I received an offer of ₹352 which stated that I will recieve unlimited calls and 1GB data for 28days.
But juts after I got the recharge done, it showed that it is valid for only 14 days.
Very poor.
I am definitely going to port my number.

    Hello team

    There are many complaints about the bills earlier and now the vodafone mini store did something amazing.

    Since i was getting many sms to upgrade my sim to 4g and also there were lots of network issue. So i visited to a mini store in pratap vihar, ghaziabad just to upgrade the sim. But those gentle men has change my number. My number was +91-[protected]. Which i use for my company related work (I am in production support) this number is distributed to many customer. And now those dumb fellows change my number to something else without my knowledge.
    I called to customer care but did not got any solution on that.. I am really fed up with this kind of services from vodafone.

    I need urgent help on this but it seems vodafone does not have capability to resolve this kind of small issue. I called many time to customer care but all tried to just avoid me by using false promises like your issue will resolve in 2 hrs.. Etc. But nothing has worked till now.

    Today i am in a big trouble because this stupid number change, my team is working in production server related issue in weekend nights where we use this number to get the calls from customer you guys can't understand the importance of this number to ibm. But you are unable to fix this issue created by your mini store guys?

    I need to really think about it..

      काफी समय से मेरा वोडाफोन का [protected] यह नंबर चल रहा है, लेकिन हालही में इसका नेटवर्क बंद बता रहा है।कस्टमर केअर से बात करने पर उन्होंने बताया की ज्यादा समय से इस्तेमाल न करनेसे यह बंद किया गया है, और यह नंबर मार्केट में अन्य लोगों को लेने के लिए विक्रेताओं को भेज दिया है।इस नंबरपर मेरा व्हाट्सएप चल रहा है तो यह कैसे बंद कर सकते है?इसलिए आपसे निवेदन है की इसे दोबारा एक्टीव कर चालु कराऐं।

        Myself having mobile number [protected], had bought vodafone net pack of rs 127, 3g, 500 mb data for 12 days on 19/7/2017.

        Till now i have not been credited with 500 mb data, though i have successfully paid the required amount of rs 127 and in the message too, it shows that the recharge was successful.

        "the amount of access fee is rs 107.63. What is this access fee and why has it been deducted from the amount rs 127.???

        This type of actions are not at all acceptable from vodafone.

        I need refund as soon as possible!!!

          I have recharged 47 for sms pack on 15.07.2017 to this number ( [protected] ) but message have not been send from this number. When i try to send an sms it tells "service not available". I have used 2 sim in my phone. There is no problem with Idea sim but All outgoing messages are blocked to only this vodafone number in my phone I don't know why. I can't send no one message from this number. I called customer complain center but they are also don't know what is the problem and after sometime they don't respond my call. Please check the problem & give solution immediately

            Without subscribing for any service the amount is getting deducted always. Recently again amount deducted saying i have subscribed for "fun store" services for one week and amount of 49rs gets deducted.. Completely fed up with vodafone service and planning to move to other network. Earlier when i faced same kind of problems i visited nearby vodafone office near padmanabhanagar (Mega mart) there they told now please contact customer care and they will assist you and they told now no services is activated... This happens quite often with telecom operators. Is there any action be taken against the service provider. Common mans money is being looted in this fashion by this operator. Some of them complain and others ignore thinking it's small amount...

              I am writing this mail in complete anger and fury as i have had unnecessary deduction o both my numbers [protected] and[protected] since march 2017.

              Every week an unnecessary vas gets activated by your system and i am charged for it simply where as my phone has been locked in my pocket and unused at that moment by me.

              When i receive a text and check it i realize that some unwanted package has been activated by vodafone on both my numbers where as i have not requested for it or even activated it (At that point my phone was in my pocket and i was not even using it)

              I have going through numerous deductions on [protected] some of which were not even able to be refunded.

              I spoke to vodafone store manager of kalyani nagar and i was promised i won't ever face this issue 20th june onwards since i ave activated dnd on both my numbers but it seems the issues with vodafone is endless!

              I activated an unlimited calling plan mrp 349 on 23 june, 2017 i also had 4g internet plan mrp 347 activated on 6 th and 18th july, 2017 i do not need to send anyone any sort of sms especially when i have access to unlimited calling and the "internet". If i need to make calls i have access to whats app messenger, skype, facebook messenger, viber and numerous other apps to text and call on international numbers!

              My core balance as per the system was inr 154 on 1st july, 2017. If i have activated another unlimited calling plan on the 20th of july before the expiry of the previous calling plan which was valid until 23 july then why has there been any deductions at all in my core balance???

              Why isn't my core balance the same now as it was supposed to be as of the 1st july which is inr 154???

              Why is my current core balance rs 103 when i have had continuous unlimited calling plans activated without any gaps and why is it not rs 154??? (Which is what it is supposed to be!!!)

              Now i am still facing an issue with my number [protected], as per speaking to yogesh from your technical team it has come to my notice that besides the unlimited calling pack/plan i had activated on 23rd june, 2017 there have been messages that are being sent from my number to a u. K. Number [protected]. I had a balance of around rs 154 on 1st july, 2017. I have not sent any text messages and only made calls since i have an unlimited calling plan hence my balance was supposed to remain the same for a month until 2oth july 2017 but it seems there have been numerous texts that have been sent to this u. K. Number without my knowledge!

              I also ave an internet plan so if i need to send texts or make calls abroad i have apps like whats app, facetime, imessage, messenger, skype for all those purposes!!

              Upon checking this u. K. Number on true caller it shows as apple, a vodafone uk number, i have had this same incident happen to me a year or so ago, where the system sends texts by itself to the vodafone uk number and deucts my balance because of these technical issues. This is clearly a huge fault and probem on your systems part for sending text by itself to the vodafone u. K. Number and deducting my balance for no reason!
              I have attached screenshots of the smses sent, deductions and identity of the number confirming the same!

              I want all of my balance from march 2017 onwards until todays date 21st july, 2017 refunded whether it is for some random vas plan which i didn't as for or even if its a text message to that unwanted vodafone uk number

              Make sure u go through my balance deuctions and refund me the amount for all the texts snt to the vodafone uk number due to your system error.

              If my number [protected] sim card has almost always been in my cupboard and not even inserted into a phone by me (Except once in 3 months to recharge and check my balance) then how have these vas packages been activated by that number???

              I want an appropriate answer immediately!!

              After speaking to ur customer care, technical department, complaint helpline 198, vodafone kalyani nagar store manager and numerous people, my issue has still not been fixed or resolved!!!

              I have been told by your customer care that it is due to the mobile phone i am using and the message settings on my mobile phone (Which i have not been told which setting exactly) but if it was as such then why has this issue been persisting continuously despite me changing 3 phones as mentioned for the number [protected] (1st i was using iphone 6 plus 128 gb for some time then iphone 6 plus 64 gb for some time and now iphone 6 16 gb)

              What would you say about the fact that my other number [protected] sim card has almost always been in my cupboard and not even inserted into any phone by me (Except once in 3 months in a sony xperia phone only to recharge and check my core balance) then how have these vas packages been activated on that number???

              It is clearly evident it is your system issue and techincal errors in your system causing me major problems!

              I shall publish this incident in all the newspapers includin times of india, indian express, pune times, etc i have all my friends working in newspapers, media, publishing houses!
              I run a blog as well and so do i have several bloggers working with me, i shall expose this to the entire media so that this shall never happen to anyone again!

              I will post this entire email along with the screenshot across all websites, blogs, publications to proof the inefficiency and terrible customer service provided by vodafone!

              If any issue shall persist i shall file a court case against vodafone and drag you to the consumer court for fraud and consuming my money for faulty purposes and commiting identity theft and using my number to send unwanted texts to random numbers and activating unwanted random bollywood packs, value added services on both my numbers!

              I have screenshots and evidence proving the same!!

                Customer care team not supported, no any senior persons on team for customer complaint resolution...
                Please take stick action against your concern telecaller, because today we call on c/c approx timing 17:30 to 18:15, but telecaller not transfer my call any senior person, he said no senior available & busy on another call, please tell me this type behaviour is good for your team...

                  I would like to surrender my vodafone post paid connection-[protected]. I don't want to take this connection because of some third grade rules of vodafone services they didn't cooperate properly. Other services provide better than this. Please take action against this complaint. Please do the needful as soon as possible. Hope the necessary action will be taken

                    I recently came across my father bill dated 6th jun 2017 to 5th july 2017 for 98110* and 98115* was absolutely shocked and disgruntled by the inflated bill and old rental plans still running inspite of the low plan on offer and not even one attempt made by vodafone to switch my dad's number to low plans as offered by other telecom subscribers like airtel and jio.

                    Further i had called the customer care @ [protected] and was put on hold for almost 20 mins by the customer service agent ms. Priyanka who was unable to connect to her supervisor and eventually the call was disconnected by vodafone. I am extremely angry and feel cheated by the atrocious response by vodafone and would like to highlight the follow points to validate my claim:

                    1. The current rental plan is talk2all444 plan - this is a very old plan and should have been changed by vodafone after the new plans were launched. To illustrate, i was told by ms. Priyanka that their is a new plan of rs499 which had all free services (Free local+std incoming/outgoing and internet) but since my father did not put a request to change the plan it was not changed. I want to ask you when a person who is not very savvy as in the case of my father who is not very conversant with technology, would he continue to pay inflated bills for long time or be on old plans and devoid of good services only because he doesn't know how to dial customer service or write email to vodafone??? I expect vodafone to have the basic courtesy to inform and keep the customer updated on regular basis.

                    2. There is an additional charge of rs 650 for 5gb free internet 3g/4g on the bill - this is worst thing vodafone can do to a customer by charging for data when currently due to telecom data is available at a very less cost and filtered into the plan. Also when the new bill plan of rs499 informed by priyanka already has 5gb of free data and still vodafone is charging heavily each month for data separately. Is vodafone not willing to change the plans to suit its loyal customers or proactively offer new plans to save the cost on monthly bill??? Isn't its your responsibility to automatically stop charging for data and not fill your pockets by cheating or misleading your customers??

                    3. International roaming - this service is still active and every month rs 149 rental is charged. Again i want to ask why can't vodafone stop the service or call up customer's to check whether the service is required??

                    4. Also there are value added services which my father has not activated but still he is paying month on month rental for these services. E. G seven3rockers bollywood buzz, which he or i have no idea why at the first place it is activated??? This needs to immediately stopped and not charged to us.

                    5. Downloads - there are certain content download which are activated and have no clarity what are these and why it has been activated?? This also needs to be deactivated immediately!

                    6. Supplement number 98115* - we have time and again requested vodafone customer care to activate the sim and still the sim is not working at our end. We have been charged rental for the same which we would not be interested to pay and demand full refund of the bill for may-june'17.

                    Overall to summarize the unfair billing amount being charged below :

                    As per the above calculation i demand a total refund of rs 4577 from vodafone for wrongfully not changing the plan to new rs 499 plans and activating vas and downloads services activated with our knowledge hence keeping us in dark for last 6 months. Further i also expect a speedy response from vodafone on the above claims and failing which i will be compelled to go for alternate subscribers. I would also not hesitate to take legal action on vodafone for unfair trade practices and also raise these issues on social networking forum. I will also not hesitate to reach out to the vodafone management and voice my concerns.

                      I had paid bill of 910 rs on 4th of july 2017, i had send vodafone corporate mail all the details of payment but still my money has not been updated and all my calls, internet has been stop from this month and i am not getting proper help from customer care they are just telling me to update transaction no, which i had given them many times, money had already got deducted from my icici bank account. I an using vodafone from last 7 to 8 years these is the worst experience i am going through, i am facings lots of problem because of these issue and now i have no trust on vodafone. I am just going to pay june and month bill and july month payment for may month i am not going to pay whether it get credit or not to your account as it has already deducted from my bank account and by stopping my calls and internet vodafone has shown money matter so my 910 rs also matters me a lot and i am going to stop using vodafone including all my family members.

                          I have been deducted from my balance ₹5 (Mob no [protected]) for activation of value added service 'mobile apps club pack' on 22/07/2017 at 6.13 a. M. Soon i received checked the message i deactivated the same.

                          This is to get to your notice that i haven't activated any of the value added services and deactivated soon i got the information about deduction and want it to be added to my balance soon

                          With vodafone care and vodafone complaints i am not able to contact customer care service to resolve my issue.

                          I appreciate if you can resolve my issue and glad to be vodafone user if the customer care service is accessable so that i need not spare my time for writing complaints.

                            Number [protected]. Really worst service i ever faced in my life. Vodafone... Number one bad service. I have asked them to close my postpaid number and submitted my outstanding amount in the month of feb/ march itself and went to vodafone store and asked them to stop. I have submitted my documents like photo, they forced me to take prepaid number as well and they have lost my photos and form. After feb and march now i have got legal notice from court after i have sent them all the proofs on mentioned email id of lawyer... They will not reply back just you will receive automated emails of lok adalat...

                              I have requested to port my present vodafone no. [protected] into bsnl at 1st july 2017.
                              Resenty u'r employee asked reason to leave, l described reason that bsnl have more exlent lnternett &talktime offers for me as a farmer.
                              I strongly requested to leave my no. But u' r company had no any action.

                              I was always calling dailly to u'r cust. Care to leave my no. They leiing me every day. Getting delay.
                              I have requested 2nd time to port out, u'r employee asked reason, i told that i want to port out at any cost but further u'r company hadn't any action.
                              Now i am trying to call customer care but call is rejected automatically by u'r company from last 3 day s
                              I have been very dissatisfied about u'r policy to serve costner.
                              I am thinking to register a complent against u'r company in consumer forum...

                                    This to log a complaint against vodafone india for their carelessness. Consumers are using old shortcode *111# from which no confirmation or sms are being sent on pack activation.

                                    Even on calling customer care puneet kumar (Floor supervisor) in delhi hq he refuses to login my complaint of incorrect deductions and no confirmation from the shrot code used.

                                    Highly unprofessional behavior for the organisation. I am and ex employee of the same company. Really feel sad the way they are dealing with customers.

                                    My vodafone no. Is [protected]... And the wrong activation of 42 rs was done on 18th july through *111# ussd code.

                                      Hi...!! This is byai a vodafone customer since 9 years. Vodafone now a days is looting its customer by illegally deducting balance from its customer in the name of clicking pop-up internet browser and explaining silly reason like downloaded something by clicking pop-up message from internet browser ridiculous... Even though i have an available internet data balance of 1.5 gb which still has validity till 8/08/2017 still they are deducting from my main balance.
                                      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      same they do with me...also there assistant talk very rude..this is happen to me with 3 times...

                                        I started my sim service provider wuth with vodafone as postpaid card and after that i am facing lots of issue with billing card so transfered my sim from postpaid to prepaid card. And till now i have now received my 585 rs. Amount on my address. Almost 5 to 6 times i visited to vodafone galler but i am not receiving any respose. I already done so many calls and emil to vodafone company but they are just pathetic they are not giving any revert....
