From morning my vodafone [protected] number was blocked for SMS.I asked to customer care they said that i need to register with TRAI.Actually I did not do any kind of marketing .Every i will send messages to my friends and relatives only.Without my knowledge they blocked.How to un block?

      I recharged my vodafone account with 3g data pack. I live 100 mtrs far away from vodafone tawer. Here is vodafone 3g area. But 3g not working properly. It's very painful. I want to vodafone plz solve my problem immediately. I am vodafone coustmur for 2008 when was hutch. I regularly use vodafone 3g but sometimes vodafone no gives proper services which i charged. Plz solve my problem and reply me

        I have paid a due of rs.980/- on 13th of this month against my mobile number [protected] after getting confirmation from the above store (Mr. Mahesh - [protected]) that my above sim will be activated within 4 hours of pending payment and he had given me new sim. I believed on the store and his words.

        Now even after of 48 hours of bill payment the sim is not yet activated.

        Yesterday when i visited the showroom, they told that everything is ok and the new sim will be activated within another 4 hours. Believing their words, i returned to my home.

        Today, as it was not activated till now, i visited the store again and now they are saying that they are not sure of the activation period, and may take long time and they are not sure of getting the same number. As per them only 50% chance is there to get the same number.

        As i have some personnel affection with the above number i checked with the store and as per their confirmation only i have paid the due amount. Now i have lost my money, my preferred number and my salary for the last 3 days. I cannot take another leave as i am holding a managerial post in a reputed firm.

        Considering the above facts, i request you to respond to this complaint on emergency as i don't want to spend more time on this, but to go for a consumer complaint.

          Vodafone is charging me for value added services. When i complained against it firstly they waived of the charges. And then again charged me for three weeks i complained and they said we filing your complaint and i got reply that sorry we cant waive of. I paid the bill and tried to convert in prepaid. Buti went out of town so could not proceed and then again 2-3 days before they sent me message youhave been charged 35 for games pack. And then i went to store and they said we r deactivating it and your charges will b waived for late payment and vas also. And after sometime they again sent me and i got a call that we r proceeding for your complaint. And now today i am getting a call that your sr has been postponed and you have to file a new complaint and when i asked that why again and again the lady name poonam cut the phone. I want a strict action against vodafone india and to get my charges waived off.

            I am a senior citizen (65). I and other family members in india are using vodafone for many years.
            Mine is post paid connection no-[protected]. The services were good. I
            Use to pay the bill as soon as i receive the intimation.
            My bill comes around rs 400 to rs 500/-.
            Surprisingly, this time i received a bill of rs 6574/-. I protested and sought the details of call. It was informed that these are being charged for my opening international roaming. As they have already stopped/restricted call services. I am facing lot of problems, mental harassment & some time heavy financial loss. Incidentally, i submit that immediately on receipt of the bill i have deposited rs 500/ average of my all previous bills.
            I submitted that i am in india and never used or open this facility.
            But repeatedly i am being replied that this service is opened and used by me & they have expressed their inability to help me.
            I request you to help me by restoring my vodafone call services in connection no-[protected].

              Hi i have recharged my number with amount of 51 from vodafone site where it was mentioned as 300mb data. After recharge received a msg as recharge is successful, talk time received as 0.0, gst 7.78, access fee 43.22. However didnt received any data information. By considering as data has activated and used internet where data used from my balance. While calling customer care received feedback as in place of data i have received the balance of 40 rs however didnt got msg regarding receiving the balance of 40. So at end of day i lost balance. This all happened due to wrong information on vodafone site. It is new idea to earn money from customer. Please provide resolution.

                I tried to do 103 rs recharge from vodafone online. It failed but money is deducted from my account reference no. Isigabqtmqm$, vodafone reference no. Jsbi[protected]. The incident happened while paying via onlinesbi on 15th july, 1:53 p. M. Billdesk payment gateway displayed message "sorry we are unable to process your request."

                Recharge was not done.

                Please revert me my money back to my account.

                Why debited money takes so long to be revert back. Who gets the interest of that money. Isn't that something to look into as companies earn interest on that money. When you return money after many days you should give interest.

                  मेने 18।06।2017 को अपनी सिम वोडाफोन का 347 rs का नेट पैक खरीदा जिसमे एक महीने के लिए फ्री कॉलिंग और महीने तक रोजाना 1 gb नेट मिलना था।
                  पर कम्पनी की सर्विस में 12 घण्टे मेसे 10 घण्टे 2g ही चलता है जो कि मेरे लिए बहुत कष्टदायक है।
                  मेने नेट की तेज गति के लिए 3g पैक खरीद था
                  पर कंपनी मोबाइल में नेटवर्क होते हुए भी पूरी सर्विस देने में समर्थ नहीं है।
                  कृपया सहयोग करावे।
                  इन धोखेबाज कंपनियों पर नियंत्रण रेखा लागू करावे।

                    Most of the websites take embarrassing time to open. Often it gets interrupted. Present data speed is definitely lower than 3g vodafone network service in siliguri as it reflects from its use in smartphones. Most of the useful jobs like online buys, pay bills, recharging, taking appointments, apply in suitable institutions all are accomplished through nets. So it's most embarrassing when a simple job can't be finished in time.

                      2. Rozgar_seva_ppu_10,

                      It is unfair. I need deductions of this amount. And rs. 28.8/ texes on the amount 160/- also.

                          My two vodafone no. [protected] and [protected], which i have not been using since 2 month suddenly got deactivated by vodafone. They even had talktime in it about 30 and 10 rs. Respectively.
                          I want my sim cards to be reactivated as soon as possible. My alternate no. Is [protected]. Please resolve this issue. I have tried to call the vodafone call center, but they doesn't seem to be helping in any ways.

                            Company says they do not have official 4g network in amravati maharashtra and company is selling 4g plans at their stores in the same city. Even i was using 4g a week ago. But now i am unable to get 4g services and also complained refarding the same but since 1week my complaint is not solved. Company is giving fake assurance to resolve my complaint as soon as possible since last 5 days but no satisfactory solution been initiated by them.

                                    Vodafone execute sold me a 2 sim for rs. 444. ([protected], [protected]), he promised me that the unlimited calls for 70 days, even after showing my phone to him. Now the connection was disconnected and if i ask a customer care executive his response and behavior on phone was so ridiculous. Now they are telling the offer is only for 4g handsets, before purchase nobody informed me.

                                      I had submitted the application with all documents for porting from reliance. I did the same on 5th of July to Mr Sumit at Bangur, Kolkata vodafone store. Till date it was not processed reason behind is the guy Sumit is transferred when I visited the stores then I came to know. Again today fresh form is processed. My question is that it is the best service which you provide to your customer and your are claiming that you are best service provider???

                                        i purchase new Vodafone number [protected] from pitampura delhi Vodafone store..Collection boy pickup the document on 9-7-2017 but till date my number not start..Yesterday morning i provide my sim number to Vodafone person according to him and they said that number will be start after 15 minutes but my number is not start till yet..They are not attending the call..Vodafone store numbers [protected], [protected]..Please guide to Vodafone persons how to sale and after sale how to handle the customers complaint..Security deposit slip is attached
