My Vodafone idea prepaid connection is active from 11th Oct 21 and is pending for tele verification.
The customer service representative in VI store say to call 59059 but it is not working.
They also tried themselves doing that but were not able to do.After that they say it will be resolved in 24 hrs.But nothing happened till date.Every time they say same thing.I had very bad experience with the Borivali - chandaverkar road branch.
They dont even fear to tell lies to customer and fool them that the issue will be resolved in 24 hrs.But the issue is not resolved till date.i had been to them 4 times and every time same response.
I am getting messages on my alternate number to televerify my new VI number by calling 59059 but when i call that number it is not working.

Please resolve this issue urgently.My number in which i m facing the issue is [protected].

    20 rs deducted from my account saying that I have registered for fun portal but I don't even know what a fun portal is.

      Without any action I have received SMS form my cellular service provider Vi (Vodafone India) saying 'thank you for choosing to access Contakt Gaming Service, you have been charged Rs. 25'.

      This is completely out of the blue for me and not acceptable. Before this I have received many SMS regarding Video Adda subscriptions and deductions without me doing anything.

      Vi if you are reading this, please work on it and help consumers like me.

        It’s with a great disregard I’ve written this. I’ve been a postpaid customer of Vi for years and have never defaulted on a single bill. My primary number is [protected].

        So, I’ve 2 more connections under the family plan suggested by VI execs. They’re as follows:
        1st is my own, 2nd is my Mother’s - [protected] and my Father’s - [protected].

        On 30th Sept my services got barred, which later got reinstated. After I spoke to a senior.

        My complaint is - why didn't an agent tell me, when my services got barred for the first time, that my credit limit is being used and now has been exceeded (without my consents)?

        Also after that I spoke to many agents.

        2) When there is a credit limit set of 2500, why didn't the system stop my services? And took the bill to 5600Rs.

        Again no agent told me abt my credit limit being exceeded and my services were just reinstated. But no one tried to figure out the actual root cause (even after my several warnings).

        4) Why my credit limit was increased to 2500, without my consent * no prior intimation from the VI customer service about 2500 credit limit being used *

        5) The VI App too didn't show any information about my credit limit

        I called the customer service due to ambiguity, as no payment due was reflecting on my Vi app. The exec said, no ma’am there are no dues from your end, some system glitch don’t worry.

        On 1st October my services were barred, since then 7times it got barred (attached is the copy for reference) I spoke to many different people in your team, where Mr. HARISH JAHANGIR/ GULABCHANDRA (Senior Vi customer service exec) I caught hold of. If you may, please cull out those call recordings and listen to each, I’ve yelled my lungs out and have literally begged each time since 30th Sept to your Vi execs to help me, what’s the issue behind it.

        Everytime HARISH told me, ma’am I’ve unbarred your services, it won't be interrupted further and I’ll get back on this issue. He never called back and everytime the services were interrupted. I'm a publicist by profession and the time when my phone isn't working simply means I am not either.

        Apparently, the credit limit got exceeded to some amount without my consent and a bill was generated under my name of - 5605Rs (double the credit limit provided).

        My mother’s number [protected] was cloned/hacked and ISD calls were made (attached is the police complaint for your reference Chunabhatti police station, I take no responsibility on the ISD calls made and you can scrutinize each call if required. We are nowhere related/or spoken with at any point given in time) and a cybercrime complaint has been raised via online means on www.cybercrime.gov.in

        We are going through a tough time because of the malicious calls we were receiving alongside our data/details being leaked.

        FYI- nothing at all reflected on my Vi app before the bill of Rs 5605 (have attached the bill as well as usage charges wrongly reflecting as the number was hacked/cloned and we’re hence facing the issue)

        At present we’ve blocked my Mother’s number([protected]) and have visited the cybercrime branch at BKC to get help ASAP.

        3 major things
        Request your urgent attention to the bill wrongly generated under my name that’s of 5605 Rs.

        No agent telling me about my credit limit being reached

        Without my consent the credit limit was exceeded.

        Please hire accountable executives who truly want to help a customer because had I known that credit limit is used by me/family members I would’ve raised a complaint on that site itself and the hacker wouldn’t have used services of 5000Rs alongside my other securities (bank account etc) wouldn’t have been compromised too.

        Mindfulness is key, I hope you’ll look into this matter and waive the amount wrongly billed to me due to agents negligence and help me use the services without further interruption.

          Vodafone India is a big cheater.. Without my concern they activate any xyz services on my vodafone sim... And this happens regularly. If I deactivate the service the very next day that service will again get activated. I am. Not able to maintain balace in my sim. As soon as I top up my vodafone sim, they activate any service without my knowledge and deduct my money... I am scared of recharging my sim...
          I am an NRI and its compulsory for me to maintain a balance in my sim to get all the services running smoothly. But its now getting headache to me to maintain this sim.

            In my area there are alot of network issues I don't receive proper signals in my area where i live i am unable to use internet properly neither i am able to call anyone properly. I have registered so many complaints but no one is doing anything about this. Kindly register a complaint and help me.

                  I had constantly been submitting complaints for network related issue, and the Voda Team resolves the issue without even working on it. I had been paying the bill with the scarce services being provided by Voda but in spite of submitting several complaints the issue still persists.

                  In Sept also I had raised a complaint for network and I mentioned to the Customer care executive that I won't pay any bill amount unless the issue is resolved.

                  On top of this, my plan was upgraded was since Voda discontinued the plan and charged me based on the upgraded plan.

                  The Customer care executives are really unprofessional and do not have a sense of Customer handling worst Customer experience. On speaking of the issues and the plan upgrade - they just kept on going without understanding the issue which is not at all acceptable.

                  I need my bill amount to be waived since Voda is unable to provide the services.

                      I had a Idea no -[protected] . Its not in use more than a year & a half. I had paid the bill last in May & requested the customer care to close the no . as its not is use . Now after few months they have again generated the bill & are asking me to pay & everyday its a harassment that I get payments calls from Customer care & I am tired of explaining them . The language is rude & they are forcing me to pay when I have not been using & I have already paid bills & requested to close the no . They are asking me for email etc which I dont have as I didnt know I need a email from them that the no is closed . I had just requested the recovery guy after paying my bill last which was allready a payment even though I was not using my no . That Time I thought I should pay off to close the no & hence did it . Now again I am not going to pay any penny & everyday these recovery calls are very harasssing . Its disturbing the mental health & Sanity for no reason .

                        Vodafone Re1 Store Scam

                        The Re 1 Store is active on my number [protected] even without subscribing and there seems to be no way to unsubscribe. Already tried Sending the STOP message few times but in vain. It seems Vodafone is scamming the customers in the name of 3rd party service.

                        I wish to demand for a refund of INR 35 deducted two times so far during September 2021 and October 2021....

                        25 rupees has been deducted from my account on October 8th, i got an sms saying "thank you for subscribing contakt gaming service. You have been charged rs.25". Without my confirmation how can they deduct money. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible

                                      Please note, inspite of having a Corporate connection, connectivity in our office is always below standard, we have raised the issue number of times with Vodafone, they had put some signal booster but that also didn’t work, we keep on raising our issue with Vodafone now VI and they change the booster with higher the capacity but STILL the issue is not resolved.

                                      We are raising the complaint once again for poor signal as well as reinstall dismantle booster and also to check the entire office so that we can get the best signal because most of our staffs using Vodafone network and we are not interested right now to move to other service provider and we accept, but don’t force us to move to other service provider for getting better connectivity.

                                      We request you to send concern person for technical survey to get the best signal in our office, in case if required more, please increase the booster for getting better network.
