Cannot Transfer Sim Card to my name

I have been using my vodafone number [protected] from 2016. But I received a message on 23rd Oct 2021 (Sat) at 9:48 PM that my number will be deactivated. After that on Monday morning my number got deactivated without giving me chance to transfer the sim to my name.

By mistake the sim was registered on my brothers name. But without informing me to get it on my name, Vodafone just deactivated it. This was my primary number and...

Complaint for no-service and high charges

I write this with great desperation and helplessness.

Vodafone - Pathetic service and misguiding scheme

An executive from Vodafone called me mentioning there is scheme offer for you to add one of your family secondary prepaid number to my postpaid number without any additional monthly charges.

Mobile number portability process pending after 4 days

I had opted to port my jio number [protected] and the sim card was delivered to me on 23rd post completion of kyc, till now the sim card had not been activated. Moreover whichever customer care number of Vodafone I dial it says, please complete your tele verification. Whereas each and every number that I dial from sim card says the number you have dialled is wrong.

At least they should divert me to a customer care executive...

Balance deducted many times more than RS. 200

Company deduts balance by rs. 49 4 time and sends massage of vas activation. when we call for refund in 48 hours the refuse to pay deducted money....

Sim card crashing

I changed my sim from pre paid to post paid yesterday and I have not been able to use data for the entire day. Exploitation of Postpaid customers

On 4th October I ported out my one of the Vodafone postpaid card after clearing all my dues. The reason for porting out was that I was charged haftey amount of money yet didn't received any internet service available in my plan. Yesterday Vodafone barred the services of my another no. Rental Plan increased without MY confirmation.

now without my knowledge Vodafone has change my plan into 350 + tax rental plan,

Vodafone Constant Harassment after Port Out request

I had ported out from vodafone in mid aug 2021 as there was no vodafone coverage for vodafone in my area, before porting out I had contacted customer care several times and even visited nearest vodafone center to upgrade sim as it was suggested by vodafone team but even after several follow-ups' there was no fix provided and every time vodafone person use to tell me give us 48 hours, Finally I ported out & before porting out my vodafone bill...

Customer care and network issue

I have complaint more than 4 times from last 3 months about network issues and no one is listening and working on it. They are telling me to just switch off and switch on to improve my network.. Woww What a idea!!! maine kaise nahi socha ye... i am trying not to change sim as i am using it from starting and was satisfied from network but from last 3 months i am facing network issues and even my neighbours who has same network also facing...
