After porting my number to airtel..There was security deposit cheque for which notification was sent on 19 april saying that cheque is dispatched and will receive same in 5-7 working days but have not yet received it...Visited vodafone stores thrice after that but did not get my money yet...

      I am highly disappointed to report that customer care rep in vodafone center noida sec 18, are highly unprofessional and indifferent to customers need. I visited the centre week before to request for sim upgrade to 4g. I was told since mumbai number it will take couple of days to get new sim from mumbai. I am visiting here again today and first the customer care rep named praveen told me come on monday. When questioned then he said sim is not in without asking my number or checking anything. On further argument he sent me to another rep named deepa who was on personal conversation over mobile. After waiting for few minutes she asked me what, who sent you, what is his name. When i explained, she said please go back to pravenn and ask him to check. I felt like football, kicked by player aimlessly. Vodafone is a international company and with such a competitive environment few # like this, are daunting vodafones reputation and sending existing and potential new customers to other service providers. My grebience is still not resolved

          I've been using vodafone from arnd 8 months and got network issue so i complained about it to the customer service and ask for solution. They asked for time as they can't provide that for network issues it's been 8 months now. I'm paying my bills for not using any services. A technical person visited my place and analyzed weak network signals he told me it will take 3 months for tower set up. So i asked the vodafone people not to charge me a single penny till the time you set up your tower. It's been 6-8 months i've been writing on twitter and emails to them but still i did not find any solution. Yesterday on 29th vodafone executive called me and assured that she will waive off my last month's bill but nothing happened instead they suspended my sim. Do not use vodafone service. It's a scam and the worst network service provider in india. Vodafone should be banned by trai

            For mobile number [protected] my porting request got cancelled twice thought all my outstanding where cleared... Actually i gave an porting request on 14/7/17 at that time no outstanding amount was there vodafone perambur chennai said no need to pay extra amount since no outstanding amount u can give porting request.. Then i got a call from vodafone saying they may give me better plan i said no and they cancelled my port out request... Second request i gave on 25/7/17... At that time also no due amount... My second port out also got rejected saying bill not cleared... Yesterday i cleared all dues and now saying to pay extra 100... I didn't make single outgoing call from 14/7/17... Pathetic vodafone services will never recommend anyone for vodafone worst services

              Above is email sent by vodafone customer care.

              Based on information given by mahesh, i did recharge of rs.442 to avail the mentioned benefit. But unfortunately i didn't happen. Now you tell me sir what to do?

                I have activated an internet pack of 344 rs in which i am supposed to get 1gb per day. But from past two days i am not getting daily 1gb data. I have called customer care also but none of them even picked up my call. I don't understand what kind of services you are providing to your customers. It's irritating that you are not resolving the issues of customers and also not picking up the calls of customer

                  My mob. N0- [protected], previously charged with the scheme of rs346/-, in which the facility was of 1 gb data/ day + unlimited calls for 28days. After the expiry of the scheme on,, 6th july”17, i, have recharged on 7th july’17, at 9:41hrs, with rs.175/- (For data of 1 gb only, + of rs.50/- talktime as said by the retailer, chakraborty & sons gift house, burdwan, west bengal.). I, was not given any benefit for the amt. Said. When, contacted to customer care, they have said, there was not such scheme of the said amount. Then, where is the amount gone? Through the retailer, it has been bought to the notice of mr. Biswajit roy, team manager of burdwan, on 8th july. Still, he is kept pending the case, saying it is uner concideration. Also brought to the notice of the co. Through face book, (3 tmes) and received the information from neha & tim, on companie's behalf, that they are working on the issue, to solve it. Unfortunately, company like vodafone, unable to solve the issue, and simply passing time and making the customer irritate. It is simply cheating, as i, guess and hard to beleive fro the co.
                  I, have lost my whole amount, and who will be accountable for this?
                  I, therefore request you to solve the case at your level.

                      We have postpaid sim this is not work in last 2 weeks. Informed to nearest office, your executive talked to me i will clear pblm or come to directly, but not coming and not clear pblm, this is company sim for business usage. So many troubles for sim n/w, so company admin decide to this month pblm is not solved change to another network. How to active the sim. You are not properly tell the reason for sim blocked, all bills are paid properly

                        High monthly vodafone bill amount against my corporate connection no-[protected] by vodafone, kolkata, west bengal


                        D/sir,

                        I am much astonished to see the monthly post paid bill amount of my vodafone number [protected] for the month of july'2017 for rs 818.96/- which was received by me through sms and e-mail today. I was given postpaid service by the representative of vodafone for corporate connection and my monthly rental is rs 199 plus tax. I immediately contacted vodafone
                        Customer care kolkata office today at 2.19 pm and intimated about the fictitious bill and asked for the bill summary through sms. On receiving the bill summary i found that my rental is set to rs 544/- instead of rs 199/- and
                        Vas services have been enabled to my number without my consent which is contrary to the rules of trai and i think this is a new style of exploitation to
                        The consumers by vodafone.

                        My monthly bill amount for nov'16 was 56.36, dec'2016 was 229.22, jan'2017 was 487.05, feb'2017 was 289.35, mar'2017 was 228.55, apr'2017 was 233.88, may'2017 was 224.24, june'2017 was 550.04. Now how the
                        Monthly bill can reach to 818.96/- in july'2017 for same use of phone?.

                        I humbly request you to kindly arrange for necessary rectification of my bill
                        Amount for july'2017 immediately otherwise disconnect my number from the books of record of vodafone urgently.

                          I have been using vodafone postpaid for the last 2 years. Now i want to convert my post-paid no to pre-paid but the vodafone store did not accept my application for conversion for the same (Today was my fifth time) stating various reasons. The salesgirl even did not accept my application for surrender of the sim card even after all the dues had been paid and i was informed that there is no facility to surrender a post paid no!! After an hour long argument with the salesgirl i was given a pre-paid card without any packet or any instruction of any sort and now i am without any cellular network!!!
                          This was total harassment on the part of vodafone store, gangtok.

                            It's really a mental torture to have a service like vodafone postpaid. Continuously, i was being charged extra for value added services which i
                            Was not subscribed from my end. Initially, they suggested to use ad block browser. After using that also, i was being charged unnecessarily. From jan 2017, i am wasting my time with vodafone customer care. But no use. During mar to april, i had used some other network and had put this sim simply in my purse. I wondered that time also i was being charged for value added services. Very worst system. I was being charged extra (#[protected]) as below, jan 16-182+taxes, feb-90+taxes, mar-510+taxes, apr-615+taxes. I was being charged unnecessarily for my other cug no as well (#[protected]). At one point, i i formed customer service that i will pay the bill only after the unnecessary charges being removed my bill. Raised so many complaints but no use. Service was barred but that month also it was being charged. On jun 23, i received payment enquiry call. She had given a word that if i pay 1000 (Although i was not using for more that 3 months properly) she will immediately process the request to close my sim. I agreed to pay that to put an end. I immediately payed but no use. Vodafone service didn't do as per their word. I was following up for more than one month but no proper response from her. During july my other 2 cug nos were barred for which payments are made on date. Finally i had requested to deactivate all my vodafone sims, not sure how long it will take. I will never ever go for this service. I had spent more hours to vodafone customer service. Today alone i had spent 1hr. Very badly fed up with this service.

                              My vodafone no is [protected] and my customer relationship no is 69687090. I have subscribed to internet service along with a data card. Since we bought we didn't use service much and most of the time the device was switched off. But still we have billed considerable amount for the service. We have also raised a compliant with customer care and it was told that many services were active without our acknowledgment. Customer care representative promised to deactivate those service. But again on the next bill we faced issue. We have approached vodafone store to get the history of data downloaded. But the info was not mailed to us. And it is really unfair to pay for what we didn't use. I hope you will help me to get out of this stress

                                Hello, i am recharged my vodafone no. By rs 348 on 15-jul-17 this recharge produce 1 gb net per day and unlimited local calling for 28 days but in fact my recharge was expired 28-july-17 means that vodafone paid me only 13 days and he's customer care executive told me different different answer am also talk to senior customer executive but am not satisfied from he's answer. Vodafone service is very useless and shameful. This is totally false cheat. Plz take action otherwise i am take big action

                                  Maine isme 21/07/2017 ko 159 ke rupya ka rechrge karwaya tha. Usme humko 2024 mb data mila tha.
                                  Aur humne only 395mb data used kiya uske bad mere mobile par 28.07.2017 ko sms aaya ki aap 50% used kar chuke hai. Fir 28/07/2017 ko rat ko sms aaya ki aap 90% used kar chuke hai. 2024 mb ka 90%. Uske bad mere mobile me 10% yani 204 mb data bachna chahiye./ fir hune kewal 36mb data used kiya aur sms aaya aapka pack pura used ho gya
                                  Sir mai vodafone ne bahot dukhi hu
                                  Mere pass sara sms hai aur agar meri bat nahi suni jati hai to mai cf cause karne ke liye taiyar hai

                                        For past 15 days my phone mobile number [protected] cannot be accessed and there is call drop for ougoing calls. After i complained to vodafone on 23 july 2017 (Complaint no[protected], i was told i need to switch to 4g sim card from 3g. So, i switched to 4g sim card as per the advise of vodafone. However, situation is bad to worst.in spite of various complaint there is no improvement.
