I want to port my mobile number from vodafone to jio, and when i send this message port (Space) (Number) to 1900 i get pop up that message not sent, when i called customer care and when it comes to connecting call to a person for query about the same it gets disconnected before he answers, then i took over with email, then they start from asking me to recharge my mobile which i don't hv use to with above 200, still i recharged for 222, n still m unable to send message, then they ask me to change settings swap hand sets in following multiple emails, i did everything n still i can't get my mnp code, i hv warned them tht i will file consumer complaint, but they just keep sending consoling messages, iam attaching all email screen shots, sent n received.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by gunsnroses New mail from vodafone, I replied tht i tried everything bt nothing happened, n they r still trying to just stretch the matter without any solution, they r asking fr message screen shot again which i already sent in earlier mail.
Request you to kindly disconnect my connection [protected]. Pl take an action ASAP..if required, pl contact me on [protected]
