Hello there, i just bought a vodafone sim card 3 days ago and facing a lot troubles since i bought it. I didn't and never requested for any kind of services other than calling, sms and 4g internet but the vodafone guys are keep activating the unauthorized services and charging my money. I'm getting pissed off with their service and unable to connect customer care through 198 (I think they wanna rob me and not letting me talk to anyone there). I'm pasting the msgs i've got from them and i never authorised them and i don't want to authorise anymore. Here we go:
"hi, due to your low balance, hollywood store pack could not be activated. We will especially hold your request & start the service if you recharge within 7 days. To download callertune app click hyperurl.co/vs" (I didn't request for this service and still they're are trying to activate it)
"hi, due to your low balance, your subscription to unlimited at 30 pack could not be renewed. We are continuing the service for 3 days, especially for you. Recharge within 3 days to keep enjoying the service. To download callertune app click hyperurl.co/vs" (They've already charged 4 rupees for this service without my consent and wanna renew it again which is ridiculous)
"hi, due to your low balance, makeover pack could not be activated. We will especially hold your request & start the service if you recharge within 7 days. To download callertune app click hyperurl.co/vs" (I don't know what it is and never requested for it)
"hello! Unlimited at 30 pack is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 1 days rental of rs 4 has been deducted. Your current balance post service activation is rs 1.71. To deactivate, sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free). Click on http://m.hungama.com to download unlimited videos, image and wallpapers. To download callertune app click hyperurl.co/vs" (This service has been activated without my consent and they charged 4 rupees from my main account balance which is illegal)
It's just been 3 days and i've been offered so many troubles by vodafone. I'm not at all happy with their service and really gone nuts. I tried calling customer care and it said 'the call cannot be connected'. What does this mean? Why wouldn't the call be connected? Do they wanna escape? I demand an immediate attention and resolution with all these issues. Vodafone is cheating me. I need justice.

I WRONGLY RECHARGE my vodafone prepaid no [protected] with rs 85/ but talktime balance shown in my A/c is 0.kindly refund the recharge amount.I haven't asked for any internet service.
VERY BAD CUSTOMER CARE RESPONCE
I also contact to Paytm for reverse the transaction but they replay negative and told me to contact your operators.
