I am working in saudi arabia. I have vodafone prepaid number [protected].
I want to receive the sms for this number.
Last year also i used this number here they deduct 20rupees. But now they deducting 99rs. So pls instructs them as before they deduct 20rs only. I don't want to make or receive calls. I want only sms service. As my bank account linked with this number.

    The service provided by vodafone is charging beyond my plans. My plans for 299 and they are charging 579 plan. Highly unprofessional. I don't recommend to go for postpaid. Very bad bill service. Too highly charged. Charging for nothing. They just want to remove money from innocent customers. I want my refund. I haven't even crossed my limits of the plans. Too bad.

        Is Vodafone stopping the 3G Service? If so, they should make the announcement properly and let all their customers know that there will be NO 3G SERVICE FROM VODAFONE from 15th July 2017.

          Without making any request vodafone people are activating any value added service on my mobile. When i called customer care they are saying you might have clicked on pop-up. We are not kids to click anywhere and all pop-ups are blocked. And how vodafone can trust such a request come from pop-up. They are to accept only call/sms/email request. How they can activate if somebody clicks on pop-up. It is just to take additional money from customers, this has to stop. This is the consecutive second time they have charged nearly 1000/- rupees in bill.

          They have reverted the extra charges but issue is not fixed again I got some extra charges in July bill also.
          From morning my vodafone [protected] number was blocked for SMS.I asked to customer care they said that i need to register with TRAI.Actually I did not do any kind of marketing .Every i will send messages to my friends and relatives only.Without my knowledge they blocked.How to un block?

            I sagar patel, here with complaining for the unusual transaction of money transfer from my account on 10th july, 2017 in the early morning without my permission. When i want to recharge of rs. 50/- for my vodafone number at late night on 9th july 2017, i have tried for the four times through mobile banking but each time transactions are failed. But on next day, in the early morning of 10th july 2017, i receive a sms from the central bank of india that the rs. 6789/- are debited from my account. When i enquired to bank, it revealed that the money transfered to vodafone company (Vodafone/[protected] trf to [protected]). It is the unusual transaction from my account without getting my permission.

                  As your member created m pesa account on your own, and i am not even using that account for any transactions, yesterday i received a message which says if you don't use it further you have to face a penalty of rs.50 per month, i don't want to use any such service, just deactivate or i have to forcefully stop using vodafone.
                  Please tell your team to close it as soon as possible, as it's no use for me and am not going to pay any charges on behalf of it.

                  I am a Vodafone customer for more than 7 years. I had mpesa application and used it once. Now I am getting a message for a detection of Rd 59.
                  When I am not using the same, why are you detecting?

                    Hi. My phone number was changed to prepaid after clearing my post paid dues. (Which anyway has to be done other wise the phone number doesn't change to prepaid) but i still keep on getting bills and notices for something that's already paid. And for activating your prepaid phone you're suppose to call 59090 which never worked!
                    Vodaphone is a scam

                      Vodafone executives call 6 times day and advertise the company.on requesting them not to disturb so many times the executives laugh n reply very cheaply.they r highy unqualified n mannerless people to talk to.i have told them so many times tht i don't want any new scheme nor want to port my no. But they keep calling n forcing for the same.

                        I was travelling to the united states from 24th june to 5th july and had activated the monthly iroam plan for 5500 rupees. My mistake as the plan was not working when i came to the us. Not only that i have international roaming active and even that wouldn't work (I am guessing this is because the plan is active) so i called vodafone in india and all they said after wasting time on pleasantries and hold that they cannot do anything and i would get a call from someone locally to sort this out in 24 hours. I even gave them a local number to call on. Needless to say no call arrived. I even went to the t-mobile store in the us and they said that they don't know of any contract.
                        Every time i would restart my phone, i would get network for 2 - 3 minutes and then it would disappear again. This is just one giant scam that vodafone is running.
                        While i haven't received any call from vodafone, i have received a bill for the amount including the iroam pack. I came back to india and had my husband visit the vodafone store on my behalf who once again said i will receive call back in 24 hours and still nothing. Why open a store if they are incompetent of solving any queries.

                        So in summation, vodafone charged me a large amount of money for a service that they have not provided and made me pay extra for calls to their centre when i'm travelling internationally and still not receive service and now i want that charge waived but vodafone just promises to call back with nothing.

                        Even though I've sufficient balance (1200 flex points) vodafone is not letting me make calls. And their customer care didn't respond even after multiple complaints.The quality of their customer service team is pathetic . Vodafone is charging so much for calls and data without providing proper service.
                        Update- Today I got a call from Vodafone. No response to my issues and query but instead asking me for feedback. This is how they treat customers who have been loyal to them for so many years! Shame on Vodafone!

                          My issue is that i had ported my vodafone postpaid number maharashtra into rajasthan circle with same operator in jan17.
                          That time i had given my simple documents which is aadhar card, local address proof and photographs but the vodafone store employees had registered my number on companies name.
                          Now when i again want to port my number in maharashtra, i have to be required that companies all necessary documents and without this i can't port my number.
                          When i had contact to that vodafone store employees and when i said them the issue, they directly started abusing me in very bad way and said that now we can't do anything.. Do whatever you want to do.. Raise a complaint against us. Go in court.. Like that their words was..
                          Due to their this i am not able to use my number because i am on roming and i am paying the bill from last three months without any usage.
                          I tried to contact with them over the phone but never pick up the phone.
                          So i request to you please do something because you are the only last hope remains for me.

                            I am using 2 numbers - [protected] and [protected]. My current plan is red 499+ taxes on both numbers. However last month i got a bill of rs. 1223 and rs 725 respectively. For [protected], i called the customer care to ask for reason of excess billing and they said it is for data charges on 24-27th june 2017. However on 30th june 2017 i received an sms from vodafone at 6.30 pm which said i have used 90% of my data allowance on my red plan and that 818mb are remaining on my account. This clearly shows the fraud behind this. I had sent a mail to corporatecare. [protected]@vodafone.com but did not get any response.

                            The bill for =[protected] is also excessive as after taxes, the amount comes out to around rs. 550. The time services were rendered, gst was not applicable. Charges of rs 100 are made as 'other charges'. This is vague and fraudulent.

                                  I reachrged my vodafone data of rs.297/-from paytm on 6th or 7th july2017. I got the rechrge and my data got activate at the same time. It was 2gb data rechrge, when i went home i got meassage that the i have used 50% of data, den again after 1 hour i got the message that 90% data is used on the same day and then dey cut money from my balance. Now the next day i complained on vodafone "complaint only". They assured me of refunding the money in 24hrs.
                                  But now its 3 days have passed they are still refunding the money. Also due to some reason my phone got formated so the complaint no. Dey had given to me got deleted by me. I want my refund back

                                    My self shanmuka susruth using mobile number [protected] since 10 yrs. Last year i have lost my sim, not to lose my number i opted for post paid connection by depositing 1500rs. Now i'm no more interested in postpaid and want to convert my sim to a prepaid connection. Submitted the required documents (Aadhar and passport size photo) on 28th june 2017 in vodafone store (Warangal) and they asked me to wait 3 working days. As the store authority said me to wait so i did. After 5 days i. E., 3rd july i called customer care of vodafone, came to know that my documents are received on that day itself from the store. As usual asked me to wait for 48 hrs, no result after waiting for 48hrs. This keeps on repeating, the reasons for not processing my request are unbelievable. Sometimes documents problem and sometimes visit store again. I need to ask a question when vodafone executive said that they have received my documents on 3rd july. How will be the problem of documents araise again? It's been 12 days and still waiting but no proper response from the team. Because of this i wasted my time, can they give my time back.? Look into this issue with serious concern and resolve as soon as possible

                                      I want my sim to be deactivated,

                                      I am not using this sim, i just make like few calls a week and already have a different voda phone sim

                                      I dont want to pay unnessary bill for this sim every month
                                      I visited the customer care centers and they said that i need to deactivate the sim online

                                      I could not find it online

                                        When i send an sms, immediately i receive a message that 1 re is deducted. Within a couple of seconds i receive another message that money has been deducted. This has been going on for some time. I have checked the messages carefully and each time there is further reduction in balance, which is to say i am being charged twice for 1 sms, i. E. Rs 2 per sms.
