Dear team,
I have frustration with vodafone service wherein i got additional bill amount 499 for mobile internet recharge which i have not used. Same thing i have shared with customer service no one is bothered to resolve my query. Now i want to port from vodafone to airtel but customer service executive told me that first you have to pay outstanding amount including mobile internet charges which is wrongly updated. I am ready to pay bill amount without mobile internet charges and will be continue with vodafone service. Kindly check and resolv this query. Otherwise i have to put this query on consumer complain portal.

    I paid the amount of Rs 1450 in Karnataka circle but they did not update it in Tamil nadu circle since I ported my now. Inspite of complaining so many times they did not send me an updated bill. After complaint and giving transaction id 100 times they did not respond me back. Then they deactivated all my services and kept generating bill for the services I haven't used. After 1 month they sent me a legal notice that my amount due is Rs 3873. I had to pay the amount reluctantly because their advocate was threatening me that he will lodge FIR against me. Since that number [protected] had a corporate plan my business got affected. I had to change my number from every bank account n every app. Adding on they caused me mental stress.

      After giving so many reminders and emails to most of department related to vodafone services about closing the connection from 18/05/2017.
      Complete amount has been paid on 30/05/2017.
      No wi fi been used. Alcatel router switched off by 18/05/2017.
      Even though billing raised by vodafone and calling from
      Collection vendors without any customer courtesy.
      Now i feel to write to law of land explaining all detail harassment from vodafone.
      I hope if matter is being solved by concerned senior executive.
      Otherwise i will be forced to file criminal offence petition against vodafone.

        Dear sir,

        I had raised the request for port out from vodafone network to airtel (3 months back) as they offered me much better plan with monthly billing for 499. But suddenly got a call from vodafone representative with requesting for don't port out from vodafone and offered me 399 plan (Unlimited calls, unlimited massages and 5 gb data). Actually airtel was offered me 7 gb data plan but i had taken wrong decision to cancelled the port out request.

        Also every month i have received bill of 450 to 500 but i don't have issue on it because thought its an regular billing with service tax. But in current month vodafone have share me the bill for rs.1120.72/- with mentioned 499 exceed data (More than 1 gb) package charge. When vodafone activated 5 gb data plan on my number then why did they charged me excess data charge.

        Also their representative called me on thursday (27 jul 2017) for payment reminder and i have informed him all the above detail. Then he had confirmed me that correct plan will be activated on my number in some time and also raised the complaint for high billing but still nothing has been done and my service is deactivated.

        So need your urgent help to activate my number.

        I went to Dubai on 14 th August after adding international roaming package for seven days from Vodafone Jalpaiguri.But didn't get the network there not for a single second.But when I came back India I found that they charged the amount of Rs.2500/- in my postpaid bill.

          I have moved from Mumbai to Delhi requested Vodafone to port my circle accordingly. It has been 10 days since I have given the documents. I have not received any updates on my porting. While they are not allowing me to port to other networks as well.
          While I have been billed excessively on roaming. Major bill is made of complaints made to Vodafone.

            I changed to vodafone from airtel in april expecting to be a better network. Unfortunately, there is no vodafone network at my place and i miss lot important calls. This has resulted in lot of inconvenience to me and affected my work very bad.

            As per the information i have, i need to be at least 6 months for me to change back to airtel.

            Requesting both the service providers to take this as an exception and approve to change the subscriber back to airtel, as i have been affected very badly because of no proper range at my place.

            Several complaints has been raised but the issue still persists,

            The emails are not being responded by vodafone and have register complaint several time - its of no use.

            My work is badly affected as i am not able to receive or call.

              Sir i think vodafone has blocked my no. I am not able to talk to customer care executive but when i tries with my friends phone it gets connected in the first go itself.
              I am also not receiving the offers the other people are receiving for eg 348 rs offer, 398 rs offer. I dont know the reason. But they are not attending calls from my no. It is very frustating. I think they want me to recharge the normal plans which are very costly.

                Recharged my phone on 06/08/2017 2 days later i am not able to use my internet and i tried to resolve my issue by contacting customer service but my issue is till not rectified this would be the worst service ever please resolve my problem

                  Dear all,

                  This is to bring into your notice that i'm a user of vodafone from since 8 years & from last year trying to switch to different operator but still vodafone is not relieving from their services.

                  I have a plan of rs 549 + taxes inludes a. All free voice calls b.20 gb data for a month.

                  Now my data is fully consumed by vodafone only they regret for that but saying we are investigating & do let me know why this is happened.

                  I planned to switch to reliance jio but vodafone port code is not working saying invalid code.
                  And customer care is unable to identify the same. Now i'm stuck what to do.

                  I have only few email id with me to share the fraud to you all but it would be a great help if you all can forward the same to some concern person & trai can take a strictly action on vodafone fraud operator

                    Kindly deactivate my vodafone postpaid connection ([protected]) as i have shifted from delhi to kolkata. I called on 198 as well as [protected].
                    Every time i call them, they either divert my no. To another executive or they provide me a new no. To call. Once they accepted my request on 198 for deactivation of the no. But even after around 20 days of that request, my no. Is active. Please do the mandate to resolve my issue as every month i used to get bill without making a single call or using a single bit of data.

                      This is to raise a complaint against the customer care executives who were irresponsible with the activation of a postpaid connection we have taken on last saturday (05/08/2017). They have informed us that connection will be activated on the same day. But still its not activated.in between we have complained against the same case 4-5 times to the same customer care section. When we called they informed that the concerned person will reach for a verification but till now they haven't sent anyone to our office. As we are running a firm, this is very urgent to get activated soon. We are irritated by the behavior of the customer care executives and it degrade the brand name of vodafone also. Please do the needful otherwise we will raise another complaint to the higher authority.

                        Went to vodafone store to activate my existing perpaid number on new sim as my phone was stolen but store executive said we don't have the prepaid sim in stock!! Are you kidding me? Vodafone don't you have any system in place.
                        As i need the number urgently asked her to issue the postpaid sim but no action till 3rd day evening, again visited the vodafone store now they have the prepaid sims available so asked to activate the prepaid sim only and also confirms will there be any problem as postpaid request is already in system but she said in full confidence if prepaid sim get activated then postpaid will never get activated. Oks till then also things are bearable. But same day in evening prepaid sim is activated and now the
                        (Vodafone's extremely amazing and wonderful scheme, to sell the postpaid connections forcefully to generate the great revenues by charging like anything and meeting their targets which they might not be able to achieve since how many years, only god knows.) comes into the play. Next day evening my prepaid connection deactivated and postpaid connection is activated on top of it even without the proper address verification and televerification.
                        Isn’t this great!!!

                        Also my last prepaid sim has voice and data balance which will now goes to vodafone pocket. Who will compensate that loss??

                        Stop screwing vodafone. Please device new strategies to increase the revenues rather that these ponzi schemes.

                        Now I am getting message from vodafone we are unable to reach you, Please call us on [protected] to schedule a appointment to complete the pending verification. what is this rubbish? More interesting thing is no one is taking my call on [protected] also like 199 and 198 and call is getting disconnected after 5-10 of waiting.

                          I have problem with my prepaid connection i opt 4g sim and have 4g phone and 4g recharge too but from last 2days my phone is working on 2g mode..
                          I did everything like reinstall settings restart phone select network manually but it dint work. Then i discussed with your customer executives they said your are in roaming you have zero balance blah blah.
                          I did recharge my phone but it dint work too. Again i try to call your people but they din pick my call always said on waiting waiting...
                          So please help me out when i am paying for 4g why should i adjust with 2g

                            Hi,
                            I had a vodafone number. My postpaid plan was 399per month. After 2 months they started sending excessive amount. There was network issue and i complaint against the same but they did nothing. They started adding late fee charges without anything and added some services which i never subscribed. I complaint against the same. I got bill for june month on 25th june and they added 100 rs late fee charges with june bill. I sent many emails to care. Vodafone team but they didn't contact me. I tried calling customer care but they still didn't do anything. I have lost my sim but i can't do anything as vodafone never worry about their customers. They are contacting me to pay bill even though i m not using it. I want to take action against vodafone.

                              Hi team,

                              This is to inform you that the outgoing services for my mobile number - [protected] have been barred due to excessive usage over & above the limit of inr 12500.

                              I had activated international roaming plan (Screen shot attached) of inr 2500 on 11th july 2017 upto 18th july 2017 & the same was confirmed by your customer care representative on 10th july.

                              Now, when i visited the vodafone store, i was informed that the i was charged for "internet usage" however as per the plan all the services i. E. Incoming, outgoing, internet should have been unlimited, as confirmed on your vodafone app & cce.

                              I am facing issues since today afternoon as all the services on my number has been barred. I am contacting you as advised by your executive at vodafone store @ ansal plaza - palam vihar, gurgaon.

                              I am facing trouble in running my day to day business activities due to irresponsible billing & customer care. Appropriate action if not taken at the earliest will force me to switch/change to other network.

                              Take appropriate action on this issue & have it resolved at the earliest. I have been using this number since past 8 years & have been a loyal customer to the vodafone family. I have no idea as to how this billing has happened although i had taken a plan earlier and confirmed the same.

                              This is not the mark/parameter on which services are to be provided & information to be shared with your customers

                                It is regrade to inform you that, as my is in roaming using 4g sim of arunachal from namsai n obtain unlimited data pack from your network. But so many times i have logged the feedback to your customer care, but till now i can't enjoy the pack. If i do browsing it's become buffering and the it begain and then again buffering
                                . So what is the meaning. O[censored]sing the pack wastage of money nothing.

                                  I m using vodafone postpaid (Delhi Circle) number since last 3years and now i had ported my number to maharastra circle due to reason i had shifted to pune.

                                  I had placed a request over the phone about data and network issue in my area (Sr Req No[protected].

                                  I had received a email from Vodafone and confirming details with he will resolve my issue by 09-Aug-2017.

                                  But fact of the day, i had not received any call and solution for my problem.

                                  As per TRAI guideline, i will not port my number before 90 days of completion. If vodofone dont have capability to give a service, so he will give permission for porting before 90days.

                                  As per ground reality, Vodafone only giving services into ads not on ground.

                                  Trust, If i will not get my Resolution, i will raise my complaint to TRAI and other legal forum bcoz this whole episode giving to me only mental harassment.

                                    I have talked with customer care then i was got above msg but still showing vas charges on my vodafone app. 2nd time again i have called to customer care then they replied to wait 48 hrs. But still same bill amount showing on my vodafone app.

                                      I have taken vodafone postpaid [protected] and shifted to new home in sector 122 noida, but i am not able to pick calls due to lack of network and when i approached customer care then they told me to wait september and i am paying my bills for no service at home and also offers on new postpaid connection is not usuable for me as of now, since not even 2g services is available there at my home. Please either allow me to port my number to any other telecom company under trai rule, sine i cant port within 3 months of a new connection but i cant even pay for no service.

                                        I stopped using my vodafone number 2 months back. Now, i am receiving calls that my bill was not paid for 2 months where as i have never used that number at all. The bills were also not sent to me. I want to disconnect my number but i am not getting help for that. When i asked for bills the lady who called me was not willing to send the bill. My number is [protected].
