I was raising the complaint regarding vodafone network at my work place and we are 20 people getting affected by this, whenever i speak to customer service they give me new date.
For your reference below i am sharing service request no:

Request date:- 23rd jun 2017 reference no:[protected]
Request date:- 29th jun 2017 reference no:[protected]
Still no update and again a new date.
Kindly assist.

    Hello,

    Vodafone has deactivated my mobile number ([protected]) which i have been using for almost 8-10 years... There was no sms to recharge the number or make a call. When checked with customer care, said that it has been recycled and allotted to someone else due to non-usage.

    It is difficult to digest that within 2 days the same number has been allotted to someone else. Also, there was no prior intimation/communication about deactivation.

    The issue is, the same number has been linked to aadhar card, banks, policies everywhere.

    Please help!

      I have opted for portability since 19/7/17 and still my number is not getting ported and vodafone company is not giving any proper answer
      And just avoiding me
      I want a solution against it asap as i am having great connection issues in my area
      Also vodafone company has not let me ported from last 2 years
      I have tried it before also but the company is not giving response to it

        I got an sms from vodafone on 22 july, saying my sim will expire and i need to chane to a 4g sim by before 30 july.
        Why are customers being forced to visit the store when they are already unable to handle the crowds due to aadhar?
        Additionally, can vodafone deactivate a valid simcard just to push subscribers to 4g?
        Further, since i am currently out of the country, please arrange to deliver my sim to me or pay for my travel back to change my sim card.

          Vodafone 's attitude towards its customers is appalling.
          My number is [protected]

          First it introduces this 4g sim upgrade offer, which is optional.

          No where does it say that it is mandatory to get a 4g sim.

          Then all of a sudden vodafone starts threatening people with messages saying that their phone service is going to be stopped if they do not upgrade to a 4g sim.

          I live in chembur, mumbai. I am currently visiting family and friends in west bengal. I have received a message 2 days ago that i need to upgrade my sim to a 4g sim otherwise vodaphone will disconnect my services.

          The place in westbengal where i am, there is no vodaphone store which is able to give me a replacement sim from mumbai. Besides it is unfait for vodafone to give its customers just 7 days notice. I will be back in mumbai after some months. I still have credit on my number and i need my phone to stay in touch with other people and for my day to day work.

            Dear sir/madam,

            Even if i have spent money and valuable time i am not getting proper service for moto-m mobile and vodafone service.
            I am facing very difficulty on this... Daily taking motorola technical team and vodafone paid service customer care team wasting my valuable time.

            For improper service i could demand 40, 000/- for improper service of on vodafone and motorola team.

            My hand set is 4g (Moto-m), vodafone 4g sim.
            Still unable to get the below facilities-

            1) signal "e" instead of 4g,
            2) unable to send sms,
            3) unable to talk customer care (198)

            Please take strong action as per low.

              As i am using vodafone services. I am having 5 (Five) postpaid connections from vodafone company. I think its time for me to move on from vodafone.

              I am having some problem with [protected]. I requested to drop this service in this month. Next bill i have received in which they have charged rs.3588/- for usage. Angryconfused

              Later i tried to get this bill adjusted many times via telephonic conversation with vodafone but none of customer care executive helped me out for the same and they barred my services even i am not able to receive the calls on that number ([protected]).

              Now they are threatening me that i have to pay whole amount otherwise they will drop the the services for my another postpaid number of vodafone. This is like mental harassment for me. I need the solution because this is really pathetic for me.

              I am no more satisfied with the way of services of vodafone. I want this bill to be adjusted and let me move to other service provider

                Dear vodafone, i am highly unsatisfied with the services of your company and your vodafone store. I have visited your store 3 times before today for converting my sim from postpaid to prepaid. But the person told me that there is system problem, so i can't help you. That is ok for me because its a technical problem as told by him. But today when i visited your store, and after waiting half an hour for my turn, he told me that i can't convert your number now. You have to come after completing your bill cycle. He didn't tell me about the same during my previous visits. I have taken leave from my office specially for this work. Your work culture is not appreciable. I am really disappointed with your services. I don't want to continue as a member of your family.

                  I have taken a new prepaid sim in vodafone store electronic city. They said sim will be activated in 24 hrs i waited almost 3 dasy and still sim is not activated so i went to store again and asked them the problem they said there are some technical issues from vodafone side and it may take one more day. It is almost 5 days now and sim is not even activated.
                  I am disappointed by your service its pathetic.

                    Today i went to vodafone store for conversion from postpaid (Corporate) to prepaid. So first the person tried to convince me to continue with it.. Then when i told him that i want to be done with it so he said he ll see to it.. Then i asked for the amt due till date for bill clearance and he told me to wait. I waited there for more than 1 hr and he told me u cant get it now.. Contact me later.. So this is the way employees are treating thier customers for conversion... They are fooling... Vodafone customer service is totally disapointing.

                      Jab adhaar link karwaney anandnagar oshiwara west - jogesheari store m pahucha to mera token no 224 mila
                      Jab representative se baat hua to wo lady ne kaha ki apka adhaar link nahi ho raha hai.
                      Apko prepaid se postpaid karwana hoga warna apka card bandh hoga. Ye sunker mai problem me aagaya
                      Aur koi raasta nahi hai.
                      Mujse wapas new doc liye gaye aur prepaid se postpaid karna pada 199 wala plan. Aur rs 25/- cash bharker new card diya mujhe
                      Istarah voda store wale customer ko torture kar rahe hai koi help nahi kartey

                      aur mujhse debit card no aur expiry date maangi gayee maine no diya per expiry date nahi deneper wo bola apko help nahi kar sakta hun prepaid nahi hoga ye kehkar call cut kiya

                        I am also having same problem Deduction of money at regular interval without using Internet /data
                        There is continuous deduction of 0.04 INR for 0.00 MB data download everytime.Even if handset is off then also deduction of balance.Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest. My phone number is [protected]

                            I have been using the vodafone sim card from 8 years. Due to new rule to update aadhar card detail i came to know that the card is registered on my friends name. I requested them to change the ownership as i am ready to submit my documents as well as my friends noc but they refused to do it. They said you have to convert it into postpaid only then it is possible. My mobile no is [protected].

                              I would like to inform you that i am really upset by customer service at vodaphone ajmer. I changed my post number to prepaid, as per said by vodaphone executive i paid all due amount approx 650/-. I clearly explained him there is auto debit option from my bank account. He insured me, no further amount will deducted from ur account but amount of 482 was again deducted from my account. I recieved a bill with (-532). It clear proof that vodaphone need to pay me back 532. I almost visited 10 times. No proper service, false comitments. According to them cheque was ready and dispatched from mumbai office. Same words everytime. It was my wedding, 2 days bfr my wedding, i was running to vodaphone office. It is really shameful. Vodaphone executives are not serious wid there duties. Mr vikas from vodaphone, vaishali nagar, ajmer have even stopped attending my call. Kindly look after the issue on priority. Hopefull to receive positive response this time.

                                Hi team,

                                On weekly basis vodafone services like entertainmnet, music, etc are automatically activated and amount deducted from account balance without my knowldege. So i am requesting you permanently deactivate all services. Henceforth without my knowledge no other service need not be activated and amount need not to be deducted from my balance.

                                  This is bring in to your notice that, when i visited vodafone store to convert my postpaid number into prepaid number then i paid all due amount as well as 2 days advance amount which was told by vodafone store executive but now company send me rs.669.80/- bill which is wrong because at that time i paid all due amount.
                                  At the time of number conversion vodafone executive told me that further i will not have to pay any amount. Then why you send me this bill.

                                    I want to deactivate my sim please call me as soon as possible on this given no. [protected] this is my alternate no.
                                    Due to problem in bill i have already complaint it to customer care services and executive but didn't got any response. I got a waiver of few amount but i was not in town at those days but i had told them to provide me details so that i could go through it but failed. Due to bill problem i had port my other no.in vodafone with lower plan. Please suggest me and deactivate my no.

                                      What the hell is this?
                                      19rs out 23 access fee 3.51 gst then how will ever we get any recharge.
                                      Twice to thrice this has happened to me.
                                      Requesting to urgently remove the access fee policy.
                                      Or else we may need to change the provider

                                        Hello vodafone,

                                        Vas services are activated on my number without my concern and respective amount is been deducted. This is happening very frequently and for the same reason i have migrated to prepaid services from postpaid connection. I am losing my hope with vodafone services...

                                        I have enquirred and heard so many colleges saying the same story.

                                        Please fix this issue or i would like to escalate this to trai along with all tcs colleagues support.

                                        Also will write a suggestion email to facilities / hr department not to promote / allow vodafone further for sale in any of the tcs locations.

                                        Also i will create forum within tcs to ignore vodafone service connections.

                                        Please refund my amount because i never activated any of your vas & we expect not to activate vas service with out our written approval hereafter.
