have no complaint number and dont know who was on the other side what should i do.
                                      Also what about the kotak bank mobile app i would like to have my money reversed as i did not get the desired plan with due compensation
