Dear sir,

Vodafone cellular has interrupted my post paid connection service on 22.03.2017 but he raised the bill of april 2017 and threaten for legal action i already cleared bill till march 2017 but after 22 march 17 i didn't availed any service of vodafone so company has raised a wrong bill of april 17 and threaten to clear otherwise to initiated legal action. Kindly resolved the issue at the earliest

    My self sunil kumar and my vodafone number [protected] i am using vodafone for long time. Last month i convert my prepaid number to postpaid number.

    I took 499 plan after that automatically value added service is activated in my number many times. I called vodafone custom care but the issue not resolved yet.

    Every day 2 service activated in my number and i deactivated the services also i check my browser setting pop-up is blocked. Which is told by vodafone custom care executive to check your browser setting.

    I am not excepting this type of service from the vodafone. If this issue not resolved by vodafone so i am changing my number to other service provider.

        Dear vodafone,

        I had requested for a 4g sim on 12 july 17 and i did not receive till date. I spoke with numerous people in customer and nobody bothered to deliver my requested sim on time. Your team made false promises every time. Below is the data is noted today
        (Not sure how far this is legit). Everyone made false promises (Agent, tl, supervisors). I came from my eye surgery and you guys made me talk and request for the sim repeatedly.
        Your customer care has given me lot of stress (Mentally – just got my eye surgery done). Please find below the conversations held along with ‘so called’ reference/request numbers.
        • 12th jul17 (Req. No.[protected] – i called and spoke with kiran bedi and requested to change my plan. She changed my plan efficiently. I then requested her to change my 3g sim to 4g sim in order to support the chosen plan smoothly. She verified the billing address and i requested her to deliver my sim to the below billing address and advised that my mother would be there to receive the sim. Kiran requested me to leave a id card for authentication (Please listen to the call). I accepted and confirmed that i will follow and leave one of my id cards so that you can verify. I was also confirmed that i will have to send a sms to some number in order o activate the new sim. Everything went good on this call.
        My alternate address i provided.
        H-1/95-96, sector – 16, rohini, delhi – 110089 (Ground floor).

        • 13th jul 17 (Inquiry number – [protected]) – as per the agent, i spoke with majmi (I do not remember this call).

        • 17th july 17 (Inquiry number – [protected]) – i spoke with alok, he advised the sim has been delivered to some “lalit”. I told him that i have no clue who lalit is. I did not receive my sim. Alok said that i need not to worry as he had placed the request for a new sim. The new 4g sim will be delivered within 2 working days. I said ok “i will wait”.

        • 19th jul17 (Request number –[protected] – this agent forwarded the request again and said that i will receive my sim in next 24hrs.

        • 26th jul17 (Req. No.[protected] & inquiry number - [protected]) – 2 calls made on this date.

         at 1 am i spoke with “vishal” (One of the supervisor/manager / tl) and requested for my 4g sim. *another false promise. He promised me that the sim will be delivered by noon 12 at any cost. He also said that he will keep a personal follow up and will make sure my sim is delivered as promised.
         guess what!! I did not receive my sim. I again call and this time i spoke with navneet kapoor from escalation desk. At the beginning of this call the agent said that the sim will be delivered by today evening where it was already evening, i have no clue which evening he was referring to. The supervisor was adamant enough and did not help me. He bluntly said that he cannot promise anything, he cannot do anything all he can advise that the sim will be delivered in next 24 – 48 hrs.
        After a long argument, he kept saying the same thing. I asked him that there were so many 48 hrs passed and nothing happened. Do you really think i should trust you this time? He could not say anything apart from saying ‘sorry’. He kept saying he cannot promise. I asked him that being a manger if he is not capable of doing anything for the customer and then whom should i reach. He provided me mr. Morish shukla’s number and asked me to speak with him.
        As a customer, i have called several times and i did not receive my sim till date.
        I just called on the given nodal officer number – [protected] (Morish shukla) and got to speak with deepak soni (Customer care executive), he advised that i cannot speak with morish and i need to deal with him. I narrated the whole story again because they failed to read the notes updated in the system and end up saying that it has been delivered to lalit. I told him very politely and requested the gentleman to make a note that “i don’t know who lalit is”. The bottom line is “i didn’t receive my 4g sim”. Deepak advised that i have to wait for 4 days. Now the whole story started all over again. I said that i cannot wait for 4 days. Very seamlessly said that i need to wait for 24-48 hrs.

        I really have no hope of getting sim. I have chase every now and then. Vodafone doesn’t seem to care and that think that they can retain customers like that.
        Please help me with my 4g sim and compensation due to the stress vodafone has given me with their failed promise and services.

          My sister's no. [protected] has been deducted with rs 90 for clipskaart which she didnt activate. This happened on 25th july 9am. She is outstationed and she is trying to call up west customer care since yesterday its not connecting.
          She tried to call today too but its not connecting.
          Please refund the amount and deactivate the service as soon as possible.

              I had 2 connections red 499 & red 599 postpaid..
              The one 599 i port out in other in march 2017.. After much more struggle & with 2 times request cancel i finally able to port out. I had all amount paid plus add.200rs paid to them. From june vodafone started calling me regarding bill payment of these portout no. For rs.500.. Harrassing me for 2 weeks i told them i m not gonna pay u.. U are free to take any action.. Now they dont call but keep mailing me.. This is new kind of harrassment.
              The 2nd one 499 is suspended since april which i didnt used till date. They billed me 2100rs.. After communication they discount me & send executive at my place whom i gave 1700rs cheque of 20/7/2017.. Which is cleared.. Still my services are not resumed so i went to store where executive said i have to pay 500rs more because that discount is not reflected in their portal.. So i said close my service completely.. She said it is already suspended & need not to close.. After i query bill she said it wont generate bill.
              Now when i reached my place i got mail for this no regarding bill for 1000rs. To be paid in 10/8/2017..
              I am so much frustrated with this vodafone that i really want to register a complaint against u in consumer court..

                Dear sir,
                I am not satisfy with your internet network
                Coverage n data packs... Hence, i thought to move to airtel... Then i have started
                To send sms to 1900 for porting...
                But, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message could not sent" is showing... Tried 10 time...
                I can send sms to any other number expect on 1900
                I am trying to connect to customer care but i think they have barred me from connecting to customer care. Such a cheap move

                1. I suppose to change message centre no.- did the same but no result...
                2. I have to change the handset - tried but no result...
                Plz help me...

                  I have the number [protected]. The number is currently used by my mother in India as I am based in Dubai.

                  It is a post paid connection.

                  She informed me, its showing an error Simcard registration failed.

                    Dear sir,

                    I have submitted the request to migrate my vodafone mobile number "[protected]" from postpaid to prepaid in vodafone store hirabaug, pune, maharashtra on 7th july 2017. I have also paid the outstanding amount as the vodafone agent said. But still my migration request is not completed. After 6 days one agent called me and asked to to pay another 5.57 rs additional, even that amount i paid. After that also my request is still pending. I am followed with the customer care many times, still i ma not getting response from vodafone. I am really frustrated with the service
                    Of vodafone.

                      I had opted for porting of service from vodafone to airtel (Mobile #[protected]), which is postpaid.
                      They rejected the porting request for nearly 4 times, due to which i had to wait for one month. During this period i never used the service of vodafone and requested the guys to wave off this. Now they are saying since i'm not using vodafone and got ported to airtel. They are not able to waive off this.

                      Serious concern, at first place they didn't approve the porting request and since moved to other vendor they are denying and levying additional charges on this

                      On 14th June, I recharged for Rs.184 but I see you have deducted Rs. 155.79 and only 14 paisa is added to my talk time. Why is it so? What is this access fee? TransID CH[protected]

                        I had requested for post to prepaid conversion on 12 july 2017 at the manisha blitz store-411028, where they confirmed the request is initiated, and this would be completed by 48 hrs, but it was not done even after 48 hrs, and vodafone asked me it not done due to billing. Amount being increased. Intially i had cleared the outstanding amount and paid additional 135, still they have not completed the process as of today but still charging me the rental whereas i am not using their services from 12 july, and now they are asking me to pay an outstanding of 190 even after the payment of rs 135 then rs 50 was done.                             Even after repeated complaints against vodafone activating vas without the user's consent, vodafone continues to do so. I never consented to start any service but still get charged for it. Currently the vas charges are showing as 279 rs. And at the end of bill cycle, they add these charges and then also charge tax on it. And when you complain to them about this charges they give a lame excuse of clicking ads while browsing. How stupid of a excuse this is? I have been using internet on mobile since past 6 years and not once i was charged 'by clicking on the ads'. If this continues then i will be forced to file a formal complaint against vodafone with trai. Request vodafone to waive of these charges and stop this malpractice immediately.                               I purchased a new postpaid connection but though i have submitted all documents properly and proper field verification was given...stating negative verification my number is often getting suspended i am struggling from a month none of them are resolving the problem...i even requested for reverification but no change happed

                                I was living in pune working in sassoon hospital pune. Then i was using vodafone postpaid sim card. I am not using that sim now. And i am shifted to mumbai. I hav requested for deactivation of my sim. But i am getting the monthly bill for that no. On my email. Last month i paid the bill and requested for deactivation again. But still i got an email for bill. I called to vodafone store. They asked me to come to pune or any vodafone center in maharashtra but not bombay to deactivate the no. Which i can't do just for this reason only. Tell me how can i do this from mumbai or online. Thanks.

                                  I received a message from Vodafone saying that I will get unlimited local plus STD calls and 1GB per day 3G/4G data for my number for 84 days. However, my Vodafone app is showing some different offer. When I contacted the Vodafone representative, they ensured me that the offer is only for me and that the offer is valid, when recharged is done through retailer. The retailer however denied that there is such offer available on my Vodafone number. Vodafone is sending me false SMS promising fake offers, when contacting them they will simply provide you an alternative offer and deny such SMS. Vodafone should atleast check offers before sending such SMS to consumers.

                                    Sir i ws a satisfied customer of vodafone bt due to costly tarriff i port my number to airtel & now the vodafone is regularly forcing me to pay pending bill.
                                    I don't understand that if i won't pay ur bill thn vodafone won't let me port my number to airtel.
                                    After the bill payment i submitted the requested to port out & within 3-4 days my number ws ported to airtel thn i dnt understand how do i hve to pay 868 rs.
                                    They are forcing me & threatening me to pag bill.

                                      I am dhiraj. Just now i received message from vodafone that"hello! Deals pack weekly service is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till 29-07-17 and a 7 days rental of rs.35 has been deducted. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free)."why deducted? I have not requested for that. Why u people are cheating us? Do u want i shall discontinue this connection? Immediately clear this issue
