I changed my sim from pre paid to post paid yesterday and I have not been able to use data for the entire day. Today onwards i am not getting network as their is a message mention the sim card crashed. How will i be able to contact customer care ?! Please let me know what to do with my sim card and how will I be able to use the data

    On 4th October I ported out my one of the Vodafone postpaid card after clearing all my dues. The reason for porting out was that I was charged haftey amount of money yet didn't received any internet service available in my plan. Yesterday Vodafone barred the services of my another no. Saying you have to pay outstanding amount of another no. After multiple calls and queries nobody is answering exactly how am I eligible to pay even single rupee if I have no connection with them. Vodafone has now became an headache of my day to day life. I request a quick resolution for my no. 99989993qq

      Today I received sms as deducted 49 rs for my delight pack which I don't activate frauds of Vodafone idea drops this level and cheating public looters of public money.

      Problem still not resolved, many customers found victim this type frauds by Vodafone idea cellular network, why delay after evidence also posted at site. Please resolve before fraud VI again before looking other customer.

          Dear Team,

          i had Vodafone number [protected],

          Using this as this is my OLD number and but only for incoming purpose,

          with minimum rental plan 149 Rs/- with TAX

          now without my knowledge Vodafone has change my plan into 350 + tax rental plan,

          when i called customer care than they said they had closed existing rental plan and now old plan can not activate again. and you can escalate any ware nothing will happen. and customer care agent also denied to raise complaint.

          you can check from last 4 year i am not made any call from this number but still i am paying rental because this is my old number.

          but now they increase rental plan without my knowledge hence i will not pay,

          please look into this and resolve my concern.

          Still no reply from any one after 6 days. and outgoing for my mobile number also get barred by Vodafone. however i have no issue with that, but still my concern is not resolve and next month bill also they will generate with excess rental in coming 3 days.

          please ask them to resolve this issue today itself.

          No update on my complaint, i had chat with Vodafone WhatsApp and again pathetic response by executive name Yashmin, i had asked him why this plan got change without my approval then he said we had changed with minimum rental plan and deactivate existing less rental plan . i hand asked him again who will pay this extra rental than he respond - You are using connection so you have to pay this extra increased rental . this is very pathetic response and doing this kind of fraud and asking money from customer is not at all acceptable, attaching chat with Vodafone. Need immediate action on this.

            I had ported out from vodafone in mid aug 2021 as there was no vodafone coverage for vodafone in my area, before porting out I had contacted customer care several times and even visited nearest vodafone center to upgrade sim as it was suggested by vodafone team but even after several follow-ups' there was no fix provided and every time vodafone person use to tell me give us 48 hours, Finally I ported out & before porting out my vodafone bill was zero rs but since porting out I am getting continuous calls from vodafone with unknown numbers and they are asking me to pay dues sometime they say 350+ amount and sometimes they say 850+ amount. Every time I have to tell them the entire story some of them agree and disconnect the call but some are very rude and unprofessional and they arguing and literally fight over the calls. Can someone where to take this ahead should I contact TRAI or Customer Court?

            Just spoken to one vodafone person I asked to give an explanation of 800+ outstanding and the person disconnected the call. This is how my day starts from morning getting calls from different vodafone numbers.

              I have complaint more than 4 times from last 3 months about network issues and no one is listening and working on it. They are telling me to just switch off and switch on to improve my network.. Woww What a idea!!! maine kaise nahi socha ye... i am trying not to change sim as i am using it from starting and was satisfied from network but from last 3 months i am facing network issues and even my neighbours who has same network also facing this same issue. No one is working on it and i am frustrated now just improve your customer services or youre gonna loose so many customers. Please work on our issue ASAP. I have attached complaint processed screenshot that has not been resolved till now

                    Since Vodafone is not able to provide data service to my location i am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message.
                    "upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"

                    After discussion with idea helpdesk they asked me to visit Vodafone showroom. Showroom people saying that i have plan with discount so they discontinued that plan too but still not able to generate upc code. I am still getting same issue.

                    Vodafone service desk is unable to provide any solution and there network service is worst after there coloration with idea.

                    Please help me to get out of Vodafone network

                        Hi Team,

                        My Vodafone number is [protected]

                        I am with Vodafone for several years, and my monthly plan was "ST_CR_MV_E_Talk_99_1". I used to pay around Rs 120 every month (incl Taxes).

                        I am surprised to see that they have changed my monthly plan to "Entertainment 299", and are now asking me to pay Rs 352 (Incl taxes), without seeking any approval for the plan change.

                        This is called Looting, making public fools.

                              Unauthorized and unwanted subscriptions

                              Lately I have been receiving messages like "Hello! Thank you for choosing to access Bigwin Battlefield Games, you have been charged Rs. 49 Your balance is Rs. xxx.xx". Than there are Re.1 Store - 7 days - Lost ₹35; Cine Zone Videos - 15 days lost ₹75; Callertunes - Lost ₹99; etc... list keeps growing.
                              Vodafone and their associates/partners needs to be stopped....

                              Change of circle from MH to Mumbai

                              Hi,

                              I have been requesting Vodafone since last 15 days to change my circle from MH to Mumbai. I have visited a store in mumbai as well.

                              Store representative redirected me to Vasai store which is at a distance of 1.5hrs from MH home or corporatecare.[protected]@vodafoneidea.com.

                              After multiple emails from Vodafone corp email, I am just been asked to get NOC from my previous organisation on their letter...

                              I have been a customer of Vodadone for more than 18 years now. Since I have 2 phone connections, on one of my numbers, I have had a low rental plan since many years.

                              This month when my bill was generated I was shocked to see an extremely high bill amount against my name. When I looked at it closely, it showed that I was on a different plan altogether.

                              I reached out to the customer care team immediately and was told that that the low rental plan had been discontinued and I was migrated to this new plan which is almost 500% costlier than my previous plan. On checking why i wasn't intimated about it, they mention that they sent me 4 or 5 smses for the same. I never received any sms from them in this regard. In fact for a major change like this, shouldn't the company be sending a formal email? They have conned me into this new plan and I need them to refund the additional money charged from me.

                                  Overbilled on my vodafone contact no when asked the customer care got a reply that calls were made on no 56000 for 66 mins duration. However no such calls were made. My billing average bill amount has been doubled for this. Please clarify, the billed amount is 640 which is not practically possible as the phone is used for just basic calling on regular daily contact numbers. Need help and create awareness about vodafone.

                                    I have not subscribed for any value added services. But amount is getting deducted for games portal pack without my permission. Pls deactivate all value added services for my number. Pls stop renewal of games portal pack. Rs.5 has been deducted from account. Pls stop this.
