Dear sir/mam,
I had purchase a prepaid sim [protected] from aggregator 10digi.com on 12th july offer rs 400/- with roaming free calls and 1 gb net data for 86 day.
But now vdodafone has stoped my data after 7 days & not giving any positive response. From last3 days continue chase but unable to talk with custome care-198, [protected],[protected]
And on dialing from our post paid no. Customer care quickly give response by saying that you had dial post paid c-care kindly call for prepaid c-care &advising me to convert sim into post paid plan.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Hi i have taken vodafone dongle for 6 months stay in india for internet services.
    I left india 6 months back and forgot to cancel this sim. Now i am getting legal notice every 2 months to pay bill and threatening for cbil score problems.

    I have paid remaining bills all 3 times without using their sim and asked then to cancel the account multiple times but to surprise they are coming every 2 months with legal notice.

    I just paid 3000 rs which is almost 300 rs extra which i have to pay to them. And asked those guys to cancel this account but no replay on mails till now i am calling customer support they are telling to talk with their legal team. I have some 5 numbers of their legal team but only one number has picked up phone other are just ignoring coz this call is from outside india. Now the guy who picked up call is promising me he will do something from past 15 days but nothing has done. I have to pay amount today to save my cbill score.

    How much money you are planing to get from me? This is annoying and now this behavior is not tolerated. I am getting in mood to screw you guys

      On 23rd may 2017 i took one prepaid sim from vodafone store saying i want to convert my sim from postpaid to prepaid. Till date i have called vodafone store and customer care both many a times, every time they will say please pay the bill we are raising an incident and your sim will be ported within next 48 hours. But till date[protected] its not ported.

      Hi i made my phonenumber [protected] prepaid couple of days ago, and right after that neither m able to recharge my phne nor m able to do any outgoing calls.i am not able to understand that whether its software issue or some problem withe the sim.

        My vodafone account no[protected], i had frequently ask for extra payment some nmnp charges rs 902 made in my bill for which i had paid all my outstanding bill for month may 2017 after ward got call from vodafone recovery team stated that your nmnp got waived off if you pay rs 950 outstanding but unfortunate it doesn't happened. Same has been communicated by mail by team vodafone. Its really unfortunate that no one take responsibility to resolve the issue neither vodafone store nor customer support.

          I am pravin singh working in axis bank as branch head in bikhiwind branch, i have replace my sim from your vodafone store, rabjit avenue, amritsar. And sim no is[protected]synt for replacement of mobile no -[protected], as per the executive told me sim will activate within 1 hour, but still sim is not activated sfter 48 hour. I have spoken with customer care senior executive and as per discuss with him i have send the mail to corporatecare. [protected]@vodafone.com from corporate email id. Bikhwind.           Request you to please activate the mobile no on urgent basis.
          I am failed to understsnd that this type of service s offer by vodafone care.

            Iinitially my sim cards are not detecting i went to vodafone store in kazipet. They told that u have to vodafone sim card, then i submitted my id proof on 22/07/17 and said it will be activated in 4hrs. Till now my sim was not activated. From that day onwards all my works are pending,, iam unable to do any online transactions since i will be getting otp on this vodafone number

              I want to port my mobile number from vodafone to jio, and when i send this message port (Space) (Number) to 1900 i get pop up that message not sent, when i called customer care and when it comes to connecting call to a person for query about the same it gets disconnected before he answers, then i took over with email, then they start from asking me to recharge my mobile which i don't hv use to with above 200, still i recharged for 222, n still m unable to send message, then they ask me to change settings swap hand sets in following multiple emails, i did everything n still i can't get my mnp code, i hv warned them tht i will file consumer complaint, but they just keep sending consoling messages, iam attaching all email screen shots, sent n received.

              New mail from vodafone, I replied tht i tried everything bt nothing happened, n they r still trying to just stretch the matter without any solution, they r asking fr message screen shot again which i already sent in earlier mail.

                Hi, vodafone generated bill for 2600 instead of 660, one of the collection agent, sathya [protected], [protected], [protected] called me and started talking very rubbish manner without asking anything about the reason for non payment... I completely fed off with his way of talking and planned to quit from that operator and did that. How they are behaving this much non sensely to the customer without asking any reason behind that non payment. I don't know how to raise a complaint against him... Really that collection agent is not fit for the position and definitely he'll spoil the name of the operator vodafone also i told my friends also to change to other operator through mnp from vodafone.

                  Please look into this
                  I am not able to recharge my prepaid vodafone number (Maharasthra Circle).
                  Getting below error :

                  Please look into this ASAP.
                  I have the same issue, I am simply unable to recharge my mobile. i tried every mode of transaction possible and still, rs 54 worth of transactions are not refunded.

                    I am using new sim of vodafone. My vodafone no is [protected]. Plan was 1gb 3g/4g per day and unlimited calls for 86days in 445₹ but i got only 1gb 3g/4g per day for 35 day and unlimited calls is not working.
                    I want 86 days plan. Otherwise cancel my plan and give me my money.
                    Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                      I had changed over my sim to 4g sim as i had got a message that 2g/3g sim will not be valid after 30th june 2017. Since then unnecessary deductions against rentals for various durations are happening from my prepaid number whenever i use the internet on my phone which i had never subscribed to. The dedctions have been as follows-
                      Dotbot - rs 105
                      An playstore - rs 105-
                      Funstore pack - rs 49
                      Lifestyle pack-rs 35
                      Unlimited 30 pack - rs 30
                      Clipskaart service - rs 75
                      Msecure service - rs 49
                      Fashion zone - rs 35
                      It has already caused a lot of harrassment. Hence, it is requested that the amount deducted be refunded to my acccount and actions taken to ensure such unasked for deductions dont take place in future. Else i will have to switch over to some other service provider.

                        There is an illegal mobile tower in our residential area vasundhara sector-13, ghaziabad, irrespective of various complaints in rwa and awaas vikas the problem is not getting resolved. People are suffering from fatal disease like cancer in the neighbourhood, even 1person has got expired due to this.
                        The building (H. N - 181, sec-13 vasundhara, ghaziabad) in which the tower is standing is also having illegal construction which is very unsafe for nearby residence and it is just 500m away from a school caubsinf many health disease to children.
                        Your immediate action is requested.

                            I am getting sms from vodafone stating that my sim card will expire if i don't upgrade to 4g. It mentions the last date to do so to be 30 july 2017. I don't understand the point of such a thing and think it's not correct to just close my sim if i don't upgrade to 4g. I have no interest in updating my sim. Vodafone must provide some valid reason to do so.
                            Please help.

                            No. Instead I got another sms stating the same thing(to update my sim). This is too irritating now.
                            I am getting sms from vodafone stating that my sim card will expire if i don't upgrade to 4g. It mentions the last date to do so to be 30 july 2017. I don't want to update my sim.
                            If Vodafone expires my sim then I will change to another sim provider.

                            I spoke to the customer care executive of Vodafone. They said it will expire only if you need to upgrade to 4G. If you want to continue with the existing plan, the sim will function normally and won't expire. So please do not worry :)
                            I complained to Vodafone on twitter. They called back saying that it's a bad choice of words from their marketing department. The sim will continue to work - don't worry or line up outside their store...
                            I received the below just now, "Priya Grahak! Aapka SIM 21 Aug ko expire ho raha hai. Aaj hi apne nazdiki Vodafone Retailer se apna purana SIM 4G mein badle". I was really worried until I read the above posts. Hope my SIM would remain active after 21st August.
                            This is true my sim stopped worki g from today.
                            I have a prepaid Vodafone number and I keep on receiving SMS saying SIM expiry alert. You are using an old SIM and to enjoy uninterrupted services please upgrade to new 4G SIM. I don't understand. I toot the SIM number two years ago and now it has become old? Please help.

                              My mobile balance has been deducted twice and when i complained it in the customer care they said that i called someone and they gave me a no. But i never called that no. And surprisingly they have deducted 50 rs for 94 sec of call. First time i ignored and again recharged my no. But to my utter surprise the same thing happened this time, they deducted 25 rs. For a call which i never made from my mobile phone.
                              Please give a clarification on this issue. I understand that if by mistake i might have called it may have led to balance deduction but it cannot happen twice that too with no call history on my mobile phone.
                              I am a student living in a single room so there are no chances that anyone has dialed from my phone and later deleted the call history.

                                I m facung 3 problems
                                1. Vodafone promised me that i will get unlimited call n internet for 58 days in rs 352 and this offer is for one year.
                                This pack worked first time but on second recharge i just got these facilities for 1 month only.

                                2. Though i tried calling customer care but im not able to call them from 3-4 months.
                                I also tried to resolve this issue by calling from other numbers but they just promise eveything but didnt responded to my single problem

                                3. I got my money deducted many times n vodafone executives called me more than 20 times n promised me for refund but they barred my number.

                                  Sir, i've been using vodafone for about an year and there wasn't any problem till recent time. I was getting a speed around
                                  600- 700kbps. But now the speed has been slashed down to around 120kbps no matter wherever i go. There wasnt any problem till now and it's like this for three weeks. I called the vodafone customer care, and they told me everything was perfectly alright.

                                    Two days ago an unwanted mobile academy service is activated by the company to my number that too without any request and when i tried to complaint about the same to the helpline number (198). It says "sorry your request can't be processed".

                                    I request to consumer complaint officer to take a charge on this.

                                    All these airtel, vodafone and idea, consumers are being cheated as the services provided by jio and bsnl are superior when compared to the avoid (Airtel, vodafone and idea), so now avoid are trying to loot money from us through such ridiculous means

                                        Pleases help me to get refund, it has been committed by your vodafone team that payment made by user against cocp number [protected] will be reimburse on his ioip vodafone number [protected] but no reversal has been process till date. Waiting for my refund as my ioip [protected] number bill last date also over till now its not pay, as per suggestion already taken new post paid sim but till now not get refund, kindly refund asap so that it gets adjusted.
