I applied for porting from vodafone to airtel on 11th july 2017, following which vodafone made a retention request and i obliged. I explicitly told vodafone that i did all the paper work and i am not sure if it's now possible, but vodafone assured me it is very much possible if i simply reply back to their e-mail with an 'yes'. And this went on for 2 weeks and after exchanging several emails and conformations over phone vodafone neglected my requests despite giving me repeated assurances and confirmation and finally deactivated my number. Vodafone store in banashankari 3rd stage didn't cooperate either.in simple words vodafone didn't live up to their word.

    I paid rs. 194 /- using net banking facility of my hdfc bank account. The earlier flex expiry date was 27/07/2017 and i carried out this transaction in the morning on 27/07/2017.
    Since i did not get the credit for the flex on my mobile no. [protected] i had to make another transaction of rs.118 /-
    For 325 flex to top up my earlier balance before the expiration date of 27/07/2017.
    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        Hello sir,
        I have requested at vodafone store to change my postpaid number to prepaid by completing my postpaid bill 250₹ on 14th july 2017. They took my adhar card copy & photocopy for that & gave me surrity that prepaid number will activated after 4-5days. I wait for 6-7 days but number wasn't activated so i went to store & they said it will activated today's evening. I said ok. But on 26th july 2017 i again complaint about this to vodafone store & they told me that your number is deactivated & if you want to start it again you have to use postpaid for three month. And i don't want to use postpaid. So they lie to me twice. And my number [protected] is deactivated. Please activate my number in prepaid. I request you because vodafone care & store both found useless in this. Please do useful as early as possible.

          Vodafone is a big big big cheater and all working with vodafone are... Xxxx... Beep.. Salo kabhi to customer ki kadar kiya karo. Chor company hai puri. Faltu charge lagati hai jisko demand hi na kiya gaya ho or waive karne ke time pe drama dikhati hai... Sabke sab tape recorder ki tarah ek hi baat bolte hai bus. Chor chor chor... Sabse bakwas company. Inki gallery me logo ko tamiz nahi hai costumer inko bolta rahega magar sunte nahi hai... Or ignore karte hai... Line me token deke beithate hai. Roz jaake token leke ek ghanta beitho inke yahan kaam dhaam chhodke.. Wo bhi kisliye inki galti ko sudharne ke liye. Inka ceo hi to sabse bada chor hai.. Usi ne insabko logo ko lootne ke instructions jo diye hai... Mat lo vodafone sim. Faltu kachra company.

            I have recently changed my postpaid numbers to prepaid. After transition when i try to recharge my account using top up coupons it shows the face value message and couldn't able to connect using 198 to customer service executive its saying not able to process now.
            Now i'm dissatisfied as i couldn't even use my sim card after transition.

            I have done multiple recharges and lost my money it didn't even reflected on my account balance

                Hi i had ported my vodafone number. I had paid my bill and then vodafone have ported my number. Then they told me that your bill is pending. I told them if my bill is pending so how did u port my number. I was talking with executive deepak surve. He started talking rudly with me and cut my phone. His behaviour has just embarrassed me. I was ready to pay the unbilled amount but the guy was not supportive. Then i paid the unbilled amount because vodafone services are better. This is the worst incident that i have face.

                  To vodafone,

                  Please go through the conversation which i was doing from past 1 month and my issue still not resolved.

                  Its matter of serious concern in context to the poor customer support from vodafone store at kaggadasapura pp sbi bank bangalore.

                  I have visited kagadasspura vodafone store on 17th june 2017 evening around 5pm for my issue with post-paid no ending with [protected].

                  I met b counter female executive and i have given the written request for post-paid convert to prepaid connection with signature on the application and i was instructed to clear pending dues and same i have cleared the total amount of 840/- on the same day and also took the new prepaid sim card with me. Executive female informed me that the conversion will happen with in 48hrs then i left the store.

                  I have gone through all the process of conversion which is informed by executive and took confirmation twice before leaving store from executive.

                  Today is 27th evening. Still my conversion is not happened.

                  What is the update on this...?
                  Why is it not done...?
                  What kind of response vodafone has given..?
                  For what request is taken...?
                  Why false promised given to me...?
                  Who is the responsible manger...?
                  What kind of store it is, where manager is not capable of handing his own team member and giving false commitment to the customers.
                  What is the timeline for conversion...?


                  I am business person for me its very important that my phone remain on. I am highly disappointed by the poor customer support from vodafone store.

                  I have called customer care and again i have placed the request on the same, but they said the request which is received on 17th june is closed without any update or any information given to me.

                  Then for what sake the store is giving services to customers and taking request.

                  I am bearing a huge loss and i will be complaining for this in the consumer courts soon. Their customer support is worst they are incapable of solving my issue from last 10 days.

                  Also this bad experience which i have been will be informed to my pan india all over branches to avoid choosing vodafone network.
                  I am now planning to port mnp to other network, also same will be communicated to all my team and contacts.

                  Before i used to rate 5 stars for vodafone with whole heart. Now i am feeling very sad for telling this words... The worst responding vodafone store (Kagadasspura vodafone store) bangalore

                  There should be some action taken on the manger of the responsible store which should be lesson for all others in upcoming days.

                  Its almost more then 48hrs crossed still i neither received a call or any update. Its almost a month over still connection is not active with proper address updated in the records, how can you guys be so irresponsible on the customer documents. If its your ceo or md documents will you guys be like this...? With out acting for anything.

                  It is very pathetic response from your end.

                  I thought there is some ground level not capable of handling customer, but the top level is also seems same.

                  Let me know the next level of exclation...! I cannot wait any more...!

                  Also for kind information i have noticed & seen the female executive in the indranagar vodafone store working... Please investigate about my documents, why it is delayed and how it got missing in the store, why my details was captured wrong in the application, why this mistake done. Most important question where is the my documents.

                  False commitment and information given on the action taken. You have informed me that the female executive is no more working with vodafone in the conference call,. For more clarity please view the cctv or visit vodafone store at indranagar bangalore.

                  How it is possible, person who has done a mistake and also manager supporting to cover that mistake and whole team do not know what is happening in the process... It is a very pathetic response received from you and your team. How can we believe vodafone... Whole vodafone team has fooled me by giving wrong statement, in actual my documents are lost by your team in the store.

                  Today you have mentioned documents collected and only photo is pending, but in earlier mail you have stated no documents were submitted as per store manager confirmation hence application not processed. What is this...? Already i have informed you i am 200% correct from my side..

                  The store manager has given false statement in the mail and also irresponsible of handing customer quires.

                  Is this a way vodafone treats a customer.

                  Your executive have taken a photo snap in store camera in the store, and mentioned she will take a print from the store itself and attached in the application form.

                  I hope the store is not capable of keeping the customer documents safe. Privacy is not there. I am 100% sure the store has lost my documents which i have signed in the both driving licence and application form..

                  Received a call from chethan today, requested me to share the photo same has been shared. Now i want to know where did my previous photo snap went in your camera, what happen to it. Need a detailed clarity.

                  its almost more then 48hrs crossed still i neither received a call or any
                  update. Its almost a month over still connection is not active with proper
                  address updated in the records, how can you guys be so irresponsible on the
                  customer documents. If its your ceo or md documents will you guys be like
                  this...? With out acting for anything.

                  i thought there is some ground level not capable of handling customer, but
                  the top level is also seems same.

                    Its already been more than 7 months i am facing indoor network issue with vodafone network.
                    I raised this issue to customer care, nodal office, appellate and social media as well. I am getting so many calls every day, and they extend the sla to resolve it. Network team refused to visit my location for network quality check. I also raised this issue to sunil sood.
                    Unfortunately! I have heard nothing from them.

                    Hello Madam/Sir,

                    I am Lingaraj, staying in Bangalore singayyanaplya (near Mahadevapura police station).

                    I have network problem, in my residence.(indoor network issue) Means i am not getting the call because of low signal,
                    and in another situation I am not able to use the internet because of low signal

                    I have registered first complaint on 15/09/18 After that several times
                    I made complaint like this. The response given back are different, but my actual problem is still persist.

                    So this is the final letter/ attempt to continue with the connection.
                    Please escalate and do the necessary steps to solve my problem as early as possible.

                      Unnecessary value added services pack is getting activated on my moblie number without my confirmation. And prepaid balance deducted for such packs. No confirmation is sent from my mobile number for activating such packs and still they are deducting the prices for such packs from prepaid balance. I want a refund and stop activating these packs without my consent.

                        Hi this is vrajesh panchal and currently i'm using airtel mobile number ([protected]).
                        I want to change my service provider and i submit my porting code to one of the vodafone dealer "shanti distributor" and the name of that guy is mr. Dashrath.

                        Unfortunately my mnp request was rejected because of payment due, once i get message regarding this, i paid advance in airtel.

                        But the issue is that guy not re-process on this for porting the number and while i am asking to him for this, thn he told me we do not care about your query.

                        I already mailed to vodafone but they are not attending this case.

                          Unnecessary value added services pack getting activated on moblie number without any intimation or confirmation from customer. And prepaid balance deducted for such packs. No confirmation is sent from mobile number for activating such packs still they are deducting the prices for such packs from prepaid balance
                          Date of the incident : 27th july and 5/6 times before in last 4 months from march 2107
                          Desirable resolution : request for refund.
                          Vodafone should be confirming with customer once before activating such packs and should send the details about from which channes such activation request were sent

                            I am using vodafone service since one year and tthe common problem hav efaced in this network is they deduct the balance in name of activation of service without asking about the service. But i was tolerating and using the no. Later, on 23rd july 2017 around 01 pm i got a message"hello! Bollywood partypix pack is now active on your number as requested. This service is... And rental of rs. 45 has been deducted. Your..."etc. This message came to me however i have not requested about any service.
                            Again on 25th july 2017 around 7 pm one more message came "hello! Dindo club weely pack is now active on your number as requested. This service is... And a 7 days rental of rs 35 has been deducted. Your..."etc message came. So within 03 days my 80 rs. Was deducted from main balance.
                            Again on 27th july 2017 one more message on 11:55 am that : hello dotbot pack is now active on your number as requested. This service... And a 15 days rental of rs. 75 has been deducted...".
                            When i approached to the vodafone centre the representative their respond that she cannot refund my money back since the activation of service is crossed limit of 24 hours. She was claiming that i have requested for the service and that is why the services has been activatetd on my number however no such request was processed by me. I didn't like the response of the representative blaiming me for the deduction of amount. She only processed for the service which was activated on 27 th july.
                            I am not complaining about the money deduction i am writing this complaint for the vodafone services which they are forcing on customer without their willingness.
                            Kindly do the needful

                              Dotbot pack is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 1 days rental of rs. 5 has been deducted. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free).

                              I never requested for such kind of services on my vodafone postpaid number and this happens often. Stop deducting my balance by activating unwanted services without our knowledge.

                                I use vodafone postpaid about 6 month. When i start using vodafone customer care say that you could make payment of 2 month. But company's make fine for late payment. I also complain about network due to network problem i have loss my job but that company make more and more bill and also don't give any response. I also say to block my sim but they don't do. My plan is 199. I also say l am not able to give more than 230. But that company's makes money with customer

                                      According to trai, i go through no 1925 on 26.07.2017 to deactivate my internet service. You deactivate my internet service and you also deactivated my internet pack + unlimited calling pack (347 scheme).. According to trai, start or stop is meant for internet usage in main balance & not for data packs. For using data packs, its deemed to be restricted to the specified data volume or the specified period. But u r against the trai regln & u r cutting down the data pack & u r looting the data balance. I kindly request u to revert the data balance in my account. Compensate (Refund) for your action or reactivate my 347 scheme. My mobile no [protected]

                                        I have vodafone range issue at my working place and i have register my issue / compliant to vodafone company by mail. I am taking fall up from last 6 months but no response yet.
                                        I am wasting my money in paying postpaid bill and service charges and from last 6 months requesting to help me and solve my range issue. But nothing response from vodafone company side. Only mail is receiving from your side that we will address issue but only mail is not solution for my range issue. No one yet came to check range issue at my place.
