I submitted request for mpn to airtel on 5th july and gave my adhaar card copy as my documents. Vodafone acknowledge the request by sms on 6th july (Vx128123, dated 6th july). On 10th july i got a message from vodafone rejection as outstanding payment as reason (For vx128123). Same was cleared after one day.

On 10th july vodafone acknoeldeged the porting request - vx116713 dated 10th july. Later vodafone sent a message on 13th july stating that port request (Vx116713) rejected because of porting code mismatch.

Again 14th july vodafone sent a sms acknowledging the request for mpn (Vx116713, dated 14th july 2017). On 18th sms recd from vodafone rejecting the request stating porting code mismatch.

In order to overcome all these issues, any outstanding payments (Which was not disclosed earlier) was made with addition of 10 rs extra, new request was raised on 21st july with adhaaar card as document. Again on 25th july another sms stating rejection with mismatch in porting code as reason.

Upon inquiry at the vodafone customer service, i was informed that the request is still active. Remainder was sent by the vodafone desk executive to its back office to check the status. Till date no response.

It is amply clear that vodafone is preventing porting to other service provider. This conduct of vodafone needs to be investigated and appropriate penalty should be charged to them for putting customer interest in jeopardy.

    My mobile no is [protected] and i recharge 3g internet plan 398rs for 84 days in[protected] but my net speed is very very slow. I am not satisfied i am not use my internet i want my 398rs back because only 2 days old my plan and i am facing problem and i don't want others 82 days this speed.in last recharge i am useing reliance gsm in same mobile handset and reliance gsm speed better than vodafone

      I have a vodafone postpaid connection and the number is [protected]. I wanted to convert my number in prepaid, so i approached vodafone store at kaggadasapura, cv raman nagar.

      As per vodafone store people, to convert sim into prepaid, i have to opt for frc 445, asked for any other frc, but it's not available. I denied to pay 445 for frc, so vodafone store people told that migration cannot be done without frc and gave my documents back.

      I don't know why vodafone is forcing customers to go for frc 445 to convert their sim into prepaid.

      In this way earning money is fraud. Finally, i called customer care and blocked my sim.

      Please look into this.. I want postpaid to prepaid migration to be done, as it used to be done earlier. It's customer wish if wants to go frc or not?

        Hi sir,

        My name is khushal hirpara and i used vodaphone number [protected], before 3 month. Last month i had cleared​ outstanding bill and give request for permeant disconnect my mobile number. From last 2 month my sim services was closed... And company sent me bill from 1 july to 11 july of 233. Atcually the costumer care representative said that the services are already closed and you don't need to pay any amount after that payment... But now company forcing me to pay 11 day payment... Which is totally wrong and they also trying to closed my other numbers services because of the reference. I want justice. Please help me

          I hv paid my vodafone mobile number [protected] bill for june 2017 amt is 1200 through paytm wallet. Due to some error couldn't paid bill so again i hv tried for same and bill paid after some time... By that time i got message that amt of 1200 debited from my bank ac twice..& msg from paytm wallet that amt of 1200 bill paid.. So i contact my bank thy told me wait for few days but that money not credited in my bank ac nor in my paytm wallet account or not bill paid... So whr is the money has been gone.. No one there to ans or to reply... Pl do the needful.

            1) i am a prepaid vodafone customer with flex recharges of 122.00/123.00 (Valid for 28 days). But today i can't recharge with flex of any amount entering into vodafone site, (Let alone mobikwik, paytm domain) albeit your site shows of that amount with request "buy now"; but when we enter into, it shifts to another amount with other benefits. How can i recharge with flex? Do you think you can compete with jio/airtel with a poor interface of this ilk when an existing customer cannot recharge with his desired scheme?
            2) i can't communicate (With 4g sim) with any no. Starting with 1860 (Not toll-free) in spite of having core balance or flex balance when other vodafone customers can do it easily.
            Your customer care executives (Contacted through 198) fail to iron out the problems.

              Last week i did a recharge from vodafone site and after all the procedure they deducted money but still the recharge hasnt done yet. I contacted the customer care at the start the guy was talking very rudely (This is not the way to talk to a customer) then when i explained about the problem he said within 30 min recharge will take place but still it hasnt i contacted the next day they said the money will be refunded within 5-6 days still no such refund has been done. Please look into the matter.

                Hi,
                Moral of the story. Never trust what vodafone say. Issue is not the employees but serious communication gap within the company. Do your own detailed research on what the sim requirements are. That way you won't be screwed.

                I came to bangalore from us and visited vodaphone mini store. I gave my aadhar card copy and temporary stay address. I got my sim activated and used it for 2 days. After that i got a message from vodafone asking me to visit vodafone because my sim verification failed. My guess is that the hotel i stayed is not good enough for verification (Vodafone center people should not have taken my temporary address in the first place. Only later did i know that temporary address won't do). Anyways, i visited vodafone mini store again and told my case. These folks confirmed there was nothing wrong shown in the system and that i'm all done. Come next day this lady from vodafone called me mentioning that my address verification has failed. I described my whole story and call ended with not much information on next steps. Within one hour my sim gets blocked and i'm not able to call, sms, use 4g etc. So i went to vodafone customer care center a 3rd time and described the situation. So now they finally said that they need a permanent address from where verification can be provided. So i provided my uncle's address. Vodafone folks activated my mobile number and confirmed that nothing would go wrong. 2 days later i was traveling to another state and then my sim got blocked again without notification. I seriously struggled this time. I called vodafone customer care using an airtel sim. They said my sim is blocked and i need to visit a vodafone center. This time i lost my cool. Vodafone customer care center mentioned that there was no address updates from the center. I asked the customer care people to speak with vodafone mini store people. Seems they are not allowed to talk to each other in vodafone. Customer care people wont contact the vodafone store people. Finally, i said i would like to cancel my sim. They said it is already suspended and i only need pay prorated amount. I hope they don't screw me big time anymore. I will be visiting a vodafone center soon to confirm my sim cancellation and get necessary proof about this.

                These vodafone people are good nice people but the vodafone company definitely lacks the order or service capability to address their current or future customers.

                  I've three vodafone numbers with cug plan.

                  I got rs. 300/- monthly rental for mobile number ([protected]) bill and which is wrong. Actually, i have selected st_cr_mv_e_talk_125 plan for this number.

                  I have checked my all last bill and i am surprised as in all my last bills my plan is frequently changed. I really disappointed with vodafone service. If i will get the same error in future then need to change my service provider.

                  Same for this ([protected]) number. I got internet usage charges rs. 23.28 which is wrong. I never use any internet in mobile then how can they charge to me.

                  Please resolve all my billing issues asap.

                        Vodafone is a fraud and cheating innocent customers.
                        On my plan of rs.349 that covers unlimited calls for 28 days + 1gb allowance each day for 28 days.
                        I have noticed that ever since i have this plan my data gets exhausted in a matter of few mins once i get a message of 50% data used.in the next couple of minutes no matter what you surf on internet you will get a message 90% used and immediately later a message saying you have used your data.
                        These mnc # know to fool and extort money through their scoundrel n # ways... I lodged a complain with vodafone care and the agent says its technical issues and will do the needful.
                        Today again the same story. I am being robbed of data systematically.
                        Vodafone im thankful that jio has entered the market to kick your conniving balls right between your legs.
                        Long live india and down with these mncs owned by scrupulous zionist individuals that have time and again robbed the world. # you vodafone...

                          This mail is to inform you the number you have mentioned [protected] on the last email. Lady on the phone is really pathetic she don't have any etiquette to speak to anyone. She spoke to me in such a bad way that if she would in front of me i must have blown her nose off. Again today morning when i went to vodafone store in noida, i was on speaker phone in front of your representative in the store she again shouted at me like i m a thief. And your representative also did not took any action, he said its third party. It may be third party but it is vodafone's responsibility to make no one harasses the costumer.

                          I will make sure i will publish this behavior on social media and consumer form. The way vodafone treat their customer. Actually yesterday, i went to vodafone store to make sure all my connection are good or any bills are pending or not and i also wanted to port some of my connection to vodafone but this unethical behavior provoked me to change all my connections to other service providers. I will make sure none of my company employs or in my family uses vodafone. I make payments of all my bills on time its just this number was not in use for long time. My company pays almost rs 20, 000 to vodafone monthly. I will not continue any business with you guys any more.

                            Hi,

                            I went to vodafone store and requested to change my sim from postpaid to prepaid. Its been more than 7 days ans still the request is not resolved. I had also paid rs 242 (Outstanding amount) + extra charges = rs 476. And my hdfc debit card was linked to vodafone, and again 242 is deducted. They have also activated 499 plan on top of this. I had called and asked to deactivate the plan. Still none of my issues are resolved.

                            Everyday i am calling the customer care and tracking but there are just asking me to wait for 24/48/72 hrs each time.

                            I want an immediate solution. Otherwise i will change to other network.

                            Its really a careless attitude which is irritating.

                                Vodafone india ke logo koloot rahi hai. Vodafone postpaid kabhi na kharide. Vodafone ke ek tellycaller humare yahan call centre me job kar rahi hai unhone saaf tor pe bataya ki vodafone me customers ko postpaid bechne ke liye jyaada focus hota hai kyunki usme hidden cost hote hai or company ko jyaada munafa hota hai. Mujhe pichle 7 mahino se continuously bill amount double aaraha hai. Maine vodafone ka 499 ka unlimited calling ka pack liya hua hai magar ye log har mahine 1000 rs ke aas pass ka bill bhejte hai. Puchne pe bataya jaata hai ki 400 rs value added service ka hua...50rs iska.49 uska... Or falana falana ye wo add karke 1000 rs hogaya. Ab maine kabhi inse value added service maangi nahi jiska inhone mujhe charge lagaya. Or ye log agar kuch activate kar bhi dete hai to kuch to intimation de ki ye value added service aapke no. Pe active hui hai. Inke customer care walo se pucha jaye ki bhai aapne to hume iske baare me koi message bheja hi nahi to bolte hai ki nai madam iska koi message nai aata aapne google pe kuch tap kar diya hoga to activate hogaya hai or wo aapko mahine ke bill me dikhega hi. Ab maine kaha ki agar esa hai to maine bhai ye kabhi maanga nahi aapse to aap waive karo to kehte hai ki madam ye waive nahi hota.3 mahine me ek hi baar waive hota hai yaani ke lagatar mujhe har mahina double bill bhejte hai jisme 400 500 tak ka value added service charge hota hai. Or 3 mahine me ek baar waive karenge to matlab bhai aaplog ko customer ko 2 mahina to pakka lootna hi hai... Chhor hai ye company ek no. Ki. Bhikhmanga hai inka ceo. Tarike se kama nahi sakta to lootne ka tarika nikala hai is bhikhari ne. Chor company ka chor malik...

                                  We have pruchased net pack rs. 295/- (1gb 3g/4g internet day and night + 1gb night (12am-6 am) for 28 days) but due to connectivity problem we couldn't use it. We have contact many times to customer care & write through mail & go to vodafone store but no getted soloution.
                                  Lastly we have decided to port the number but message send error comes.

                                    Am consumer of vodafone. I have activated 4g plan on my mobile but it can't initiate network soon it took so much time while other sim connect instantly and speed consistency also very poor. Please kind make the issue fix, am facing the problem very badly since activated the net plan. And in ad they said it's 4g plan but on tria my speed app it shows 3g network that means this people making us fool in name of 4g they clearly providing poor 3g network, and am located in area where network is good meanwhile am facing this

                                      My net is not working it is indeed very slow and i can't even browse few apps. My no. Is [protected] and my call is not connecting to call centre i need someone to talk fast or i'm thinking to port my no. I need to talk with someone as soon as possible i think my net has been blocked or limited. I have now recharged again though the problem is same so plz contact me as soon as possible

                                        Address: Kurukshetra, Haryana, 136118

                                        From last 1 week i tried to send message on 1900 for porting my number to another network. I contact customer care 4 times they giving nonsense excuses and after that they blocked me to contact customer care and then i went vodafone store for resolving issue but they have the same answer like customer care (Sir u will able to send after two hours) but i afraid when that 2 hrs will complete.
                                        Pls resolve my issue
