This is to inform you regarding my recharge amount of rs 344 from vodafone no. [protected] to [protected] mobile no. Through patym app.

[protected] has given new prepaid connection and first recharge was done at 1.43pm on 31.7.2017 from paytm app.

As per vodafone customer care and local vodafone gallery in ponda goa, entry is not showing of recharge rs.344

But amount has been deducted from my patym account. As per them amount has been transferred to vodafone network. They have given me no. Onr[protected] which will be easy for you to understand as per them.

I am customer of vodafone family from more than 10 yrs and need help from your side.

    My mobile number has full dnd activated. Even then i am getting promotional messages. I have complained many times but no resolution received.

    Below are the vodafone service registration numbers for my complaints:

      I have postpaid connection is [protected] which i want port to another service provider due to your very bad service. At present my vodafone service circle is orrissa. I applied for mnp six times but till date it not resolved. Your authority rejecected my application in various ways though i am using this number for 4 years and not any preceding history i have cleared all my dues in advance. At present your company take a trick how harrssing a customer in this particular month they send a bill of 525 (Approx) in which you change my plan rental from rs.299 to 424.81. How it is possible without inform a customer? Previously they charge 1238 by fradulantly activated data plan. I totally fed up with your service and by any way i want left your service. I have another vodafone postpaid connection i. E [protected] which i also left due to your nastic service.

        Thank you vodafone for giving me a horrible service and looting money indirectly. I have recharged my vodafone number rs 345 with the benefits of 1gb a day and 300mins per day. I really don't believe that vodafone is giving 1024mb of data. On top of that they take all main balance. When compared to jio my data balance gets over faster than jio. Whit same hours of surfing and browsing jio lasts for more than a day. Where as in vodafone my data gets over within a hours time. Since my 1gb of data per day gets over they charge me and take it from my main balance hence i am not able use my call benefits due to it. Now can anyone tell me why should someone recharge for a sum 345 when they're not able use the benefits.

            I stay in noida sector 50, at tgb meghdutam apartment. I stay on the 11th floor, and the signal quality and strangth is horrible in my apartment. I cant get through any of the calls, and no one can reach me while i am at home.

              Dear sir/madam,

              We had received your special offer for net recharge @448/- for 70gb 3g/4g data for 70 days and unlimited calls. Accordingly we had done recharge on 29.07.17, 19:33. But after successfull recharge we had received only 35gb data and 35 days validity. After that i had called in customer care 6-7 times and each time they had replied differently.

              One have told us that i am using nokia 1280 phone so i have received this validity. Another told that i have recharged second time this offer then i received this validity. Another told that it is auto renew after 35 days. 4th person told that he don't know why??, another told it will be company fault.

              For your information i am using asus zenfone laser2.0 4g phone since last 01 year and i have vodafone connection since 12 years.

              We kindly request you to resolve the matter immediately and provide validity for 70 days and 70gb data.

              If it will not be solved within 1 week, i strictly told you that i shall port my no. To another operator company and also port my all family members (6-7 connection).
              If possible i also go to consumer cell for further.

                Hi, myself charanjit singh # [protected]. I activated international roaming in the month of may 2017.
                I requested to deactivate international roaming once i was back in india end on may 2017.
                I received june bill with 150 added as intl roaming. I call them in 1st week of july and asked them why it was not deactivated, your stupid customer service executive said will do the needful.
                Again i received july bill with rs. 150 added as intl roaming. Is this not a nonsense or vodafone has so downgraded that cannot pay your employees salary and covering that amount from people like us.
                Guys, be professional and work like professional and maintain your standard. There so many complaints from customers i see when i go myself for some reason at your vodafone store, i see valued customers yelling like anything to your executives. They have some reason to yell because of your stupid/non relevant service which you offer to your valued customers.
                I've been using vodafone since many years if you look at my records. I do have choice, i really do but didn't wanted to do that since you'll are forcing me to go for it. Two months (June & july) i paid 150 extra each and total is 300 which i could've easily added to the charity to whom i pay monthly at least they would give me blessings. Hence it is my humble request you to waive off the 150 which you'll added to the month of july for nothing.

                I just received a call from this number # [protected] some Rohan Bhatnakar. This guys was so rude and manner less, behaved in a very bad way with my family. I swear if i was there i would've hit him on his face so hard. How can a ordinary person talk to my family in such a way, he has no right anyway.
                He call my wife and asked for debit card number so he can charge Rs. 10 for the service which they will render in remitting the international roaming charges back to my account.
                This is another complaint from my side against Rohan Bhatbnakar # [protected] who abused me and my wife for complaining against bad service of Vodafone. I need a strict action to be taken against Rohan bhatnakar or sack him.

                  I travelled abroad in the month of june 2017, vodafone activated my international roaming without my consent or request. (As per them it was pre-activated from 2016 when i travelled to another country). I did not intend to or use their services. Despite that they sent me bill for over 34000 all for data usage. I had a local number while i was on roaming, clearly there was not a single call or message made or sent from my vodafone number. At most places in todays time data if free at hotels, buses, airports etc. So it does not make any logical sense to have this kind of a bill. Another discrepancy is that my average monthly bill is rs. 1000/- however vodafone has assigned me credit limit of 27000 (Note that customer does not have any control over this) and despite them setting credit limit of 27000, my bill amount for the month is 34000+ ; what does that even mean?
                  I wrote /called them numerous times but like robots they just keep repeating themselves and when asked speciifc questions on their systems they stopped responding to me.
                  I had also made a port out request to them which they have not actioned.
                  Please advise what can i do as a consumer to deal with such pathetic service standards..

                    I did not use my prepaid connection for 2-3 months, and so my network was deactivated. I called vodafone's customer care and asked what i should do to get the same number reactivated. They said i have to visit a vodafone store and request for a new sim with the same number and that's exactly what i did. I went to one of the most main vodafone stores in mumbai and stood in queue for 40mins before i was serviced. And when i gave them the number and details along with the id, they said that they have "sent an e-mail" to the warehouse asking for the number's availability and i will get a phone call on my alternate number within 24-48hrs. It has now been 7 working days and i have been going there literally every single day and asking them about the status of my request and all they tell me is that there is no confirmation yet and i'll have to wait for 24-48 more hours. Is this the tech of india? I go to a vodafone store directly and they source their lame work out to their warehouse which takes this much time just to tell me if the number has been recycled or not? What happened to "databases" and virtual records? Is the person literally going through millions of files to find my number? Isn't it as simple as running a check in the database to see if the number is taken or available, and then if it is available just program it onto a blank new sim card? What century are we living in that the country with such great minds is producing such nonsense technology and work systems that everything has to be followed up physically visiting the branch every day with no success? Customer care on phone is not helping me anymore, because their answer is "go to the store, we have no details", and the store cannot help me either because their reply is "we have sent an e-mail to the warehouse team to check", so what am i supposed to do? I need that same number, it is immensely important to me, and this is literally the worst network company india has, even worse than mtnl and the other networks that come from unspoken [censored]holes. This complaint will obviously go nowhere. Some representatives will ask for my details here acting concerned and again, send me on a wild goose chase for weeks telling me they are "checking" their warehouses. It is a shame, really.

                    Nothing. After finally 8-9 days, again when I went to the Vodafone store, they told me they have no details. Then a miracle staff person just came up to me because he saw me there every day, and he asked what my problem was. Then when he checked, he found the SIM and number immediately and gave it to me after a simple form being filled. Thank God he existed. Otherwise Vodafone is a disgrace in the name of service.

                          I recharged with rs.348 on 01/08/2017 and got 300 mins for all calls local and std along with 1 gb data per day. But while making call my main balance got deducted and now i am unable to make any further call. I am very unhappy with this. Please resolve the problem as soon as possible.
                          I need to make calls as i am not in home and for many more reasons i need to get the solution to this problem urgently.

                              This is to bring to your notice the discrepancy in the billing/invoicing on my vodafone account (Current relationship number[protected].

                              There was an outstanding of rs.1, 827.81 against my earlier relationship number[protected]. I had requested to transfer this amount from my current account. However, instead of transferring the amount once, the amount has been transferred twice. Please refer to the transaction no.[protected]jul-17) and[protected]jul-17) in the attached statement of account.

                              One of the transfers was wrongly done to another deactivated relationship number[protected], on which there was no pending dues. Because of this wrong transfer of funds, my current account is now showing an outstanding of rs.1, 827.

                              And now to add to the ordeal, vodafone has barred the services on my account citing non-payment of dues.

                                My vodafone number is [protected], on my recent trip to usa for 8 days vodafone india charged me the bill of 70, 000 inr. Before visit we called the customer care and requested them to activate only incoming calls and not to activate data roaming at all inspite of this after i landed in india i got a message of bill amount 70, 000 inr as outstanding amount. I visited next day to vodafone kharghar and explained and mentioned the bill amount is kind o[censored]njustifiable to that they said they will revert back and every time their customer care people call we told them the same thing and they said they will speak to the manager and revert back and reduce the bill amount.

                                They did not even send a message on international rates or explained it to us over phone it is just shameful how they cheat their honest customers by giving such exorbitant bills.

                                Now i found from 2013 vodafone is charging only 5 usd/ day then how my bill was 70, 000 though i have not used my phone to make calls.

                                We have been their customer for more than 15 years and now we feel we should stop taking their services and report of this issue in consumer court

                                  I am facing network issues since the day i moved in to amanora park, pune. I don't get network at all. I have already sent an email on the same. This issue was not addressed by any of the representative. Please let me know whether vodafone have connectivity in the above mentioned area else i will have to switch to some other network provider. If my issue is not resolved as soon as possible i will have to discontinue with your service.

                                    Absolutely horrible and service and unprofessional behaviour by vodafone. I have a dongle whose number i have been trying to deactivate for the past 3 years but to no avail. When i bought the dongle they forgot to put an "i" in the email id and updated the wrong email in their systems. When i called the customer care executive they told me they didn't have a solution for this and i would need to visit their store. When i visited their store they didn't have a solution there either and their representative told me to ignore and not discharge the bill so it would automatically get deactivate. 3 months ago my dad got a call from vodafone warning him to pay the bill otherwise they would permanently deactivate his personal number as it was the primary number associated with the dongle number. Now that we are trying to deactivate the number they have no solution for the problem yet they have no issues in asking us for payment for which we didn't avail services. The reps on the phone as well as in store are utterly rude and don't have complete knowledge. When you call the centre they tell you to go to the store and when you go to the store they tell you to call the centre. I am frustrated to my wits end and vodafone is still not able to provide a solution to me. Not to mention that all my family members use vodafone postpaid numbers. Didn't expect this from an international conglomerate especially after how competitive the cellular market has become in the last few months. Seriously considering porting numbers of all my family members to airtel

                                      Hi team,

                                      I was the vodafone postpaid member for last 5 years and i never faced the issue like this in the past.

                                      I was requested for postpaid to prepaid conversion on june 25th by paying all the remaining amount in vodafone service center.

                                      Some guy called me on june 29th and explained about some plans and to which i clearly denied offer and requested to proceed with prepaid conversation. However, he hung up the call in angry and activated the 549 plan which i never requested.

                                      It took me 2 days to call the customer care service center to disconnect the plan and convert it to prepaid. Finally prepaid account got activated on july 6th.

                                      However in last billing cycle due amount is showing as 693 rupees and customer care executive informed that 549 rupees also included.

                                      Why your executive is forced to activate the plan even though i clearly mentioned not to activate it.

                                      I cancelled the plan in 2 days still why the bill amount is showing 693.

                                      Myself and my wife both are using the vodafone and if this issue did not resolved i am open to take it through social media and consumer court. I have already given the request for porting as well. If the issue did not resolved the next day itself i will port to some other network who are loyal to there customer.
