I am unable to make outgoing calls on my number on VI ( vodafone idea ). I have paid all the bills but I don't know why they have stopped my outgoing calls. And i am able to receive incoming calls. Please register a complaint regarding this.

Dear Vodafone,

I recharged for ₹639 for my Vodafone Prepaid mobile([protected]) via Vi app on iOS using Paytm UPI. The recharge was not done but money got deducted from my Paytm bank.

Calls are being disconnected regularly in the middle of calls and silly prerecorded comments are played...

Rs. 25 in the name of games Rs. 15 is deducted in the name of bcafe portal which I didn't activate..But still I called the vi no. 155223 but it said no VAS is activated on your number... I want my refund...It is unethical behavior towards the customers...

Yesterday 1st October 2021 i had visited Vodafone Customer Care centre Cembur at V N purav Marg near akbar allys . I had visited for exchanging my old sim card of [protected] for new 4G sim card . I had submitted aadhar card and photo was taken . After i was given the new sim card i was assured that the new sim will be activate din 4hrs but after 16 hrs it is still not operating . 28 sep on my number Re 1 store - 7 day service active without any knowing input from my side and customer care also not give proper information about that and then i was close that service 2nd oct....

I am very fed up with the vodafone from september to october 1 they deducted too much momey from my vodafone balance. I did not attend any call and i dont call anyone from my numbe. Vodafone Idea (Vi) Keeps deducting balance from my phone in the name of value added services without my permission. This has happened with me several times.
Please look into this matter and stop this fraud that VI is doing.

My monthly bill is always INR 500 and I always pay in full on time. This past month I received a charge of INR 1, 124. When I called Customer Service on September 23, I was informed that I was charged an International Roaming Pack of INR 599. Considering I have not left the country for the past 1.5 years, you can understand my shock and anger.

The Customer Rep assured me that this issue will be resolved and I believed him....
