I have a problem regarding the lovesutrapack. I have not activated such a pack. Despite deactivating it several times, it still keeps appearing and charges money. I am extremely dissapointed with this kind of glitch or whatever it may be. Please refund my money without fail which includes a sum total of 110 inr. My phone number is as following:

This is the list of last 3 deductions. As you can see, the list o[censored]nnecessary services keeps piling up taking a lot of money with it. Please ensure all the below listed services are deactivated and the lost money is refunded.

    Its annoying that vodafone activates various value added services without my request... This is ridiculous. Last time also i have complained about the same.. They have promised it wont happen again. Yet it happened again.. Rupees 30 added to my bill cycle last week and now again 30 rupees.. Either do something or i have to go for portability and have to complain further..

      Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) it is announced as consumers can able to send upto 200 Messages per day. I still face problems in sending messages once i cross 100. I dont understand why are the network providers not following the rules imposed by the concerned govt (TRAI).

      Facing Problem from[protected].

      I need you to take it up with a serious note & get back to me with the justifying reply.

      Hopping for the quick resolution, i[censored] are unable to provide better service just reply with YES / NO there are better network providers than Vodafone.

        Hi,

        I closed my data card on may 2017 but june month also sending bill to us,

        Chennai mogappair branch visit & submitted to close the data card,

        Vodafone data card not working from may month itself..

        U are making me foolish.. Mogappair store person now ur data card cancelled, i given my id proof to cancel also. Two times i visit for mogapppir but no response from that store.

          I had booked a 3 month internet connection along with the dongle for 2000rs back in dec 2016. I was using it for a few days and after 4 days they came in for a house inspection. The house inspector for reasons unknown claimed that our house was under construction even though we have lived in the house for 6 months. Due to the negative report provided by the house inspector they cancelled our connection. I am trying to get back the money for which we had paid as an advance. Kindly help us in getting back the money.

            I have done a reacharge of rs 445 as told from vodafone office. For 445, they will provide me 300 minutes of calls and 1gb 3g/4g data daily for 84 days.
            And finally now i have completed 35 days and they have removed the offer from my sim. When i contacted customer care, they are not providing inough explanation and says we can't help you, there is no such offer for you. They are now avoiding me.
            Now am humbly requesting you to consider my complaint and to provide me the offer that what i have payed you.

              Hi vodafone team,

              Sorry in advance for legal action!!!

              Previously i was using idea service provider in which i used to get 6gb 4g internet

              Before some days ago i got call from one vodafone executive with "[protected] sana" this number. She was explained me one plan as below :
              23 gb 4g speed internet life time
              So i got interested and get portability. Now automatically plan reduced to 3 gb so this is not fair. I have also contacted that lady but first she told me i will call you back in sometime after checking the data into system.
              But still i don't get any reply from her.

              Moreover, i called her in "[protected] sana" this number more than 30 times but she was not receiving my phone.

              This is not the right practice to earn profit bye making customer fool.

              Remember you people make customer fool only one time not all the time

              I want genuine reply asap otherwise i will make portability to some other service providers and file case against you

                I am using vodafone provider for my mobile number. And this provider is always applying "value added service" charge on my number even i have not activate any plan on my number.in last mobile bill again i got "160 rs" for two service pack. Without any information this provider always doing this type of fault in my bill.

                Even in my may-2017 bill they exceeded my bill limit from 2400 rs. And made bill of around 3300 rs. Without any prior notice. Which is very wrong.

                Please do the needful action on it.

                  Dear sir

                  I have moved to vodafone as it was offering rs 499 plan with unlimited call and 1 gb data

                  I opted for basic roaming facility by paying rs 99 extra wnen i went to us from7th may till 16th june
                  During that period i was using the matrix /tcm cards

                  When i returned, to my surprise, my phone was disconnected and i was asked pay rs 1300 - rs 700+600 to activate

                  Within few days, again disconnected and i paid rs 1100 for may, when i was not in india.

                  That time i spoke to your customer care and revert me to original rs499 plan as i was back in india

                  Today i received a bill for rs 1886 for june (From 16th jun till 23rd june) in spite of me in rs 499 plan

                  Request your intervention as in 3 months i have paid over rs 2500 for no usage

                      Hello, my name is jayesh nair.
                      I want to submit a complaint about vodafone billdesk - vodafone mpesa limited.
                      On 20july i downloaded vodafone mpesa app and to pay bill of my postpaid number i added 1365 inr to mpesa wallet through internet banking (Axis bank), the amount was deducted from my bank account in the name of vodafone billdesk, but no money was added in the mpesa wallet.
                      What is all this nonsense, you people ask to add money in wallet and thenwe customers add money you show zero money in mpesa account.

                        I have paid the final bill and officially closed the account for number [protected]. However every month since january i have been receiving bills. Now they are threatening legal action against me. I went to vodaphone office in dindigul and paid last bill amount and asked them to close the account. They instructed me to also email the main office which i did instructing them to close the account. (I have a copy of the email). Please close this account and stop sending me bills and stop the ridiculous legal action. Thank you!

                            I'm am using vodafone network for last 6 years. And suddenly the vodafone company stopped my data services and callings as well. Moreover my data balance and talk time also deducted from my account even it's valid till 23rd july. I talked to vodafone care executive on 19 july 2017 at 11:19 pm but he was unable to satisfy my request. I know it's 2g and i've already walked to many stores but they denied to convert it to 4g and there is not even single vodafone store in our area which is hadapsar, pune. Executive assure me about sending the store address but didn't and moreover he asked me to disconnect the call. That's the way how to attend your customers.
                            I'm your valuable customer and if you will stop my services suddenly then i have to think of porting my vodafone network to another one. I just want my services to be resumed as soon as possible. I want action on this matter till today's 10 am... If not then i really have to go to another network... And i mean it.

                              I had a postpaid connection of vodafone having mobile number [protected]. After payment of my april bill on 4th may 2017 i m visit vodafone mini store to convert my number in prepaid but they refused to convert because i have eadhar copy so then i say plz deactivate my number then they take my application for deactivation of number and i left store and using another company sim. After few day i received my vodafone bill on my email id i m shocked then i again visit store and say i m submitted application to deactivate my number why this is active they told me that they have no application that i submitted then i ask person where he they told me that they left the job. I complaint at care no. But there is no resolution. So i cantact my advocate uncle and tell them this issue they also talk to care number but no response. So plz resolve this and deactiavte number i m not pay your illegal bill got it for talk to plz mail me [protected]@gmail.com

                                    I have made the porting request from the 1st july 2017 and still its not done.

                                    As i and my wife had called the customer service agent they are giving nonsense comment and making false promises from the day one and forcing us to stay with the vodafone as we are lest interested in vodafone and as the agent are cheating us regarding the date of porting and regarding the other information's asked.

                                    Every day i used to contact vodafone and agent and they used to give all sort of patrick answers and said we don't have manager in vodafone, some said manager is available but we are not allowed to transfer the call, some said we don't have system to access your information some said company has not given us system.

                                    Really vodafone does't not have computer the access customer information.

                                    They don't have senior or manager to speak with customer?

                                    Also agent have insulated me and my wife on call by making the statement such we as an agent pays rs 2000 for vodafone bill and you as an customer pays only rs 500.

                                    The above statement made by the akhilesh agent from vodafone i din't understand why he was explaining his personal life to me what should i do if he pays rs2000 bill to vodafone

                                    I am not interested with your agent personal life as i had called customer service to solved my portability issue.

                                    Vodafone agent has given me lots of dates for porting

                                    14th july 2017

                                    And finally he said till 17th 12.00 pm you will be port out.

                                    Should i post all this to social networking sites of making false promises to the customer and harassment and making comment on bill payment of personal use.

                                      I was provided with the wrong sim when i choose to switch from. Reliance to vidafone by retailer and he charged 100₹ too. Currently i am at other location from. Where i bought the sim. I got to know when a mail for my last query came in whuch they have mentioned sim no as diiferent than the one i have.
                                      Kindly resolve the same on immediate basis. I am badly stuck here and my mobile is not working from. Last 2 days.

                                        On[protected], I did recharge of Rs. 147 for the Data pack through the main balance from MyVodafone App. It was clearly written that I will be provided with 1 GB data but only 500 MB data is provided. I called the Complaint Helpline but they did avert me with the excuse that you get 500 MB only if you recharge with your main balance. But nothing of this was written on the app. So Kindly provide me with a solution or I will port my network.
