I have Vodaphone No. [protected] & requested for portability dated 31.07.17 due to no network at my work place . Had paid bill as on 02.08.17 of Rs. 625 but portability not done .
Had call customer care several time to know the status but executive disconnect my call without any reply .
Request to you pls look into this matter .

    I am facing with my post paid connection 499 RED plan, i am sharing screen shot of the message and my total usage done.
    The point of mail is that i was promised for 6GB plan and i am using accordance to it, but i am getting message which shows that i have 9GB plan and i have used 90% of it and only 915 MB is left, On the other hand i am keeping track of my usage and i have shared the details in the attachment.
    I am facing this issue second time and last time too i was charged high without no reason.
    I already complaint about this to vodafone(vadafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com) but they did't replay till now.

        Myself anuradha dash bearing no. [protected] a glorified customer of your company, has been misbehaved by one of your sales person who not at all have the knowledge of handling a customer professionally. I had some problems regarding your sim service, hence forth i have walked to my nearest vodafone store to discuss it and to get a solution to it but my inquisitiveness turned out to a havoc for me and i end up being embarrassed by the sales person. So before lodging a fir i found it more promising to inform the vodafone first. I demand justice for me at the earliest.

          Bill for Rs 458.88 for the month of July was paid by me through net banking ICICI Bank on 25 th July. Due to mal functioning of Server i was unformed my transaction for Rs 460/- failed hence i tried again . In fact both times 460/- each were debited by Bank from my account. The details are Rs 460/- Paid on 25 Th July at 1101 AM vide transaction no [protected], and Rs 460/-at 1103 AM vide Transaction No [protected]. Thus I have paid Rs 920/ On 25 th jULY BETWEEN 1101 and 1103 AM against Bill of 458.88. Please reconcile your accounts and excess amount paid by me be adjusted against next month bill. Kindly confirm adjustment.

            This is to inform my no is [protected], we are using corporate plan for our hote use but you people are activation any offer with out permission we came to know when we received billing. Why this things are happening. Without my permission you people have activate international roaming which cost me 2500 rupee which is not a small amount. please make sure this things should not repeat it again in future. expecting a call asap

              The Vodafone service is so bad in Cochin, that I decided to port out of Vodafone to other service provider. Vodafone is not allowing to port out quoting 90 days lock-in period which is applicable only when you have ported in / out from other service provider. I did a zone change from delhi to keral in the recent past (within vodafone) and vodafone is considering this as porting.

                Hi,
                I made a recharge on my mobile ([protected]) of rs 195 from my paytm wallet and i got a talk time of rs1.93, gst of 29.75 and access fee of 163.32.
                I need my money back, either via talk time or send it back to paytm. This is hillarious thing of deducting money. I need an immediate respond to my complaint.

                  I already send Email vodafone care centre there no any needfull reply its seems like #### this network. Before was ok suddenly since 2 days no network. Am living at Priol Ponda Goa. My no. Is [protected]
                  Not only me customer all our area people suffer for network coverage before was ok now suddenly stop no range.

                  Please try solve this problem as soon as possible.

                    I am R.K.Banik a retailer of Vodafone and other telecom services under West Bengal Telecom circle. There are no service for wrong recharge reverse except above Rs 50 top ups. We can sale hardly 3 or 4 thousand after solving thousands of quarry and problem of customers, we give lots of efford to convey the customers and loss lots of energy to make a customer, but we get return a maximum profit 2.8℅. Today l loss a 344 Vodafone recharge by mistake, dealer helpline replayed they couldn't reverse the amount because there are only reverse done for the top up balances.
                    Now the point is the companies looking for there won profit they could not judge the situation.
                    So it would be very pleasure to retailers if an option be added for reverse the any amount of wrong recharges .

                      Hello sir/ma'am

                      I was using vodaphone postpaid number[protected] in rajasthan (Jaipur) and vodafone change my plan itself without informing me and now my bill reached around 1500 for 4 months. Due to some personal issues i couldn't make it possible to pay bill on time now my number is not working from last one month because they closed network on my number.

                      Now i want to settle my bill as well as want to convert my no. Into prepaid but they told me to pay full amount first then further process would be happen so my concern is that they are asking to pay bill even when my number was disconnected by them. So please do the needful for resolve the issue.

                      I am using a plan called Super 349 as per which i will get 10GB 4G data every month but it is not even 2G from the beginning of bill cycle.My no. is [protected].It is pointless to have such data back in my pocket.

                        Dear team,
                        I have frustration with vodafone service wherein i got additional bill amount 499 for mobile internet recharge which i have not used. Same thing i have shared with customer service no one is bothered to resolve my query. Now i want to port from vodafone to airtel but customer service executive told me that first you have to pay outstanding amount including mobile internet charges which is wrongly updated. I am ready to pay bill amount without mobile internet charges and will be continue with vodafone service. Kindly check and resolv this query. Otherwise i have to put this query on consumer complain portal.

                          I paid the amount of Rs 1450 in Karnataka circle but they did not update it in Tamil nadu circle since I ported my now. Inspite of complaining so many times they did not send me an updated bill. After complaint and giving transaction id 100 times they did not respond me back. Then they deactivated all my services and kept generating bill for the services I haven't used. After 1 month they sent me a legal notice that my amount due is Rs 3873. I had to pay the amount reluctantly because their advocate was threatening me that he will lodge FIR against me. Since that number [protected] had a corporate plan my business got affected. I had to change my number from every bank account n every app. Adding on they caused me mental stress.

                            After giving so many reminders and emails to most of department related to vodafone services about closing the connection from 18/05/2017.
                            Complete amount has been paid on 30/05/2017.
                            No wi fi been used. Alcatel router switched off by 18/05/2017.
                            Even though billing raised by vodafone and calling from
                            Collection vendors without any customer courtesy.
                            Now i feel to write to law of land explaining all detail harassment from vodafone.
                            I hope if matter is being solved by concerned senior executive.
                            Otherwise i will be forced to file criminal offence petition against vodafone.

                              Dear sir,

                              I had raised the request for port out from vodafone network to airtel (3 months back) as they offered me much better plan with monthly billing for 499. But suddenly got a call from vodafone representative with requesting for don't port out from vodafone and offered me 399 plan (Unlimited calls, unlimited massages and 5 gb data). Actually airtel was offered me 7 gb data plan but i had taken wrong decision to cancelled the port out request.

                              Also every month i have received bill of 450 to 500 but i don't have issue on it because thought its an regular billing with service tax. But in current month vodafone have share me the bill for rs.1120.72/- with mentioned 499 exceed data (More than 1 gb) package charge. When vodafone activated 5 gb data plan on my number then why did they charged me excess data charge.

                              Also their representative called me on thursday (27 jul 2017) for payment reminder and i have informed him all the above detail. Then he had confirmed me that correct plan will be activated on my number in some time and also raised the complaint for high billing but still nothing has been done and my service is deactivated.

                              So need your urgent help to activate my number.

                              I went to Dubai on 14 th August after adding international roaming package for seven days from Vodafone Jalpaiguri.But didn't get the network there not for a single second.But when I came back India I found that they charged the amount of Rs.2500/- in my postpaid bill.

                                I have moved from Mumbai to Delhi requested Vodafone to port my circle accordingly. It has been 10 days since I have given the documents. I have not received any updates on my porting. While they are not allowing me to port to other networks as well.
                                While I have been billed excessively on roaming. Major bill is made of complaints made to Vodafone.

                                  I changed to vodafone from airtel in april expecting to be a better network. Unfortunately, there is no vodafone network at my place and i miss lot important calls. This has resulted in lot of inconvenience to me and affected my work very bad.

                                  As per the information i have, i need to be at least 6 months for me to change back to airtel.

                                  Requesting both the service providers to take this as an exception and approve to change the subscriber back to airtel, as i have been affected very badly because of no proper range at my place.

                                  Several complaints has been raised but the issue still persists,

                                  The emails are not being responded by vodafone and have register complaint several time - its of no use.

                                  My work is badly affected as i am not able to receive or call.

                                    Sir i think vodafone has blocked my no. I am not able to talk to customer care executive but when i tries with my friends phone it gets connected in the first go itself.
                                    I am also not receiving the offers the other people are receiving for eg 348 rs offer, 398 rs offer. I dont know the reason. But they are not attending calls from my no. It is very frustating. I think they want me to recharge the normal plans which are very costly.

                                        Dear all,

                                        This is to bring into your notice that i'm a user of vodafone from since 8 years & from last year trying to switch to different operator but still vodafone is not relieving from their services.

                                        I have a plan of rs 549 + taxes inludes a. All free voice calls b.20 gb data for a month.

                                        Now my data is fully consumed by vodafone only they regret for that but saying we are investigating & do let me know why this is happened.

                                        I planned to switch to reliance jio but vodafone port code is not working saying invalid code.
                                        And customer care is unable to identify the same. Now i'm stuck what to do.

                                        I have only few email id with me to share the fraud to you all but it would be a great help if you all can forward the same to some concern person & trai can take a strictly action on vodafone fraud operator
