I changed to vodafone from airtel in april expecting to be a better network. Unfortunately, there is no vodafone network at my place and i miss lot important calls. This has resulted in lot of inconvenience to me and affected my work very bad.
As per the information i have, i need to be at least 6 months for me to change back to airtel.
Requesting both the service providers to take this as an exception and approve to change the subscriber back to airtel, as i have been affected very badly because of no proper range at my place.
Several complaints has been raised but the issue still persists,
The emails are not being responded by vodafone and have register complaint several time - its of no use.
My work is badly affected as i am not able to receive or call.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
