20 rs deducted from my account saying that I have registered for fun portal but I don't even know what a fun portal is....

Without any action I have received SMS form my cellular service provider Vi (Vodafone India) saying 'thank you for choosing to access Contakt Gaming Service, you have been charged Rs. 25'.

This is completely out of the blue for me and not acceptable. Before this I have received many SMS regarding Video Adda subscriptions and deductions without me doing anything.

Vi if you are reading this, please work on it...

It’s with a great disregard I’ve written this. I’ve been a postpaid customer of Vi for years and have never defaulted on a single bill. My primary number is [protected].

So, I’ve 2 more connections under the family plan suggested by VI execs. They’re as follows:

Vodafone India is a big cheater.. Without my concern they activate any xyz services on my vodafone sim... And this happens regularly. If I deactivate the service the very next day that service will again get activated. I am. Not able to maintain balace in my sim. As soon as I top up my vodafone sim, they activate any service without my knowledge and deduct my money... I am scared of recharging my sim...
I am an NRI and its compulsory...

In my area there are alot of network issues I don't receive proper signals in my area where i live i am unable to use internet properly neither i am able to call anyone properly. I have registered so many complaints but no one is doing anything about this. Kindly register a complaint and help me.

I Ordered a Prepaid vodafone idea sim for port no. [protected] on 10.11.21. I paid the price 399/- online

I have been getting messages from vi regarding activation of services like games and all but I did not request it. They keep deducting my balance, its been months now and Im beyond frustrated....

I had constantly been submitting complaints for network related issue, and the Voda Team resolves the issue without even working on it. I had been paying the bill with the scarce services being provided by Voda but in spite of submitting several complaints the issue still persists.

In Sept also I had raised a complaint for network and I mentioned to the Customer care executive that I won't pay any bill amount unless the issue...

Now after few months they have again generated the bill & are asking me to pay & everyday its a harassment that I get payments calls from Customer care & I am tired of explaining them . The Re 1 Store is active on my number [protected] even without subscribing and there seems to be no way to unsubscribe. Already tried Sending the STOP message few times but in vain. It seems Vodafone is scamming the customers in the name of 3rd party service.

I wish to demand for a refund of INR 35 deducted two times so far during September 2021 and October 2021....

25 rupees has been deducted from my account on October 8th, i got an sms saying "thank you for subscribing contakt gaming service. You have been charged rs.25". Without my confirmation how can they deduct money. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible...

I have been vodafone for last 20 years, recently I travelled to abroad but got stuck due to corona.
To my surprise vodafone is billing me for missed calls. This is utter fraudulent.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am tried but not generating Pin of my new ATM Card by sending SMS as because this type of SMS service blocked from Vodafone India. But other SMS service from my number is all right.

Please do the needful as early as possible as it is really needed for me.

Wrong / bogus international roaming on prepaid phone ? how they go over prepaid limit ?/ they dont reply and call center only says write complain . all is system generated ?? such a crooked company . i am ready to take them to court . if some people join me to do that ....

My account balance showing as negetive even I recharged, so please look in to this and do the needful to fix the issue at earliest...

From last one month i am trying to change my postpaid voda number to prepaid, i even visit voda center several times but my request has been rejected. I never faced such issue with any other number and i have to travel very far to visit voda center. I can't waste much of my time and with great disappointment from voda i have to discard this number.
