Am using vodafone prepaid sim, my number is 99*89, today (01.08.2017) 10.00 am i have received a text message from vodafone like "enjoy 200 local & std minutes for 28 days at rs 44., i have done recharge for rs. 44, but the benefit credited as 100 mb data for one week, instead of free local and std minutes, i have called and asked about that incorrect credit, they are saying not possible to change the benefit, you have to recharge again to rs. 30 and again 44 rs. Am using nokia basic keypad mobile no usage of data on that mobile, they are not taking any responsible to this issue, kindly give me a solution recharge ref. Id is trans id ch[protected] thank you

Complaint marked as Resolved Customer care officers called and asked problem and then gave 200 mins + that 100 mb data and told me to check that minutes balance and validity now problem solved thank you

this happens only if you use vodafone net pack
hence do not use that and also uninstall my vodafone app from your android mobile
