We tci industries limited (Mukesh mill) located at n. A sawant marg, near colaba fire brigade mum-400 005 would like to inform that there is no network for vodafone in our premises which is causing major inconvenience to us as we cannot call nor we can receive any call from outside, for which we have to take air tel number to do the calling you are kindly requested to look in to the issue and get the same resolved at the earliest.

    Dear sir, i wish to apprise you that i bharti suncity meditech have a post paid number [protected]. To my surprise i received my monthly bill; for rs 264.96 which comprises of rs 74.54 toward national roaming charges. Going forward i received a sms on 24.07.17 stating that i have to pay rs 231.09 towards my monthly bill. This is a clear cut fraud at your end
    9 i have already deposited the amount yesterday)

    Kindly rectify it and credit my account by reversing the entry failing which i shall be coerced to tap the consumer court and highlight the same

    Hope you will sieve through it with a fine toothed comb and unravel the issue.

      changed my account to corporate account from individual ownership

      My mobile number is [protected] and have ported it from airtel to vodafone and i was with airtel since 17 years. However after porting and running it for 5 months, i was not happy with the services from vodafone and decided to port it back to airtel. While the unc and the process was done, payments made and new card from airtel was received, my number didn't port back to airtel. Reason stated was since its a corporate account it cant be ported....

      Hi
      I am currently airtel user (Mobile number [protected]) and wish to mnp to vodafone due to the network issues in airtel.

      Request for mnp is sent to vodafone with all documents but the same is rejected with reason "credit history issue". As per vodafone store, i had defaulted in my previous 2 vodafone connections and hence the request for this mnp is rejected.

      I would like to tell you that, i never used vodafone or any other service provider other than airtel from last 11 years. My current number is from airtel which is active as postpaid connection from last 11 years and not a single time defaulted payment.

      On the other hand i never used vodafone services till date and not impressed with the reason provided by vodafone. Dont know if how this credit default is reflecting in my name.

      I request you sincerely to accept my porting request.in case you need any further details of my airtel credit, i am ready to provide payment statement as well.

        Dear sir/madam,

        My vodafone postpaid account has been suspended without any particular reason. My cell no. Is +91-[protected]. I contacted with the customer care and they said my number is suspended because of my number is mis used for telemarketing call. This is my personal number i never used this number for any business related calls. Without cross check and without informing me how they suspended my number.

        Please sort this out as soon as possible as i'm unable to call or even text to anyone. Eagerly awaiting your response!

        From last three months i am using vodafone corporate connection. In my residential address vodafone voice and data service is very poor. i mailed to vodafone company three times regarding the problem but they cannot solve the problem. please do some necessary steps to solve this problem.

          Hi This is Vinod Joshi having Vodafone postpaid connection([protected]). In the month of April 2017 my Vodafone bill was overbilled by INR 2000.00 (Total bill was around 4500.00) due to wrong information provided by Vodafone executive regarding international roaming. later on Vodafone executive informed me that they have processed the reversal of INR 1000.58 in my account and asked me to pay remaining INR 3500.00. As per their request I paid INR 3500.00 long back, however still reversal of INR 1000.00 is not yet accounted in my Vodafone account and my outgoing calls and internet facility have been disconnected. I spoke with customer care thousands of time, however I have not yet received solution to my query. its been almost 4 days my outgoing calls have been restricted.

          Could you please look into this matter urgently.

            Dear sir /madam
            I had taken postpaid connection from vodafone distributor, bijoy nagar, naihati and i have given request letter for post paid disconnection having paid all outstanding amont on 10/04/2017. And vodafone distributor, naihati accepted my request and given me acknowledgment with seal and signature on same date.
            But vodafone person frequently calling me and telling as in your a/c outstanding amount showing why you are not paying. Everytime i try to convince that i have already paid all outstanding amount and my connection is already disconnected i have deceiving. Inspire of this they are hrassing me. More than 100 time thay have called me by diffrent nos. Please look into the matter.

              The non availability of network coverage for vodafone is going on and it is a very long pending issue. It may be noted that until or unless i pay the outstanding amount, vodafone could not solve the matter, rather they made automated voice "to continue the connection, you pay the outstanding amount". Whenever call to someone.

              I complained several times to vodafone customer care or vodafone store or mail since from february 2017

              It is so ridiculous and whenever i call to vodafone customer care regarding the issue, they informed me "our engineers are engaged to resolve your problem, you will stay with us for 48 hours etc"

              I don't know when this network coverage problem can be solved out.

              It may be noted that i am using dual sim mobile, one sim shows "some providers name" and the other, i. E., for vodafone sim it is shown as "emergency only".

              The vodafone slogan is "happy to help", but i think that the slogan will be "happy to harassment" and "happy to cut money from customers' pocket"

              Sir, please look into the problem, that i faced for several months.

                I have lost my postpaid sim card so i request you to block that sim immediately so no one csn missuse that no. I visited vodafone store but they said that you can not block that sim and hence i was told to visit after 15 august to get the sim blocked. My no is [protected]. And inform me on my no. [protected] when the sim is blocked.

                  Recently i have deactivated vas services on my number, and vodafone customer executive confirmed me that there won't be any more deductions, but again they have deducted the amount from my main balance which i noticed after 4 days and when i called and asked to refund they say it is not possible. Why are you deducting the amount 1st of all? When i asked the same question they say it is activated from my end when i don't even know that the amount got deducted. This happens all the time only when i have balance in my account, if there is no balance then why don't you activate such plans?? Bloody looters.

                    Vodafone offered me call rate of 30 paisa per minute for 56 days by recharge of rs 22. I recharged and amount got deducted in a while, but to my surprise when i did the calling vodafone started charging me 39 paisa per minute instead 30 paisa. This is cheating by vodafone by offering false offer.in this regard when i called the customer care, mr sohit from rajasthan circle seemed unable to solve the problem and even he refused to let me talk to his higher authority. I feel looted by the prestigious vodafone company. I want the compensation

                      This is to inform you regarding my recharge amount of rs 344 from vodafone no. [protected] to [protected] mobile no. Through patym app.

                      [protected] has given new prepaid connection and first recharge was done at 1.43pm on 31.7.2017 from paytm app.

                      As per vodafone customer care and local vodafone gallery in ponda goa, entry is not showing of recharge rs.344

                      But amount has been deducted from my patym account. As per them amount has been transferred to vodafone network. They have given me no. Onr[protected] which will be easy for you to understand as per them.

                      I am customer of vodafone family from more than 10 yrs and need help from your side.

                          I have postpaid connection is [protected] which i want port to another service provider due to your very bad service. At present my vodafone service circle is orrissa. I applied for mnp six times but till date it not resolved. Your authority rejecected my application in various ways though i am using this number for 4 years and not any preceding history i have cleared all my dues in advance. At present your company take a trick how harrssing a customer in this particular month they send a bill of 525 (Approx) in which you change my plan rental from rs.299 to 424.81. How it is possible without inform a customer? Previously they charge 1238 by fradulantly activated data plan. I totally fed up with your service and by any way i want left your service. I have another vodafone postpaid connection i. E [protected] which i also left due to your nastic service.

                            Thank you vodafone for giving me a horrible service and looting money indirectly. I have recharged my vodafone number rs 345 with the benefits of 1gb a day and 300mins per day. I really don't believe that vodafone is giving 1024mb of data. On top of that they take all main balance. When compared to jio my data balance gets over faster than jio. Whit same hours of surfing and browsing jio lasts for more than a day. Where as in vodafone my data gets over within a hours time. Since my 1gb of data per day gets over they charge me and take it from my main balance hence i am not able use my call benefits due to it. Now can anyone tell me why should someone recharge for a sum 345 when they're not able use the benefits.

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  We had received your special offer for net recharge @448/- for 70gb 3g/4g data for 70 days and unlimited calls. Accordingly we had done recharge on 29.07.17, 19:33. But after successfull recharge we had received only 35gb data and 35 days validity. After that i had called in customer care 6-7 times and each time they had replied differently.

                                  One have told us that i am using nokia 1280 phone so i have received this validity. Another told that i have recharged second time this offer then i received this validity. Another told that it is auto renew after 35 days. 4th person told that he don't know why??, another told it will be company fault.

                                  For your information i am using asus zenfone laser2.0 4g phone since last 01 year and i have vodafone connection since 12 years.

                                  We kindly request you to resolve the matter immediately and provide validity for 70 days and 70gb data.

                                  If it will not be solved within 1 week, i strictly told you that i shall port my no. To another operator company and also port my all family members (6-7 connection).
                                  If possible i also go to consumer cell for further.

                                    Hi, myself charanjit singh # [protected]. I activated international roaming in the month of may 2017.
                                    I requested to deactivate international roaming once i was back in india end on may 2017.
                                    I received june bill with 150 added as intl roaming. I call them in 1st week of july and asked them why it was not deactivated, your stupid customer service executive said will do the needful.
                                    Again i received july bill with rs. 150 added as intl roaming. Is this not a nonsense or vodafone has so downgraded that cannot pay your employees salary and covering that amount from people like us.
                                    Guys, be professional and work like professional and maintain your standard. There so many complaints from customers i see when i go myself for some reason at your vodafone store, i see valued customers yelling like anything to your executives. They have some reason to yell because of your stupid/non relevant service which you offer to your valued customers.
                                    I've been using vodafone since many years if you look at my records. I do have choice, i really do but didn't wanted to do that since you'll are forcing me to go for it. Two months (June & july) i paid 150 extra each and total is 300 which i could've easily added to the charity to whom i pay monthly at least they would give me blessings. Hence it is my humble request you to waive off the 150 which you'll added to the month of july for nothing.

                                    I just received a call from this number # [protected] some Rohan Bhatnakar. This guys was so rude and manner less, behaved in a very bad way with my family. I swear if i was there i would've hit him on his face so hard. How can a ordinary person talk to my family in such a way, he has no right anyway.
                                    He call my wife and asked for debit card number so he can charge Rs. 10 for the service which they will render in remitting the international roaming charges back to my account.
                                    This is another complaint from my side against Rohan Bhatbnakar # [protected] who abused me and my wife for complaining against bad service of Vodafone. I need a strict action to be taken against Rohan bhatnakar or sack him.

                                      I travelled abroad in the month of june 2017, vodafone activated my international roaming without my consent or request. (As per them it was pre-activated from 2016 when i travelled to another country). I did not intend to or use their services. Despite that they sent me bill for over 34000 all for data usage. I had a local number while i was on roaming, clearly there was not a single call or message made or sent from my vodafone number. At most places in todays time data if free at hotels, buses, airports etc. So it does not make any logical sense to have this kind of a bill. Another discrepancy is that my average monthly bill is rs. 1000/- however vodafone has assigned me credit limit of 27000 (Note that customer does not have any control over this) and despite them setting credit limit of 27000, my bill amount for the month is 34000+ ; what does that even mean?
                                      I wrote /called them numerous times but like robots they just keep repeating themselves and when asked speciifc questions on their systems they stopped responding to me.
                                      I had also made a port out request to them which they have not actioned.
                                      Please advise what can i do as a consumer to deal with such pathetic service standards..
