Hi this is vrajesh panchal and currently i'm using airtel mobile number ([protected]).
I want to change my service provider and i submit my porting code to one of the vodafone dealer "shanti distributor" and the name of that guy is mr. Dashrath.

Unfortunately my mnp request was rejected because of payment due, once i get message regarding this, i paid advance in airtel.

But the issue is that guy not re-process on this for porting the number and while i am asking to him for this, thn he told me we do not care about your query.

I already mailed to vodafone but they are not attending this case.

    Unnecessary value added services pack getting activated on moblie number without any intimation or confirmation from customer. And prepaid balance deducted for such packs. No confirmation is sent from mobile number for activating such packs still they are deducting the prices for such packs from prepaid balance
    Date of the incident : 27th july and 5/6 times before in last 4 months from march 2107
    Desirable resolution : request for refund.
    Vodafone should be confirming with customer once before activating such packs and should send the details about from which channes such activation request were sent

      I am using vodafone service since one year and tthe common problem hav efaced in this network is they deduct the balance in name of activation of service without asking about the service. But i was tolerating and using the no. Later, on 23rd july 2017 around 01 pm i got a message"hello! Bollywood partypix pack is now active on your number as requested. This service is... And rental of rs. 45 has been deducted. Your..."etc. This message came to me however i have not requested about any service.
      Again on 25th july 2017 around 7 pm one more message came "hello! Dindo club weely pack is now active on your number as requested. This service is... And a 7 days rental of rs 35 has been deducted. Your..."etc message came. So within 03 days my 80 rs. Was deducted from main balance.
      Again on 27th july 2017 one more message on 11:55 am that : hello dotbot pack is now active on your number as requested. This service... And a 15 days rental of rs. 75 has been deducted...".
      When i approached to the vodafone centre the representative their respond that she cannot refund my money back since the activation of service is crossed limit of 24 hours. She was claiming that i have requested for the service and that is why the services has been activatetd on my number however no such request was processed by me. I didn't like the response of the representative blaiming me for the deduction of amount. She only processed for the service which was activated on 27 th july.
      I am not complaining about the money deduction i am writing this complaint for the vodafone services which they are forcing on customer without their willingness.
      Kindly do the needful

        Dotbot pack is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 1 days rental of rs. 5 has been deducted. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free).

        I never requested for such kind of services on my vodafone postpaid number and this happens often. Stop deducting my balance by activating unwanted services without our knowledge.

          I use vodafone postpaid about 6 month. When i start using vodafone customer care say that you could make payment of 2 month. But company's make fine for late payment. I also complain about network due to network problem i have loss my job but that company make more and more bill and also don't give any response. I also say to block my sim but they don't do. My plan is 199. I also say l am not able to give more than 230. But that company's makes money with customer

Sir, i was not in use (As per bill) and i already request the customer care pls change the plan but customer care has not supported even no body send the bills properly. And suddenly yesterday they send the mail regarding the bills. So pls consider my request and settle my bill amount.

                According to trai, i go through no 1925 on 26.07.2017 to deactivate my internet service. You deactivate my internet service and you also deactivated my internet pack + unlimited calling pack (347 scheme).. According to trai, start or stop is meant for internet usage in main balance & not for data packs. For using data packs, its deemed to be restricted to the specified data volume or the specified period. But u r against the trai regln & u r cutting down the data pack & u r looting the data balance. I kindly request u to revert the data balance in my account. Compensate (Refund) for your action or reactivate my 347 scheme. My mobile no [protected]

                  I have vodafone range issue at my working place and i have register my issue / compliant to vodafone company by mail. I am taking fall up from last 6 months but no response yet.
                  I am wasting my money in paying postpaid bill and service charges and from last 6 months requesting to help me and solve my range issue. But nothing response from vodafone company side. Only mail is receiving from your side that we will address issue but only mail is not solution for my range issue. No one yet came to check range issue at my place.

                    I am not getting why the prepaid user is getting more benefits than the postpaid user.
                    One of my friend is using vodafone postpaid and getting 22 gb data in 349 rs and they are providing me with only 12 gb of data... And prepaid user is getting 80 gb of data for 80 days only in rs 398... Just fed up with vodafone services.

                    Can i know why there is partiality even both the user are using postpaid service

                      Unable to port my number from one region to another. Wherein i'm unable to initiate t by sending the port sms at 1900 at first place. Please help.
                      It's been 5 days now and i'm suffering from the lack of offers which vodafone provide in its home network.

                          On july 26, 2017, click nation pack was activated even though i never requested for it. I have been a loyal customer to this network (Vodafone), but this kind of cheap tactics was not expected.

                          So i want a refund of 35 rupees in customer number 32029238 asap.
                          As there are many other players in this field, i wont hesitate to switch my network if this kind of incidents happen again.

                            It is sad to inform that my brother holder of above m/no met with an train accident on 09/04/2017 at omargaon railway station (Gujarat) and expired.

                              Ive been using vodafone from a very long time and everytime i call the call centre.. Every agent hungup on me and they r very unprofessional.. They always try to get more money out of me by adding additional charges in my bill.. I m fed up with this thing.. Bunch of # sitting over there.. I just want you to take an action againt this company as they are fraud

But she told you have another best plan of 399/- in this plan she told me unlimited local and std calls 100sms & daily 1gb 3g or 4g data i said please activate this plan, but on today in this plan i will get all wrong information please check the attachment mob no [protected].

                                  I haven't done recharge of my vodafone prepaid since last 4 months but have been using my number for all incoming messages and calls. But vodafone suddenly one day stopped all my services without informing me. Till 21st july 2017, everything was working but after that, it stopped. Now i don't know what should i do to reactivate my services. All the recharge trials are failing. I'm badly stuck. Customer care is not supporting. Tried even at vodafone store but in vain. Please help.

                                    I got two missed call from number [protected]. When i call back the person asked you want to talk to amit. I said pardon then i think few more persons were sitting behind this man and told it means maaf kijiya. Then this man starts making fun of me maaf kijiye maaf kijiye and threatens me in abusive language teri to. Then i cut the phone. Then again he called me.

                                      My employe has made a porting of company official number without my permission.
                                      Vodafone didn't match the signature even.
                                      A corporate connection has been ported for an individual without the permission of company.
                                      And now they are not responding for this issue.
                                      I have complaint about it through email before the porting.
                                      But they didn't take any action.
                                      Even they didn't try to connect to the authorized person on other companies numbers for a single confirmation when someone was trying to port it.
