I am not getting any call any revert from vodafone services. Even issue has been raised to nodal and md but they dont care about the complaint. And i had tried to call on tbe no which they have updated and provided by customer care agents but he never licked up the call.

I m your customer whos is using this no for last 1.5 year i have many issue with your customer service team who is promised for the reversal the amount which has not been done since april month. I have been harassed by your customer care agent. I have spoken last time one of your agent and she promissed that she are raising the issue to higher level but today i cm to knw that she has never raised any issue to anyone. What kind of services u are providing. Pls answer me the folllowing question.

1. What u think about the customer that they are fool??
2. If any issue has been raised over the phone and later on customer cm to knw that there was no issue had been raised. They all are lies with customer.
3. I have spoken with sumendra / ravindra kaur last time and today but she had not raised any concern ans she was not worried about tthe they customer queries. Is this the customer service or yours. Who never understand and i have spoken with alok who is the manager over there and he has also confirmed for the reversal which has not been done.

Note: i am going to escalate the issue to consumer court where you will knw how to provide the services to the customer.

This is easy way to earm the money for payment ans customer will suffer to unlocking the no my no has been blocked now which is unxpected.

Pathetic, ridiculous, routhless, cheap services provided by you, you all have harassed to me. I ll show u for the same.

    Hi i have been vodafone customer for quite along time in fact just received text from them thanking for being loyal customer for half a decade (I think i am already a customer for 8 years with voda). However its been pathetic that i am not been able to receive my bill till now as for some reason they are not been able to send bill on my address neither on my mail. Surprisingly i gets promotional mail and new offers of corporate plan mail easily on the same email address. For bill by courier there is always an excuse that courier company could not find the address where in the airtel and lic stuff does easily get couriered to my same address easily.
    Its been sad that even after so many complaint they still not been able to resolve my problem and i have to suffer because of them in my office for reimbursement of my telephone charges from my company. Have also asked them several time to start my billing cycle from 22th of every month but again these rascals have not listen which of course if they do then how they will be able to put late bill submission charges on the consumer.
    2-3 months back also this same thing happens and then they first asked some third party to get the bill paid on which the third party was very rude and did also almost tried to threaten me and later when this does not worked out they then started apologizing and did also write me written apology and took the additional charges from the invoice. But again these donkeys have started ruckers. I requested to port my number from them to airtel and then these # started calling me daily from last 15 days or so but till now these bunch of looser not been able to get the bill mailed and sought out the problem. I have received text also several time that my complaint or request for bill been registered but unfortunately only fake promises been received but not the bill till now. I am attaching screen short of calls coming from vodafone regularly and there last apology mail also maybe that could make them realize a bit however i doubt that such shameful company could ever care for customer. I am stuck with vodafone due to my company and my contacts as i just can not afford to change my number and may be that is the reason i have been very much taken for granted.

    My apology to readers if i being rude o[censored]nparliamentry in my words but i am seriously fed up with vodafone and unfortunately stuck badly that i can not move to any where else.

      Dear, sir /madam i am a retailer i have a shop since 6 month, i have all telecom company e-top sim and card but no vodafone e-top sim and paper recharge, i contacted your dse last six months for give me a lapu sim and paper recharge but he everytime told me that he has no lapu sim because there is no lapu sim in stock and he not visited my shop yet and he not pick up the phone last 2month.         Sir,

        With reference to the subject cited above, i would like to bring to your kind notice that the vodafone network of which i am using sim with mobile no. [protected] is deducted my balance illegally which is amounting to rs 85 (Rupees eighty five only) on 17th july 2017 with mere excuse that i have downloaded something by clicking pop-up message from internet browser even though i have an internet pack with available data of 1.5 gb which still having validity till 8th august 2017 and there is no reason that they should deduct money from my main balance.

        Even after deducting my balance they don't even send notification or message informing about the nature or purpose for which the deduction has been made. I used to come to know about the deduction only when i try to make a call and the balance is not sufficient to make that call because of the deduction which makes me frustrated.

        Before also they have deducted my balance illegally in this manner 6 or 7 times and refunded the deducted amount only when i called the customer care executive and complained against the illegal deduction.

        This time the customer care executive refused to refund the deducted amount even when i requested for refunding of the deducted amount after clarifying that i have not downloaded anything by clicking pop-up message from internet browser as per their claim.

        Therefore, i am requesting you to kindly look into this matter from your end at the earliest.

              This has a reference to a phone call received on my cell no by an executive from vodafone from the number[protected] at 11.08 am today

              The executive name is being told as harishankar.
              The call was with reference to the refund deposit amount i have been asking to refund for last 6 months...

              I want to register a complaint against him for using foul language with me over the phone. When i did not budge to his suggestion he behaved very rudely and then started using foul languages. So i want to register a complaint against this person
              Im very very disappointed the way you treat your customers. I have sent a mail toappellate. [protected]@vodafone.com, nodal officer, etc.

              I hope you will resolve the matter at the earliest. Not expected these kind of behaviours from a vodafone executive.

              I m using vodafone number on 4 th july i got an sms offer fa u 144 recharge and get 2gb data and unlimted cal v2v but after 5 days amouth dected from my main balance if i cal coustamer care they telling u used 300 min.. i sure i mnot use 300 min of cals . my number [protected]

                It is observed that HIGHER SMS charges is being charged on Festivals specially belongs to Hindu Community. why such special rate is applicable on specially Hindu festival day. it there any guideline for that or have special reason as a consumer i would like to know about it very clearly as it is heating me specially on festivals like Diwali, Holi etc? In my view that charges should be uniform and throughout the period there should not be any discrimination

                I am using vodafone nos. since 2007 onward having post paid connection. my personal experience with Vodafone services is not so good. Network issue is always there further we are paying for 4G connection but never observed 4G speed. No. of time the issue has been raised but there is no positive result, also company is not returning/giving credit any amount for their poor quality of services. it is big concern and telecom monitoring agency should looked after such serious concern or have alternative mechanism to monitor such big service issue to the best satisfaction level of customer/
                I have pay monthly 499+gst to Vodafone company for internet (4G)and calling but very poor performance of internet speed . I found the speed of internet like 2G.
                I humbly request you please do something for that case because mostly people are suffering for that problem.
                You think i'm i fool... Always you people's are making me feel like i am a fool.. I need entire bill of november month...

                  I had got my mobile recharged for rs 347 on 12th july for voice and data.
                  As per plan 1 gb of 3g data free but after 1 gb the plan now seems finished.
                  It is absolutely pathetic and i am unable to use the data at all.
                  Pls help me resolving the same.

                  Due this i am unable to us the data services for which i have the money.

                  I was suppose to get the money reimbursed.
                  Payment was made thru the Amex Credit Card on 12th July 2017.

                      I an from pune, maharashtra and using postpaid connection. No. [protected]. I was charged for roaming of data at rs 750+ per month for few months between october 16 to april 2017. After complaining and writing emails nothing happened and i was told the billing is correct. But on 25th april on visiting vodafone store in pune, the person said he has activated "home like rome" service.. Post which there are no roaming charges.
                      This i believe is a trick and i am completely disapointed as even after few visits and email communciation,, why such activation was not done earlier?
                      The store people are not allowed to provide any details of this fact and in otherwise as well they are not allowed to give any documentary evidence except oral info. This is ridiculous as, we have no documentation to prove this. I am fed-up and hence writing to trai

                        Hello there, i just bought a vodafone sim card 3 days ago and facing a lot troubles since i bought it. I didn't and never requested for any kind of services other than calling, sms and 4g internet but the vodafone guys are keep activating the unauthorized services and charging my money. I'm getting pissed off with their service and unable to connect customer care through 198 (I think they wanna rob me and not letting me talk to anyone there). I'm pasting the msgs i've got from them and i never authorised them and i don't want to authorise anymore. Here we go:

                        "hi, due to your low balance, hollywood store pack could not be activated. We will especially hold your request & start the service if you recharge within 7 days. To download callertune app click hyperurl.co/vs" (I didn't request for this service and still they're are trying to activate it)

                        "hi, due to your low balance, your subscription to unlimited at 30 pack could not be renewed. We are continuing the service for 3 days, especially for you. Recharge within 3 days to keep enjoying the service. To download callertune app click hyperurl.co/vs" (They've already charged 4 rupees for this service without my consent and wanna renew it again which is ridiculous)

                        "hi, due to your low balance, makeover pack could not be activated. We will especially hold your request & start the service if you recharge within 7 days. To download callertune app click hyperurl.co/vs" (I don't know what it is and never requested for it)

                        "hello! Unlimited at 30 pack is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 1 days rental of rs 4 has been deducted. Your current balance post service activation is rs 1.71. To deactivate, sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free). Click on http://m.hungama.com to download unlimited videos, image and wallpapers. To download callertune app click hyperurl.co/vs" (This service has been activated without my consent and they charged 4 rupees from my main account balance which is illegal)

                        It's just been 3 days and i've been offered so many troubles by vodafone. I'm not at all happy with their service and really gone nuts. I tried calling customer care and it said 'the call cannot be connected'. What does this mean? Why wouldn't the call be connected? Do they wanna escape? I demand an immediate attention and resolution with all these issues. Vodafone is cheating me. I need justice.

                          As per disscussed with your repersentetor mr satyandera my prepaid sim will be activated as on 12 july 2017.
                          I have paid your all due & all documents given at your related office than why not my connection activated.

                          I will not pay any charges (Bill) for this connection.

                            Vas charges keep getting added even after i have removed and blocked pop ups. I keep getting auto generated smss that say on your request we have enabled some pack, when i clearly did not do this. This is the fourth month (From the march billing cycle to the june cycle) in a row i have had to call the (Not toll free) complaint number and spent 35 minutes explaining that i did not activate or download anything through vas. Every time in spite of disabling and send a request to do so i've been charged.

                            Two of my bills have been sent to incorrect email id even though i never ask vodafone to send my personal details are being circulated to a complete no body without my permission.

                            No action has been taken on any of these despite making repeated complaints.

                            Vodafone your service is lousy.

                                  Despite repeated request & complaint being sent to the vodafone service through their portal & my registered mail to vodafone company the value added services are being activated. The services are just activated on the number by sending a simple sms, then asked to deactivate by sending the sms. Even if the request for deactivation is sent the charges are being added to the monthly bill. Every month due to this i have to pay 300/400 extra amount with my usage bill. I want my complete amount to be refunded which has been charged in the name of value added service on my mobile no.

                                    Facing network data issue. Called customer care 4 times. They all give ####### reasons and put on hold for because non of them want to register complain. and till now they actually have not registered any complain. Whom should i complain now? If I am paying full money why the hell I am not getting service I am paying for? Will it be okay if we pay less and enjoy the service?? No!! at that time this providers dont even think about customer. They just vanish always once customer has paid money.

                                      Automatically vodafone is activating value added services every month. While asking customer care person mr. Siva (Tamilian) he is telling that vas is activated at your end and you only activated it. His reply was unacceptable. I didnt activate any services. Every month i am facing the same issue it is un tolerable. Kindly take necessary action against the company.

                                        I have been a long user of vodafone! I was happy with the services, offers provided.
                                        Recently i called the customer service and spoke to a customer service executive to know a certain offer for ₹252 i was addressed properly and gained the knowledge of the offer (15/07/2016 at 6:17pm)
                                        Before recharging i was alerted with another offer and i had to call the customer care once again (15/07/2017 6:31pm) and i enquired about the specific offer about ₹298 the executive told me that i would have the benefit of 1gb day time usage for 28days and 1gb night data. To clarify i asked her if it is 1gb/day = 28gb day data and 28gb night data.
                                        She told me to hold on and after she told me that it was 28gb day data and 28gb night data.
                                        I asked the question more than 5 times whether i would have 28gb data. She confirmed me with a big yes!
                                        16/07/2017 i called up the customer care asking that i was not credited with the 1gb i must be having today. They said it was a problem of 3g/4g not been active and they had escalated a complaint with ticket no:[protected] the problem was not solved.
                                        After 3-4 hours i called up and they said it was not a daily basis offer! She was very rude to me who picked up the phone at 16/07/2017 3:44pm she was very rude that she asked me if i had any problem to "lodge a complaint with consumer court".
                                        The complaints escalated are:
                                        1. Misleading information about recharges provided by vodafone customer care executive.
                                        Through which i had a loss of ₹298 plus the cost of doing a new recharge at ₹252
                                        2. Rude and unpolitely behaviour by the customer care executives
                                        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
