I had paid bill of 910 rs on 4th of july 2017, i had send vodafone corporate mail all the details of payment but still my money has not been updated and all my calls, internet has been stop from this month and i am not getting proper help from customer care they are just telling me to update transaction no, which i had given them many times, money had already got deducted from my icici bank account. I an using vodafone from last 7 to 8 years...

I have given many times complaint to vodafone the complaint no [protected] on dt 19 july 17 at 8:27 but the problem was not solve till they are telling i am sent many msg but i don't send any msg to anyone two time i send msg for porting but the company said we will solve u r problem so i am not port but now i am try to send msg for upgrading 3g to 4g but not possible to send msg to 55199 so pls take action on conpany...

I have been deducted from my balance ₹5 (Mob no [protected]) for activation of value added service 'mobile apps club pack' on 22/07/2017 at 6.13 a. M. Soon i received checked the message i deactivated the same.

Number [protected]. Really worst service i ever faced in my life. Vodafone... Number one bad service. I have asked them to close my postpaid number and submitted my outstanding amount in the month of feb/ march itself and went to vodafone store and asked them to stop. I have submitted my documents like photo, they forced me to take prepaid number as well and they have lost my photos and form. After feb and march now i have got legal notice...

I have requested to port my present vodafone no. [protected] into bsnl at 1st july 2017.
Resenty u'r employee asked reason to leave, l described reason that bsnl have more exlent lnternett &talktime offers for me as a farmer.
I strongly requested to leave my no. But u' r company had no any action.

This to log a complaint against vodafone india for their carelessness. Consumers are using old shortcode *111# from which no confirmation or sms are being sent on pack activation.

Even on calling customer care puneet kumar (Floor supervisor) in delhi hq he refuses to login my complaint of incorrect deductions and no confirmation from the shrot code used.

Hi...!! This is byai a vodafone customer since 9 years. Vodafone now a days is looting its customer by illegally deducting balance from its customer in the name of clicking pop-up internet browser and explaining silly reason like downloaded something by clicking pop-up message from internet browser ridiculous... Even though i have an available internet data balance of 1.5 gb which still has validity till 8/08/2017 still they are deducting...

I started my sim service provider wuth with vodafone as postpaid card and after that i am facing lots of issue with billing card so transfered my sim from postpaid to prepaid card. And till now i have now received my 585 rs. Amount on my address. Almost 5 to 6 times i visited to vodafone galler but i am not receiving any respose. I already done so many calls and emil to vodafone company but they are just pathetic they are not giving any revert....

I have a problem regarding the pack. I have not activated such a pack. Dear sir my self rohit mn [protected] tommrow rechrge of 348 this offer showing in my vodafone app but after recharge company say this offer only valid on 4g sim but this terms and condition not mention anywher in this recharge details so how to solve this problem other hand in this recharge company say you got 1 gb per day if this is not possible hence please refund my money in paytm wallet...

After one and half month vodafone analysis my problems and they were not solved. Vodafone commitment with me to provide me 30gb 4g data but cheated with me now. Today i got a call from vodafone and they do not have knowledge how to talk with customers. All information they are providing is wrong. I am getting pop up on display like "session cost:0.04inr, consumed volume 0.000mb". I got this pop up almost 15-20 times and every time it cost me 0.04inr. As per pop up they tried to mention they my 0.04 inr deduct because of data usage of 0.000mb. I am not using any data of vodafone as my wifi is connected on my mobile. I always off my mobile data. Even my data is showing off when i get this pop up and wifi is connected. Means vodafone...

Hi i am lalitha from chennai. I received a message now from vodafone. " hello deals pack weekly services is active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 day rental of rs.35 has been deducted. I haven't requested for any such services. Refund my money or will change the services provider... Repeatedly you people doing this......

I have paid the mobile bill of 700rs for my vodafone post paid number on 20/07/2017 with the order number [protected] and the paytm shows successful but my phone bill was not paid. the transaction was done from the paytm account of Mr karthik with the registered mobile number [protected]...

I am sajib saha.my vodafone number is [protected], this number have registered from kolkata.a spam call from [protected] has been received by me asking for my voter id card and photo and offering me free unlimited isd and std calls .Check this number and take quick action.....

My vodafone number is deactivated since 2 days. I have made the payment twice once through paytm and next through vodafone app. The amount has been deducted twice from my bank account and vodafone number is still not activated. I have called the customer care multiple times and even sent across a screenshot of my successful payment. There has been no revert. Kindly look into this matter urgently...
