Had put a port out request from your vodafone.
Received a call on the same day regarding new offers and plans, but rejected as was getting better plans and offers.

Got a call again, picked up by my father as he is using the number, female on the other end said they have new offers and plans but rejected as made up mind want to port out, female on the call said if we port out of vodafone we wont be able to come back. Her tone was rude as if she owns the vodafone. I just want to know whether vodafone has lost its standard of hiring professionals. If trai allows individuals to port in & out end no of times then who was this female. How can she tell us bluntly that vodafone wont take it back. Complained on twitter for the same. Was assured will get a call shortly.

Got call from vodafone regarding the complaint raised on twitter. Interaction id : [protected]. Explained the full situation to the female on the other end she just said will escalate this issue to the higher authority & action would be taken against the female who said this, but being vodafone cannot trust their actions.

    My mobile number is xxxxxxxxxx. I had purchased a prepaid coupon of rs. 20/-with serial number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. But while scratching for the hidden number i had by mistake scratched off the hidden number totally and am unable to recharge the amount.

    I had sent repeated email /reminders and registered a complaint online. But there has been no response.

    Very poor customer service.

        Dear sir my no [protected] recharge 348 rupees but in this recharge company say 1 gb data got per day but after rechage only one gb data credited in my account hence call to custoner care then he tells offer valid o only 4 g sim but this condition not showing anywher how to solve this problem please help me or please refund this ammount customer is very sady about this

            I recharge my vodafone number by rs.352 but the offer is not working. I do recharge on 11 july 2017. I requested you to solve my problm as soon sa possible. I already call vodafone care but they say that its a talktime offer but recharge done a day before only. Its seem to very big problm for me. Please solve my problm or refund my recharge amount.

              On 12july i got an offer from vodafone and i recharged that to enjoy the benefits. But they didn't provide me the same benefits as stated in offer. So when i contacted them, there executive first used wrong language and then started abusing me.. And then disconnected the call. When i contacted them again, there was no response from other executives. Hope i wil get a reply, otherwise i have to go for another option.

                As per your request through mail, i was provided to you the statement of my bank account accordingly on 11 july 2017. After that no any response comes from the your side. Again i am telling that, i have prepaid sim card and i want to recharge in it just only 50 rupees and i have tried it for four times and each time transactions were failed (9 july 2017). On 10 july 2017, i have received sms from central bank of india for money debited from my bank account (Rs. 6789/-). When i inquired to the bank, it revealed money transferred to the account of vodafone company (Vodafone/[protected] trf to [protected]). It is an illegal transaction from my account to debit money without getting my permission. I would awaited for your response in regards to early resolve the above issue.

                  Almost 2 weeks left but not positive feedback about my number when it will be on postpaid. 198 executives always give me surety for next 24 hrs bt its worst.

                  Sales code : — 206814 comes from : — c-45 okhla ph-2 new delhi. 198 helpline says it is on process. How much time it will take time to process.

                    I have paid my vodafone bill via paytm, the amount has been dudected but the bill is still showing as unpaid... As like same i have paid electricity bill using paytm, in that also got the same problem, the amount has been dudected but bill was still unpaid...
                    Kindly refund my both the bill amount...

                    And always ur toll free number is either switch off or not reachable...

                    I need my money back

                        I have been calling since 2 days n my complaint for internet is yet not solved n ppl commit me 24 hours everyday. When i call the next day they again 24 hours.
                        2day spoke to vedanti and she says vr doing favour by giving u service on top of her voice as if she owns vodafone. Shame on vodafone to keep such employees. Still i get a commitment of 24hours. Again the same false promises n no chances seen of resolving complaint. I wonder ppl like vedanti wud not even be forwarding complaints ahead!!

                          61.50 rs from my balance have been deducted on the name of some vodafone dotbot.
                          I have not applied for any such nonsense services from vodafone.
                          I am highly dissatisfied with the worst services vodafone provides.
                          Every other day there is some drama going on.
                          Balance gets deducted for incoming calls in the local network, customer care abuses.
                          And now this nonsense deduction.
                          I do not have time to entertain such drama every other day and keep calling customer care.
                          I will port my number if this dosen't gets resolved.

                            On 25/06/2017 vodafone just charged me 1200 extra saying that i have called on number 51717 on 25th june 2017 12:30a. M for 90 min which is logically impossible. I have not called on this number. After i googled this number i came to know that i am not the only one. Many vodafone users have faced exactly same problem.
                            If anyone can do anything please help me

                                Have been sending mails to vodafone corporate care since 3 months to disconnect the data card. But they always said clear the bill and number will be disconnected. After every month they send a new bill, and now they are telling to visit the vodafone store and there i need to again raise a request.
                                They have no where mentioned that disconnection can not be triggered on call or through mail.
                                What a horrible example of harassment.

                                Unfortunately in india such companies escape after looting hard earned money of innocent indians.

                                Thanks vodafone will transfer rs. 10000 in your account and then keep on charging me every month.
                                Anybody reading this post please go for airtel or jio they have much better plans, and you can request a termination of your number by calling them.

                                  Very poor service, no one answer customer service calls, yet i'm receiving outstanding bills for a sim i'm not using for the past 6 months.

                                  Request you to attend to this immediately, or i'll take it up legally. Expecting action at the earliest.

                                    I am working in fortis escorts hospital amritsar and took a new sim on 24th april, 2017. Given me plan of rs 350 and told me that i will be charges rs 300 for the first 3months. But on 29th april within 5 days only i registered a complaint that i was supposed to get 3 gb data every month and now i am getting only 100mb per month. Mr. Varinder who is selling these sim in amritsar location in fortis hospital has given me wrong information. From the april month i am not using my number it is in phone but not using that and still i am getting a bill of rs 1100 plus now so either sort it out and reduce my bill so that i will pay the above said amount of rs 350 only else i will lodge the complaint in rti and in consume court that you people are making a fool of innocents.

                                      My plan is 199
                                      Which provide me 600 minute evry month
                                      But i dont know how they have charged me for 729 on bill
                                      But as per vodafone application plan is 199 v to v free minute by monthly but when change my paln of 399 to 199 then i hvae confirm 3-4 time paln of 199 (600 minute) again when i see the over bill and wrong plan show on my voda app show then again i was connect to customer care are saying that your paln is 199 unlmited voda to voda and voda to other free but i was told him that my plan is 199 600 minute then they told me when your bill generate then your bill is generate 199+tax.
                                      Please any one take action on this

                                      One imp thing if vodafone has provided me application, so i will go by application only na or else daily i will make a call to cutomer care for my correction but they totaly denied for letion my problem they just repeat you need to pay you need to pay.                                         I have not been receiving the bill copies for my number [protected] fro vodafone for the last three months. On writing to them i keep getting replies from from some one who does not read my mail correctly and writes idiotic responses unrelated to my query.
                                        Writing to the 'nodal' officer at the address given results in further responses from 'customer care'. This is the most frustrating and ridiculous set i have ever encountered. My husband has already migrated to airtel and i think i will too.
