Contacted customer care about internet connectivity issue and was promised to a solution within 48 hrs.

It's been over 8 days and no improvement.
Tried mailing them - no response
Tried calling again on 198- unable to select option which directs to customer support personnel.

It's really disappointing to see a good company performing like this, especially when there are more service providers in the market, ready with better offer.

Your verification side this this type not here he is told. Why asking me to this plan. I thinking should you have a fraud employees you have. I have call today vasuki. She is not attend the call.       Today i got my postpaid bill and they have charged 150 rs extra for some top doctors online services which i have never subscribed.
      Now they are saying you have applied for it online so we didn't send any confirmation message and you have to pay for it.

      I am not going to pay for such services..

      I want vodafone to remove the charges from the bill..

        Hi, i am utpal and my no. Is [protected]. I very well know that while taking this no. I submitted my documents in one of the vodafone gallery in kanpur

        After few days, i got the msg from vodafone stating that you need to re-submit the documents for verification purpose.

        Then i visited vodafone ministore near gurudev kanpur but they denied to accept the address proof document.

        Now i am out of station and my no is off.

        I can submit the document of address proof online.

        Pls help me.

            I recharged for 349 a week before. The offer clearly states that it provides unlimited call and 1 gb/day. This is mentioned in their website for online recharge.

            But they started deducting from my main balance making it zero. When called to customer care they say that 1 gb is for 28 days. But before complaining when i enquired the plan to the same person they told it is 1gb/ day.

            According to them the number has specific offers and asked me to avail the benefit through 346. But 346 isn't available in the website and eventhough when i enter 346, the message says "sorry! The pack you have selected seems to be unavailable. We are displaying the closest match to it."

            They are cheating the customers by showing bogus plans which doesn't works.

              Vodafone has charged me rs.1260/- for call on 51717 which i didn't do actually. The duration of the call was 94.10 minutes which is impossible in real. Now, when i have mailed them to waive the charge then they replied that the charge is genuine and i have to pay it. But when i have googled the no. 51717 then i see that many people have lodged the same complain on the same no. With the same amount also. So it is a big fraud from vodafone. Please help me to waive the charges as described.

              The issue has been not solved yet and Vodafone had blocked the incoming calls also. I am suffering very badly for that reason. Please do the needful.

                I had activated a plan for rs.666 a couple of months ago. Even last months i was charged a billing amount of rs.1016, and this month's bill has come up to rs. 988.in the itemised bill it shows monthly charges more than rs.850. Last month i paid the bill thinking that there would have been overlap. But not this t i have no idea what i am charged for. I do make calls... Have hardly sent a couple of messages and have not exceeded my data usage. If they are going to charge any random amount inspite of activating plans then it's just of no use. Inspite of activating a monthly plan, if the company is going to come up with random hidden charges then they better inform customers beforehand. I have been a loyal customer of vodafone since more than 10years and if this how they are going to cheat us then there are many more attractive options available in the market. Highly disappointed by this. And even after this i have called the customer care number three times to talk to a executive but everytime i was kept waiting for almost 10 mins without anyone answering the call. Even after 3 attempts no one answered my call, and they also charge for waiting. Highly unprofessional behaviour by a company as big as vodafone.

Is [protected] and mr abhishek no is [protected] these guys are fraud in delhi @ vodafone mnp department they collect document and after that they will not recieved ur phone not done any kind of work i m suffring last one and half month so pls take action against both of guys both guys are not picking up my phone i m suffring to port my number in postpaid vodafone.

                    You have not redress my concern.in your mail you have mentioned unbilled amount of rs.3250/. This is wrong, seeing your this charg pattern i am not using your phone talking to india from other phone only in emergency using vodafone service so international pack has no benefit to me, i strongly protest it. There is some thing wrong going in your system. I have record in my phone of out going call, sms and other. And will be in your system too. Please mail me the usage detail till today i. E. Up to 7th aug17 after billing cycle date. I am on bell carrier as per your sms and got it confirmed by your officer on 4th evening at 04.29 pm too. At this time my unbilled amount was 162 minutes. On 5th morning again i call customer care ask the unbilled amount they reply it 189. So it was confirmed that i am on correct carrier and also confirmed by the customer care officer in talk on 5th morning at7.11am.
                    Further i want to put an anomaly of your system before you. On 5th aug17 at 7.11 am morning my unbilled amount was rs.189/ and as per your email dt.07.08.2017 at 3.45 pm evening, the unbilled amount is rs.3250/ means in two days i. E.in 48 hours my uses was 3050 minutes., means in one day out going call is of it is 1525 minutes, means my out going call is 25.42 hrs daily oh god what a miracle is in vodafone in one day there is 25.42 hrs rest in word it is of 24 hrs. You people should report to nasa and isro as well as govt. Of india about your this research & deed. And if you are busy allow me to write this to nasa and isro. And more shocking thing is, as per your charge hours i was continuously on phone use, not slept, not went to bathroom and did not did any thing except talking on phone. If vodafone have designed such system to charge in such manner, please confirm this because it has no benefit to me and i may took other course.

                      I have complaints about network or internet signals before 15 days but till today there are not any solution from vodafone. Customer care contact me and accepted problem is there. When i contacts customer care 3- 4 time they hold my call 12-15 minutes. When i say customer care why hold me so much time they told me you are not a signal customer i have many customers. But i ask you customer wait you response 30-40 minutes.

                      My prepaid phone number is [protected] and the outgoing SMS is barred. I contacted customer care and they refused to help. I'd never requested Vodafone to bar my outgoing SMS and it's very frustrating to face this issue. Please get it fixed ASAP.

                          My mobile number is [protected], & my wife's number is [protected]. I registered for porting out & with code vl324747 after paying my may 2017 bill which was to be paid by 09/06/2017 and our billing cycle was on 22nd of every month. We had been paying our bills online. I had requested our june bill so as to port out before 22 june 2017. When i did not get any bill i paid rs 250/- as advance for my average bill of about rs 202/- for june 2017 & also rs 250/- for my wife's bill also. Inspite of payment of june bill on 19 june 2017 when due date was 09/07/2017 vodafone generated an inflated bill of some rs 300/-plus which was not understood. Vodafone had confirmed porting out on 21/22 june and our mobile was disconnected on 24 june & we went to reliance jio & activated our services, but kept getting reminders to pay up rs 128/-. Now i received an sms from jionet that there is an outstanding amount of rs 227.66 & a threat as per mnp regulations my services may be restricted. I'm bringing to you the unethical practice by service providers to bill the subsequent month inspite of bill amount having been paid. May i request you to instruct reliance jio not to restrict my servises till you resolve my & my wife's case failing which i will be forced to approach the consumer court for relief.

                            This is to inform you that on last wednesday my sim was hacked and i had to face some unwanted issues beacuse of such activity.
                            It is very annoying to receive such kinds of phone call after such activities. Though for the time being my issue is solved but still i'm not sure about your data base security.
                            Hence i want a letter which summarizes an apology from your customer care, so that i can present that when someone accuses me such things.

Inspite of my bills been paid more than actual and documents submitted, the company is delaying the porting request. They want to increase the rental and harass me. Since i have already shifted, it is really inconvenience for me.

                                  I wanted to change my post paid plan to prepaid plan. So i went to vodafone store which is in madurai, northveli street branch. I paid my bill and i have given my

                                  They deactivated my sim on[protected] at 12.00 pm night.

                                  My vodafone sim card not activated till now.

                                  My messages are failing when I to send PORT [protected] to 1900 while other messages are getting delivered.It seems Vodofone has block my outgoing sms to 1900.

                                    Iam not able to send outgoing sms to any mobile number and i have cleared vodafone customer care multiple times. Every time i called in was told to re-enter the sms service center number [protected] but this is not solving the problem. I also send multiple emails through my vodafone apps and through gmail to vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com but haven't get any reply to solve the issue apart from the auto generated reply email.

                                    I have also attached the screenshot for the gmail email.

                                    Please look into this issue and help is resolving asap.

                                      I had been using vodafone postpaid service since 1 year. I requested for postpaid to prepaid migration by paying pro-reta based statement on 7th july 2017. And issued prepaid sim on the same day from vodafone store.
                                      Till date the number not been migrated to prepaid and i have received the bill for this month again.in between i have called many times and asked them to stop services else i will not pay bill. (They might be having recorded data for those calls).
                                      To summarize vodafone does not care about customer requests, now they are asking me to pay the bill so that we can proceed for migration (Which they didn't done from last one month after multiple requests).

                                        Sir, i am using vodafone's number and a bill of rs.643/- was due on me for the month of july 2017, which i have paid on line with my axis bank app, but the company have restricted my outgoing call, due to which i am facing irreparable loss. I have requested many times at customer care, using other mobile number, but all in vain.
                                        I could not submit my bill due to engage in some problem and now i had submit my bill 02 days ago, but company is not continuing my outgoing calls, even not considering properly my grievances. I am using this number for long time. Now for last two days i am unable to use my number, in most critical moments. By this act of service provider i feel too much harassed.
