Respected sir/madam,
I am repeatedly requesting vodafone to convert my post paid connection to prepaid connection.
Vodafone assured that it will be converted to prepaid connection (Contact no [protected]) by 28/07/2017 evening. I have submitted the document twice to the vodafone store but no action has been taken. I have cleared all the dues & if it is not possible to convert it to prepaid connection please discontinue the services to this number. It is all going all since lat 15 days.

    Jab representative se baat hua to wo lady ne kaha ki apka adhaar link nahi ho raha hai.
    Apko prepaid se postpaid karwana hoga warna apka card bandh hoga. Ye sunker mai problem me aagaya
    Aur koi raasta nahi hai.
    Mujse wapas new doc liye gaye aur prepaid se postpaid karna pada 199 wala plan.
    Istarah voda store wale customer ko torture kar rahe hai koi help nahi kartey

      I recharged my mobile no. [protected] my airtel money wallet of rs 152. And i get a talk time rcvd of rs 4.51, and gst rs23.19 ; access fee of rs 124.3 dedicated, new bal rs0.01.

      Another one recharged rs15. Talktime rcvd rs0.09; gst rs2.39; access fees rs12.62, dedicated. New bal rs0.01. Please tell me what is the purpose of the access fees? Why did you charge me without my knowledge. I need my money back, either me talk time or send it back to airtel money wallet.

          I am md nasiruddin from west bengal a valuable customer of your company since 2007. I have two registered voda sim with no [protected] &[protected] last 28th july 2017 i recharged the sim with no [protected] by 346 but no 3g/4g data was given. I contacted your vodafone executive 10 time and requested but they misbehave with me. Sorry to say i have decided to go another company due to misbehaviour of your execuitive with my family, friends & relatives.

            My mobile no is [protected] using 4 months. I recharged data pack monthly regularly. When i using google broswing
            They (Vodafone) are auto activating unknown services without any prior notice or consent. And deducting my balance illegaly it happen often.
            And when i connected to customer care for the issue they replied in cunning way you activated these services. Then they begun drama of call trasnfering to other vodafone excutive (Master thief) then the person tell us how they easily cheat their customer & smart loot game to be continued by stoling balance then excusing server down /server busy /server updating too many excuses for tolerance & so escape... Plz change your loot policy for your company goodwill & credibility... Do better job by providing good services not by malapractices... I[censored] understand above things have little shame return my deducted balance

                I have been charged rs 168 saying that i called to 51717 and talked for 12.10 mins on 3rd july 2017. Which is in all the way u realistic. First of all, with other telecom subscriber 51717 is invalid number. My this mobile cell phone is kept at home and never cross rental bill rs 90/- this month i received rs 271/- which s unrealistic. Something is fishy game by vodafone. Guys please be aware of this kind of fraud, if you face the same problem then complain about this, at least other people will come to know about the same issue.

                  Not receiveing incoming calls vodafone india

                  Please note that i have not been receiving incoming calls and sms on my vodafone no [protected]

                  However i am able to make outgoing calls and also i can use internet.

                  This problem of incoming calls is ruining all my business and customer relationship.

                  Replies by vodafone are pathetic and they simply se we can't do anything.

                  Even after paying premium charges we r receiving such services.

                    I recharged for 6 gb 4g data.
                    After 1 day i seems that internet speed down as 2g.
                    I tried to call to vodafone customer care bit when i select option to talk with vodafone customer care executive the call has been restart with automatic records.
                    Also i unable to send any sms.
                    I am tired.
                    Please resolve on priority basic.
                    I am waiting for positive solution.

                      Recently activated offer in vodafone which has 4 gb 4g data (1-month validity). Only a few mb data has been used till now. Now due to some reason, i deactivated my internet service by sending message "stop" to 1925 (This sms is also chargeable) but they deactivated my internet pack. Now when i activated it back, my balance of around 3.5 gb has been gone. I lost 3.5 gb data. According to trai, start/stop is meant for internet usage in main balance and its, not for data packs. For using data packs, it's deemed to be restricted to the specific data volume or the specific period. But vodafone is against the trai regin and they are cutting data pack, they are looting the data balance. I kindly request them to revert the data balance in my account. I had a discussion with vodafone customer service, but they did not agree to revert the data balance.

                        I was given retention offer and was told my plan will be rs 99 and since april they have been charging rs 50 that is more that rs 200 and after much argument they agreed to give me a new plan with rs 100 waiver.
                        1) plan is not yet changed
                        2) asked for sup call no call back and when i call back advisor cuts mg call twice.

                        I'm much better off convert to prepaid or port with better offer of data and calling.

                          My decade old vodafone number [protected] has been blocked today (28/07/2017) without any prior notice under ucc. I have not used this number for any promotional activity but this is my sole contact information for my business associates to contact me.

                          It is a severe loss to my business with immediate effect with trai and vodafone discontinuing my number. They should have raised the concern and investigated before taking this big step. I have been in touch with vodafone about my number being hacked as some 139 international sms were sent with my number without my knowledge. They can hear in their recorded calls and find out about the ongoing issues. They even agreed to my plea and promised to reverse the charges that were levied on those sms i did not send.

                          This is a very big loss to me and my business and there is no way i can replace my contact details with a new number (Which will obviously not be from vodafone) with all my business associates.

                            Have requested for mobile number portability from idea to vodafone. After then vodafone executive asked the proof for the connection. I sent that proof to their email id on 24/07/2017 but still now the formalities not done by them. They didn't ask my photo, my signature. Also they not yet visited me. The executive told me on 29/07/2017 mnp will done. But how it is possible, without my photo, signature, how did they completed the process.

                              Yesterday in no. you has send the message. in the message you tald that if i recharge 199 so you take 1 gb data per day and unlimited call for 28 days but now they told me only 1 gb data for 28 days. its mean you told fib to me. Vodafone is very bad network company. i am not suggest for using Vodafone now.

                                Since 2006 i am using vodafone services was yesterday i received my cell no bill and in the sms charges taken by you 5741-/,

                                Sir since 2006 kindly check my past bill detail i was not using this much msg and when i was sending 1 msg for my office college he will received 100 time of my msg, it is done or happen automatically,

                                I have my whats up i have other social messenger why should i will use this much msg, and you should check mention cell no that was not lady or girls no, even i was not using this much msg for my wife also,

                                I would like to humbly request to you kindly look in the matter sincerely, i am not capable person to paid this much bill, my monthly salary is up to 15000 how should i pay this much amount kindly please tallk to me in this matter and do the favorebal support me the same,

                                His is to inform you to this chain mail you should totally wrong msg charge taking in this bill, i was not done or use this much msg from my side, and even am also not using this much msg in my 13 years in my career, i don t have time to spend continually doing mas to particulate the parson, when i was sending 1 msg from my side when that parson was received 100 or 200 msg so that was not my fault this is your issue, still i am requesting you kindly check and do the favorable revert for the same,

                                  I wanted to port my existing mobile number from current to other service provider. So i typed porting message "port my number" to 1900 and clicked on send. But after few seconds message can not be sent displayed on my screen. Then again and again i tried to send this message but every time message can not be sent came on my screen. Then i recharged my number with rs. 50 and tried again to send poring message to 1900 but still message not sent. Then on 8 june 2017 i wrote a mail regarding the same issue "cant send message to 1900" to vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com (All communication are attached herewith in pdf format). Also once i called vodafone care on phone number [protected] and told them about the issue and they said that my message service to 1900 was blocked and at same time they said that service is was then enabled. Then after 24 hours approximately and afterwards i tried to send porting message again again but could not be sent.

                                    I bought vodafone internet dongle from vaishali nagar branch, ajmer in february and prepaid ₹3000 for 3 months as told by the agent on informing him that i only need this service for that much time. The data according to that should end in april but it continued to work in may as well. On informing the outlet about the same and willing to pay for the usage of may month, they continue to send me the bill for the following months even when i stopped using the internet after that.
                                    Today i got a call from the recovery agent, threatening me to pay more than the usage of the may month coz it's my 'faayda'. I'd request you to please look into the matter.

                                      Good day, i've bought a new phone and vodafone sim card in may, 2017. Problem started on 24th of july. There were some services which were activated in my phone without my knowledge and my balance was deducted. I never requested for any such services (Game pack, mmovies pack to name a few). I called vodafone customer care executive and they told me that they'll resolve the issue, and they did. The very next day above mentioned services were again activated. I called customer care and they solved it. This happened for 3 times. From 26th july onwards i couldn't even connect with the customer care executive so that i can get my balance back and cancel all these services. Please help me resolve this issue. Otherwise i'm thinking to port my number. Thanking you..!

                                      I'm Alos having the same problem from last 3/4 months, whever the balance is added they start activating any sunch nonsense services and deduct balance for the same . lats 2/3 times i called custore care and got the balace back, but how many times we should kee calling customer care for this.
