Unable to port my number from one region to another. Wherein i'm unable to initiate t by sending the port sms at 1900 at first place. Please help.
It's been 5 days now and i'm suffering from the lack of offers which vodafone provide in its home network.
Due to roaming i'm deprived from all this.
Please help me getting my number transferred from up west to delhi/ncr....

Unfortunately my [protected] number has been blocked can you please activate my number. Instead of blocking my another vodafone number ( [protected]) this number ([protected]) has been blocked. As this is my major number please activate it ASAP....

On july 26, 2017, click nation pack was activated even though i never requested for it. I have been a loyal customer to this network (Vodafone), but this kind of cheap tactics was not expected.

So i want a refund of 35 rupees in customer number 32029238 asap.
As there are many other players in this field, i wont hesitate to switch my network if this kind of incidents happen again.

It is sad to inform that my brother holder of above m/no met with an train accident on 09/04/2017 at omargaon railway station (Gujarat) and expired.

Ive been using vodafone from a very long time and everytime i call the call centre.. Every agent hungup on me and they r very unprofessional.. They always try to get more money out of me by adding additional charges in my bill.. I m fed up with this thing.. Bunch of # sitting over there.. I just want you to take an action againt this company as they are fraud...

In last week i visited vodafone store for billing issues in my plan. But she told you have another best plan of 399/- in this plan she told me unlimited local and std calls 100sms & daily 1gb 3g or 4g data i said please activate this plan, but on today in this plan i will get all wrong information please check the attachment mob no [protected]....

I got two missed call from number [protected]. When i call back the person asked you want to talk to amit. I said pardon then i think few more persons were sitting behind this man and told it means maaf kijiya. Then this man starts making fun of me maaf kijiye maaf kijiye and threatens me in abusive language teri to. Then i cut the phone. Then again he called me....

My employe has made a porting of company official number without my permission.
Vodafone didn't match the signature even.
A corporate connection has been ported for an individual without the permission of company.
And now they are not responding for this issue.
I have complaint about it through email before the porting.
But they didn't take any action.
Even they didn't try to connect to the authorized...

Vodafone cellular has interrupted my post paid connection service on 22.03.2017 but he raised the bill of april 2017 and threaten for legal action i already cleared bill till march 2017 but after 22 march 17 i didn't availed any service of vodafone so company has raised a wrong bill of april 17 and threaten to clear otherwise to initiated legal action. Kindly resolved the issue at the earliest...

My self sunil kumar and my vodafone number [protected] i am using vodafone for long time. Last month i convert my prepaid number to postpaid number.

I took 499 plan after that automatically value added service is activated in my number many times. I called vodafone custom care but the issue not resolved yet.

Every day 2 service activated in my number and i deactivated the services also i check my browser setting...

I had 2 connections red 499 & red 599 postpaid..
The one 599 i port out in other in march 2017.. After much more struggle & with 2 times request cancel i finally able to port out. I had all amount paid plus add.200rs paid to them. From june vodafone started calling me regarding bill payment of these portout no. For rs.500.. Harrassing me for 2 weeks i told them i m not gonna pay u.. U are free to take any action.. I have submitted the request to migrate my vodafone mobile number "[protected]" from postpaid to prepaid in vodafone store hirabaug, pune, maharashtra on 7th july 2017. I have also paid the outstanding amount as the vodafone agent said. But still my migration request is not completed.
