I (Sumit ashok mahmauni) am consumer of vodafone maharashtra my sim no. Is [protected]. I am totally disappointed the service received from vodafone - kalyaninagar store - pune. Two months ago i have converted prepaid sim to post paid sim. Then i have not paid bill for two months so my card get deactivated, afterwords i have paid my all postpaid bill rs. 1395 (Card was surpended) dated 21.07.17 in kalyaninagar pune store, the store said sim will be activate tomorrow it activated also.
Then on 29.07.2017 i decided to convert my sim pospaid to prepaid and filled the form with documents and paid differencial amount rs.231 for gap of 21.07.2017 to 29.07.2017, lady of store said to me it will take 48 hours to get deactivate postpaid sim and activate prepaid sim, i wait for 72 hours day and visit on 01.08.2017 for status, the same lady replied about the query that i have submit the request of conversion of postpaid to prepaid but it is rejected, due to not generated bill or use of postpaid sim more than 2 months you. I replied when you fill my form for conversion of the same you didn't tell me that you could not covert till 3 months bill generation. Then she request again the same process and replied me i will call you if not deactivate the postpaid process within 1 days. I am waiting for call but she not called me. So i have send the request the port option, after some time get the call from lady anjali vodafone retention team for not to port, and go the same store and you do not have to pay any amount and your problem will get resolved, then again i went in store dated 04.08.2017 and the same lady not present at the store, then i met the vodafone store manager (Shruti madam) of kalyaninagar pune, she replied your not rejected due to non payment of gap day from 29.07.2017 to 04.08.2017 you have to pay rs. 120 and your problem will get resolved. Today i got the call from same store that you have re-again submit the documents as previously submitted to use because i torn your document and thown in dustbin. This is all the story i have suffered. Please do the needful.
