Dear Sir,
i am not satisfy with VI Network due to several reasons...Hence, i thought to move to Airtel...then i have started
to send SMS to 1900 for Porting...
but, iam not able to send only for 1900... as far as other numbers are concerned there's no problem as such I'm able to send sms to everyone but not to 1900 and it has transpired that 1900 has been blocked deliberately and the errors shown is "message Could not sent" is showing...tried 10 time...
by speking to Customer care for solution...they keep giving non sense / irrilavent solutions: -

1. I recharged with monthly pack of 149 plus main balance as well
2. i suppose to change message centre no.- did the same but no result...
3. i have to change the handset - tried but no result.
4. Raised an issue to the appellate authority as well

Please help me out for resolving the issue .

    Wrongly ISD calls charged by Vodafone idea service provider, one of the Post paid customer. ISD call charges bill continue send by Vodafone idea under fixed plan rs399/months taken through corporate office.
    Without prior permission how Vodafone idea service provider activated ISD call.
    VI not provide handset details which has to made alll ISD calls need imei number for tracking all ISD call.
    Too much ISD call performed by this sim, since june21 without any ISD cal) alert.
    ISD call Billing not sent months by months for immediate to take action to avoid continue from five months.
    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    yet not corrected Five month ISD Bill charged under Rs 399 corparate Plan by VI Service provider.

      I have not subscribed for Contakt Gaming services yet it deducted 25₹ saying that I have done so! I read other people complaints and figured out that it occurs to many people! Please refund the money.

        Vodafone india is charging me unnecessarily for games I have not accessed.
        I got a sms that I accessed games world and they deducted 22/- for that.
        They are looting customers

          Vodafone has been stealing money in the name of Fonemasti. Have never consented to this. Luckily I currently use unlimited recharge so they can't steal my money.

            Vodafone has set an unwanted and silly caller tune on my mobile number and without asking for confirmation or permission deducted a R-s 60 from my account. I request for a refund and to remove the caller tune as fast as possible.

              I wanted to port my number to Vodafone from another service provider. I was a Vodafone user for over a decade and due to a very personal reason I shifted my service provider and now want to get back to Vodafone. I visited the nearest store Vi Store-CRS MYLAPOUR No 100, Old No 91/1, Venkatachala Mudhali Street, Mylapore, Chennai - 600004 . I was extremely disappointed with the service, the person Mr Vishnu and another lady were highly disinterested in solving my request. They were extremely rude and even asked me to do the porting at a recharge shop ! I’m so worried to get back to Vodafone now if this is the customer service I will receive. They scared me saying I will lose my number or service if I force them on porting.
              The store staff should be reprimanded for their behavior.

                  My Postpaid Plan on [protected] changed without my permission.
                  1. Either revert me back to old plan with discounts Or
                  2. give me good discounts on this new plan

                  otherwise I will PORT my number and will challenge current bill in consumer cort.

                    We are fedup with vodafone network, very week network, cant make calls, if atall we get thru within seconds no signal and cant talk, its called call drop.With this my business is suffering who will compensate for the same?
                    please do the needfull at the earliest or else illl be forced to port to jio.

                      I got my incoming and outgoing calls/messages barred on ([protected]) for an unknown reason since 28th Oct 2021. I did complain to customer care executive but my complain didn't resolved. When i called next day to get an update on my complain they informed me that your complain has been informed. It is such a shame on company executives closing the complain without resolving it. Now i am in trouble as my number has been associated with my working place as well as all the logins and i am unable to access anything. I can be reached on my email for communication purpose as my phone is not working.

                        VI has been deducted 25 RS of game from my account.

                        It happens 2 times deducted.

                        It's a wrong charge because I have no access any type of VAS services on my number.

                        I have attached the screenshot of deducted amount.

                          I am a Prepaid user of Vodafone and my current balance is -1089 rs, I don't understand in prepaid service, how a service provider provides you service with a negative balance and it goes to -1089 rs.                             15th oct21 i was port my Jio no to vodafone thinking that lets take chance to vodafone new offers but i found its totally fake and vodafone employee fooling the innocent customer,
                            MR. Vicky Sharma from narendrapur vodafone store he promise me family plan 699 unlimited data call for my primary no [protected] and secondary no [protected], 249 60gb data unlimited calls also he promise me 5MBPS at my home location all the promises are fales i was realize with 2days i was complain several time but no resolution till now, My plane is not 699 unlimited or 249plane some different plane the fraud vicky sharma activated .
                            Also when i was visited his store he behaved very rudely to me. Also his housekeeping stuff behaves very badly .
                            Requesting you to intervene urgently, Bill is already generated without using your services. I am getting 0.5mbps at my location i want to change this service postpaid to prepaid and I will not pay anything to fraud company like vodafone. I will complain to TRI also regarding this issue .

                                There's no tower to catch network and even if you do it's not more than 2G. No complaint solved. They lie to us about everything. Not a single truth. The biggest one is about postpaid plans they manipulate us to take postpaid plans. No internet connection available after 7 pm. in the 84 days plan they will only provide net for 70 days .Vodafone is just a big scam.

                                  Recently after my father’s death in mid Jan 2021 my mother submitted an application to transfer my father number to her name. The application was accepted however since last two months Vodafone is unable to make the number active. My mother lives by herself and is a senior citizen. She has been to the vodafone store a numerous time, been insulted by employees stating that the number does not belong to Vodafone and is an Airtel number. Even though I pay the Vodafone bills for this number Vodafone employees made her go to the Airtel store. Obviously, it did not work out. I have received official confirmation from Vodafone that the number was transferred without her knowing. This is unacceptable and I will be consulting with my lawyer and demanding all the harassment and trouble she has gone through. Not to mention the bills Vodafone sends us even when every time she visits the store they say that number will be active in next 48 since last 2 weeks.

                                  I have been living abroad and cannot help much but sure willing to fight as giving this number to someone else means fraud, my bank verification is tied with the number, exposing sensitive information. I will be taking Vodafone to the court and fight till the end.
