The non availability of network coverage for vodafone is going on and it is a very long pending issue. It may be noted that until or unless i pay the outstanding amount, vodafone could not solve the matter, rather they made automated voice "to continue the connection, you pay the outstanding amount". Whenever call to someone.
I complained several times to vodafone customer care or vodafone store or mail since from february 2017
It is so ridiculous and whenever i call to vodafone customer care regarding the issue, they informed me "our engineers are engaged to resolve your problem, you will stay with us for 48 hours etc"
I don't know when this network coverage problem can be solved out.
It may be noted that i am using dual sim mobile, one sim shows "some providers name" and the other, i. E., for vodafone sim it is shown as "emergency only".
The vodafone slogan is "happy to help", but i think that the slogan will be "happy to harassment" and "happy to cut money from customers' pocket"
Sir, please look into the problem, that i faced for several months.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
