Dear sir,

I have submitted the request to migrate my vodafone mobile number "[protected]" from postpaid to prepaid in vodafone store hirabaug, pune, maharashtra on 7th july 2017. I have also paid the outstanding amount as the vodafone agent said. But still my migration request is not completed. After 6 days one agent called me and asked to to pay another 5.57 rs additional, even that amount i paid. After that also my request is still pending. I am followed with the customer care many times, still i ma not getting response from vodafone. I am really frustrated with the service
Of vodafone.

My humble request you to please look in to the issue i am facing and resolve it asap.

I am having vodafone number and i am not satisfied with vodafone service so i tried t. When i sms ipayy cng to vodafone at 400 rupee for number they blocked service to i called them at customer care 10 times in last 36 hours and send 5 of complaints at I am fed up with this. Please help me.

    I had opted for porting of service from vodafone to airtel (Mobile #[protected]), which is postpaid.
    They rejected the porting request for nearly 4 times, due to which i had to wait for one month. During this period i never used the service of vodafone and requested the guys to wave off this. Now they are saying since i'm not using vodafone and got ported to airtel. They are not able to waive off this.

    Serious concern, at first place they didn't approve the porting request and since moved to other vendor they are denying and levying additional charges on this

    On 14th June, I recharged for Rs.184 but I see you have deducted Rs. 155.79 and only 14 paisa is added to my talk time. Why is it so? What is this access fee? TransID CH[protected]

    I have got constant alert from vodafone mumbai that ut sim will be expired if i will not upgrade my 2g sim to 4g sim...why...if i m not interested on 4g sim, then...if such message alert again comes then i will port my number

      I had requested for post to prepaid conversion on 12 july 2017 at the manisha blitz store-411028, where they confirmed the request is initiated, and this would be completed by 48 hrs, but it was not done even after 48 hrs, and vodafone asked me it not done due to billing. Amount being increased. Intially i had cleared the outstanding amount and paid additional 135, still they have not completed the process as of today but still charging me the rental whereas i am not using their services from 12 july, and now they are asking me to pay an outstanding of 190 even after the payment of rs 135 then rs 50 was done.           Even after repeated complaints against vodafone activating vas without the user's consent, vodafone continues to do so. I never consented to start any service but still get charged for it. Currently the vas charges are showing as 279 rs. And at the end of bill cycle, they add these charges and then also charge tax on it. And when you complain to them about this charges they give a lame excuse of clicking ads while browsing. How stupid of a excuse this is? I have been using internet on mobile since past 6 years and not once i was charged 'by clicking on the ads'. If this continues then i will be forced to file a formal complaint against vodafone with trai. Request vodafone to waive of these charges and stop this malpractice immediately.             I purchased a new postpaid connection but though i have submitted all documents properly and proper field verification was given...stating negative verification my number is often getting suspended i am struggling from a month none of them are resolving the problem...i even requested for reverification but no change happed

              I was living in pune working in sassoon hospital pune. Then i was using vodafone postpaid sim card. I am not using that sim now. And i am shifted to mumbai. I hav requested for deactivation of my sim. But i am getting the monthly bill for that no. On my email. Last month i paid the bill and requested for deactivation again. But still i got an email for bill. I called to vodafone store. They asked me to come to pune or any vodafone center in maharashtra but not bombay to deactivate the no. Which i can't do just for this reason only. Tell me how can i do this from mumbai or online. Thanks.

                I received a message from Vodafone saying that I will get unlimited local plus STD calls and 1GB per day 3G/4G data for my number for 84 days. However, my Vodafone app is showing some different offer. When I contacted the Vodafone representative, they ensured me that the offer is only for me and that the offer is valid, when recharged is done through retailer. The retailer however denied that there is such offer available on my Vodafone number. Vodafone is sending me false SMS promising fake offers, when contacting them they will simply provide you an alternative offer and deny such SMS. Vodafone should atleast check offers before sending such SMS to consumers.

                  Sir i ws a satisfied customer of vodafone bt due to costly tarriff i port my number to airtel & now the vodafone is regularly forcing me to pay pending bill.
                  I don't understand that if i won't pay ur bill thn vodafone won't let me port my number to airtel.
                  After the bill payment i submitted the requested to port out & within 3-4 days my number ws ported to airtel thn i dnt understand how do i hve to pay 868 rs.
                  They are forcing me & threatening me to pag bill.

                    I am dhiraj. Just now i received message from vodafone that"hello! Deals pack weekly service is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till 29-07-17 and a 7 days rental of rs.35 has been deducted. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free)."why deducted? I have not requested for that. Why u people are cheating us? Do u want i shall discontinue this connection? Immediately clear this issue

                        I was raising the complaint regarding vodafone network at my work place and we are 20 people getting affected by this, whenever i speak to customer service they give me new date.

                          Hello,

                          Vodafone has deactivated my mobile number ([protected]) which i have been using for almost 8-10 years... There was no sms to recharge the number or make a call. When checked with customer care, said that it has been recycled and allotted to someone else due to non-usage.

                          It is difficult to digest that within 2 days the same number has been allotted to someone else. Also, there was no prior intimation/communication about deactivation.

                          The issue is, the same number has been linked to aadhar card, banks, policies everywhere.

                          Please help!

                            I want a solution against it asap as i am having great connection issues in my area

                              I got an sms from vodafone on 22 july, saying my sim will expire and i need to chane to a 4g sim by before 30 july.
                              Why are customers being forced to visit the store when they are already unable to handle the crowds due to aadhar?
                              Additionally, can vodafone deactivate a valid simcard just to push subscribers to 4g?
                              Further, since i am currently out of the country, please arrange to deliver my sim to me or pay for my travel back to change my sim card.

                                Vodafone 's attitude towards its customers is appalling.
                                My number is [protected]

                                First it introduces this 4g sim upgrade offer, which is optional.

                                No where does it say that it is mandatory to get a 4g sim.

                                Then all of a sudden vodafone starts threatening people with messages saying that their phone service is going to be stopped if they do not upgrade to a 4g sim.

                                I live in chembur, mumbai. I am currently visiting family and friends in west bengal. I have received a message 2 days ago that i need to upgrade my sim to a 4g sim otherwise vodaphone will disconnect my services.

                                The place in westbengal where i am, there is no vodaphone store which is able to give me a replacement sim from mumbai. Besides it is unfait for vodafone to give its customers just 7 days notice. I will be back in mumbai after some months. I still have credit on my number and i need my phone to stay in touch with other people and for my day to day work.

                                  Even if i have spent money and valuable time i am not getting proper service for moto-m mobile and vodafone service.
                                  I am facing very difficulty on this... Daily taking motorola technical team and vodafone paid service customer care team wasting my valuable time.

                                  For improper service i could demand 40, 000/- for improper service of on vodafone and motorola team.

                                  My hand set is 4g (Moto-m), vodafone 4g sim.
                                  Still unable to get the below facilities-

                                  1) signal "e" instead of 4g,
                                  2) unable to send sms,
                                  3) unable to talk customer care (198)

                                  Please take strong action as per low.

                                    As i am using vodafone services. I am having 5 (Five) postpaid connections from vodafone company. I think its time for me to move on from vodafone.

                                    I am having some problem with [protected]. I requested to drop this service in this month. Next bill i have received in which they have charged rs.3588/- for usage. Angryconfused

                                    Later i tried to get this bill adjusted many times via telephonic conversation with vodafone but none of customer care executive helped me out for the same and they barred my services even i am not able to receive the calls on that number ([protected]).

                                    Now they are threatening me that i have to pay whole amount otherwise they will drop the the services for my another postpaid number of vodafone. This is like mental harassment for me. I need the solution because this is really pathetic for me.

                                    I am no more satisfied with the way of services of vodafone. I want this bill to be adjusted and let me move to other service provider

                                      Dear vodafone, i am highly unsatisfied with the services of your company and your vodafone store. I have visited your store 3 times before today for converting my sim from postpaid to prepaid. But the person told me that there is system problem, so i can't help you. That is ok for me because its a technical problem as told by him. But today when i visited your store, and after waiting half an hour for my turn, he told me that i can't convert your number now. You have to come after completing your bill cycle. He didn't tell me about the same during my previous visits. I have taken leave from my office specially for this work. Your work culture is not appreciable. I am really disappointed with your services. I don't want to continue as a member of your family.

                                        I have taken a new prepaid sim in vodafone store electronic city. They said sim will be activated in 24 hrs i waited almost 3 dasy and still sim is not activated so i went to store again and asked them the problem they said there are some technical issues from vodafone side and it may take one more day. It is almost 5 days now and sim is not even activated.
                                        I am disappointed by your service its pathetic.
