I have rcd a msg on 02.08.17 that at a recharge of rs. 46, you will get 1 gb 3g/4g data valid for 28 days and the same is valid upto 05.08.17. I have confirmed the same from customer care also on 04.08.17 and recharge with rs. 46. But i was surprise to see that i have received only 150 mb 2g data valid for 28 days. I have talked to customer care officials several times and they have assured that you will get the extra benefit shortly. I have also approach the vodafone store in this regard but they have failed to help me out and against asked to contact the customer care.
Since yesterday, i was trying to contact customer care officials, but i am unable to reach them and there is not option available on the ivr to reach customer care officials through 198.
Fortunately i have got recorded all the conversations with your customer care officials and saved the same alongwith the message received to me.

    Vodafone west bengal circle is worst service provider and misbehaving customer executive no sense of care towards customer and manner less customer executive. They used to put call on hold if they r not able to give reply to customer... And keep hold till customer didn't disconnect worst ever. I want to register a complaint against vodafone... Already give complaint bearing no [protected] and [protected] respectively on 01aug and 04 aug 17 still not solve. My humble request please don't get vodafone connection thfoughout

      Random vas services worth 275 rs activated on my number
      They are refusing to cancel the charges even after i explained i haven't activated these services. When i got messages for these services i deactivated them in 2 minutes. When i sent a message requesting a call back from customer care i got a call after 2 days. Bad service and refusing to accept their mistake

        I am trying to convert my card from postpaid to prepaid and for that purpose i am constantly going to vodafone ofc every week. Even after submitting my documents after 2months of constant visit at center they have not been converted the same to prepaid. Even for enquiry i have to stay in queue for atleast 1hr every time at there center.
        Can some one help me for this???

            Sir,

            My vodafone no. Is [protected]

            I recharge rs. 500 on my no. On 3/8/2017 with net banking because of i like to get offer of rs 398 but after i did not get the offer i contact to zanzrda vodafone branch & they said that i have to recharge demo recharge or from my vodafone app. So i download my vodafone app instantly but i did not get offer in it. So i again tell to branch officer. He told me to get demo recharge because my vodafone app is not reliable for this type of recharge. So i go through the demo recharge.

            On that day i also subcribe rs 12 plan for std call so my balance become to 488 rs.

            On 5/8/2017 so i saw my balance and read msg that my balance is deducted by two different type of activation on this no. Which i dont confirm. So i argently contact to vodafone motibaug branch junagadh. My coupon no. Is 103. Where she said that my balance is deduction due to internet surfing in my oppo phone. So isaw her my oppo phone from it i dont do anything. If i do anything then give me proof i m reday to give my cell phone to submite to vodafone store. Then she told me to talk me on 198 customer care noumber. From where i dont get appropriate answer after 15 minutes talk with her.

            After that i meet to branch manager and she refused to give refund my unnecessary deduction. After some talk to customer and stick to my metter they give me refund of rs. 99/-

            When i talk to customer care manager also said that customer care just told you to refund your rs but they cant. I absolutely surprise how vodafone authorised person talk to customer like that.

            Then i got the message of refund rs. 99/-. After that i stick to get my another unnecessary deducion of rs 49/- but customer care officer and branch manger both are refused to help me. Branch manager told me that we are not authorised for prepaid refund.

            So irequest you to help me to get my unnecessary deduction refund of rs 49/- which i dont subcribe or confirmed.

            If you need i will give you my cellphone to check anything. And if you want then i will also give you call recorded talk with customer care.

            If iam wrong then how vodafone refund 99/- rs. Because of im true vodafone refund it. Thats why we believe in vodafone service. But what about my 49/- rs deduction?

            Your branch manager also gave me wrong number of vodafone nodal officer which is [protected]

            I like to tell you that this type of instant i check out from vodafone in past.

              I (Sumit ashok mahmauni) am consumer of vodafone maharashtra my sim no. Is [protected]. I am totally disappointed the service received from vodafone - kalyaninagar store - pune. Two months ago i have converted prepaid sim to post paid sim. Then i have not paid bill for two months so my card get deactivated, afterwords i have paid my all postpaid bill rs. 1395 (Card was surpended) dated 21.07.17 in kalyaninagar pune store, the store said sim will be activate tomorrow it activated also.
              Then on 29.07.2017 i decided to convert my sim pospaid to prepaid and filled the form with documents and paid differencial amount rs.231 for gap of 21.07.2017 to 29.07.2017, lady of store said to me it will take 48 hours to get deactivate postpaid sim and activate prepaid sim, i wait for 72 hours day and visit on 01.08.2017 for status, the same lady replied about the query that i have submit the request of conversion of postpaid to prepaid but it is rejected, due to not generated bill or use of postpaid sim more than 2 months you. I replied when you fill my form for conversion of the same you didn't tell me that you could not covert till 3 months bill generation. Then she request again the same process and replied me i will call you if not deactivate the postpaid process within 1 days. I am waiting for call but she not called me. So i have send the request the port option, after some time get the call from lady anjali vodafone retention team for not to port, and go the same store and you do not have to pay any amount and your problem will get resolved, then again i went in store dated 04.08.2017 and the same lady not present at the store, then i met the vodafone store manager (Shruti madam) of kalyaninagar pune, she replied your not rejected due to non payment of gap day from 29.07.2017 to 04.08.2017 you have to pay rs. 120 and your problem will get resolved. Today i got the call from same store that you have re-again submit the documents as previously submitted to use because i torn your document and thown in dustbin. This is all the story i have suffered. Please do the needful.

                Totally dissatisfied with your internet service.
                Not able to open multiple sites using vodafone internet. Not even facebook and twitter.

                I am not able to use facebook and multiple other websites same is accessible from idea internet on same mobile devices.
                Mobile shows 4g coverage but speed is not even of 3g.

                I am only able to use google sites

                  Gavin here... I had a postpaid number which i wanted to convert it to prepaid. I contacted mr aspak from vodafone gallery papdi vasai west. Was told to pay the pending bill of rs 250 with service charge. I made it clear just tell me the exact amount and convert my number to prepaid. Again received call from them to pay rs 150 i event paid that in the month of march. The took no action and i enquired about it they told your rs 100 is pending which frustrated me and requested to close account. I got mail on july that 745 bills is pending and i went to the gallery and they assured me that i have to pay nothing as number is not on use and they will cancel it. But i m getting phones from the bill clearing team of vodafone to pay the amount or go for a settlement which i disagreed as number is not in use and i have requested to close the number a long time back. And they told to go to the store on 9th august 2017 as new bill will be generated and than they can settle. I should not be paying any amount as i had requested to close the account and i have not defaulted anything as i m not using the number at all

                    I recharged with a special 4g offer. Whenever i turn on my 4g data, it automatically turns off after few minutes. My mobile is also 4g (Lenovo vibe k5). I will port my number to any other service provider if i don't get good speed. Install a 4g tower in our locality. Our location is urdibazaar, chandannagar, hooghly west bengal. Pin - 712136. Landmark - laldighi pond. I checked trai my speed, the speed is only 1 mbps. Vodafone is the poorest network in our area.

                        I submitted request for mpn to airtel on 5th july and gave my adhaar card copy as my documents. Vodafone acknowledge the request by sms on 6th july (Vx128123, dated 6th july). On 10th july i got a message from vodafone rejection as outstanding payment as reason (For vx128123). Same was cleared after one day.

                        On 10th july vodafone acknoeldeged the porting request - vx116713 dated 10th july. Later vodafone sent a message on 13th july stating that port request (Vx116713) rejected because of porting code mismatch.

                        Again 14th july vodafone sent a sms acknowledging the request for mpn (Vx116713, dated 14th july 2017). On 18th sms recd from vodafone rejecting the request stating porting code mismatch.

                        In order to overcome all these issues, any outstanding payments (Which was not disclosed earlier) was made with addition of 10 rs extra, new request was raised on 21st july with adhaaar card as document. Again on 25th july another sms stating rejection with mismatch in porting code as reason.

                        Upon inquiry at the vodafone customer service, i was informed that the request is still active. Remainder was sent by the vodafone desk executive to its back office to check the status. Till date no response.

                        It is amply clear that vodafone is preventing porting to other service provider. This conduct of vodafone needs to be investigated and appropriate penalty should be charged to them for putting customer interest in jeopardy.

I am not satisfied i am not use my internet i want my 398rs back because only 2 days old my plan and i am facing problem and i don't want others 82 days this speed.in last recharge i am useing reliance gsm in same mobile handset and reliance gsm speed better than vodafone

                            I have a vodafone postpaid connection and the number is [protected]. I wanted to convert my number in prepaid, so i approached vodafone store at kaggadasapura, cv raman nagar.

                            As per vodafone store people, to convert sim into prepaid, i have to opt for frc 445, asked for any other frc, but it's not available. I denied to pay 445 for frc, so vodafone store people told that migration cannot be done without frc and gave my documents back.

                            I don't know why vodafone is forcing customers to go for frc 445 to convert their sim into prepaid.

                            In this way earning money is fraud. Finally, i called customer care and blocked my sim.

                            Please look into this.. I want postpaid to prepaid migration to be done, as it used to be done earlier. It's customer wish if wants to go frc or not?

                              My name is khushal hirpara and i used vodaphone number [protected], before 3 month. Last month i had cleared​ outstanding bill and give request for permeant disconnect my mobile number. From last 2 month my sim services was closed... And company sent me bill from 1 july to 11 july of 233. Atcually the costumer care representative said that the services are already closed and you don't need to pay any amount after that payment... But now company forcing me to pay 11 day payment... Which is totally wrong and they also trying to closed my other numbers services because of the reference. I want justice. Please help me

                                I hv paid my vodafone mobile number [protected] bill for june 2017 amt is 1200 through paytm wallet. Due to some error couldn't paid bill so again i hv tried for same and bill paid after some time... By that time i got message that amt of 1200 debited from my bank ac twice..& msg from paytm wallet that amt of 1200 bill paid.. So i contact my bank thy told me wait for few days but that money not credited in my bank ac nor in my paytm wallet account or not bill paid... So whr is the money has been gone.. No one there to ans or to reply... Pl do the needful.

                                  1) i am a prepaid vodafone customer with flex recharges of 122.00/123.00 (Valid for 28 days). But today i can't recharge with flex of any amount entering into vodafone site, (Let alone mobikwik, paytm domain) albeit your site shows of that amount with request "buy now"; but when we enter into, it shifts to another amount with other benefits. How can i recharge with flex? Do you think you can compete with jio/airtel with a poor interface of this ilk when an existing customer cannot recharge with his desired scheme?
                                  2) i can't communicate (With 4g sim) with any no. Starting with 1860 (Not toll-free) in spite of having core balance or flex balance when other vodafone customers can do it easily.

                                    Last week i did a recharge from vodafone site and after all the procedure they deducted money but still the recharge hasnt done yet. I contacted the customer care at the start the guy was talking very rudely (This is not the way to talk to a customer) then when i explained about the problem he said within 30 min recharge will take place but still it hasnt i contacted the next day they said the money will be refunded within 5-6 days still no such refund has been done. Please look into the matter.

                                      Hi,
                                      Moral of the story. Never trust what vodafone say. Issue is not the employees but serious communication gap within the company. Do your own detailed research on what the sim requirements are. That way you won't be screwed.

                                      I came to bangalore from us and visited vodaphone mini store. I gave my aadhar card copy and temporary stay address. I got my sim activated and used it for 2 days. After that i got a message from vodafone asking me to visit vodafone because my sim verification failed. My guess is that the hotel i stayed is not good enough for verification (Vodafone center people should not have taken my temporary address in the first place. Only later did i know that temporary address won't do). Anyways, i visited vodafone mini store again and told my case. These folks confirmed there was nothing wrong shown in the system and that i'm all done. Come next day this lady from vodafone called me mentioning that my address verification has failed. I described my whole story and call ended with not much information on next steps. Within one hour my sim gets blocked and i'm not able to call, sms, use 4g etc. So i went to vodafone customer care center a 3rd time and described the situation. So now they finally said that they need a permanent address from where verification can be provided. So i provided my uncle's address. Vodafone folks activated my mobile number and confirmed that nothing would go wrong. 2 days later i was traveling to another state and then my sim got blocked again without notification. I seriously struggled this time. I called vodafone customer care using an airtel sim. They said my sim is blocked and i need to visit a vodafone center. This time i lost my cool. Vodafone customer care center mentioned that there was no address updates from the center. I asked the customer care people to speak with vodafone mini store people. Seems they are not allowed to talk to each other in vodafone. Customer care people wont contact the vodafone store people. Finally, i said i would like to cancel my sim. They said it is already suspended and i only need pay prorated amount. I hope they don't screw me big time anymore. I will be visiting a vodafone center soon to confirm my sim cancellation and get necessary proof about this.

                                      These vodafone people are good nice people but the vodafone company definitely lacks the order or service capability to address their current or future customers.

                                        I've three vodafone numbers with cug plan.

                                        I got rs. 300/- monthly rental for mobile number ([protected]) bill and which is wrong. Actually, i have selected st_cr_mv_e_talk_125 plan for this number.

                                        I have checked my all last bill and i am surprised as in all my last bills my plan is frequently changed. I really disappointed with vodafone service. If i will get the same error in future then need to change my service provider.

                                        Same for this ([protected]) number. I got internet usage charges rs. 23.28 which is wrong. I never use any internet in mobile then how can they charge to me.

                                        Please resolve all my billing issues asap.
