I am a retailer of vodafone. I m from malout (152107) dist. Sri muktsar sahib, punjab. I am not receiving any service from your salesman nor from your distributor since 1 year and they never come to my shop. From 1 year ill going to pay money. He never comes. And now they don't sending money in my account. Please take a speedy action as my customers are returning back.

I have submitted request for porting my bsnl post paid (west bengal-circle ) number to prepaid number. It was ported to postpaid while in all documents i have clearly mention it for prepaid. Kindly look into the matter

In my area your network is very worst. therefore in my areas people are facing problem in calling facilities rather than data or 3G, 4G. So i suggest you please proved network (calling) then after your 3G and 4G (fools)data speed.

    Dear sir,

    I submitted the following complaint 7 days ago and have still not got a response.. I request your help as i am feeling helpless and vodafone is obviously not cooperative about this. My alternate number is[protected] if you want to call me.

    Vodafone has forcefully stopped my outgoing and incoming calls on [protected] and i see this as a blackmailing tactic by vodafone which is against fair trade practices.

    I am baffled in my thinking as to how can you even think of doing this for a number which has been paying all its due on date consistently for the last 15 years!!!.

    Last year i bought a dongle under number [protected] and i discontinued its use since march 2017 this year but you continued to send me bills even for those periods. I paid you till april 17 but this still didn’t stop. You continued to send me threatening messages that my old number will be disconnected if i don’t pay up. I even agreed to settle for a lumpsum of 800 provided you give it to me in writing that this is what we have agreed as a mutual settlement amount. You never sent anything to me as agreed so that i could pay you off and settle any issue with this number.

    Earlier this month you disconnected my outgoing calls and reinstated them again saying it was a technical error. Yesterday you suddenly stopped them again and when i called i was told that it was due to non payment of the dongle bill!

    I would like to see any agreement / clause that i have mutually agreed to, that empowers you to disconnect my old number for non payment of bills on another number. If this is your internal recovery policy then you have absolutely no right to stop any services on my old number [protected].

    I hope good sense prevails and you resume services on my old number back to normal, failing which i intend to pursue this matter with your appellate authority ms talwar and simultaneously with the consumer court as well for redress and inconvenience caused by vodafone.

    I AM USING VODAFONE CARD IN MY MOBILE.But I have been in the tower for 2 days.plz solve this problem.
    Recently bought one plus 5 and recharged with 251 on 23rd July 2017 but free 9 gb additional data still not provided

        Sir i have recharge 347rs in 2 july.in this recharge we get 56gb net and unlimited l& n call for 56 days. But reality this not given. He says that this offer is not for you. But this offer was for 1 year and vodafone senior executive (Irphan khan) says that this offer is not allow after 19 april 2017. Till when without any notificaton.
        This vodafone company are fake after the come on new company jio.
        So we request that all person who used vodafone service port in jio company because jio is the best company.

          I am writing this mail as i feel i am purely being cheated and harrassed by your organisation over the pas 15 days... I am your estemeed customer since 15 years and this treatment has raised doubts and ill feelings with me and my family/friends dealing with vodafone

          Please refer to the complaint number on the subject line.. To note i had taken the usa vodafone package from 17th june 2017 (Activated at 1.00am) for 10 days. The plan was ideally be valid until 26th july 1.00am however i have been told that the plan is valid till 12am

          Further on reviewing the itemised bill and personally meeting chris (Who also confirmed that this charge is not justified) at your vodafone santacruz office, there has been an erroneous charge of rs.17336/- which as per the itemised bill states the date and time as 26/06/2017 - 14.33 hours
          Firstly there was a big confusion upon calling up your call centre and nodal office whether this time is india time or usa time (This point is still not clarified to me)
          Given this is india time then my pack is very much valid... Given this is usa time, 14.33 hours in the place i travelled which are new york and miami, it is exactly 12am india time of 26th june where also my pack is valid - new york and miami is exacly 9 hours 30 minutes behind india time

          What surprises me further is that i was on a flight from new york to miami on 26th june 14.30, how can the data charge be valid? Ticket details attached below...

          I am a very frequent global travelller and exactly understand the high charges on data roaming.. Trust me to confidence that i was so alert that i actually put a daily reminder on my phone to the 10 day package taken and eaxcly switched off mobile data and alertly went on an airplane mode at 8am usa time..

          I have been promoting this usa scheme to family and friends and after being so cautious it hurts to see this unjustified bill

          Request your office to call me/respond to this issue to a positive resolution... I am constanly seeking apoointment with ms rodricks but that also is in vain

          Further please note and validate my points below which i have been sending to your nodal office:

          1) as discussed and as per the itemised billing the data charges are at 26th june 2.33pm usa time which is exactly 26th june 12midnight india time... My unlimited calling and data pack was valid on 26th june 12 midnight (As i started the plan on 17th june 1.00am).

          2) there was no pre intimation via sms/email that the pack is about to expire (This intimation was send to my husband who took the same pack for 30 days - email and sms was sent)

          3) i was traveling on a flight from new york to miami on 26th june 2.30pm so how can i use data on air?

            Dear team,
            I have a vodafone sim cards with me and i am facing a lots of problem with it.
            Sim no. [protected]
            And other no. [protected]
            Relationship no.[protected]
            They have told me that there is a monthly charges scheme with them.
            Rs. 449/-

            But they have not stick to there words.
            They have charged me rs. 581 in month of april 2017.
            Then they have charged mr rs. 674.in may 2017
            And now rs. 650/- aprox. They have charged in june.

            I have not called nor done any sms from that number.

            Fyi i am sending the usage details.

            Please do the needful as i have told them to port on 24th june 2017.

              Iam not satisfy with your internet network
              Coverage n data packs... Hence, i thought to move to airtel... Then i have started
              To send sms to 1900 for porting...
              But, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message could not sent" is showing... Tried 10 time...
              By speking to custmer care for solution... They keep giving non sense / irrilavent solutions: -

              1. I did not recharged my mobile, as for as company rules so outgoing sms barred... But monthly iam recharging
              My mobile not less than 150rs.
              2. I suppose to change message centre no.- did the same but no result...
              3. I have to change the handset - tried but no result...

              Moreover the custmoer care representatives not available for 3 days, n they are are not giving a chance to spk...

                  The vodafone number [protected] is continuously disturbing by calling over again and again. Actually this number was an old number of mine which got expired 6-7 months before and by mistake my maternal aunty called on that number and from then onwards he is calling and disturbing. We tried to talk to him but he didn't took it seriously. So sir please take a strong action against him. Therefore for this i will be highly grateful...

                  After porting my number to airtel..There was security deposit cheque for which notification was sent on 19 april saying that cheque is dispatched and will receive same in 5-7 working days but have not yet received it...Visited vodafone stores thrice after that but did not get my money yet...

                      I am highly disappointed to report that customer care rep in vodafone center noida sec 18, are highly unprofessional and indifferent to customers need. I visited the centre week before to request for sim upgrade to 4g. I was told since mumbai number it will take couple of days to get new sim from mumbai. I am visiting here again today and first the customer care rep named praveen told me come on monday. When questioned then he said sim is not in without asking my number or checking anything. On further argument he sent me to another rep named deepa who was on personal conversation over mobile. After waiting for few minutes she asked me what, who sent you, what is his name. When i explained, she said please go back to pravenn and ask him to check. I felt like football, kicked by player aimlessly. Vodafone is a international company and with such a competitive environment few # like this, are daunting vodafones reputation and sending existing and potential new customers to other service providers. My grebience is still not resolved

                          I've been using vodafone from arnd 8 months and got network issue so i complained about it to the customer service and ask for solution. They asked for time as they can't provide that for network issues it's been 8 months now. I'm paying my bills for not using any services. A technical person visited my place and analyzed weak network signals he told me it will take 3 months for tower set up. So i asked the vodafone people not to charge me a single penny till the time you set up your tower. It's been 6-8 months i've been writing on twitter and emails to them but still i did not find any solution. Yesterday on 29th vodafone executive called me and assured that she will waive off my last month's bill but nothing happened instead they suspended my sim. Do not use vodafone service.                             For mobile number [protected] my porting request got cancelled twice thought all my outstanding where cleared... Actually i gave an porting request on 14/7/17 at that time no outstanding amount was there vodafone perambur chennai said no need to pay extra amount since no outstanding amount u can give porting request.. Then i got a call from vodafone saying they may give me better plan i said no and they cancelled my port out request... Second request i gave on 25/7/17... At that time also no due amount... My second port out also got rejected saying bill not cleared... Yesterday i cleared all dues and now saying to pay extra 100... I didn't make single outgoing call from 14/7/17... Pathetic vodafone services will never recommend anyone for vodafone worst services

                              Based on information given by mahesh, i did recharge of rs.442 to avail the mentioned benefit. But unfortunately i didn't happen. Now you tell me sir what to do?

                                I have activated an internet pack of 344 rs in which i am supposed to get 1gb per day. But from past two days i am not getting daily 1gb data. I have called customer care also but none of them even picked up my call. I don't understand what kind of services you are providing to your customers. It's irritating that you are not resolving the issues of customers and also not picking up the calls of customer

                                  My mob. N0- [protected], previously charged with the scheme of rs346/-, in which the facility was of 1 gb data/ day + unlimited calls for 28days. After the expiry of the scheme on,, 6th july”17, i, have recharged on 7th july’17, at 9:41hrs, with rs.175/- (For data of 1 gb only, + of rs.50/- talktime as said by the retailer, chakraborty & sons gift house, burdwan, west bengal.). I, was not given any benefit for the amt. Said. When, contacted to customer care, they have said, there was not such scheme of the said amount. Then, where is the amount gone? Through the retailer, it has been bought to the notice of mr. Biswajit roy, team manager of burdwan, on 8th july. Still, he is kept pending the case, saying it is uner concideration. Also brought to the notice of the co. Through face book, (3 tmes) and received the information from neha & tim, on companie's behalf, that they are working on the issue, to solve it. Unfortunately, company like vodafone, unable to solve the issue, and simply passing time and making the customer irritate. It is simply cheating, as i, guess and hard to beleive fro the co.
                                  I, have lost my whole amount, and who will be accountable for this?
                                  I, therefore request you to solve the case at your level.

No[protected] at on my cell no.[protected] at 11:09 amhrs dated 24/07/17regarding the lucky draw and calling from vodafone office to call me you win 1lakhs rupees from vodafone lucky draw tell me & other day your cheque are courier but not receive plz it's true or fake call.& not receive call for three days
                                    Plz rely on mobile no. [protected] plz fast

                                      We have postpaid sim this is not work in last 2 weeks. Informed to nearest office, your executive talked to me i will clear pblm or come to directly, but not coming and not clear pblm, this is company sim for business usage. So many troubles for sim n/w, so company admin decide to this month pblm is not solved change to another network. How to active the sim. You are not properly tell the reason for sim blocked, all bills are paid properly
