Dear All,
I have been a vodafone customer ([protected]) and in dire straits connected with vodafone customer care. I was unable to use the internet service, which I needed to use urgently. the customer care associate, initially asked me to chenge the settings and restart my phone. It was of no use. I had to get back agian exasperated. The other customer care representative informed that I will not be able to use the data services till 10th July 2017, which is 5days from now. On asking for a text on the same, the representative placed the call on hold for over 15 minutes.
I am clueless about what needs to be done to avail the internet service, which I have already paid for. I also want action to be taken such representatives, who takes the customers time for granted.
