Dear sir/mam,
I am a customer of vodafone postpaid. My mobile no is [protected]. My plan is 299 but my postpaid bill generated was above rs. 700 rupees (Continuasly despise of bad network in our area). Then i have requested them to give a minimum pack just to continue the number they offered me 199 pack saying bill will not exceed 250. But still i am getting bill of rs400 + every month without any calling (As no network available).
Now i have requested for no portability but vodafone is not providing me full n final bill everyday they are adding to the bill and unnecessarly rejecting my requested.
Please do the needful asap as i am fed up with the cce behaviour. One of the team lead said there should be no connection between no network n heavy billing n shut the phone down (Cce tl named as yash).

      I was using one vodafone prepaid sim card for my family. We came to usa 6 months ago. Because of that we were not using that sim card from last 3 months. Now we are coming back to india. And i want that number back to be activated.
      I called vodafone customer care for that, they said you have to get postpaid connection to get that number. But in vodofone store they say its in recycled state, we can not provide that number back to you.
      We are customers of vodafone from quite long period and this is annoying.
      Kindly please help.

        Repected sir/mam,
        I sarnaik sharadesh owner of your cellular card with no [protected].
        My no has been sold to someone else without informing me, the card had 25rs balance approx., all my contacts have been suffering from this. Furthermore when we tried to bring this incedent forward to your executives in vodafone store near my place i. E. (Congress house road, shivaji nagar, pune, maharashtra 411005) they refused to listen to our issue giving the reason of closing time, despite there were still 15 mins. Remaining. Adding to that they threw the rude remark "everybody has got issue in closing time."

          Std pack 50 rupees..

          Approx i have to receive 565/567 rupees bill,
          But here i am getting every month 700 plus, 800 plus, 1200 plus.
          What the hell is this...???
          If i call to customer care there response will be like, you have pay...

            Today morning fashion zone pack was activated on my vodafone number [protected] and an amount of rs. 63 was deducted from my main balance. I never subscribed to this pack and it was done by the company on its own. It has happened before also. Such packs get activated on its own and amount is deducted from my balance. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue.

              Hi team,

              My contact number [protected] services are barred and there is no dues on this number. I have called customer care 198 and they are saying because number [protected] has dues and both number [protected] & [protected] are on same id so that number [protected] will be deactivated. I am using [protected] from last 2 years and they have deactivated without any prior notice or information.

              Please help me out into this.

              Vodafone added recently Dindo pack and some other pack which has led to deduction of Rs.110/- on calling they are telling some link has been clicked

              this happens only if you use vodafone net pack
              hence do not use that and also uninstall my vodafone app from your android mobile

                I have got a special offer through sms on 29.07.17 at 11.57 am. The offer is double validity. 56 gb data and free local +std calls for 56 days at rs.344.00. Offer for today. Vodafone. I recharge the same amount on my mob. No [protected] on 29.07.17 at 8.49 pm. But i got talk time of amount to rs.344.00 through trans. Id no. Rbh[protected].in place of above mentioned offer. Pl save my valuable money and force them to get the offer.

                  I miss pooja thakker had activate vodafone no on 8th july 2017 from airtel network. At the time of portability your executive gave me a plan of rs 349 in which i get unlimited calling and sms and 10 gb of internet data pack and executive came at my home and collect document he had also explained me this plan but iits not done and i got only 7gb internet.. I am complaining from 2nd day of activation but didn't get any solution.
                  Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  In my area your network is very worst. therefore in my areas people are facing problem in calling facilities rather than data or 3G, 4G. So i suggest you please proved network (calling) then after your 3G and 4G (fools)data speed.

                    I have made a recharge of rs 349 for unlimited calls & 1gb per day data pack for my vodafone number on 27th jul'17. But today on 31st jul'17 the data pack & calls pack is been expired. When i called the customer care of vodafone they have entertained me very politely but not at all helped me in realty. They have just blocked my number to not to divert my call to customer service executive. I am trying to call customer care but the option to speak to customer care executive i. E. 9 is been disabled. I just got irritated with this.

                    The company is giving false offers on there sites. We do recharges as per there offers however the actual picture is different. They are not providing the service which they mention on there sites.

                    With this incident i will never suggest vodafone serice to anybody & also close all my family member vodafone cards.

                          Dear sir,

                          I submitted the following complaint 7 days ago and have still not got a response.. I request your help as i am feeling helpless and vodafone is obviously not cooperative about this. My alternate number is[protected] if you want to call me.

                          Vodafone has forcefully stopped my outgoing and incoming calls on [protected] and i see this as a blackmailing tactic by vodafone which is against fair trade practices.

                          I am baffled in my thinking as to how can you even think of doing this for a number which has been paying all its due on date consistently for the last 15 years!!!.

                          Last year i bought a dongle under number [protected] and i discontinued its use since march 2017 this year but you continued to send me bills even for those periods. I paid you till april 17 but this still didn’t stop. You continued to send me threatening messages that my old number will be disconnected if i don’t pay up. I even agreed to settle for a lumpsum of 800 provided you give it to me in writing that this is what we have agreed as a mutual settlement amount. You never sent anything to me as agreed so that i could pay you off and settle any issue with this number.

                          Earlier this month you disconnected my outgoing calls and reinstated them again saying it was a technical error. Yesterday you suddenly stopped them again and when i called i was told that it was due to non payment of the dongle bill!

                          I would like to see any agreement / clause that i have mutually agreed to, that empowers you to disconnect my old number for non payment of bills on another number. If this is your internal recovery policy then you have absolutely no right to stop any services on my old number [protected].

                          I hope good sense prevails and you resume services on my old number back to normal, failing which i intend to pursue this matter with your appellate authority ms talwar and simultaneously with the consumer court as well for redress and inconvenience caused by vodafone.

                          Recently bought one plus 5 and recharged with 251 on 23rd July 2017 but free 9 gb additional data still not provided

                              Sir i have recharge 347rs in 2 july.in this recharge we get 56gb net and unlimited l& n call for 56 days. But reality this not given. He says that this offer is not for you. But this offer was for 1 year and vodafone senior executive (Irphan khan) says that this offer is not allow after 19 april 2017. Till when without any notificaton.
                              This vodafone company are fake after the come on new company jio.
                              So we request that all person who used vodafone service port in jio company because jio is the best company.

                                Dear mr sood and the chief vigilance officer - department of telecommunications,

                                I am writing this mail as i feel i am purely being cheated and harrassed by your organisation over the pas 15 days... I am your estemeed customer since 15 years and this treatment has raised doubts and ill feelings with me and my family/friends dealing with vodafone

                                Please refer to the complaint number on the subject line.. To note i had taken the usa vodafone package from 17th june 2017 (Activated at 1.00am) for 10 days. The plan was ideally be valid until 26th july 1.00am however i have been told that the plan is valid till 12am

                                Further on reviewing the itemised bill and personally meeting chris (Who also confirmed that this charge is not justified) at your vodafone santacruz office, there has been an erroneous charge of rs.17336/- which as per the itemised bill states the date and time as 26/06/2017 - 14.33 hours
                                Firstly there was a big confusion upon calling up your call centre and nodal office whether this time is india time or usa time (This point is still not clarified to me)
                                Given this is india time then my pack is very much valid... Given this is usa time, 14.33 hours in the place i travelled which are new york and miami, it is exactly 12am india time of 26th june where also my pack is valid - new york and miami is exacly 9 hours 30 minutes behind india time

                                What surprises me further is that i was on a flight from new york to miami on 26th june 14.30, how can the data charge be valid? Ticket details attached below...

                                I am a very frequent global travelller and exactly understand the high charges on data roaming.. Trust me to confidence that i was so alert that i actually put a daily reminder on my phone to the 10 day package taken and eaxcly switched off mobile data and alertly went on an airplane mode at 8am usa time..

                                I have been promoting this usa scheme to family and friends and after being so cautious it hurts to see this unjustified bill

                                Request your office to call me/respond to this issue to a positive resolution... I am constanly seeking apoointment with ms rodricks but that also is in vain

                                Further please note and validate my points below which i have been sending to your nodal office:

                                1) as discussed and as per the itemised billing the data charges are at 26th june 2.33pm usa time which is exactly 26th june 12midnight india time... My unlimited calling and data pack was valid on 26th june 12 midnight (As i started the plan on 17th june 1.00am).

                                2) there was no pre intimation via sms/email that the pack is about to expire (This intimation was send to my husband who took the same pack for 30 days - email and sms was sent)

                                3) i was traveling on a flight from new york to miami on 26th june 2.30pm so how can i use data on air?

                                  Dear team,
                                  I have a vodafone sim cards with me and i am facing a lots of problem with it.
                                  Sim no. [protected]
                                  And other no. [protected]
                                  Relationship no.[protected]
                                  They have told me that there is a monthly charges scheme with them.
                                  Rs. 449/-

                                  But they have not stick to there words.
                                  They have charged me rs. 581 in month of april 2017.
                                  Then they have charged mr rs. 674.in may 2017
                                  And now rs. 650/- aprox. They have charged in june.

                                  I have not called nor done any sms from that number.

                                  Fyi i am sending the usage details.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    Iam not satisfy with your internet network
                                    Coverage n data packs... Hence, i thought to move to airtel... Then i have started
                                    To send sms to 1900 for porting...
                                    But, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message could not sent" is showing... Tried 10 time...
                                    By speking to custmer care for solution... They keep giving non sense / irrilavent solutions: -

                                    1. I did not recharged my mobile, as for as company rules so outgoing sms barred... But monthly iam recharging
                                    My mobile not less than 150rs.
                                    2. I suppose to change message centre no.- did the same but no result...
                                    3. I have to change the handset - tried but no result...

                                    Moreover the custmoer care representatives not available for 3 days, n they are are not giving a chance to spk...
                                    Plz solved the problem.

                                      I do payment Vodafone postpaid bill .the bill amount is Rs.-363.40. I also wornly online payment Rs.-3634. return my excess amount but the company say me adjust my next due bill.I don't adjust my next due bill. I also refund my excess amount. please early action my above problem

                                        disturbing by calling my family member repeatedly after warning given to him already.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        The vodafone number [protected] is continuously disturbing by calling over again and again. Actually this number was an old number of mine which got expired 6-7 months before and by mistake my maternal aunty called on that number and from then onwards he is calling and disturbing. We tried to talk to him but he didn't took it seriously. So sir please take a strong action against him. Therefore for this i will be highly grateful...
