I get wrong information from vodafone exucative..
I called at around 1.30 to 2 pm today.. The customer executive told me my number have 446 offer... He told me the details of the recharge offer which is 70 days free call validity nd per day 1 gb data free...

Then i recharged 446 through easy recharg but after 3hrs i saw that call charge deducted from my main balence.. After that i saw my internet balence deducted from my main balence.
Then i calld 5 timed in vodafone customer care they told me that u dont have any offer of 446 in ur number its a wrong information from our vodafone customer executive...

Vodafone cheat with me and harras me... Why i get worng information from vodafone customer care??

Pls do a need full step nd get back my offer or main ballence.

    Dear sir,

    I have prepaid sim number [protected], and I have recharge of 349 yesterday afternoon and have talk with customer care yesterday four times which u can also check and conform that I will get 1 gb of data daily for 28 days and it will be activated after 12 pm. But till today it has not been activated and from my number your customer care call is not going also.
    And from other number I called customer care and they tell that I have not installed Vodafone app, and I told them I have installed Vodafone app yesterday only and conform yesterday before recharging and after that only I have recharge yesterday. And no reply after that.

    I request you to solve my problem at earliest otherwise I will go to consumer court.

    It is very bad experience with Vidafone company. No one responsible and saying correctly and giving correct information.

    I think you have reply without checking and without seeing any details.

    First of all I didn't get the data plan of 1 gb daily which was confirmed and for which I have recharge my number and that I have conform four times and then I have recharge. How can u say that I have got the benefit then. Request you to please recheck and reply me.

    And it is not at all good feeling about your company.

      This is to highlight that vodafone does not ensures right kyc norms. I have been unnecessary getting legal notices for non-payment of : relationship no.[protected] mob no. [protected].

      I have made an attempt to let this amit sharma know that the number in communication does not belong to me. The emails still keep coming in and there is no way to stop this, unless i just block it.

      This is an harassment because the company does not have proper ways to address their issues and follow up with complaints. I have attached the email about the legal notice to me. Also attached the email that i had sent to let vodafone know that the number does not belong to me.

        Vodafone manager calls on 27th Apr to make Rs 2600 payment. They send the formal letter confirming the account will be closed post payment of 2600 Rs. I made the payment same day Rs 2600...please see enclosed pictures about letter received from Vodafone and online payment done the same day..

        To my surprise, received legal notice on 7th July to make another 1200Rs payment...This is just cheating and recovery tactics.

          Dear Team

          This refers to the mobile number +91 [protected] which is registered under my name Ms.Vrushali v Pawar, I would like to inform you that i am extremely disappointed by the Vodafone service provided to me on the mentioned number, I had my number deactivated since Aug 2016 due to the wrong charges charged to me by the vodafone, However had thought of resolving the issues with the vodafone and settling the bills, which is where my decency and my honesty was paid back to me resulting in the rob of INR 2800, As i had received a mail from Vodafone stating the contact number
          +(91)-[protected] of Mr.Deepak Khemnar for any assistance, i called this person, A guy came online saying he is Deepak and would assist me in my issue, he also committed that if i pay now the amount he will give me a waiver of INR 802 and also would convert my post paid number to prepaid and send the new sim to my within 4 hours, Hence i had made a payment of 2800/- as per him and gave him a reference number to activate my number ASAP, I never suspected him as his number was given to me by the vodafone itself.
          However after receiving the payment he said that he would get back to me and also send his executive to deliver the sim, Inspite of the day passing by i had no communcation from vodafone sales end and hence had no options then to recall him back on the given number, on receiving the call, it took almost 5 mins to identify the Guy Deepak who had given me this commitment as the now guy on phone says we have many deepak working with us and they dont know who had taken the payment, Ok even after this he traced by details and said that activation is in process and will get sorted by days end, again i had to wait for a day more and finally after calling them on 4th day the answer they gave is "they will not activate the number as its was a ported number and now activation was not possible", on arguing with him on this, he said do you think that you would run away without paying us the money back to Vodafone, to make you pay the bill we had given you this .

          Its so pathetic and adsurd to know that a company like Vodafone and go upto such level dowm to get their paymentsfrom theire customers, Atlease they should have taken the loyalty and the period of their service utility of that particular customer before doing such shameful act.

            I am facing the problem from last 4 months. If i have any balance in my account, they diduct it for any VAS. If i call customer care, they refund it, if i dont, my money has gone. They say i click somewhere on internet brouser but the fact is these services get activated even if i am sleeping. If i call thrice a day to customer care, they block my number, saying its trai rule. I am sick. Please help me, i want to go to consumer court.

              I was using vodafone for more than 8 years for the month july 2017 i was recharged for 349 the plan is unlimited local calls and daily 1 GB data
              On 06/07/2017 due to no balance service is not working i was recharged for 50 rupees but they taken the full amount for data usage. again i was recharged for 10 rupees in the morning that also they taken the hole amount for data usage.

              i was still in the 349 plan then why they charging for this refund the amount you have taken from my acount

                The balance seen in my Vodafone number was Rs 124/- on 30th June 2017.
                It has suddenly reduced to Rs 18.80/- today. In this meantime I had only one call which was of 88 secs duration costing only 67 paisa. Please refund the extra amount soon. My handset is LG and is keypad . Still now it has not done any problem. My number is ##########. I also called in the Vodafone customer care but no remedy was done.
                Please look into my issue soon sir. Will be highly oblidged by your kind co-operation.

                    For the past few days, despite trying to send PORT XXXXXXXXXX (my mobile number) message on 1900 to port my vodafone sim to jio network. Everytime I am trying to send the message it is showing failed repeatedly. It has become a daily issue. It is very unsatisfactory and it's complete wastage of my time. Please look into the matter as soon as possible, else I have to take other necessary steps.

                        Hello team,

                        This is the complaint about my value added service charges revisal request[protected]

                        This requested has been raised for revisal of rs.665+18% value added service charges from this month bill, which was activated without my intervene. When i was called representatives, they are haggling the revisal amount and finally they agreed up to maximum rs.500+tax. I don’t understand why i am not able to get my full revisal amount back for which activated without my intervene and even useless to me. Though i called many times to helpdesk to deactivate and for the stop procedure, none of the worked out yet.

                        Please check the same and do the needful to revise full amount. Kindly inform you that i am not going to pay any of my payment until get a proper response

                            This is regarding the instances happened on 5th July 2017, Wednesday. I have been receiving call on my number from your company from very long, however I lost my patience yesterday when I got calls from your call centre four times.

                            Please note that I am not a Vodafone user and number is registered with other telecom brand and still I have been receiving calls and on calls they have been misbehaving and threatening. Please look into the details as below about the issue:

                            I have been receiving call from following numbers 4 times a day. Yesterday since morning I have been receiving calls from 9:50 am and since morning only I told them to my number on DND and again during the day I have received calls several times. The last call which I received from +[protected] at 5:51 pm, i told them please not to call and why are you calling again and again and the guy replied that this data is been given by company and I will have to make a call and cant help on this. He further transferred call to his senior member 'A Lady', when i again asked her not to call and warning you lastly that I will lodge a complaint then she bluntly told me do whatever you want to do and made some cheap comments on the phone and threatening me that my complaint won't make any difference. This behaviour of her and your team forced me to make a complaint under consumer forum ( Complaint no. 333645)

                            I would request you to please take strict actions against that lady and the person who have been calling since morning. This is totally unethical and mentally disturbed me and totally not expected out of your company.

                            The numbers from which I have been receiving calls were:
                            1. +[protected] at 9:50 AM
                            2 . +[protected] at 12:33 PM
                            3. +[protected] at 3:59 PM
                            4. +[protected] at 5:51 PM

                            According to me this was intentionally done and they purposely misbehaved and harassed me.

                            Request you to please look into this matter.

                            Lastly, I am grateful that I am not associated with you company and have another telecom number because no one is going to be associated with such misbehaved and ill mannered employees

                              Hi, my name is Charan and my number is [protected]. On 06/07/2017, I got a message stating "Hello! VDS ANENTSTORE pack is now active on your number, as resquested. This service is valid till 21/07/2017 and a 15 days rental of Rs. 75 has been deducted."
                              But I never requested this service and I don't know what this service does.
                              I want an explanation from one of the executives involving the proof that I requested this service pack.

                                I visited Vodafone store on 31st june in Madipakkam near kumaran theatre.
                                The person ask for 30rs for porting sim from Docomo to Vodafone and he told we put 30p calls to all network for 84days. After sim activated I didn't receive any message about rate cutter after I asked customer care they told to ask store person then I went to that store another person was there and he ask me to pay money for that I asked the other person was there 2days ago can u contact him he never ask me to pay any money then for lot arguments he recharged 4rs. And the plan was not that what the previous person told I dissatisfied for what they made to me and I contacted customer care they ask me to go and give the mobile to that executive.and though there is no charges for porting but they asking to pay money, I attached the screenshot of the Vodafone site, kindly check it and make some necessary actions.

                                  Kindly inform you that your manner does not like. Absolutely wrong method. Fully like dadagiri. My sim has disconnect by you without any kind of informed me neither call nor messages. Suddenly my sim card stopped by u. There is a very big mistake of your service. And your caller executive has very misguide me. Therefore i losses very money and time and very harass me. All caller executive has extremely poor knowledge about your policy.

                                    Dear sir/madam,
                                    I am Govind Kumar from Varanasi. My concerned is that I had purchase a mobile SIM card from Delhi, whose number was [protected] nearly in December, 2016. It was block just before two month due to this I had broken and throw the SIM Card. Now, I am using another number. Someone is using the same number and exploiting to my friend badly from the same number. Therefore, I kindly request you; either blocks this number or catches and informs me at '[protected]@gmail.com'. The user is too bad who are using this number.

                                      Dear Vodafone Manager,

                                      Please, note my complaint as per below
                                      1. first complaint given Rs 3820/- no one replied till date.
                                      2. My new complaint as per below

                                      1. March bill 4750/- paid on 06 April :: Rs 4680/-

                                      May bill 1720/- given complaint against to reduce bill like Add on Package deactivate Ms Megha has given solution and reduced bill upto 800. After that my bill is Rs 920/- on June 05.( I have this confirmation).

                                      After few days (18 June ) suddenly i got an bill or Rs 3820/- I don't now about that. When I was called CC agent said that some one refunded amount of Rs 2900/-. When I have confirmation of every payment. That means you people can change any one bill and add addition amount.

                                      4. Also, I have given complaint to deactivate Rs 450 + Rs 250 add on package. And also get deactivation confirmation. and your CC agent said that we will not charge into you bill of June Month. But you people charged me that amount also.

                                      I have mention every thing if you people give me an waiver upto Rs 3600/- or else not paying single amount. This is like an cheating with you customer. Vodafone team make an indirect changes in bill.

                                      Technically vodafone people can do any thing why we should be able to pay extra bill and also and

                                      I have given 1 complaint from Oct month against to detective my both plan i.e. 450 + 250 + Tax. But now own has taken my complaint when I am continuously making call to your team that time they have deactivated both plan. From Oct to May almost 8 Month. It was auto renewing Means Rs. 800 X 8 Months = Rs. 6400/- I paid to Vodafone. So, Many time I called with other no but You call center Employe not taken my proper complaint not deactivated my both plans from Oct. When I am continuously making call in this month that time it was deactivated.

                                      You people can manage my bill on given above complaint current I am not paying extra amount Rs. 2900/- which Vodafone team suddenly add to My bill. and Current bill also you people can mange into above Amount Rs. 6400/-.

                                      All Vodafone store or other email or call center all are sleeping not responding my mail from last 8 days.

                                      Vodafone Agent told you can close this sim card by paying Half payment. This kind of Service you can provide to your existing customer. Last time also I was paid bill of Rs 6000/- in Oct Month. I want my same no sim card I can pay only 920 (May) + 920 (June) = Rs 1840/- bill amount above that I should not be paid with bill of my no [protected]... ...

                                      I could not pay above that amount... If you giving me this bill then I will pay otherwise.. as per your agent told me you can discontinue your card...

                                      NOT SATISFIED WITH VODAFONE AGENT CALL...

                                        Strange things...When checking online account usage on 6th July 2017,
                                        I see Total GPRS charge amount Rs.1852.3
                                        Total Data Usage = 0

                                        When I did chat with Live Agent, he suggested that wait for the bill to be generated but he is not sure why this GPRS charges? He thinks it is an ERROR but can't do anything.

                                        I am NOT sure why would Vodafone India not take care of the bill when customer is pointing it out from online account usage before bill is generated?

                                        Why do we have to wait for the Bill to be generated and then dispute?

                                        some background context in chronological sequence:
                                        ⦁ I have opted for Rs 199/- plan which I have been using for quite a while
                                        ⦁ I traveled to USA on 12th May 2017. But before leaving I paid advance amount so that monthly bill is taken care of
                                        ⦁ I enabled International Roaming for Rs 149/- on 25th June 2017 by doing it online but then had to call vodafone from USA for enabling roaming / making it available. During the process i also paid Rs 3000/- deposit through HDFC netbanking
                                        ⦁ Please note that I did not opt for any international roaming plan as intention is just to get OTP passwords/ incoming SMS services from various sites
                                        ⦁ Please also note that data usage and data roaming are always OFF on my phone and I am only using internet using Wifi home network
                                        ⦁ On 5th July 2017, I created my online account by registering on the website
                                        ⦁ I checked that my current outstanding bill was Rs 1867.34
                                        ⦁ I was concerned with that number and initiated live chat with an agent - Ramiz - Ramiz informed that this seem to be an ERROR but can be analyzed only after bill is generated on 7th July and there is nothing can be done. Ramiz did inform that it is for GPRS charges and could be because of Data but that Data Usage is 0 KB !!!

                                        ⦁ On Next day 6th July, I received SMS alert followed by this email (below) that credit limit has been crossed...Amount now was more than Rs 7000 ...Increase of more than Rs 5000 in just one day !!!
                                        ⦁ I called customer service and spoke with Supervisor Mehul and several other folks - who refused to take any complaint and told that service would be disrupted and nothing can be done before bill is generated -- I was also informed that there is some 16.5MB data usage ..Not sure if all of them in last 1 day??? This is absurd..I have not used any data infact even for enabling roaming, I had to call vodafone on numerous occasions after enabling roaming services on 25th June and eventually got it working only by 28th / 29th June
                                        ⦁ Representative suggested disabling PayGo services -- which I am not sure what but agreed to disable to stop further bleeding but not sure

                                        Complaints / Need your help:
                                        ⦁ Please ensure that services are not disrupted
                                        ⦁ Please confirm receipt of Rs 3000/- on 24th / 25th June 2017 towards deposit
                                        ⦁ Please revert the charges as there is no data usage in more than last 1 month (after 12th May till now) -- This amount is due to error as I have screen shot of chat with Ramiz (on 5th July) and also screen shots of vodafone MyAccount Data Usage tab
                                        ⦁ Please guide us with next step - please don't answer common message - "please let bill be generated, pay first and then only dispute..." common answer will NOT be acceptable and we would want you to revert charges, accept the error and then give instant credit of wrong billing / wrong calculation
                                        ⦁ Please give me complaint number / tracking number for tracking purpose

                                        At this time - I see that my phone has been disconnected.
                                        Here is how my bill has increased every day:
                                        5th July --> Rs 1867.34
                                        6th July --> Rs. 7000 + (More than 7000)
                                        7th July --> Rs 15053
                                        While I have not received by bill through email, I see that it is generated online..
                                        As per online bill, I see Rs 5000/- one time charges -- NOT SURE WHAT THIS IS FOR as I have not activated any package
                                        Also as mentioned below Rs 7000 + roaming charges is wrong ..data usage of 16 MB is incorrect as Mobile Data and Roaming are always OFF and only reason we have opted for international roaming is to receive OTP and SMS (Incoming only). Have not used data / voice during this time.
                                        Please also note that roaming was requested on 24th June which started working only around 26/27th June 2017.
                                        Please take corrective action at the earliest by removing roaming, one time charges and reinstating mobile services at the earliest.
                                        I am OK with 199 plan + 149 (international roaming) nothing else is chargeable to me.
