I have been calling since 2 days n my complaint for internet is yet not solved n ppl commit me 24 hours everyday. When i call the next day they again 24 hours.
2day spoke to vedanti and she says vr doing favour by giving u service on top of her voice as if she owns vodafone. Shame on vodafone to keep such employees. Still i get a commitment of 24hours. Again the same false promises n no chances seen of resolving complaint. I wonder ppl like vedanti wud not even be forwarding complaints ahead!!

    61.50 rs from my balance have been deducted on the name of some vodafone dotbot.
    I have not applied for any such nonsense services from vodafone.
    I am highly dissatisfied with the worst services vodafone provides.
    Every other day there is some drama going on.
    Balance gets deducted for incoming calls in the local network, customer care abuses.
    And now this nonsense deduction.
    I do not have time to entertain such drama every other day and keep calling customer care.
    I will port my number if this dosen't gets resolved.

    I have purchase new vodaphone sim card No. is [protected]. I save the contact no but asked puk code after sim card is permanantaly blocked. Please checked the sim and reply it.

      On 25/06/2017 vodafone just charged me 1200 extra saying that i have called on number 51717 on 25th june 2017 12:30a. M for 90 min which is logically impossible. I have not called on this number. After i googled this number i came to know that i am not the only one. Many vodafone users have faced exactly same problem.
      If anyone can do anything please help me

          Have been sending mails to vodafone corporate care since 3 months to disconnect the data card. But they always said clear the bill and number will be disconnected. After every month they send a new bill, and now they are telling to visit the vodafone store and there i need to again raise a request.
          They have no where mentioned that disconnection can not be triggered on call or through mail.
          What a horrible example of harassment.

          Unfortunately in india such companies escape after looting hard earned money of innocent indians.

          Thanks vodafone will transfer rs. 10000 in your account and then keep on charging me every month.
          Anybody reading this post please go for airtel or jio they have much better plans, and you can request a termination of your number by calling them.

            Please deactivate my postpaid sim +91 [protected], immediately, i've already informed them, yet i'm receiving outstanding bill emails.

            Very poor service, no one answer customer service calls, yet i'm receiving outstanding bills for a sim i'm not using for the past 6 months.

            Request you to attend to this immediately, or i'll take it up legally. Expecting action at the earliest.

              I am working in fortis escorts hospital amritsar and took a new sim on 24th april, 2017. Given me plan of rs 350 and told me that i will be charges rs 300 for the first 3months. But on 29th april within 5 days only i registered a complaint that i was supposed to get 3 gb data every month and now i am getting only 100mb per month. Mr. Varinder who is selling these sim in amritsar location in fortis hospital has given me wrong information. From the april month i am not using my number it is in phone but not using that and still i am getting a bill of rs 1100 plus now so either sort it out and reduce my bill so that i will pay the above said amount of rs 350 only else i will lodge the complaint in rti and in consume court that you people are making a fool of innocents.

                My plan is 199
                Which provide me 600 minute evry month
                But i dont know how they have charged me for 729 on bill
                But as per vodafone application plan is 199 v to v free minute by monthly but when change my paln of 399 to 199 then i hvae confirm 3-4 time paln of 199 (600 minute) again when i see the over bill and wrong plan show on my voda app show then again i was connect to customer care are saying that your paln is 199 unlmited voda to voda and voda to other free but i was told him that my plan is 199 600 minute then they told me when your bill generate then your bill is generate 199+tax.
                Please any one take action on this

                One imp thing if vodafone has provided me application, so i will go by application only na or else daily i will make a call to cutomer care for my correction but they totaly denied for letion my problem they just repeat you need to pay you need to pay.                   I have not been receiving the bill copies for my number [protected] fro vodafone for the last three months. On writing to them i keep getting replies from from some one who does not read my mail correctly and writes idiotic responses unrelated to my query.
                  Writing to the 'nodal' officer at the address given results in further responses from 'customer care'. This is the most frustrating and ridiculous set i have ever encountered. My husband has already migrated to airtel and i think i will too.

                    My name is angel mercy and i have lost my sim card since from 6 months but i was using whats up because i didn't uninstall whats up. Few days before i got to now that the sim is used by other person which is re-given by vodafone company.
                    Therefore i am afraid that the person who as re again taken my number can misuse my number and my personal data.

                        Hi,

                        I have taken a post paid connection number [protected] two months back and paud rs 300 against it.

                        Unfortunately, my area of residence was not having vodafone range and hence enquired about it by calling to customer care. I have been told that the range issue might take 2 to 3months to resolve. I have then given a complaint to disconnect the services of my vodafone number within a week of my purchase and shifted to other services. I got a confirmation call from vodafone department on it and they have told me that the phone will be disconnected in two days.

                        After 2 months, from last few days getting a call from recovery department for the payment. I have told the entire story to them once. However, again within an interval of a week again getting a call asking for the same.

                        Kindly check my conversation with the customer care department which i had at the time of putting a disconnection request by stating the reason for it and resolve the issue asap, so that the call coming from recovery department should stop.

                          To-day at 4.02 am, 4.04 am & 4.11 am i received sms stating that re 1 store pack, game pind pack and mobile mela service activated on my mobile phone though i have not requested for these services. Just i have opened the internet and i received these messages. I have already complained of vas not requested by me on[protected] [id:1626818]. If you not cancel the vas not requested by me and if any charges are added in my bill, i will be constrained to complain to the authority concerned and also approach other service providers for mobile number portability. Please do the needful early

                            I have been using my vodafone number [protected] for approximately past 9 years but due to unavoidable circumstances i was not using my number from last few months. I had used my number last was in the last week of april, 2017. Thereafter, in the last week of june, 2017 i decided to use my number regularly and i realized that there was no service on my phone. I immediately called vodafone customer care and told them about the issue. They told me that as the number remained unused and no recharge is made since last 45 days, the number has been deactivated. They further asked me to contact the nearest vodafone store and submit documents to activate the number. Then immediately on 2.07.2017, i visited the vodafone store, greater noida and submitted my complaint/ request to activate my number, however, the concerned cce informed me that my number has been allotted to someone else. I was shocked to know about aforesaid allotment of my number to someone else and that too without any prior notice to me. I requested them that i have using my number since last more than 8 years, but no heed was paid to me. I then tried calling that number to check who has been allotted with my number, however, the number was not active. When i informed about the said fact to the cce, he cant help me out.

                            I am really disappointed with vodafone for this as they did not bother to intimate me even through mail. Just to get new customers they are just ignoring the existing customers. The said number is my registered number with my bank accounts and credit cards. I also have some professional connection connected only through that number.
                            I have six numbers of vodafone in my family, but now am gonna discontinue all of them with vodafone network if my number is not activated in my name within 7 days of receipt of present complaint. It is hereby further informed to you that in case of any fraud and misappropriation of funds from my bank accounts and credits accounts/ cards for the reason that my above number is connected with all my bank accounts, vodafone shall be solely liable for the same.
                            In view of the above, vodafone is hereby requested to allot and reactivate my number in my name within 7 days, failing which i shall be constrained to take appropriate legal action, which shall be solely at your cost, risk and consequences.

Earlier i complained to castumer care than my balace had rufund and again duduct my main balance and now i am trying to call custmer care than my call never connected. I am very cramped to vodafone. I trying to call custumer care mant times but my call never connected and to much balance deducted daily. Pleas take any bitter action against this telecome company.

                                Have received a legal notice for a bill not paid where in the issue should have been taken care of by powair vodafone store managerating in the month of march for number. Berkshire [protected]. Request a revert from vodafone asap before i approach media or consumer court i tried calling on all the meets provided on the legal notice and either i was hung up on or the calls weren't received

                                  This is writing after becoming foolish.
                                  On 10.07.2017 i got a sms that recharge by rs199/- and get all outgoing calls free. I just activated and a next massage came that go to nearby vodafone and get the same recharged to avail the sceem. According i got my number recharged but same was not activated in my mobile no.

                                  I raised a complaint in jp nagar, vodafone office but they turned me out saying that the circle of your phone is of jharkhand so it is not applicable in karnataka as i in bangalore for official visit of one month.

                                  My payment of rs 199/- is of no use.

                                  Find out any solution to resolve the issue

                                        I am using mb no. For last 2years. For bill month july, i have received bill of amount rs. 787/- generally my bill in the rage of 150-250. However due to internet usage of 330 mb, you have charged about rs. 500/ additional charges i. E. 1mb= rs.1.51. Which is very high. Further you have charged rs. 42/- for calling from 139 numers & same from railway enquiry no. Further i hve taken internet plan on 4/7/2017. As per new plan my charges will be approx. Rs. 100/-. You are requested to charge the internet caharges as per plan & accourdingly revised the bill, further for 139 no. Charges should be normal.
